    Chris,

You mentioned the flood. According to the dates of generations listed below, the flood was about 4,369 years ago. Does this list agree with your thinking, creation...in the ball park?

    Jared became the father of Enoch at 162. Genesis 5:18 460 + 162 = 622

    Enoch became the father of Methuselah at 65. Genesis 5:21 622 + 65 = 687

    Methuselah became the father of Lamech at 187. Genesis 5:25 687 + 187 = 874

    Lamech became the father of Noah at 182. Genesis 5:28 874 + 182 = 1056

    The Flood started when Noah was 600. Genesis 7:6 1056 + 600 = 1656

Calculated BC date for creation: 4004

Calculated AM date for the Flood: -1656

Calculated BC date for the Flood: 2348

    Current Year (minus one): +2021

Number of years since beginning of Flood: 4369

The tithing asked by the Lord is basically a test to show how much you love and trust in Him. The term "able", many people fall back on, actually refers back to "want to" or again how much I believe in scripture and His promises given to those who are obedient to Him. Yes, I understand that the Bible uses the term "able" too. But not in the context many people use it. (See 2 Corinthians 9:7)

Does the Lord need my tithe or offering? He owns the cattle over a thousand hills. It is not 10, but a tenth. The terminology isn't necessarily expect or requires, but He desires us to trust in Him. To hold back what scripturally is God's, in the first place, is to bind God's hand in blessing you. Read Malachi 3. He wants us to give joyfully and trusting in Him. Our choice.

All giving is not regulated to the church. However the tithe is. If one cannot give a tithe to your current church, of which you are a member for whatever reason, then you must find a local church body of believers that you can give your tithes regularly and cheerfully. Lastly, nothing God says or does is to harm, demean, or shackle us to a hard life, but He tells us things to help us to have an abundant, blessed life here on earth. Tithing may be just a part of what you may need to change with your relationship with God. There may be other things in our walk with Him that needs to be filtered thru the Bible. May we realize God's ultimate love and care for us.

Time never stands still. People are living and dying. This world has made life uncertain. So what do you do? You ask your Father in Heaven for help, as He gave us when His Son Jesus died and suffered for all our sins. You go to His words. You pray. After, you keep the Faith to believe it will be done. You go day to day believing and waiting for His soon return. That is what you do.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

2Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

3For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

4Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

5For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

6For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

7Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?

8This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.

9A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

10I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.

11And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.

12I would they were even cut off which trouble you.

13For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

14For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

15But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

16This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

17For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

18But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

    21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, r

    part 1

    Matthew 21:44.

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

There must be conviction before conversion, I believe that's why the law "Ministry of death" ( 2 Cor. 3:7-10.)

came before the gospel. It was meant to show us the weakness of the flesh. "For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: Romans 8:3.

Christianity was attacked in the beginning of the church from within as we see today.

In Acts 20:28-30. Paul warns Ephesus, Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Jude also warns us. "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

These warnings of what would come into the church (Leaven and tares). You see the tares Matthew 13:24-30.

We often try to pluck up the tares but Jesus instruct otherwise in verses 28-29: He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

See part 2. Eyes to open ears to hear.

    GOD Bless.
  • I am the Son of God on Joshua 24 - 3 years ago
Simon, Simon, why do ye yet persecute me? Seeing (and hearing,) that GOD, my Father, now makest me to be known unto you, why are ye yet walking with an evil conscience? Did I not, by my Father, tell you that thy way would be ever the more troubled till ye turned from thine own ways and turned to GOD my Father by receiving the Son, even the Christ child Michael Isaac, who shall be called JESUS? Many souls of the Gentiles who know not GOD are redeemed. Seeing that you do know, how are you profited in the flesh while the dead use your soul as his shield, that he may prolong his days? See ye not that his envying and hatred toward you is turned round about as your envying and hatred toward me? Nevertheless, the set time is come that all judgment must needs be executed: for this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal MUST put on immortality. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. The Rock therefore, yea, even the chief cornerstone himself, is a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God. Choose you this day whom ye will serve. Be no more slothful, be no sluggard, but turn yourselves and repent of your sins. Do good and live ye.

God is Sovereign. Adam could eat of the Tree of Life and live forever, why didn't he? Adam was The Keeper of The Entire Garden and knew full well what God said of The Tree of Good and Evil. Eve ate, but why did Adam? Why did he forgoe his role as The Keeper of The Garden and everything in it and eat with Eve? Why didn't Adam call upon God when Eve brought him the fruit thereof? Why did Adam fall into sin if there was no knowledge by him of Evil? My answers: God is Sovereign.

    Times of the End,

Who would have thought to discuss the end-time prophets during these end-times? Someone has to champion in prophesy dialog, so why not you. It's rarely discussed due to lack of depth. God prefers prophesy over tongues.

    1 Corinthians 14:5

"I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying".

Best of luck converting the NT mavericks into sign of the times watchman.

For any who are looking at theories on how it ends. There is a fantastic picture that has been painted and taught since the early 1800s and is taken from Daniel 9:27 to create the last week (7 years). The entire theory and all that is taught that will happen hinges on taking the last week/7 years from this 70-week prophecy.

This prophecy was determined on Daniel's people (house of Israel) and the holy city (Jerusalem).

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

If Jesus fulfilled what was determined in this prophecy, does that make this entire theory and all that is taught in this theory untrue?

How will it change the picture if the 70th week in the book of Daniel has been fulfilled?

    What is our blessed hope?

We have been told to study, trust our teacher the Holy Spirit and pray.

These are the six things that were determined, and a few verses that may help your study.

    1. To finish the transgression ( Isaiah 53:5, 8) ( Isaiah 53:11) ( Hebrews 9:15-18)

    2. To make an end of sins ( Matthew 1:21) ( Hebrews 10:8-11) ( John 1:29) ( 1 Corinthians 15:3)

    ( 1 John 3:5) ( Psalm 32) ( Romans 8:3)

    3. To make reconciliation for iniquity ( Colossians 1:20-22) ( Isaiah 53:6) ( Isaiah 53:11) ( Ephesians 2:16) ( Titus 2:14) ( 2 Corinthians 5:18-19)

    4. To bring in everlasting righteousness ( Romans 5:17-21) ( Romans 3:21-26) ( 1Peter 2:24)

    ( 2 Corinthians 5:21) ( Isaiah 61:10-11)

    5. To seal up vision and prophecy ( Daniel 9:23) ( John 6:27) ( Mark 1:14-15) ( Acts 3:18)

    ( John 5:36-40) ( Matthew 11:11-15)

    6. To anoint the most holy ( Hebrews 8:1-12) ( Hebrews 9:6-14)

I am wanting information in the Bible about being Gay so my Grandson that is 16 can research himself what God and the Bible has to say about it. That way he can see it for himself and know that none of us is judging him or lying to him about it. I just brought him home from a place where I guess he thought he could beat it out of him and humiliate him in public and I know that wasn't going to get it. Thank you for all the information you can give me.
