He is the life, without him year are dead.

Without Christ, beloved is vanity. He is the source, so why look unto servants?

O. T prophets did their assignment and rest. He who assigned them came in flesh and gave us salvation: fulfilling all the requirements to save mankind.

If you have the spirit of Christ, you are sealed of God.

So continue in faith, knowing this.

Did Jesus rise in three days, would it be Monday?

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" We chase after so many different things. Only one thing is needful. Having a fist full of dollars, a great estate, and lots of prestige doesn't mean a whole lot if you've gone to your ultimate address without the Lord. Even worse is to find that in the middle of your busy-ness, you awake to find yourself in the barren land where Christ does not dwell and life is not found. Let's not lose our life, our soul, our meaning, chasing after what is not lasting. My Prayer. Father, help me to keep my priorities right, my life holy, and my heart open to your will rather than being blinded with my own self-seeking. In Jesus' precious name I pray. Amen.

I have yet to see anyone admitting whom the true Israelites of Scripture are, and where they are located. Why is that ? Revelation 2:9, clearly states whom they are not. So, who are these people ?

1st that was a beautiful explanation of God's sealing and promise.

2nd How do you explain the numerous scriptures that warn against false prophets and the very elect being deceived?

3rd How do you explain "free will" and the scriptures explaining "Lord, I have done your will", and His response of "I know you not"?

4th How do you explain Misheal's pastor?

5th Personally, I have witnessed many "saved" people renounce God, stop attending church, become followers of sciencetology, atheists, addicts, pursuing the world or the traditions of men. Also, I have seen many start to follow false religions and refute what they previously believed.

I am not attempting to be argumentive or disrespectful. I ask purely for edification.

Many comments are very good and reading the different perceptions/interpretations of God's word helps me to understand. Also, I find many times I never considered the scripture from that angle.

It is very difficult to look at or consider perceptions when you have never experienced it. (ie. I was born American in a free country with lots of freedom to express ideas or concepts). For me, it is difficult to understand living under a king or dictator. Also suffering and tribulations that exist around the world and in the past. I hope that statement does not offend anyone.

This site is very good and useful. Having that said, I wish they would allow you to view a particular topic/thread better. Most of the time comments are locked.

I study the Bible and the comments for edification and to progress from being a babe unto meat as the apostle Paul instructs us to.

My aunt told me when I was young that when Jerusalem was filled with flowers, the end of time was near. What did she mean? In the book of John 3/13 it says only Jesus has ascended up to heaven, yet we read in Genesis 5/24 and Hebrews 11/5 that God took Enoch to Heaven, we know that Elijah also went to Heaven in a Chariot-- so can you explain this

James was Not writing to the natural tribes of Israel,As written to the 12 tribes scattered abroad but he was writting to the Church , In CHAPTER 5 he ask are there any sick amonst you ? let him call on the ELDERS of the Church, so we see that the Israel that was scattered abroad is in reference to the CHURCH . I am seeing different verses about divorce. My former husband had multiple partners while we were married and continued to be unfaithful and he was hostile after marriage torwads me and the children. So I left the home but he divorced me first. I need to know because he divorced me and my situation I know Jesus has forgiven me but I do have someone I love dearly that is Christian like me and he was divorced with his wife as well. Does this make us adulters still in the lord's eyes in the day of judgment?

I have been having very intrusive sinful thoughts. I have prayed and prayed. Sometimes I wonder where is GOD for me! I don't even have assurance of salvation or heaven anymore. Can someone pray for me or help me to understand?

Revelation 6:5 is a symbolic American leader who is controlling all the world economy and is also protecting the interest of the jews and christens in Israel

I like the Bible because it tell us about God

The pastor this morning said your spirit and soul go immediately to heaven. What I do not get is.... if spirits go immediately to hell or heaven, then why is there a judgement day? You would already be where you are. The white thrown judgement is after the 1000 year reign, so would God pull em out of hell to send em back to hell after judgement? and bring us from heaven to go back to heaven after the judgement? Please help me to understand what happens after death.
