In response to Irene123, I would say this: God is indeed a single being, namely, God the Father. As the Divine Father, he has an only begotten Son. I too have a son. Is my son less than human because he is my son? Of course not! Moreover, my son, a finite being like me, had a beginning. Likewise, God's Son, being infinite, as God his Father is infinite, had no beginning.

I don't Know Any where in The Bible that Uses The Title Holy Father. Catholics use that Title for the Pope, a priest?? When I Pray The Lord's Prayer, I say: Our Father---.

Another chapter where God just sounds like a blowhard saying how powerful He is. But for all His bluster, where is the compassion or fairness? Job was obedient and God punishes him JUST because the devil taunts God. If the devil can so easily manipulate God into punishing someone who doesn't deserve it, then maybe God isn't as strong as He would have you believe.

The Trinity is one of those things that we have to accept, whether it makes sense to us or not. I'm not a Pastor, yet I have not found one who can adequately explain the Trinity to me. My daughter and I have been under an onslaught from Satan .I just loost my husband ,mother father a very good friend and now I have had to put my aunt into Hospice and is depressed and losing hope of living there is no one left except my older sister and 1 aunt and uncle . My daughter just lost her dad of course and now her husband of 46 years is dying of a rare disease , so rare that the medical group doesn't even do reashearch on and they have 4 children. we need prayer and the truth about Satan and what he can still do to us ,please ! Can someone help me understand verse 20, what is meant by "smoking flax." Is this similar to smoking from a hookah, etc. or am I totally wrong about the actual act of smoking?
