Many times in life we may feel discouraged, but there is a place we can go. David had this kind of day when he wrote this scripture. He had to talk to himself and say you need to trust God. he reminded himself to put his future in God 's hands. What has you down? It may be a doctor 's report, job loss, divorce, child on drugs, family problems, death of loved one, senseless evil or attack against you. If you can turn your eyes on the Lord and see His salvation your heart will be filled with a new hope for living!

I 've always been curious about these verses. Does it mean that any time a woman 's breast is fondled she is committing a whoredom? Were these women married to someone else and that 's why? And what about actresses. Even in some pg movies there are scenes where a woman lets a man touch her breast. Does this mean the actress is committing a whoredom?

In verse number 20 when God said, And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous If I can say it like this notice the word sin there is no s on it to indicate plural or many sins. The focused seemed to have been on the one particular sin. That was the desire of men with men. Homosexuality. When the LORD said in verse 21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me and if not, I will know . The scripture stated it , referring back to sin being singular. The only thing sin or it focused on that night was those men asking and wanting to have the angels of God which were men. They did not want the women that Lot offered them. They wanted the men. Think about this, if their intentions were honorable why did Lot offer his virgin daughters? This is continue with the next Genesis 19.

Hello John, What is Homosexuality? It is a man having sex with a man. It is a woman having sex with a woman. Homosexuality was used as a punishment for those who corrupted God 's Word and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God. God turned them over to a reprobated mind. A mind that is condemned or a totally lost soul. Romans Chapter 1. So why would God use Homosexuality as a punishment and then turn around and okay it for humans to do? God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for this sin. The men of those cities did not want the daughters of Lot, even after Lot offered the daughters to them. They wanted the angles, the men of God. I do not think they wanted to have a conversation with them, because if they did then I sure that the angels would not have blinded them. Read my answer under Genesis Chapter 9.

Part 3 of 3 There is nowhere in the Bible where it states that Satan begot anybody. Also, what are you going to do with the scripture that says all souls belong to God? Also would Satan be listed in the lineage of this people? Think about this, all of the people before the flood died in the flood except Noah and his family which numbered 8 people. So how can anyone continue to say that Cain was begotten of Satan? Also Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible under the direction of God. I am sure that if Satan had begotten anybody then God would have let it be written.

The Trinity Father,Son and Holy Spirit was there before the Creation see Genesis chapter one, referring to this, God,the spirit and the Word . Also Mark chapter 1 verses 9 10 and 11. Some do this to line their pockets, by telling people to give up all of their wealth to them because Jesus Christ is returning soon and you do not need to take it with you. However, this is a trick of the devil. Because you have to ask yourself this question if Jesus is coming back then why do they need all my money, home, cars, etc.? People have given everything up to false prophets because they do not understand the Word of God. The only thing that God is requiring of man to give is a tenth of his earnings and an offering. This means that one dime out of every dollar is given that you make. You can either pay on your gross or on your net. If you choose to pay on your net then at the end of the year when you file your taxes you pay tithes on it. If you make money on the side by selling something you still only pay a tenth out of that money.

Hello Insight, God did not tell Adam not to touch the tree. Genesis 2 17 "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die ". See God had given Adam the charge of tending to everything in the garden, Genesis 2 15 "And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it ". Therefore, he had to touch the tree in order to take care of it like the rest of the garden. God told him not to eat of that tree. When God confronted Adam and Eve, he reminded them what he had said Genesis 3 11 "And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? " If I can say it like this, Eve added to what God stated and this is how the serpent was able to get a foot in the door, because once she touched it and did not die she continued down that path to eat that fruit that was on that tree.

from what i read in the bible i understand the need for giving but do have a problem with giving more of whatever income you may. there was a time when all i could give was a part of my time to God which was a blessing for me. but this 100 fold to 1000 fold giving don 't believe this is what God wanted fro us, can you explain this?

What I have to say is fact and no lie. Yes, Psalm 12 v 5 is true as like all other scriptures about the poor and needy in God 's Living Word is true and powerful. But! This the rich just bluntly refuse today, treating the poor and needy like mongrel dogs, kicking them out of the way. As soon as the poor cry out, they are ignored and considered as the scrap of this world. No one can with all honesty before the Living Eternal God dispute the truth of this. But what I can say is, the day is coming where the poor and needy shall rejoice and the rich who shut their ears to the cries of the poor and needy, will be slaughtered by the Sword of God 's Living Word Jesus Christ. Which true believer can stand up and say that as it stands in Matthew 25 v 31 to 46, James 2 and James 5 v 1 to 6, etc is a lie? Those who ignore these scriptures, will receive what God has promised, and that is eternal damnation.

Explain why some use Cross and some use tree? Did not God say my word change not? His name will always be God because He is God! He had to come in the form of a Man whom He called Jesus and we know that Jesus and God are the same. However, a cross is not the same as a tree, would you please explain why it has been changed by your interpretation?
