  • Leslie Hirschfeld on Psalms 22 - 8 years ago
Who is the accuser of the brethren? You know. Does the comment you left Dan please God Almighty? You stand before Christ alone to account for your life at the end of this life. Be careful what your tongue is saying. God bless you exceedingly abundantly above all you could ever ask or think.
    Your SIC, Leslie
  • A disciple on Psalms 22 - 8 years ago
Dear Dan; Titus 1:14 "Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth." I most certainly answered you very well; but you don't like the answer! Why don't you then stay with a crowd you're more comfortable with; like Cain and the Pharisees? But be advised; God scorns the scorner, but gives grace to the lowly, and makes wise the simple.
  • A disciple on Genesis 3 - 8 years ago
Hi Donna; you know the more we read the Word the more we will get; and that's the way the Lord raises us, first we are toddlers then we get a little bigger then we can go to kindergarten elementary school, etc. And when you think back when you were little how kids tried to guess (or lie) about things only grown ups know about? Jesus said, "I have MANY THINGS to say to you" but we have to GROW UP.
  • Ray321 on Romans 5 - 8 years ago
Matthew 9:32 As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil. It is easy for the Devil to advantage of the Weak. 1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. We must BELIEVE that Jesus is God and only One.
  • Donna Cromb on Genesis 2 - 8 years ago
Does anyone know what the rivers are in verses 11-14? The only one I recognize is the Euphrates and the land of Ethiopia, is that the Nile? I found the Euphrates but it says its in Mesopotamia which is where? It's not clear in Strongs concordance and my maps don't include it.
  • April on 2 Samuel 7 - 8 years ago
I think, that David being loved by GOD didn't really have anything to do with being in the blood line of CHRIST,I think it was like Christ,he loved father and Glorified him in 1Samuel15:22.Samuel said,"Has the LORD as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold,to obey is better than sacrifice,And to heed than the fat of rams.He glorified father, loved.
  • Phil on Numbers 34 - 8 years ago
If our life is already chosen for us, how can we possibly have free will? To genuinely have free will our lives cannot be chosen for us. If our life is chosen for us, we, by definition, have no say in the matter of how our life will play out because it has all already been decided for us.
  • A disciple on Revelation 21 - 8 years ago
Twelve thousand furlongs is 1500 miles, and the wall 216 feet high. Is that 1500 miles on each side? That would be about from San Diego to Calgary in one direction; and from S.D. to Houston in the other; making a total land area of 2,250,000 square miles. Or is it a total 1500 miles all the way around? Otherwise its 375 miles on each side. Anyone have some thoughts about that?
  • Ray321 on Acts 1 - 8 years ago
Acts 1:5 The promise of the Father. 5 For John truly baptized with water but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. Act 1:6 6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? What the Jews wanted was a physical Kingdom and rein will Jesus, that was fore told by the Prophets.
  • John on John 14 - 8 years ago
Everything that God created including us was for His pleasure! The question remains, are we pleasing to Him? Selah
  • David Davies on John 3 - 8 years ago
Mr disciple: V16, When we repent from our sins and put our faith and trust in Christ, He will forgive us and we have a new life. If we say we are saved and then keep sinning, we Never were saved. We have to truly repent from our sins, forsake them and then He will save us. I'm hopeing you agree?
  • David Davies on John 3 - 8 years ago
Mr disciple: I think you misunderstood my comment, I totally believe that God forgives ALL SINS and that He will never remember them again. If I didn't believe that I wouldn't be Born again. John 3v16 " should not perish". if we believe in Him. I BELIEVE IN HIM. Are you saying that you've have never done anything wrong since you were Born Again? Christ died so that All sins can be forgiven.
  • A disciple on Revelation 11 - 8 years ago
Ron; how do you think that the only way Moses could be there, is if he were raised from the dead? The spirits return to God after they leave the body in death; Eccl. 12:7 "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it." 2 Cor 5:8
"We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
  • Ron on Revelation 11 - 8 years ago
A disciple: It doesn't say it was a spirit, it said it was Moses. He can't be there unless he was raised from the dead. Why don't you believe what the Book says? I have heard both sides of the argument and searched the scriptures a long time ago on this because neither side could prove their point. All I am doing is pointing out the one item they all missed.
  • Ray321 on Acts 22 - 8 years ago
Acts 22:10 And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do. Paul now believed that Jesus of Nazareth is God. Paul got saved, that's why Jesus instructed him. Praise the Lord.
  • Ray321 on 2 Timothy 2 - 8 years ago
1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. We must keep the Faith in Christ Jesus to run the RACE.
  • A disciple on Ephesians 1 - 8 years ago
According to some well meaning, but perhaps less than honest or maybe inexperienced fellow-Saints; by simply reciting verses and standing rigidly to a determined position, that somehow makes them having attained. But why then does the Lord solemnly warn us to Take heed, Watch and Pray always, Let no one deceive you? Because we need to attend to the things we have received with constant discipline.
  • Donna on Genesis 1 - 8 years ago
Mr. Curious, you r right 😊 it does say "let us make man in our image". So is the "us" and "our" meaning the Three Persons in God or the Trinity? Or am I missing something here? My experience with Jehovah's witnesses says there is no place in the Bible where it says there is more than just God Jehovah, but this would be proof right here they r wrong. Verse27 is where it says "in His image".
  • Donna on Genesis 2 - 8 years ago
7: God formed man, breathed in him, and man became a living soul. Now earlier it said in God's image, so that means God is a living soul. Right? Then when Adam sinned God said he would surely die, but we know physically he lived for quite a while after being evicted from the garden of Eden. So was it that he died at a later date or could it mean that his soul died or he as a living soul died?
  • A disciple on Acts 3 - 8 years ago
Ray;"But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; and killed the Prince of life, WHOM GOD RAISED FROM THE DEAD; whereof we are witnesses." Why do you think you have to find fault with the Apostle Peter? Peter was greatly loved and appointed by Jesus!
  • A disciple on Acts 4 - 8 years ago
Ray; don't you know that Peter was the first chosen Apostle, and of the Twelve? None of them understood before His resurrection, except Mary of Bethany and maybe a few others. Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit and preaches to the Jews WHAT THEY NEED TO HEAR! that they were guilty of betraying the Lord Jesus Christ, and let Him be put to death without a cause. They were guilty, and still are!
  • A disciple on Acts 9 - 8 years ago
Ray; isn't it interesting too that the Lord didn't go ask the others first? But hearing the prayers of the Saints who were afraid of "this guy" He did something no one expected! The kind of man Saul of Tarsus was before he came to repentance and conversion didn't hide from God what He knew he could be and the Lord knew just how to bring that about. Paul was a very special brother: a great example!
  • A disciple on Acts 10 - 8 years ago
Ray; Jesus didn't come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; but to accomplish! There is nothing in the New Testament to indicate that there was a different Moshiach or a new religion; like many purport. But what we learn from ALL the Apostles, is that "this same Jesus whom I preach to you IS Christ." Remember when the Lord walked with the two disciples to Emmaus in Luke 24? He expounded all of it!
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Philippians 3 - 8 years ago
Steve: all sin is of the devil period 1st John 3:8, I am an ex-sinner saved by grace. Is Christ your leader to do the devil's dirty work to sin? God forbid. Galations 2:17] But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - 8 years ago
Norlan: bring me the scripture of future sin? It does not exist it is sin that is past. Romans 3:23 is past tense sinn((ed)) not sinn((ing)) Romans 3:23] For all have sinn((ed)), and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:25] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of ((sins that are past,))
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on John 3 - 8 years ago
Disciple: No sinner as the advocate we the children who are born again has the advocate. When I was a sinner the devil was my advocate. Put it in context 1st John 2. "If any man sin" Man being the outsider NOT "If any children sin" we ((the born agains)) have the advocate Jesus Christ the righteous. What is that advocate? By telling man in 1st John 1:9 to confess their sin give up their sin.
  • Ray321 on Acts 5 - 8 years ago
Acts 5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? It's always good to give to the Lord, if not, the Lord can make you pay some way or another.
  • A disciple on Revelation 11 - 8 years ago
Ron; correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds to me like you don't think Moses (or anyone) could appear unless they were living flesh and bones? I AM lives, and He is the Author of life; but Jesus said that God is a spirit. Besides, as soon as the spirit leaves the body, the body dies; it is the spirit that animates our physical bodies: but spirits don't need flesh and bones to live by themselves.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Matthew 12 - 8 years ago
OSAS people are always calling Jesus a liar. In Matthew 12 Jesus tells us once we are swept empty and garnished (void from all knowledge) from the word of God, seven other worse demons will enter a man then the first that left himher in the first place. There is no mention of a come back. Once saved always saved means I can rob a bank, commit murder, lie cheat and steel etc. But don't worry OSAS?
  • Brian J Antoine on John 3 - 8 years ago
