What are characteristics traits needed to be a prayer warrior today as it relates to prayer?

In the book of Job, what ever happen to his wife? Did she die and when?

in biblical days was Samaria, Jerusalem, manasa, and ephraim the jewish people, gods people?

As a gentile but saved by grace, what about the Law, including the 4th Commandment on Sabbath, does it affect my serving God on Sunday?

There are days that I absolutely cannot tolerate certain people. If I pray for them does this mean I have love in my heart for them even knowing I want nothing to do with them? I know God doesn't give us the spirit of confusion, I do know where that comes from. I have been struggling with this for some time now. I am saved and asked Jesus to come into my heart, I will never forget that day, not ever! Please, can someone help me to understand how a person can be saved and yet have such bitterness. I know I m supposed to forgive and I have often. I don't want to struggle with this any longer. I can say I love them because I can pray or forgive them but want nothing to do with them, is that coming from a person that has asked the Holy SPirit to come into their lives??? Please help. Of Hebrews 7:10 = Note that Levi's birth, as well as that of the Tribe of Levi, came "out of the loins of Abraham" (v.5). Contrast that with the Birth of JESUS CHRIST. JESUS CHRIST did not come from any man's loins, whether of Joseph's ("as was supposed"; Lu. 3:23) to be JESUS's father, or even of the great Hebrew patriarch Abraham, for JESUS CHRIST is Eternal. Mary actually declared this truth when she questioned her Heavenly visitor (Lu. 1:34): "Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?"

Yet, while Apostle Matthew and Doctor Luke record JESUS CHRIST's human genealogy ( Mt. 1:1-17 and Lu. 3:23-38 respectively), it was actually The HOLY GHOST WHO "conceived" JESUS, The Incarnate GOD "in" Mary ( Mt. 1:20). Furthermore, Joseph literally was not JESUS's father, but rather JESUS was "being (as was supposed) {customarily believed to be} the SON of Joseph" (Lu. 3:23).

In I John 1:1, what is the difference in the Greek between, "which we have seen with our eyes" and "which we have looked upon" OR is John just repeating himself for emphasis???

Very many years ago ,when i was a child ,one of the first Bibles i read had this notation in the margin about Matthew ch27 v52&53 , its said "not original " i have no idea which Bible it was ,it might have been a Gideons as my mum worked in a hotel and she stole a Bible for me ! Can a beliver directly rebuke the devil in the name of the lord ?

If you are afraid you have fallen away because you had thoughts of unbelief and doubt, is it possible that you have not aposticized because you are worried about it? As in if you questioned your faith and felt faithless will God forgive that or are you doomed because you were not faithful when trying to research and prove to yourself that Christianity is true and felt discouraged and confused. Since then have been praying for forgiveness and understanding but according to Hebrews 6:4-6 it looks really bad. Now I am sitting at home just worried that I have unwittingly forfeited my salvation because I was scared and confused and weak in faith. This is incredibly stressful.

I have one question and that is does the Bible say why God does not show his self to us now but did? I just wondered why he stopped? Thanks you and God Bless!!!!

God bless all the discussion and questions on this forum. Much has been said regarding the Sabbath day and its significance in our lives as children of God. However it wasn't until Moses received the 10 commandments was the law given regarding the Sabbath.

In all of the Book of Genesis, there is no mention of the word Sabbath. My question is "What day did Adam and Eve worship on?" Did God only come into the garden on the Sabbath to walk and talk with Adam? If Adam and Eve were created on the 6th day, is it their 7th day or God's seventh day. And what would Adam and Eve be resting from?

Remember God rested on the seventh day because He completed all of "creation." The word rested means He stopped creating. Did the Lord God do more creating on the eight day to day 13? Did He rest again on the 14th day? In Genesis 26:5 Abraham kept God's requirements, commands, decrees and laws. The verse tells us that Abraham was obedient, but it simply doesn't tell us which statutes and decrees were in effect in his day.

The Sabbath is a reunion between Israel and God as it is said,"It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel for ever" Exodus 31:16, 17

No where does the Bible indicate that the Sabbath was given to anyone except the Jews. Exodus 16:28, 29

The choice is still your own. Praying that this helps us all as we await the return of the Lord in His glory.

On this chapter Job 21, the trivia asked "How did the idea that evil people could still succeed in life, make Job feel?" the answer given is he feels afraid but I don't believe that is the correct answer for this chapter. Job speaks more in the tone of feeling sad that the evil get away with wrong doings while God's people suffer til death.

I agree with you in part, but your day of the Lord interpretation doesn't take into account our leaders can easily bring about WWIII, like they did I & 2. When you read about this attack, there are real people dying in a panic, wearing flames.

God tells us plain as day that He is coming for us, His Spirit is with our enemies to do His will.

The forth kingdom described by Daniel in the later years, has 7 heads and 10 horns. Jesus Christ is the rock 'hewn without hands' that smashes the beast to rule all kingdoms:

The scriptures below show strict millennial temple worship of the Lord from all nations visiting Jerusalem. They must be going to a temple, to pay respects to Jesus. Jesus Christ sits on Davids throne, otherwise why continue the unbroken lineage? Was it not written that Christ would sit on David's throne?

This is exactly the case with the churches in America today. God is hiding his face from them. They have no salt within themselves as is abundantly proven by their cowardly response to the states covid 19 restrictions forbidding them to meet but in very small numbers, and requiring they sit all muffled up and 5, 6, 7, or 8 feet apart at that. The word of the Lord is "forsake not the assembling of your selves together as the manner of some is." But what have we done? We have decided to obey man rather than God. So what has God done? He has done exactly what he said he would. We have forsaken him. So he has forsaken us, and is hiding his face from us.
