Insight; may I ask, What Bible are you reading? Paul wasn't trying to turn Gentiles into Jews. When it talks about the controversy that arose over whether the Gentile Believers should be compelled to be circumcised and keep the law of Moses; it was from the Pharisees: Paul by that time was long time no longer doing that; and was only called upon to testify what he was preaching. Read Galatians!

We read how at the Great White Throne all shall stand before the KING for judgment, and it says that the books will be opened, and the book of Life. We read about how in the world to come the Saints will be in charge of the government of the world under Christ. Who are the Nations of the saved? Ezekiel 16:53-63 suggests that all Nations shall be restored to their former estate; minus the wicked.

What is the contention from Paul about Gentiles? Peter supported by Apostle James said Jesus taught converting Gentiles from the beginning. Paul wants to convert Gentiles to be Christians only if they are circumcised first to pledge obedience to Mosaic laws. Paul supports Abrahamic bloodline belief, that Christ is from David. The Apostles know that is not true. Jesus came to remove unjust laws.

The Day of the LORD shall be the commencement of the Regeneration, when the Lord Jesus Christ shall sit on the throne of His glory. In this text, is God saying what he would do for Israel and Judah? Where is it in the bible where this actually came to past? I know after years had passed the children was restore there rightly place.

Stevish; There is no end of [so-called] recommended Bibles and Bible Teachers. But what says the Holy Spirit in the Scriptures? "The anointing that we have from Him abides in us, and we have NO NEED that anyone teach us..." Don't let anyone tell you, you can't stop sinning, or that you can't keep God's commandments; they are liars and devil agents. Why would any servant of God teach others that disobedience is to be expected? And worse, to misuse the Holy Glad Tidings of Jesus Christ in a way that makes people think that calling one's self a Christian, should somehow exempt him from wrath for sinning! God look upon!

Randy (cont.); How do we stop sinning? REPENT! Make a determined action and commitment in your heart that you turn your back on the world and all your idols, and QUIT THE SINNING! You find your Bible, and get yourself some notebooks and pens for taking good notes of what your learning; and begin a regular Bible reading plan to continually be in the Word: write it down, pray it in, and work it out!

Randy; it looks like a number of us are concerned how best to answer your very good question; which was, "How can I stop sinning?" The reason I went directly to conversion and repentance, is because that is at the heart of our being either obedient or disobedient; which is where God looks at our innermost thoughts and intents, and whether we call upon Him in acknowledging the truth to get right.

If The Father states He is well pleased with Christ, His Son, what is man to say that He isn't His Son? One must be careful.

How can one be still sinning, and of the devil, while being a new creation in Christ? Does Gen 14 establish prelaw tithing as a doctrine? Abraham tithed the spoils of war. And then gave the other 90% back to the King of Sodom. Not according to Numbers 31: 27-30 7 Gen 28 Jacob vowed to tithe but never did so how does that establish tithing as a doctrine. 2CORN 9:7 Necessity: imposed either by the circumstances, or by law of duty regarding to one's advantage, custom, argument.

V12, Jesus is amazing. No sheep is better than a man. So how does a sheep that is less than a man have the greater value to release man from sin bondage? Jesus said all men have sin, those without sin cast the first stone of "death for sin". They can't. You are freed from sin by forgiving each other and joining in spirit with God in water baptism. No death required.

Jesus came to dispel laws of sacrifice because the true temple of God is in your heart and mind not in a building built with hands. Gods kingdom is in his heaven and the entire earth is under his feet. How does one put a roof over God? God does not allow it. If a temple made by hands is not required then an altar with the blood of dead animals on it is not required. Join together but with truth.

Didn't the Jews in Old Testament time use animal skins for clothing? This occupation doesn't seem to violate the rule concerning touching the dead; there was a ceremonious custom to wash after touching the dead to bury them; tanners weren't noncompliant

Pauls gospel is different than the gospel of Jesus. Pauls gospel=14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?" Jesus gospel= many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples. Matthew 9:10 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Mark 2:17

V22, spoil means rob, these "borrowed" treasures are not going to be returned. Where is the forgiveness of ones enemy that Jesus preached? Acts 6, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law:14 For we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us." Jesus changes Moses law.

I thought it was beautiful and explained just how I feel every day. I truly want to live for the Lord and I know what I need to do but my thoughts and mouth do not want to cooperate. I feel like I am in a constant battle for my life and soul and I am loosing. Should I feel this way all the time? The Lord has blessed me in so many ways.
