He hath not dealt so with any nation and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the. He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He sendeth out his word, and melteth them he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow. He casteth forth his ice like morsels who can stand before his cold? He giveth snow like wool he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes. He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth his word runneth very swiftly. He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat. For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates he hath blessed thy children within thee. Praise the, O Jerusalem praise the, O Zion. The taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. He delighteth not in the strength of the horse he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man. He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry. Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains. Sing unto the with thanksgiving sing praise upon the harp unto the heavens The lifteth up the meek he casteth the wicked down to the ground. Great is the, and of great power his understanding is infinite. He telleth the number of the stars he calleth them all by their names. He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. The doth build up Jerusalem he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel. Praise ye the for it is good to sing praises unto the for it is pleasant and praise is comely.

  • Colin on Isaiah 14:12 - 11 years ago
Reading all the comments i have to say only i agree with, Greorge.Ebenjer. Lucifer is not found any were in the bible before snt Jeroame translated it from Hebrew to Latin. The Latin Vulgate uses the term lucifer and it means "Light Bringer ". Look in the Isaiah scroll and search for this verse and in hebrew you will see it says "Heylel " which is "Day Star " and that is reffering to the Planet Venus. You gotta read the whole chapter to understand that its NOT talking about the Satan its talking about the King of babylon, which is a man and it even says its talking about a man..... Christian church is reading this book with there heads up there **. The Book is a Mystical Book and mystical books are written in Code and not literal. The bible is Astrological. Stop looking at the literal translation and start to look at its Symbols and what the pictures mean and ask the Question WHY??? Why 2 Thieves crucified on either side of Christ, why was he not on the left or right of the thieves, how does this correlate to the Structure of the Temple and its 2 colomns.why always the number 12and 2 etc are repeated?. the Literal interpretation is the shell not the actual meat. The first religion and science was all based off the stars. do your home work.

Many fall away, but to whom can we go? You Lord Jesus, you have all that we need, and we need it. Your words of assurance of Gods love and care. Your guidance thru the storms. You are the ONE, we need you Lord, to whom can we go? You are the only ONE.

  • Bringer of Fire on Matthew 6:22 - 11 years ago
Vision is what is taken from the outside world, but what the eyes see is nothing but a mere deception of what the world is. From this case if your eyes are dark how great is that darkness or deception? What is inside the mind behind the eyes is the light of the body for everything functions through it. Your eyes can go blind but you can still live, you body can be severed but you can still live. The eye that the Jesus speaks of is the mind. The mind is the light of the body which resides inside of the brain that works both conscious and unconscious behaviors of the body. The mind doesn 't refer to a spirit but to a certain state your body is in. If therefore your mind is full of light, light can give off energy and show radiation so will your body. If that light, that energy, that radiation is closed off how great is that darkness? You have no energy, your not radiating, your not shining.

I found this verse to be filled with power for the saint, but how can one use it to move a problem in her marriage? How do you speak to that mountain of disrespect, deception, and ungratefulness, that no matter how good you treat the person you get this in return?
  • Eaglesrock on Acts 7 - 11 years ago
7 56 "And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God. " Stephen is at the point of death and see 's Jesus Standing at the right hand of the Father. We are told that Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father. The Bible tells us that there is a crown for those who are killed for the gospel sake. Does Jesus stand every time someone who is killed for the gospel to welcome them home?
  • Grant on John 17 - 11 years ago
Not one of the explanations of verse John17 11 addresses who Jesus was talking about. They all say that Jesus and the father are one, but one what? Remember,Jesus said "they are one just as we are one ". Does that mean that "they " are God too because Jesus is God? Of course not. Jesus is saying here that "they " are of one belief, just as Jesus and rof one belief.Trinitarians will use the scripture to support their trinity therory.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on John 1 - 11 years ago
Part 2 In John 14 8 to 10, Jesus acknowledges he is the Father. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you and yet has thou not known me, Philip? He that hath seen me hath seen the Father and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works . The flesh is a house in which the spirit and soul resides. In 11 Corinthians 5 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation .
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on John 1 - 11 years ago
Hello Mark, I do not know if my responses will be printed because of length, however this is Part 1of 4 You stated that before John 16 29 30 that the disciples did not say that Jesus was God. Part 1 I have to go right back to Chapter 1. I believe that John wrote this book. Verse 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God . Verse 3 All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made . In Genesis Chapter 1 1 it states In the beginning GOD created the heaven and the earth . In John Chapter 1 verse 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not . Who was in the world? Who walked among men? The answer is Jesus Christ. The world was made by him. Who did not know him? The Jews, his own people first then the rest of the world. In Verse 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us .. Who was made flesh? The answer is Jesus Christ. What does it say in verse 1 the Word was God .
  • David Fig on 2 Corinthians 8 - 11 years ago
I think I sometimes miss out on the fullness of what verse 9 is really saying to me. Colossians 1 16 reminds me that everything in heaven as well as all things on earth where created by him and for him. He left his home in glory, to come into this sin cursed world. He could say of himself that he had no place to even lay his head. To seek, search and find me.. And all or any who believe. John 3 16. Sometimes I place more value on my material gains than I should. He placed more value on us over all that he owned. Which is everything in existence. He gave all he had for everyone of us. Hallelujah what a Savior! What am I doing with his sacrifice? May God help us to store up our treasures in heaven and not make ourselves comfortable in the material perishing things of this soon passing world that rejected the Son or God.
  • David young follower of the son of God on John 12 - 11 years ago
JESUS CHRIST THE SON OF GOD reveals himself as THE LIGHT ,and those past present and future that follow this LIGHT ..will never walk in darkness .. Many tongues and nations all over the world ..worship a GOD ??or call them there GOD?? But THE TRUE GOD HATH GIVEN HIM JESUS A NAME THAT IS ABOVE ALL NAMES THAT AT THE NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND TONGUE CONFESS TO THE GLORY OF THE FATHER ..... SO UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED JESUS AS THE SON OF GOD IN WORSHIP YOU HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FATHER ?? FOR HE THAT HATH NOT THE SON HATH NOT THE FATHER?? Many many ONENESS PENTECOSTALS CALL THE FATHER THE SON IN THE FLESH THUS THEY DENY THE DEITY OF THE SON ?? The devil loves to tear down the deity preincarnate CHRIST JESUS!!!

How could Man be made first, without a woman and with reproductive organs? Any good answer based on what 's real in this world? And believe me I witnessed miracles many times while here in the world. They were all based on what I believed in before I had witnessed them.
  • Word on Revelation 13 - 11 years ago
Angela get rapture out of your mind God hates that lie and tells us in Ezekiel 13 and you won 't find it in Mark 13, Luke 21 or Matt. 24 where Christ tells us of the 7 events or seals that will take place. Not in 2 Thessalonians 2 where Paul gives us the exact way we will gather back to Christ does any time say we will fly to save our own souls, in fact Paul says forget that first letter speaking of where are the dead because people couldn 't keep track of the subject in verse 13 where it speaking of dead people in that chapter 4 and not flying up at the 7th trump but coming to earth when we that are all in the flesh change. ALL change, ALL will go through the test of either waiting for the true Christ or go with as a whore with a fake one antichrist because he says he is Christ and all the churches are following him and the whole world says he is and bow down to him but not the election and not the 2 witnesses. So when Satan shows up and says he will fly you out of here, what say you?

  • Jean marie on Job 1 - 11 years ago
Why did the conversation between thr LORD, and the sons of God, only state what transpired between Satan and our LORD? Surely the others present would have understood the cunning comment Satan made in responce to the praise of Job by our LORD. Job was surely an innocent, however, if the sons of God were angels, why did they not take alert to the sarcastic comments of Satan? I believe that the sons of God are human. . Otherwise the Lord would have had God intervene in the test of Job. This was surely a test of Jobs Faith. Even more, this was a test of our Lord 's purity of knowledge by Satan. Even though the Lord and our God favored Jobs faith, Satan took a lifetime away from Job to test the word of the Lord. The game of chess between our Lord and Satan emphasized the value of the pawn Job , before all of Gods sons. A lesson of faith discussed between two powerful spirits... check by Satan ... and check mate by God. Quality control known in modern day terms.

What does he mean when he says, such an one caught up to the third heaven. Could this mean that there was or is 3 different earth ages? Could there have been a earth age before the one that we are in now? I know that there is still one more to come.
  • MT on Acts 1:8 - 11 years ago
About 14years ago, I experienced the Holy Spirit not knowing the purpose of the Holy Spirit. Let me explain, I grew up a catholic, not reading the bible, and when the Holy Spirit came in a vision, I began speaking in tongues. I knew it was God and his language. I have always loved and believed in Jesus. Throughout that time, I felt God had greater things for me. So, I began to search for the TRUTH, the word of God. I have never heard that people could speak in tongues nor did I think it existed. Because of my lack of knowledge, I began to read the bible. I have then repented and was baptized, full submersion, in the name of Jesus and was able to receive the Holy Spirit again. I also felt that God wanted me to be in a church that fosters the Holy Spirit. Why? Put it this way... if your thirsty you 'll go where there 's water. Thank you Lord for your blessings!

  • Joseph Z. Kollie on 1 Corinthians 14 - 11 years ago
I have talked to friends about 1 Corinthians 14 34 15 to give their opinions on women presiding over congregations, but I almost got insulted or was insulted. Is there any further interpretation on these verses apart from what they say? I do believe that women can minister like house to house ministering or evangelism. But for a woman to pastor a Church, I have not found any scriptural justifications.
  • Ben Levi on Deuteronomy 28 - 11 years ago
The Bible is a history book and we must read it as such. We all know the Adam and Eve story, the Moses story and the Noah story. We must read the bible from beginning to the end and in order. Page 1, 2, 3, etc. that is the first thing. Then we must keep in mind as you read, what the mindset of the people as you read. Duet. 28 speaks of curses and blessing. If the children of Israel followed what GOD commanded them they were to reap the blessings. If they did not, they were to reap the curses. Those people did not die. The next generations were still under this curse. Where are these people that are known to all the nations of the world as a byword, Coloured, Black, Negro..Deut.28 36,37 Deut.28 48 Deut.28 64.. These people were cursed by GOD.. where are they.? Scattered to the 4 corners of the earth. KEYWORD... SCATTERED!! It should be easy for us to see that the ONLY people that were Scattered all over the world was the AFICAN. Yokes upon their necks! Deut.28 36... Serve other GODs.. There are other chapters of other books n the Bible that tell of other curses that are upon the children of Israel.. I beg everyone, young and old, of any race or creed.. to READ from the beginning without skipping through and knowledge will follow and then you must read it again and again.. May GOD add a blessing to my words and may he bless me also. Peace be upon all who read with an open and just heart..
  • David Charles Hagert on Genesis 6:4 - 11 years ago
I really have no ideal just what is being said here? One thing I do know is angels from Heaven did not come down to Earth for sex! That is the Heavens of Gods, that is where also the angels who are with God reside and no where else especially Earth. The angels talked about here are from Earth. We all are sons and daughters of God,some good, some not so good, and these were the latter. Gen 1 26 We all are created in the image of God,so if born in that image we must be sons and daughters of the living God. Now there is evil spirits in the world and they inhabit our human bodies, which is what the Nephilim are. Jesus casting out many demons in his day. This is just my interpretation.
