The Judgement of Nations? Who will suffer Greater, a free country that rejects the Truth, or a country with leaders that reject the Truth. Also Judgement is good when the Truth is sought and those that find it and are directed by it.

jesus is the 'word';"before your great ancestor abraham was born,i was there".through jesus(word) the world was created. meaning, he was there before Adam too.the question is; if the son is the 'word',is that mean the father is the 'thought'? (because the 'word' comes out from the 'thought'.)
  • Edward Harris on Leviticus 18 - 12 years ago
Verse 22. Says it all. Man can do whatever he wants for political or other expediencies but in the sight of Yahweh it is wrong, Choose you this day who you will serve! Man or El? Amen!!!
  • Keaton on Genesis 2 - 12 years ago
Is it in the realm of possibility that Adam and Eve were in Eden for longer than we usually think? What if they had an entire civilization going when Eve took the fruit? They could have been in Eden for hundreds of years, seeing as there was no death. That would explain why Cain was worried that someone would kill him if they knew him, and where he got his wife.
  • Calvin lopez on John 1:1 - 12 years ago
I love my lord and saviour Jesus Christ. But we must remember why he came down, to save us from our sins and more importantly to glorify and sanctify his fathers name. The almighty Jehovah God! Jeremiah 3:21 "because they have perverted their way, they have forgotten Jehovah their God." Seems like everyone has forgotten Jehovah. The definition of christian is- "a believer in Jesus Christ and his TEACHINGS." Everything he taught us was of his fathers will. Every miracle he performed he gave all credit to his father Jehovah. John 17:26 "And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them." If we are truly greatful to Jesus Christ for giving his own life for our sins, we must do what he taught and help him sanctify Jehovah gods name! What good is his death if we dont continue what he taught. He said in John 17:4 "I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. " I love Jesus Christ and will continue to help him glorify Jehovah gods name! Jeremiah 2:32 can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number.

    Verses to consider.
    Isaiah 49:15 and 16
    (15) "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
    (16) See, I [God] have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
    Revelation 19:16
On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
  • Brian Johnson on Leviticus 19:28 - 12 years ago
Leviticus 19 also forbids wearing two mixed materials on the body (cotton/poly blend); Sewing seeds of a different kind next to each other; eating things with blood (filet medium rare or rare); and shaving around your head. For those who want to condemn tattoos (which weren't even called tatoos in Bible times)I would ask Do you eat steak medium rare, do you wear poly? Do you plant corn next to beans? Be careful of the judgments you lay on others. Read Matthew 23 to see how Jesus felt about the Pharisees doing that.

    @ Question and Answer
7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither
shall I flee from thy presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I
make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in
    the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy
    right hand shall hold me.
    11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me;
even the night shall be light about me.
12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but
the night shineth as the day: the darkness and
the light are both alike to thee. Psalms 139:7-11

God is a spirit. He is everywhere...
  • Roger on Daniel 1 - 12 years ago
After reading the entire book of Daniel, it seems to me that the first chapter is only an inrtoduction to what commitment, dedication and devotion required to endure to the end. As in the book of rev. "...He that endures to the end the same shall be saved." The question then becomes.Who should endure what and why? We should pay close attention to what JESUS SAID TO PILOT "MY KINGDOM IS NOT OF THIS WORLD" Pilot had ask,"Are you a King?" But Pilot didn't get it. His concerns were only about the things of this world. Hense he did not know nor did he understand the things of the Spirit. If you know who you are in Christ Jesus then you will realize you will suffer rejection and persicution from the world. The history given by Danial of the wars from Medo-Persian Empires through the Greco, and Roman Empires all the way through to the end times are the events of the things of the world. Danial 7:27 says "And the Kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shallbe given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him." Christ left no question about the distinction of His kingdom and the kingdom of the world. A Brother And Beleiver.Roger.
  • Pastor Greggory on Hosea 6:2 - 12 years ago
Jesus stated he would raise up the temple (his body which is the church) in three days after it had been destroyed...

There were a few gentleman that came out to do a video in the late 70's that correlated the Hosea prophecy with that of Jesus...

Another interesting note is when Jesus told the disciples to go down into the town and find a man bearing a pitcher of water, follow him into the house and into the upper chamber and I will be there amongst you... Is this a reference to the age of Aquarius? which is 2 thousand years after the resurrection of our King?

These were just some interesting thoughts to contemplate...

  • Debora on Zechariah 2 - 12 years ago
Zechariah 2:11 - And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: And I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee.

How awesome is that? What a glorious day that will be indeed! Blessed be the LORD'S name forever. Amen

  • Judy on Genesis 1:26 - 12 years ago
Our wee little minds have a hard time comprehending the Almighty, All Powerful, All Knowing way of thinking. There is One God. But the Almighty, All Powerful, All Knowing God can do All Things. Who is anyone of us to say He didn't send Jesus(Himself) to earth? Who of us is more Almighty, All Powerful or All Knowing than the One true God? When the Word says "Let us make man in our image"...that is God Himself speaking because He Is the God who created all things. Therefore, the Trinity was in the Word at the very beginning of Creation. It's just our weak comprehension that causes many not to believe the Awesomeness of our God.
  • Butchie on Romans 1:16 - 12 years ago
I believe we christians should climb atop the telephone poles and 'shout out' this 'Good News' to the people of this world. So many are hungrily seeking the truth but they are being led astray.
Where there is no truth, the people will believe a lie. There are now many anti-christ in this world doing all they can to suppress the teaching of 'The Good News', The Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is much that needs to be done, the fields truly are 'ripe unto the harvest', ready to be saved. How can they be saved,? except they hear the Gospel, how can they hear except someone preach and teach it to them. Who will say ' here am I oh Lord, send me, I will go '? Preach the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

  • Anonymous on Leviticus 20:13 - 12 years ago
What if they truly have found love for the same sex? Then what? God loves all equal regardless of the sin and the depths it may have on anyone. If God himself didn't want homosexuality or homosexuals then he wouldn't have put the first people to come up with this logic in their own minds. It takes two to tango and one to sin. But I'm seriously confused on the topic and need some words of wisdom.

  • Queen on Isaiah 58 - 12 years ago
God’s Sabbath day is on Saturday, the seventh day, not Sunday. People need to go back to creation when God said he created the earth in six days and rested the seven day and blessed it. Sunday is the first day of the week. If Sunday is the Sabbath then why did the bible say that Jesus rose on the first day of the week which is Sunday?
  • Bro. Daniel FC on Galatians 5 - 12 years ago
Comments on Galatians 5:18 “But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law”.
We know from 1John 3:4 that “sin is the transgression of the law”. When Christ died, “he did away with the Law” (the Old Covenant), and we entered a New Covenant ( Jeremiah 31:31, Hebrews 8:8). Now we are under Grace ( Romans 6:14).
So, let me see if I understand this “process of salvation” correctly: (1) I hear the Word of God which tells me that He loves me ( John 3:16), and that He died for me though I broke no Law. (2) I accept that I am a sinner, even though the Law that would have condemned me does not exist anymore. (3) I receive Christ as my personal Savior, Who saved me from sins that actually don’t exist, since I was born after Christ died and made the Law obsolete and of non-effect. (4) I get baptized and receive the Holy Spirit, and I am no longer under the Law, which was nailed to the cross. (5) Having received the Holy Spirit, I am now under grace. I am free from the Law, and basically I can do anything I want, since there is no more Law to condemn me. (6) Yes, it would be nice to express the fruits of the spirit: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance etc. (verses 22, 23); but these are optional, “because against such there is no law”.
Now, do the statements 1-6 make any sense? I know that many Christians think so. But, let’s see: Perhaps they would have made sense if only Apostle Paul hadn’t mentioned the works of the flesh: “Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like (and the list goes on): of the which … I have also told you in time past, that THEY WHICH DO SUCH THINGS SHALL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD” (verses 19-21)… Hey, what happened to grace? We’ve already established that I can’t keep the Law because the flesh is against the spirit ( Galatians 5:17). Even Apostle Paul says: “For the good that I would, I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do” ( Romans 7:19). What’s going on here? The sins mentioned above are transgressions of the Moral Laws that have been “abolished, nailed to the cross, gone”. Now you tell me that I can’t inherit the Kingdom of God with all that love, sacrifice and grace? It seems to me that Apostle Paul is contradicting himself: or, is he? This chapter teaches that the Moral Laws were not included with the rest of the Mosaic Laws that ended at the cross, and that we still have to keep them. They were in effect when you and I were born, and are in effect today: we broke them, and this is why you and I are sinners in need of Christ’s forgiveness and redemption. But for sure, in this letter to Galatians Apostle Paul is talking about circumcision and other Ceremonial Laws fulfilled by Christ (verses 2, 3, 6, 11, 13). You just can’t have it both ways! Brother R.R. came up with a “good excuse”: I can’t memorize the Ten Commandments; therefore I don’t need to keep them. But Apostle Paul disagrees; he says: “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” ( Philippians 4:13). Amen.

What has the makings of a great city? What city would you consider the greatest on earth? Seems these days nearly everyone is more ready to pass the buck, but not the book.

  • Herman German III on Genesis 30 - 12 years ago
For us, that question of intercourse and marriages, when did God ever mention about the Sabbath, honoring mom and father, coveting, etc... Not until Moses because then Jesus came and explained it all. Please don't let America tell you what is right or wrong, as opposed to God. If marriage was not between man and woman, where would we be?
  • Evander renner on Isaiah 53:5 - 12 years ago
I just want to thank Jehovah for this wonderful thing. My son, Elikem was diagnosed of cancer, just after that his condition got terrible as days went by. I called on God and reminded Him of His word in Isaiah 53:5. And I testify to the glory of God, Elikem my son is now cancer free and doing good. Who can do this for me, when hope was lost? Only JESUS; thank you for the cross.

    In the bible, it says
    1) God made Adam
    2) He then made the animals and then
    3) He made Eve.

Did he make only male animals and then Eve and female animals or the female animals came before Eve?

By the time God made the earth, there was already a disagreement between God and the Devil.
  • Barry Pierce on Luke 15:10 - 12 years ago
Does the phrase "in the presence of the angels" refer to God Himself?
  • Alade Aniwapele on Matthew 2 - 12 years ago
These are the days of the manifestations of the Sons of God- and that is because the Kingdom of this World has become the kingdom of our LORD Jesus Christ. Hence, as children of the most High God, we should give immense attention to the Word of God – and that refers to the raw Word from the Holy Writ and also the preached Word. Why is that? It is because, the just shall live by faith- and also that, faith cometh by hearing and hearing through the Word of God.
