I do not know why people believe certain section of the bible is not meant for them or this dispensation. To any believer, the complete bible starts from Genesis and ends in Revelation. If what some people are saying is anything to go by, Christians are no more supposed to be reading old testament. Tithes paying, Psalms etc are in old testament, why do we still practise them?

Why has our country by the known Churches turned away ,is there not any to make a difference? Are you saying that since you were Born Again you've never sinned? never done or thought anything you shouldn't of. God hates sin and He's VERY SAD when the ones He's forgiven do sin. He will always be with us, even when we fail Him. The one's that have never repented will perish in Hell.

Romans 7:17-20 Paul is telling us that when sin has dominion over you, you cannot do the things you want to as sin will defeat your plans. Paul refers to Genesis 4:7 what God told Cain. When sin rules over you in trouble.

Hi Ann; Did you notice how that chapter 10 very closely resembles chapter 24, as well as what the Lord was telling the Apostles at the Last Supper in John 13-17? I think that tells us, that the Lord does not need to water down the truth just because we're new; but that He speaks the truth straight and direct. As we grow in grace and knowledge, and are able to understand more, He expounds more.

Psalms 18:28 tell us that the world and all around us is in darkness. Indeed, the world is so dark. We live in it. As such, we do know that the world is in darkness. But, why is it so? It is both ungodly and unrighteous. The foe has made it so. And, all who live in the world are in darkness, too. Why? All have sinned. And, in doing so, all have come short of the glory of the Lord. Rom. 3:23 So, if the Light does not shine in the darkness of this world, then none can see the glory of God. And, all will fall and perish. But, the Lord is the true Light of the world. John 9:5 And, if one asks the Lord for His light, then the Lord will gladly shine the light for her or him. The darkness will go away when the Light shines on it. No one will fall or perish when the Light shines on her him. Yes, one can to see, walk, or work when darkness is out. May the Light of the world ever shine for and on us. Amen.

Ron; did you ever read closely Ezekiel 16; particularly the last 10 verses or so? There are a couple of very interesting things you may like. First, about Sodom; that most to this day only associate it with perversion and unrestrained lechery. But the way God describes her sins, it totally sounds like much of the modern world around us! Also, God plans to restore people to their former estate.

John 15:9 "As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love." Does the Father love the Lord Jesus Christ more than anyone else or any thing? So does the Lord Jesus love us who believe in Him. "AS the Father loves Jesus" according as He finds in Him all that is good and truly the perfect reflection of Himself: in like manner does the the Lord Jesus think about us. Father God sees in Jesus His Son and Jesus sees in us His little children with all the capacity and hope of growing up into a man after God's own heart, and everything a friend, a brother, or sister, should be. Someone who thinks about the other with reciprocal love and the same mind, and the same likes and dislikes one who has the same family traits. This love is what moves Him to release us of our debts, and never mention them again to us, when we're really sorry, and change for the better.
