  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2 - 11 years ago
Part 3 of 5 A person is made up of body, soul, and spirit. In 1 Thessalonians 5 23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ . But a person is still just the one individual. In that one individual dwells all three facets of his being. So then the God we serve cannot make himself like this as well? The flesh cried out to the Deity. See this flesh that we look at every day in the mirror is not going to Heaven, but the soul that inhabits this body is going if they have followed Acts 2 38 or during the tribulation get their head chopped off. The flesh does not want to go through persecution or pain of any kind. We as human beings we do not even want to get a cold if we can help it.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2 - 11 years ago
Part 1 of 5 Hello Jacob If we can agree that the church began in the book of Acts and that the Bible does not lie then we have a foundation in which to build on. John 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Verse 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. Verse 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. You have to ask yourself, Who was in the world? The answer is Jesus Christ. Who was made flesh and dwelt among us? The answer is Jesus Christ. The Word was God and the Word was made flesh. Who is this Word? The answer is Jesus Christ. Who made the world? Genesis 1 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. God and Jesus Christ is one in the same.

Hello Joe Technically yes you can say that. Mary, the mother of Jesus was in that upper room as well. The reason why I stated that the church began on the Day of Pentecost is because this is when the Holy Ghost appeared unto them and sat upon each of them in that upper room. They were filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak in other tongues as the spirit of God give them utterance. The true church of God is made up of individuals who have followed Acts 2 38. See there are a lot of churches out here, but not all of them believe in Acts 2 38 therefore, they are not teaching the truth. Unless you have Acts 2 38 you are not in the true church of God. 1 Corinthians 6 19 What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? Remember that the scriptures are written to those who are saved. What the scriptures stress to the sinner is to get saved according to Acts 2 38 and stay saved.

Hello Lois and Ar, I have answered all of your questions and comments. Let me ask the following questions to the both of you. According to John Chapter 1 and 1 Timothy 3 16, Do you believe that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh? Do you believe that he is one being that holds all three offices but there is only one of Him? Or do you believe that their is three sanctioned beings?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 11 years ago
Part 1 of 2 Hello Word How are you? So you asked me to read Ezekiel 13. These passages of scriptures are talking about false prophets and prophetesses. So are you calling me a lie or the Word of God a lie? If you are trying to say that I am a prophetess, then this is your first mistake. I am an Evangelist and a teacher of the Word of God. A prophet is another office within the gifts that God gave for the perfecting of the saints and the work of the ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ. Ephesians 4 11 And he gave some, apostles and some, prophets and some, evangelists and some, pastors and teachers
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 8 - 11 years ago
Part 1 of 4 Hello George Hartwell and John Ritter, I disagree with you that Gilgamesh flood came before Noah 's flood. I do not believe that Gilgamesh flood was real. According to man, Gilgamesh may have been written before the Bible. However, this does not mean that the Bible is not fact and truth. Also the flood of Noah s time killed every human being except Noah and his family which numbered eight. Therefore, could it be that the people, who had written this Gilgamesh, were born after the flood? The numbers BC started large and as time continued on decreased, because Alexander the Great timeline was 323 B.C. this was after the flood. Then after the birth of Christ the numbers began with smaller number and then increased to what we have today 2014 A. D. The point I am trying to make is that the flood is estimated to have happened 1656 A. M. year of the world or 2348 B.C. According to what I read, Gilgamesh account of the flood was written 2000 or 2200 B.C. Some scholars say that it was written 1150 B. C. this would put these writings away after the flood happened. This being the case means that those who wrote the Gilgamesh Account embellished a lot on the real account of the flood of Noah.

Part 2 of 3 To further validate that Jesus is God manifested in the flesh. Revelation Chapter 1 verses 17 18 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not I am the first and the last I am he that liveth, and was dead and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen and have the keys of hell and of death . Now who was alive and died? Jesus Christ in his human form but his Deity or soul or spirit lives forever. His flesh died but the soul which is the Deity lived. This is what happens to us. Our bodies will die and return to the dust from which it came. However, our souls or spirits will live forever either in Hell or Heaven. Jesus who is both Lord and Christ stated that he is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, the first and the last. There is no other God. His name is Jesus Christ. This is his true name. In the Old Testament he had many names. In the New Testament his name was declared. The same John who wrote Revelation is the same John who wrote John Chapter 1. So you have to go right back to Jesus was God manifested in the flesh.

  • Genesis Babru on Hebrews 8 - 11 years ago
Thing is just because god has granted us grace according to the sin we commit we are to forget that the commandment of not taking gods name in vain is what we should not let our minds forget. This has been a big debateful topic that if now we are led through grace should we follow his commandments or no??? A simple answer to this from the Bible itself is from John and that is God says, If you love me you will obey my commands. Beyond this I think there can 't stand any other thing.

Part 1 of 3 Hello Ar, I am glad to hear from you. A person is made up of body, soul, and spirit. Part 2 of 2 I have read were some scholars saying that an offering is thought to be both grain and animal. Some scholars say a sacrifice is just animal and that it is burnt. So if we were to conclude with this, then it would be that Cain did not give his first fruits. His offering to God was not done well. If you recall the scripture, God further stated that ..and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. What happened after God made this statement? Cain sinned. He killed his brother Abel.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 4 - 11 years ago
Part 1 of 2 Clarification Teejay, I did not mean for anyone to think that I was slapping Cain in the face for his offering. In a response I made to Dennis 10 06 2014, 10 08, I had already stated that the only time that I have read where a cereal or vegetable offering was made was with a meat offer. Is cereal a grain or no? When I wrote sacrifice I was thinking about how the animal had to sacrifice its life because Adam and Eve had sinned and now knew that they were naked.
  • Ar on John 14 - 11 years ago
To Evangelist Chatauna Robinson remark of 10 11 2014 I refer to just three verses which Jesus said while walking in this world. There are many others referring to God separately in other chapters of the NT , including Revelation. Who is this Father that Jesus is praying and talking about? Mark 13 32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father Mat. 26 42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done Luke 23 3434 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
  • Dwight on 1 Kings 3:25 - 11 years ago
just as the Bible teaches that wisdom without Christ is empty, this passage teaches that wisdom without God given love is empty. how would Solomon have been viewed if love had not removed the verdict? Praise our loving God.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 4 - 11 years ago
Teejay to add to my three part response that I submitted, could Cain have not asked his brother for a lamb to offer on his behalf if he truly wanted to? Not everyone in the Jewish culture were sheep herders. I am quite sure that someone had to purchase a lamb from someone to make their offering unto the Lord. Also when Abraham was told to offer up his son Isaac to God, God saw his willingness and obedience to his word, God provided a Ram in the bush as a substitute. This was still a blood sacrifice before the Law. This is why I said someone had to have taught this from the beginning of what God wanted as a sacrifice or offering.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 4 - 11 years ago
Part 1 of 3 Hello Teejay Sacrifice is the act of offering the life of a person or animal, or some object in propitiation of or homage to a deity. This is what Abel and Cain did. Some scholars say because his offering was not his first fruits this is why God did not except his offering. Think about it like this, God must have told them how to make an offering. Perhaps Adam and Eve instructed them on how to make a sacrifice or an offering. However, the instructions came Cain did not offer up a proper offering unto the Lord. As you read Genesis 4 6 And the LORD said unto Cain, Why are thou wroth? And why is they countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door,. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. Now what stood out to me was that God said If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? Apparently Cain did not do it correctly.

I can understand the belief of the azazel representing both Christ and satan. Christ carries our sins. Our sins are forgiven as far as the east is from the west etc, etc. However, I personally believe the azazel represents satan for several reasons. These points from my studies. 1 Why the need for lots if both goats represent Jesus Christ? 2 Premosaic, azazel meant evil personal being. 3 Jewish tradition azazel meant demon. 4 Arabs also believed azazel meant demon. 5 Person who led azazel became unclean and needed to wash before entering camp. 6 satan is banished to the wilderness, after millennium and after final release. demons are discussed in relation to wilderness desert. 7 satan is ultimately responsible for all sin. These are some reasons off the top of my head. Sincerely, Steve

Hello Ar, Once again the very first Chapter of John, verse 1 states In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Verse 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. Verse 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Who was in the world? The answer is Jesus Christ. The Word was God and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. The answer is Jesus Christ.

Hello Delilah, I would like to also add to my 4 part response. Mark 13 32 "But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father . See God is not entrusting anyone with the day and hour he will return. This is why when you hear people given a day, time, and year that the world is going to end they are not telling the truth. Also you have some preachers that tell you to give them all of your wealth and possessions because the Lord is coming back. You have to ask yourself this question, if the Lord is coming back then why do you need all of my possessions? If I can t take them with me then you can t take them with you.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 11 years ago
Hello Delilah, Part 1 of 4 Unfortunately my Part 3 did not come out so here it is again. Part 3 of 3 2 Peter 3 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Matthew 13 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire so shall it be in the end of this world.
  • Ar on John 14 - 11 years ago
Evangelist Chatauna Robinson . I have no interest to comment on what you are very wrongly stating in almost all your comments, but I have a question, and if you want you reply. Are you one of those who belong to a group of people called "Jesus only "?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 2 - 11 years ago
Hello Gordon Seawood, If we can agree that the church age began on the day of Pentecost and that the Bible does not lie then we have a foundation in which to build on. Jesus said it. Peter clarified it on the day of Pentecost what it took to be saved after the people asked a question. On that day after they heard what Peter said about three thousand souls was added to the church. If you continue to read throughout the book of Acts you will find no one that was baptized with the preacher saying over them while baptizing them Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. The preachers called on the name of the Lord Jesus. If Jesus truly meant for the preacher to say the words Father, Son, and Holy Ghost over the people while baptizing them, don 't you think that his disciples would have called those titles instead of calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ? Or at least it would have been written as such?
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 6 - 11 years ago
Hello J. Price, I so not understanding your comment. Please clarify what you are talking about? If you are talking about children, the ones that are in the wound or aborted children, I believe they are already saved, because they no not good or evil they are part of the elect. Romans 9 11 For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth I also believe that children who are under the age of accountability are also saved. I also believe that children who lives are taken before having a choice to be saved are waiting to judge those who took their lives. This is a very strong belief that I have.
