To the person that said Acts 2 38 couldn 't save a tadpole that Paul was only speaking to the Jews, then what do u think of verse 39? It says that the promise is unto u, to your children to ALL that are afar off, as many as The Lord our God shall call. That tells me that the promise is for me also, that this IS the way to salvation

Gnome de Pluehm 's Genesis Chapter 2 What?? GOD didn 't rest until the seventh day, by that time HE had already formed, made, and created man, Adam Eve. Man was NOT an after thought. The universe was made for the Earth, to keep it in its orbit and to give light upon its surface. The Earth was made for man, to give him a place to live and work, oh, yes, GOD expected Adam Eve to work, even in paradise. The oldest profession is gardening and being an arborist, tree specialist. The oldest profession is NOT prostitution. Man was made because GOD wanted children, I don 't know why the angels didn 't count, but I 'm extremely glad HE wanted me to be HIS child. HE wanted children who would love HIM by their freewill which HE gave to all mankind.

FOR Alex Paculanang 's Genesis Chapter 1 There is the legend of Lilith which says there was a woman before Eve, but the argument for Lilith is illogical because in Genesis Chapter 1 27 it says male and female so if this means there was a woman before Eve then by the same logic there was a man before Adam. Also note that GOD made them in HIS image What is the image of GOD? HE is spirit not anything physical, therefore this is the "creation " of man GOD created man in spirit! In Chapter 2 GOD then relates how HE made and formed man man was originally a three part being and these words are not used interchangeably man was formed of the dust or clay of the ground, he was made a living soul soul, biblically speaking is breath life once you take your last breath it is gone until the gathering together or the resurrection of the just and or the unjust , he was created in spirit a perfect spirit that had perfect communication with GOD . Thus Chapter 1 tells of the spiritual creation of man and Chapter 2 deals with the physical body and the breath life of man. I hope that answers your question.

A microchip will most likely control the finances, but why would the microchip have to go in the forehead or in the hand? The seal of God goes in the forehead in this life Revelation 7 3 9 4 . That can 't be literal. The Father 's name is in the forehead of everyone in heaven Revelation 14 1 22 4 . Why the forehead? It 's the frontal lobe, the character decision making part of the brain. What went in the foreheads of God 's people in Deuteronomy 6 1 8? God 's Word Commandments. Deuteronomy 6 8 KJV 8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. Leave it to the Pharisees to take this literally and start hanging scrolls from their hands. God wanted His Word Commandments to be in their minds and in their actions. The mark of the beast is something that goes in our minds and or actions in place of God 's law. Setting aside getting rid of the law is very different from simply breaking it.

  • Rev. Autrey on John 18:38 - 11 years ago
Verses 38 40 "What is the truth? ' Pilate asked. Then he went out to the people and told them, 'He is not guilty of any crime. But you have a custom of asking me to release someone from prison each year at Passover. So if you want me to, I 'll release the King of the Jews. ' But they shouted back, 'No! Not this man, but Barabbas! ... " But Pilaste could have released Jesus, but he didn 't. And in his rebellion he made the Scriptures come true. Isiah 28 says, "This is what the Sovereign Lord says 'Look! I am placing a foundation stone in Jerusalem. It is firm, a tested and precious cornerstone that is safe to build on. Whoever believes need never be disappointed. ' " And Isaiah 8 14 says, "He will keep you safe. But to Israel and Judah he will be a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall. " This is talking about the Lord Almighty as we can see in verse 13. This proves that Jesus is the Lord Almighty, and the stone that makes people stumble and fall. It was he, himself, who stood before Pilate that terrible day. And Pilate stumbled over all over him and fell to his destruction. And if we reject Jesus as our God we will fall too. People reject Jesus by placing another meanine on the word LORD. In their effort to reject his DIVINITY they make the word mean only a master or ruler in their lives. But Isiah 40 equated the word LORD to to word GOD. It specificially says, "Make a highway through the wilderness for our LORD. And make a road through the desert for our GOD. " This is what we see in most churches today. They are quick to call Jesus Lord or master, but they will not say that he is God. And in doing so, they fall as surely as Pilate fell that day. See, here if the point. Only God can save us. And if we say that Jesus is not God we have no salvation. Ask God to help upu understand!

DEAR harry the only way you can is to seperate jesus from christ.because they are two different people.one is GOD the man which is a man the same time he is GOD the creator.IF you search the scriptures concerning the words of DAVID the king he said my GOD and father.in the newtestment jesus said how can david be the father of christ.king david never had a son called jesus. or did he ?look it up .please dont reject this because it is true if you except it or not.we all have this promise when GOD himself said he would come as a man and give is life so that we can have eternal life.and that he also said he would give us a new body that will not grow old and he would take us from this earth before he destroys it by fire. he calls it the new heaven and new earth the discription of it is in the book of REV. if jesus was christ why are you not there.note this when GOD comes in his body of flesh so that you may know who he is he will have two sons one called david the outher will be called jesus. they both are the sons of GOD the man. and the name of the mother of jesus will be and now is called mary.a word for thought in MATT.16 20 i am not the CHRIST,ask the spirit in you to show you the truth he will not lie. if you will check out 1COR15 1 54 GOD is CHRIST which is yet to come in the last gen.before this earth is destroyed.but dont worry you wont be here when this happens

How do peoples become ill, they become ill because of sin, how do peoples sin? Such is not through the ways of the son the holy living ways of light and life through the holy spirit of light and life through Christ, through god the father working through them, the ways of the son, to be kind, caring, sharing, loving, peaceful, patient, humble, truthful, merciful, god loving, such are of the holy spirit, are of Christ, of god the father, such is through the ways of man the unholy ways of darkness and death the tares, the ways of man, the spirit of fear, greed, lust, jealousy, hate, deception, impatience, anger, temptation, doubt, such are of the unholy spirit, of the antichrist, the devil, they are the tares, it 's they that sin, and its through them peoples become ill, we all need to be rebuke such ways at every turn in jesus name, god cannot sin, sin is in opposition to the holy spirit to christ to god the father.

Proverbs 2 22 "But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, .... " Could this be referring to the anti environmentalist, who would rather harm the earth for profit rather than leave even there own progeny a healthy place to live?
  • Rev. Autrey on Matthew 26 - 11 years ago
Verse 14 "Then Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve disciples, went to the leading priests and asked, 'How much will you pay me to betray Jesus to you? ' And they gave him thirty pieces of silver. From that time on, Judas began looking for the right time and place to betray Jesus. " Why was Jesus betrayed for 30 pieces of silver? Why not some other number, like 15, or 35, or 8? First, 30 is the number predicted in the Scriptures. For instance, Zechariah 11 13 reads "And the LORD said to me, 'Throw it to the potter ' 'that princely price they set on me. ' So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the LORD for the potter. Second, the number 30 has a spiritual significance. 10 is the number of redemption or salvation. 3 is the number of the Trinity. And 3 times 10 is thrity. This means that all 3 members of the Godhead had a hand in our redemption. Stated plainly, the Father is the way God makes his decisions. That 's one 10. The Son or Jesus is the way God carries out his dicisions and speaks to us. That 's 2 tens or 20. And the Holy Spirit is the way God inspires us to believe in what he is doing through Jesus. That 3 tens or 30. Hence, 30 pieces of silver. May God bless you!

In verse 9, it says that Noah is a just man and perfect. He doesn 't seem quite so perfect in Genesis chapter 9 verse 21. He was drunk and naked in his tent. Was this acceptable behaviour in biblical times? I find this quite offensive. My wife, however, thinks that I am being a little harsh since what a man does in his own tent is his own business. Could someone please settle this argument between myself and my wife? Thanks.

So the Big Bang theorists say that basically, this magnificent universe just popped into existience by some cosmic explosion. Tell me the last time a car, a house, an airplane or a TV, just over time, just popped into being? No, somebody 's hands created them. It 's as foolish as saying the world and all if its intricate details, inlcuding us,came about by a cosmic explosion. We are without excuse. Those who choose to believe a lie will have to suffer the eternal consequence.
  • Eugene on Romans 6 - 11 years ago
There is a QUESTION THAT EVEN GOD CANNOT ANSWER, or will not answer. It is in Romans 6 23. Paraphrased, "how can we escape if we neglect so great, SO GREAT a salvation? ". Ponder that! Numerically, in the Bible, 6 denotes sin. Numerically 23 means death. You think this is an accident?

  • Jonathan on John 16:24 - 11 years ago
I often if I should take this scripture literally. I feel like there is a "catch " to this verse. The catch being, even if I ask for something, there is no mention when I will receive it. It could be minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years. If I am unemployed and ask for a job, do I have years to wait for that prayer to be answered? That has happened to me. I lost everything in the process of waiting to get a job. I was applying to jobs daily.
  • Paul the slave on 1 Thessalonians 5:17 - 11 years ago
Pray without ceasing. This means simply that the Christian 's biblically saved life is marked by prayer and devotion. Leonard Ravenhill said he could tell how spiritual a man is by viewing his devotional life. How many hours yes hours do you spend in prayer? Or does God get your left overs? The 1st Commandment tells us to have no other gods before Him. This should be natural for the Christian. If you spend more time watching TV or internet browsing, then you need to examine your life.

I 'm a little amazed that none of you Bible geniuses have said anything about AMERICA. And it 's judgement. "2 Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen thou art greatly despised. 3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? 4 Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.
