  • Sabbath keeper and Wife on Daniel 8 - 9 years ago
Marcelo, that's spot-on! Very accurate. The eighth is of the seven, all of them. Goes into perdition. Who is the ONLY one already sentenced to perdition? This king ran em all.....the devil. The four horns were Alexander's four generals, like the four wings on the leopard. When you look at the four beasts, the statue and the ram/ goat, you get enough info to open Daniel....almost. Use Dan on Rev.
  • Sabbath keeper and Wife on Daniel 3 - 9 years ago
There are a lot of descriptive verses also describing people, all of them getting used to suddenly worshipping when music starts. Not from prayer, or the reading of Scripture. In this newer age type of worship, do you see any parallels? The ecumenical movement calls for all religions to come together any way they see fit, not through Jesus, like the Bible says, and all have music in common.
  • ADAM WASHINGTON on Hosea 14 - 9 years ago
The entire Bible is the love story of wanting to belong, yet not knowing to what. God who create us gave us the freedom of choice, yet knowing how good he is, we still search for something in nothing. every time he wants to reconcile us to him, patiently he waits like a husband who waits for his bride that no longer knows what is real, the image or reality? which do you love, the lie or the truth.
  • Emmasue on Jeremiah 51 - 9 years ago
Just for the sake of discussion though it is not my belief suppose America IS Babylon and the weapon of destruction in not nuclear but natural. This could easily be the eruption of the Yellwostone caldera, could it not?
  • Norm on Matthew 24 - 9 years ago
Because, being ministers of his kingdom, ye have not judged aright, nor kept the law, nor walked after the counsel of God; Horribly and speedily shall he come upon you: for a sharp judgment shall be to them that be in high places. What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
  • Mark on Isaiah 19 - 9 years ago
Note George: God creates all men / women in His likeness (since the fall). We are to be conformed / remade into His image = Christ Jesus. Other than the "Son of man," Jesus, ( John 1:1-3),God IS NOT a man. See: Numbers 23:19: God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
  • RICHARD CAIN on Song of Solomon 1 - 9 years ago

  • Funke on Proverbs 4 - 9 years ago
Wisdom! What is it all about? It's all about Jesus. Jesus, the wisdom of God given to mankind. Embrace Jesus, and He makes you wise. You become like God, so that when God sees you, He only sees Jesus His son, and so you automatically becomes His son. For the wise only.
  • Larry w glass on Psalms 47 - 9 years ago
What does Psalms 47 verse 2 mean when it says ( for the lord most high is terrible ? )
  • Ken Avery on Ezekiel 13 - 9 years ago
I am so glad that I am not the only one who sees the rapture as only a theory. And the comments on this page cause me to view most television preachers with big bank accounts in a truthful light. What if these televangelists were to tell their followers the truth? Answer: these televangelists with jets, Rolls Royce and multi-thousand acre ranches would have to get a job to get money. I am not a judge nor am I talking about ALL televangelists. Some are truthful about the rapture. I know that my church teaches the rapture and I get uneasy at the ease and comfort my friends at this church soak up every word of the fly-away doctrine. I would believe this lie IF it were not for Ezekiel 13. Thank God for this passage. And secondly, why would the Apostle Paul teach about us putting on the whole armor of God to fend off the fiery darts of the devil? Thanks to all of you for standing for and posting The Truth about the rapture.
  • Stephen F. Zielski on Jude 1 - 9 years ago
It truly is the church epistle's that were written to all of us. Are all of us on the same page in the rightly divided Word of Truth ? I think not ! Believe and do what the Word says to do and always pray in the Holy Spirit Tongues. Spiritual warfare is come and the time is truly neigh at hand when our Heavenly Abba Dad will fully restore all things through Christ our Living Lord and Savior Amen.
  • Patrick - 9 years ago
Sin separates us from God, and how can we hear that still soft voice of God if we are living in sin? God's word says that his sheep hear his voice, and if we are separated from God we can't hear him. God is talking to us every day, minute and second and we are missing all of that when we live in sin. We must be about God's business and not our business. Those that do the will of God are his family
  • Linda Newton on Daniel 1 - 9 years ago
What is this 'pulse' which Daniel says to eat?
  • Neil Scott on John 17 - 9 years ago
    "These words spake Jesus"
What a loaded statement! Could anybody else have spoken them? Is there anybody else qualified to make them? If John had stopped at these four words could anybody have imagined what was to follow? "These words", revealed the heart of the 'Word'.
  • Insight777 on Mark 15 - 9 years ago
View My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? in a different light. If it was the purpose of Jesus to die for sin Why did not the voice of God call out approval as when Jesus was Baptized? Instead darkness was Gods response, as in anger, so Water Baptism for removal of Sin is approved but blood sacrifice, death for removal of sin is not approved.
God loves His Son. Blood=Word of God, Gospel
  • MARILYN MANOCCHIO on Psalms 27 - 9 years ago
My favourite is this Psalms Chap. 27 verse 1 "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" that is so very True if you PRAY and READ your Bible each and everyday and you have that Divine Faith and Assurance than no one and nothing can stop or hinder GOD'S Divine Pathway for each and every Creature in the UNIVERSE. Amen.
  • Jeff on Psalms 82 - 9 years ago
Ye are Gods pssessive? I think not. This is not how Jesus would translate this psalm. Jesus used this psalm to defend against the charge of blasphemy by the pharisees.
  • Brother William on Luke 4 - 9 years ago
41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ. What thing is this? What new doctrine is this? What manner of man is this that even the unclean spirits are subject to Him?
  • Stella on Isaiah 11 - 9 years ago
I have read this verse hundreds of times and it has always been the lion will lay down with the lamb!!! What in the world????
  • Debora on Proverbs 16 - 9 years ago
I love the book of Proverbs. It's packed with lessons and warnings. How can anyone go wrong if you use this to guide your spiritual and physical life?
I'm still trying to get a handle on the "slow to wrath". I know with all my heart that God is leading and guiding me.
  • Henrietta Nichols on John 3 - 9 years ago
I believe this chapter is the truth, the way, and the life. It answers every believer and unbelievers question. How can we know Him? By standing still and letting his will be done Not our will but His will, will be done in Jesus Name Amen.
  • Jason Ben on Isaiah 11 - 9 years ago
Can someone explain what verse 11 mean about the islands? is it talking about us in the south pacific?
  • Sylvia on Hebrews 2 - 9 years ago
I agree with Hary Collins, Jesus Christ is our only hope of salvation. I pray that we repent seek him while he can still be found. The Day of the Lord is coming! Will God's people be ready?
  • WARE DANIEL on Psalms 51 - 9 years ago
oh my God! Help me even though I donot deserve to call on your help?
  • Brother William on Genesis 1 - 9 years ago
Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? He who has clean hands and a pure heart. Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. For his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in the law of the Lord he does meditate day and night. The ungodly are not so, but are as the chaff which the wind drives away.
  • Dianna on Ezra 3 - 9 years ago
Do we see ourselves as a type of "Christ's servant" in that all we do, do others see Christ in us? Is what we do daily honoring or glorifying to God? Our body is the temple of the Lord. The first temple was so beautiful
  • Andrea on Genesis 2 - 9 years ago
Would this not be considered an 8th day
Creation? Where as in verse 8 the Lord God
Created the garden of Eden and created man
Then from man created woman. Then made every tree good for food? As this all comes after the 7th day that was finished and he rested.
  • Brenda on Psalms 27 - 9 years ago
I am coming up on a year of being out of work. Time has flown by so quickly and yet the Lord is silent as to what I will do, and where I will go. It is a struggle, for I think I should be doing something at this time and all that I have been given is to wait and trust. I never thought it be so hard. Today's verse does speak to me. I must keep focus on the LORD, who else could a go to?
  • Irene123 on Acts 9 - 9 years ago
In Acts ch. 10, we read of the Gentiles joining the Jews in worshipping Jesus in the power of the Holy Ghost. What a glorious sight as these 2, Jew and Gentile (2 loaves waving, Leviticus ?:?) joined their hands as one, in an offering of Pentecostal praise to Jesus Christ their Lord.
