I wish these people who speak of the original greek would show us the original manuscripts. Also which greek are you speaking of. It is the Uncial 's, the cursive 's, the papyri, lectionaries, Kurt Aland or Nestle Aland, Stephanus, Beza, Vaticanus, Sinaiticus, The Textus Receptus, or what? Did you quote your so called correction of The King James Bible from Stronges or Vines or some other lexicon? We want to know where you got your private interpretation 2 Pt 1:20. The truth is you don 't have the originals so The Lord preserved His words in the King James Bible Ps 12:6-7 and you can trust it instead of the Nicolatians. That which is born of Flesh is clearly the first birth because He says you must be BORN AGAIN, speaking of the Spiritual birth. Your first birth is a water birth, since all animal life on this earth began in water Gen 1:20. Your wife is a fountain Prov 5:16-18 and your geneology involves rivers Isa 48:1. Your blood is 80 percent water because it came from water. Christ 's blood and water bears witness 1 Jn 5:8. Satan and the fallen angels his imps shall bow the knees and say that "Jesus Christ is Lord ", so why serve Satan? We must continue to serve and worship the only one who can keep both body and soul out of hell. Satan and the fallen angels are already doomed to a lake of fire and brimstone so say NO to his evil devices! Hell fire was not designed for man. This verse has helped me bury the fear that I have been having. For it shows that fear is not of God,it was not given to me by God. So if I am the Lord 's why should i fear?

The verses you refer to, in Chapter 30, not 29, are about to the two sister 's offering their slave girls as surrogate mothers in their rivalry to see which could produce the most offspring for Jacob poor fellow, I wonder when he slept? . They were offered as the property of the wives the slave girls didn 't have any say in it and verse 22 makes clear their social status. They were slaves who were ordered by their owners to function in the role of wives by the real wives. I know these customs are somewhat alien to our own, but this was thousands of years ago. Things have changed. And if you think poor Jacob must have been stretched to the breaking point, consider poor Solomon, who had 600 wives, and 300 concubines!

The new birth is essential in order to enter the kingdom of God according to John 3:3-5 . Both water and Spirit are necessary. Some people claim that Cornelius and his household were saved or born again once they received the Holy Ghost. The truth of the matter is they didn 't have the complete new birth without the water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus allowed Cornelius and his household to receive the Holy Ghost even before they were baptized in order to assure Peter that God had accepted the Gentiles to become members of the church of Jesus Christ. Peter understood that he could not withstand God because the Lord had allowed the Gentiles to receive the Holy Ghost. Now Peter knew that Cornelius and his household had to submit to being baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ. They could not forbid water and be born again. The Lord had already assured Peter through a vision that God had accepted the Gentiles. When the Gentiles received the Holy Ghost this was double assurance that both Jews and Gentiles would be part of the church. Notice the words of Peter. "Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ what was I, that I could withstand God? " Ats 11:17 .

Demetrick Caldwell, that is the very thing I 'm wrestling with now! I am literally being bombarded with first one thing then another coming against me and since these "fiery darts " are hitting my very ability to stay alive and well, I am getting confused...I know my Heavenly Father wants me to prosper and have good health. Still, I know, too, that my "spiritual " part is more important than my "worldly " body. So the quandary: Is it ok to ask for what I need to keep this body alive the power on in my trailer and the water running from my well ? I know if I had planned better financially, this might not be an issue for me now so because my planning was flaud, does this mean I must now pay the price of poor planning? I am thinking, "of course ". So where does this leave me? Asking for what I should not have? Thus, my quandary!

Many thought it was and is over, you or I was down to the last count BUT GOD! Remember, God always has a witness. God is my witness. Is he yours?
