  • Anthony on Hebrews 6:6 - 14 years ago
Answering Richards question a year ago. Richard, b carful, God is All mercifull, and we live n the dispensation of Grace, but Grace does not give u the license to Sin. There will b a line where God draws, where there's no more forgiveness, but no1 knows the exact line. These scriptures are not refering to a backslider, remember the prodical son? Sometimes we get weak, and slip up like David, but he REPENTED. Repentace means a 180 turn around from ur previous lifestyle. This scripture is refering to Homosexuals, and other Christains that were once living straight and felt and rec the Holy Ghost, and denied JESUS an a apostate, denounced God and served themselves or another god, as Budah, allah and etc....
  • Takirid on Revelation 17 - 14 years ago
IT IS the hour of God’s judgment! Listen, then, to the divine message: “And another, a second angel, followed, saying: ‘She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen, she who made all the nations drink of the wine of the anger of her fornication!’” ( Revelation 14:8) For the first time, but not the last, Revelation focuses attention on Babylon the Great. Later, chapter 17 will describe her as a voluptuous harlot. Who is she? As we shall see, she is a global empire, she is religious, and she is Satan’s counterfeit system that he uses in fighting against the seed of God’s woman. ( Revelation 12:17) Babylon the Great is the entire world empire of false religion. She includes all religions that preserve the religious teachings and practices of ancient Babylon and that manifest her spirit.
It was at Babylon, more than 4,000 years ago, that Jehovah confused the tongues of the would-be builders of the Tower of Babel. The different language groups were scattered to the ends of the earth, taking with them the apostate beliefs and practices that are the basis of most religions to this day. ( Genesis 11:1-9) Babylon the Great is the religious part of Satan’s organization. (Compare John 8:43-47.) Her most prominent segment today is apostate Christendom, which emerged as a powerful, lawless organization in the fourth century after Christ, with creeds and formalisms derived, not from the Bible, but largely from Babylonish religion.—2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.
. John is struck with wonderment at what he next hears and sees: “And one of the seven angels that had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying: ‘Come, I will show you the judgment upon the great harlot who sits on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, whereas those who inhabit the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.’”— Revelation 17:1, 2.
2 “The great harlot”! Why so shocking a designation? Who is she? Some have identified this symbolic harlot with ancient Rome. But Rome was a political power. This harlot commits fornication with the kings of the earth, and this evidently includes the kings of Rome. Besides, after her destruction, “the kings of the earth” are said to mourn her passing. Therefore, she cannot be a political power. ( Revelation 18:9, 10) Additionally, since she is mourned also by the world’s merchants, she could not picture big business. ( Revelation 18:15, 16) We read, however, that ‘by her spiritistic practice all the nations were misled.’ ( Revelation 18:23) This makes it clear that the great harlot must be a worldwide religious entity.
Which religious entity? Is she the Roman Catholic Church, as some have maintained? Or is she all of Christendom? No, she must be even larger than these if she is to mislead all the nations. She is, in fact, the entire world empire of false religion. Her origin in the mysteries of Babylon is shown in that many Babylonish doctrines and practices are common to religions around the earth. For example, belief in the inherent immortality of the human soul, in a hell of torment, and in a trinity of gods is to be found in most Oriental religions as well as in the sects of Christendom. False religion, spawned more than 4,000 years ago in the ancient city of Babylon, has developed into the modern monstrosity that is called, appropriately, Babylon the Great. Why, though, is she described by the repugnant term “the great harlot”?

The revelation i recieved was,Santifacation. How the priest didnt partake of the passover because they werent santified and neither did the people because the didnt gather in Jerusalem. It brings me to say,How essential it is to santify yourself before partaken in any Holy thing, nevertheless, God pardon the people because of the man of God, Hezekiah prayed for them.God is a merciful God but we should not take his mercy for grated because he is also a God of wrath ,and Who can stand before a God of vengence?!!!

Something is wrong here. The verse states that all of the souls of his sons and daughters (by Leah) was 33. it is actually 34. it would add up to 33 if you did not count his daughter Dinah, but then why mention her by name and why say "of his sons and his daughters?"
  • Timothy Wayne George on Genesis 39 - 14 years ago
We must remember the phrase in the bible" and it came to pass" no matter what trial or temptation we are going through, it will pass. Joseph ask a very important question when he was tempted" how can I do this wickedness and sin against God?" We must ask that question, because all sin is against God, and we must trust in the Lord with all our heart, and lean not unto our understanding. In all our ways we are to acknowledge him, and he will direct our path. Joseph does what the bible tells us to do, and that is to flee youthful lust. Even though Joseph is lied on, and sent to prison God was with Joseph. God prospered Joseph while he was in prison. Humble thyself under the mighty hand of God, and in due time he will exalt thee. Joseph went from the pit, to Potiphar's house, to the prison, and then to be prime minister of Egypt. Joseph remained faithful to God, and he was blessed, this is a great lesson to us to remain faithful to God too. There is an end to all suffering, and we must remember 1Cor. 10:13 when being tempted too. May the Lord bless you richly my beloved.

Power ordained of God and The Power of Love.

All Spiritual Power comes from God.

The power that is derived through Faith in God.

Everyone must be subject to these higher powers.

The powers that be are ordained of God.

Whosoever resists the power that is ordained of God, resists the ordinance of God.

Whosoever resists the power that is ordained of God, receives damnation.

    That person is condemned.

Rulers ordained of God are not a terror to those who do good.

Those who have Faith in God.

But they are a terror to those who do evil. Those who do not fear God.

Why then should one be afraid of the power?

Do what is good and you will even receive praise from the power.

The power is a minister of God to you, for you to do what is good.

But if you do what is evil, then you have cause to be afraid, because his wrath will befall you.

For he is a minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath on those who do evil.

You must be subject not only for the sake of escaping wrath but also for the sake of your conscience.

You should also pay tribute to the powers’ efforts in building your conscience.

For the powers are ministers of God, attending continuously building your conscience.

Render therefore to all their dues:

Tribute to whom tribute is due.

Custom to whom custom is due.

Fear to whom fear is due.

Honour to whom owner is due.

Do not begrudge anyone, but love one another.

For he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

For if you love one another: then,

    Thou shall not commit adultery.

    Thou shall not kill.

    Thou shall not steal.

Thou shall not bear false witness.

    Thou shall not covet.

    All commandments relating to sins directly against men can be rolled up in the commandment ;

Love thy neighbour as thou love thyself.

Love does not work evil against one’s neighbours, therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Now it is high time to wake up from sleep.

The night is far spent, and the day is at hand.

Salvation is nearer than we believed and to receive Salvation from God,

We should cast off all the works of darkness.

We should put on the armour of light.

Let us walk honestly, as in the light.

Let us not walk in rioting and drunkenness.

Let us not walk in chambering and wantonness.

Let us not walk in strife and envying.

We should make no provision for the flesh.

We should not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

We should put our mind to our Lord Jesus Christ.

We should have total and unconditional Faith in God, through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, God wants to free us from our sins, so we don’t lose anything by turning to God. We only lose our misery, suffering and enslavement by sin.

    God bless you all. Amen!

In reponse to Ms.Jackson's question; What is tounges? In short it is God's way of letting us know that we have been filled with his spirit, u say well; I recieved the Holy Ghost when I believed. Well not so.. Remember in Ac19 Paul asked the diciples of John if they had recieved the Holy Ghost? They said we have not even heard of the HG. Then what happened? They rec the HG and spoke in tounges,AC2 and the HG fell and they spoke in tounges, Act10 Cornelieus and his family rec the HG and spoke with tounges, U see, God never meant for us to have a salvation we had to guess about. He took the most unruly member of the body and used it to let us know that hey! God dwells in this vessel! Paul stated that I speak in tounges more than all of u, and forbid not to speak in tounges. Jesus commanded us to be born of water and spirit jn 3:3/3:5 Spirit bap is one of these ingrediants. So I'll ask have u recieved the HG since u beleived?

Glory be to God,All Mighty, Jehovah.God of Abraham,
Through Jesus Christ let Grace and Salvation come to us all. Amen!

This chapter 10 is a strong Word of advice to the people of this World in general and to the children of Israel in particular.

A challenge to the children of Israel:

1.How then shall they call upon the Lord, Jesus Christ, when they do not believe in him?

2.How then shall they believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ when they refuse to hear the Word of God?

3.How then shall they hear the Word of God, when they refuse to listen to the prophets of God?

4.How then shall they preach the Word of God, except if they are sent by God?

Many of the children of `Israel have refused to accept the gospel.

Many of the children of Israel deny that Jesus Christ is the Messiah.

Brothers and Sisters, the time to repent is NOW!

Before God there is no Jew and there is no Gentile. We are all treated justly and equally.

We are all saved by the Grace of God through Faith in Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
  • Timothy Wayne George on Luke 23 - 14 years ago
To Jennifer, "they" in verse 34 relates to all of us. When Jesus said father forgive them for the know not what they do, he was thinking of all of mankind, because it was our sin that he was forgiving by dying on the cross. Since we have been forgiven, we should forgive others who sin toward us. Peter ask the Lord how many times should I forgive my brother up to seven? Jesus said not seven, but seventy times seven. If you are struggling with unforgiveness, then go to the cross, and there you will see all of your sin that Jesus forgave, when he said father forgive them for they know not what they do.

So the question might be asked, who's baptisim are u baptized unto? Or r u baptized in fat/son/hghost? Anyone feeling like they need to be rebaptized in the Name of Jesus? for the what? the remission of sins.. not fine if u do,fine if u don't, not for the outward showing of an inward faith, it's for the remission of sins. Sounds like an imprtant truth to me. ru born of water and spirit jn3:3 3:5.

I also love the book of acts it is the unfinished history of the new testament church hence it does not end in amen, why because the same fire, or dunamous translates to dynamite in the greek is still falling today in the end time church! When Jesus said go to jerusalem until ye be endued with power from on high and they obeyed that it set the stage for this 1st chap and the day of Pentecost. It fell in ch1,2,10,19 etc. Notice each time the Holy Ghost fell the samething happened, they spoke in tounges they were bap in Jesus Name and not fat/son/holy ghost. Why? because they were titles not the name.Search the scriptures was the admonishment of the savior! How I love that name! The pentecostal experience is a rich one! Anyone feel that they need to search the scriptures?
  • Marius Potgieter on Genesis 2:7 - 14 years ago
Both 1 and 2 tell the same story - stated allegorically. The message is about God and His absolute wisdom and power - not a chronological account. My faith is strengthened, knowing God caused everything to come into existence and not by wondering about what came first according to my own logic. Discussions about "which one is true?" is superfluous and creates disharmony - "light" is often used (in the idiom of people who lived at that time) to denote "order" or "wisdom/understanding", et cetera. Chapters are separate pieces of skin or clay with writing on them - both pieces contained the the same account and both were found to be trustworthy and worthy of inclusion in the writings about "In The Beginning".

BUT, THE QUESTION, WE SHOULD ALWAYS ASK, IS "WHAT DO GO'S WORD (THE BIBLE) SAYS?" DON'T GET ME WRONGE, WE (I) MIGHT HAVE LOGICAL ANSWERS, TO QUESTIONS, BUT, OBEDIENCE TO GOD'S WORKD IS THE ONLY RIGHT THING TO DO, AND WE ALL FALL SHORT.

  • Alice on 1 John 2:17 - 14 years ago
It seems clear to me that this verse indicates that the believer, in fact, lives forever--beginning at the moment of the new birth. If we actually receive the gift of eternal life at salvation, then, eternal life dwells inside us. Oh death, where is thy sting? We do not have to taste death because we have eaten from the tree of life (Jesus). It is strange how much people will fight against believing in eternal life beginning now. I think people resist because they don't think they can live up to believing they never have to die. Most people are sick with something, so, they feel that if they get sick, how are they going to live forever. Eternal life is a gift from God, it is not anything we do. However, we do have to accept it by faith.

  • Nevermore Mazongo on Song of Solomon 5 - 14 years ago
The Song of Solomon is one of the most mysterious books of the Holy Bible. The book is enigmatic.

Only God can guide you through the scriptures. This is the TRUTH.

If you unravel the mystery of this book you will end up with volumes and volumes of manuscripts.

Remember King Solomon received wisdom from God and to understand his writings you first have to pray to God to give you wisdom and guidance.

The book is full of prophecies for the future.
The book is full of wise teachings.
The book reveals God's infinite LOVE for people.
The book reveals God's infinite Mercy for people.
The book shows us that there is but only one God.
The book warns us against false religions.
The book tells us to be steadfast in following Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
The book tells us there is no other prophet or messenger of God we should embrace except Jesus Christ, the Messiah in order for us to receive Salvation.
The book tells us to love and help fellow human beings.
The book tells us to be humble and not to look down upon other human beings.
The book teaches us not to base our life on material wealth but to steadfastly onto the Word of God.
The book teaches us to be tolerant and patient.
The book teaches on non violence.
Above all the book teaches about LOVE for Jesus Christ, the Messiah and LOVE for fellow human beings.
The book instructs us step by step on the procedure we should adopt in order to receive our Salvation. How wonderful?

May God All Mighty in his infinite mercy and wisdom allow all brothers and sisters to receive the scriptures, the Word of God with understanding.

    May God bless you all.

    Amen!
  • Nevermore Mazongo on Song of Solomon 8 - 14 years ago
    1. Verses 1 to 3 Again tell us to love the Word of God with all our hearts.
God requires us to accept Jesus Christ, the Messiah without any reservations.
We should always keep the Word of God very very close to our hearts.

    2. Verse 4 calls upon all detractors to refrain from interferring with our relationship with God.
These detractors come in different forms like the dark forces, bad friends, bad spouses, false religions, movies, sports, alcohol, drugs, adultery, worldly persuits and desires just to mention but a few.

3.Verse 5 tells us that Jesus Christ, the Messiah can raise us from very desperate situations and give us a new lease of life.(A rebirth).

It does not matter how deep we have sunk in the pit of sin, only if we turn to Jesus Christ, the Messiah, then our sins will be washed away and we will be restored to our rightful glory as children of God.
Those who have ears let them hear!

God saves you regardless of how low you have fallen in sin. This is the TRUTH.

4.Verse 6 is an intruction from God to humankind to follow his Word diligently both in mind and in deeds.Set me as a seal upon thy heart and set a seal upon thy hand.
This verse tells us frankly that the rewards for accepting Jesus Christ, the Messiah, as our Saviour are equal and opposite to the consequencies of living in sin.

When one follows the Word of God one receives eternal life. This is the TRUTH.

When one rejects Jesus Christ, the Messiah then the reward is death and eternal torment. This is the TRUTH.

No sin is too small or too big for God to rescue someone who has called for help. This is the TRUTH.

5.Verse 7 teaches us that there are no forces in the whole world that can withstand the Word of God.

The verse also teaches us that no matter how rich someone is, one cannot bribe one's way to God.

Money cannot buy righteousness or salvation.

Even all the money and wealth in the world cannot buy one's way to salvation.

In fact it a laughable exercise because the Word of God cannot be bought by worldly possessions.

6.Verses 8 and 9 refer to false religions and people who are half hearted in their worship of God.

For a woman not having breasts is a serious shortcoming. How does she feed her baby?

For a religion which is false cannot stand the test for conformity with the Word of God.

False religions are not compatible to the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

False religions fail the test of conformity to the Word of God.

    These are forgiveness, mercy,no retribution,
compassion, equality of humankind before God,free will,No punishmet of a human being by another human being for sin,No idolatry and creating images of worship,No sacred shrines, compulsion to pray, compulsion to dress, and so forth.

All these issues were clearly spelled out by Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

False religions are self glorifying and lead humankind astray. They shower themselves with countless superlatives but alas! they never practise what they preach from their hearts.

False religions take away humankind's God given gift of FREE WILL (FREE CHOICE).
e.g If you commit adultery you will be stoned to death. If you commit apostasy you will be killed. If you drink alcohol you will be flogged.
If you burn a religious book you will be killed.
If you redicule the prophet you will be killed.
Why does the prophet not take care of himself?

Let God judge His own people. We people do not have the authority to judge and punish other people.

This is according to the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
This is according to the Word of God.

Whoever goes against the Word of God leads people astray and should quickly repent of their sin to gain God's mercy and forgiveness.

    6. Verse 9 is a requirement for all true believers to help others to overcome their shortcomings.
Those who have serious shortcomings should not be despised.
They should be helped in love and kindness.

This is a duty for all true believers. Those who have freely accepted Jesus Christ, the Messiah as their true Saviour.

7.Verse 10 tells us that if we are upright and walking in the ways of God, then we find favour in God's eyes.
God is pleased with us and HE blesses us.

    8. Verses 11 and 12 are a very important lesson to humankind.
This world is God's vineyard which he rents out to us people (keepers).

God requires rentals in terms of our good deeds and our help to others and walking in his ways.

If a person is living in sin that person wont be able to pay God for the time you are 'renting' on earth. You will fall into spiritual arrears.

If a person is doing good that person finds favour in God's eyes and receives blessings.

God expects a person to help others to righteousness according to that person's capabilities and circumstances.

For people with the same capabilities and circumsances God expects also equal efforts to uplift humankind to righteousness and to do good.

8.Verses 13 and 14 tell us about the influence of the Word of God.
It reaches even the most unlikely of places. And all the people should hearken to the Word of God.

Verse 14 teaches us that as true believers we should yearn for the quick spreading of the Word of God to all the four corners of the world.

We should be tools in making sure the Word of God spreads without any hindrance.

Jesus Christ, the Messiah will reach out to all humankind all over the world and there will remain noone in this world who will plead ignorance of the existence of Jesus Christ, the Messiah when he comes for the SECOND time.

If we repent of our sins and accept Jesus Christ, the Messiah as our Saviour we will surely receive Salvation.

Brothers and Sisters the choice is ours.God loves us to the extreme.

Why do we turn our backs to Light and plunge ourselves into darkness where there is nothing except suffering and death?

Those who have ears let them hear.

Glory be to God All Mighty!

    Amen!
  • Nevermore Mazongo on Song of Solomon 7 - 14 years ago
    1. Verses 1 to 9 tell us about the sophistication and sacred nature of the Word of God.Every piece fits perfectly like in a jigsaw puzzle.Since the Word of God, Jesus Christ, the Messiah is perfect,if one follows the Word of God diligently, then it is the desire of God for that person to reach perfection.
But, the reality of the matter is that as humankind we cannot reach the level of perfection required of us and it is only through the Grace of God that we are made perfect beings.

2.Again verses 1 to 9 tell us that the Word of God deserves admiration and glorification because each and every part of the Word of God has a purpose for mankind to uplift themselves.

    3. Dear brothers and sisters.
Allow me a few lines to digress a bit.
For those interested in the mathematics of nature, the choice of body parts in verses
1 to 9 is a revelation of the GOLDEN RATIO.
This applys to living things and the universe. The pyramids use the Golden Ratio as well. The Golden ratio is 1.61803399.....
The Golden Ratio is also called the Divine Proportion. It has a very wide application in nature, art and engineering.

4.Verses 10 to 13 tell us about the close relationship between humankind and God.
Those who turn their hearts to Jesus Christ, the Messiah, have nothing to lose except their chains of sin.

These verses have a very important significance.
They tell us that once we have received Jesus Christ, the Messiah as our Saviour, we should not sit back and relax but we should help our brothers and sisters who need help to also receive Jesus Christ, the Messiah as their Saviour. This is shown in verses 11 and 12.

These verses tell us we should arm ourselves with the Word of God and venture into the world and help others to turn to God.

5.Now brothers and sisters of all religions of the world.
Allow me to say a few words on the question of the COMFORTER, Jesus Christ, the Messiah promised humankind.
The comforter Jesus Christ, the Messiah was talking about is SALVATION.

    Why?
    Please explain!

    A. Jesus Christ, the Messiah , the Word of God, came on earth to show and teach humankind the way,the truth and the life to God. John 14:16
    B. Humankind received the Word of God directly from God through Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
God talked to the people directly through Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
They freely asked all the questions about the Kingdom of God and they received clear and satisfactory answers. So through Jesus Christ, the Messiah, God himself spoke to the people.
    C. But because of the stiffness of our hearts we failed to accept the Word of God and that is the reason why the world is in a big crisis right now.
We even went further and introduced new religions after Jesus Christ, the Messiah's glorious and miraculous resurrection and ascension to Heaven.

The Word of God was polluted and adulterated and that is why we have so many versions of the Holy Bible up to this day.

The scriptures were plagiarized and completely new religions with wild claims cropped up after Jesus Christ, the Messiah finished his ministry.
New religious books were published and new prophets ordained.
New holy places established which Jesus Christ, the Messiah himself never mentioned about.

Some religions totally rejected the Word of God, Jesus Christ, the Messiah and their very existence hinges on the benevolence and mercy of God.They are a stiff nacked people.

D.No one prophet or witness after Jesus Christ, the Messiah can successfully remove humankind from the shackles of sin and suffering.

    E. How then is this cycle of sin and suffering going to be broken?
Jesus Christ, the Messiah will bring SALVATION by the infinite MERCY and GRACE of God.

    This SALVATION is the COMFORTER.
We have all sinned and we will only receive SALVATION through Jesus Christ, the Messiah by the
infinite MERCY and GRACE of God.

We will not receive SALVATION through our righteousness but through God's LOVE for humankind.

When the COMFORTER (SALVATION) comes, God will wipe away all our tears. Sin and suffering will be no more. The Truth and Light will be upon the world.
Jesus Christ, the Messiah will set his Kingdom on Earth by the full authority of All Mighty God.

God bless you all my brothers and sisters.May the infinite Grace and Mercy of God bring Salvation to you all. Amen!

    1. Verses 1 to 3
These verses tell us where to find Jesus Christ, the Messiah. My beloved has gone in his garden to gather lillies. And my beloved feeds among the lillies.

    Who are the lillies?

The lillies are those who follow the Word of God.
The lillies are those who repent of their sins and accept Jesus Christ, the Messiah as their Saviour.
The lillies are those who toil and suffer to spread the Word of God.
The lillies are those who hold dearly to the Word of God and never look back.
The lillies are those who walk in the Light and Truth of God.

Verse 3 tells us to cultivate a very close relationship with Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
God loves us to the extreme so we should worship The All Mighty God alone and follow the Word of God, Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

    2. Verses 4 to 7 give us a picture of the beauty and perfection of the Word of God.In fact there are no sufficient or appropriate words in any language on earth to correctly describe the magnificence, mystery, perfection, grace, beauty,
kindness, love, forgiveness and mercy to be found in the Word of God.

    3.Verses 8 and 9
Verse 8 talks of queens, concubines and virgins.
The significance of this verse is that in the world there are many doctrines, literature, cults,
religions, movies, cultures and traditions, academic books, novels, cartoons, desires and worldly persuits but none of these compare to the Word of God.
Although these may appeal to some individuals the verses tells us that a true believer should not be detracted by these. These should not influence your life in Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

Verse 9 points to the fact that the Word of God is very very important for the continued existence of mankind. We cannot survive without it.
It cannot be compared to anything in this world.
It does not have a substitute and without the Word of God we are all reduced to savages, without mercy or compassion and we cannot survive for long on earth in this level of darkness.
The only reason we are still alive today is Word of God which continuously fights the dark forces, the cabal from causing total domination and destruction of this world.
The dark forces have the means to do it but God All Mighty will never allow them to have their way.

4.Verse 10 shows us the effect of the Word of God in our lives.
It brings a new dawn in our life like in the morning.
It brings clarity and purpose in our lives like the moon.
It brings light and guidance like the sun.
It brings security and protection under the blood of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

5.Verses 11 to 13 is a warning to the true believers against getting bogged down with worldly persuits and pleasures.

You should not be a captive to worldly persuits and pleasures. You should run away from these desires and temptations as demonstrated in
    verse 12.
You should run away from sin with the speed of the chariots of Amminadib.

Verse 13 tells us not to fall prey to situations which allow us to fall in the captivity of sin.
When temptation of sin calls out loudly to you remain steadfast and ask God for guidance that you may find peace and security in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. You should run away from sin and avoid situations or activities which may cause you to sin.
If you are strong enough you can face, the situations which might put you into sin, head on and overcome the obstacles.

Only God can give us the TRUTH and POWER to conguer.

Peace and Love from God be upon us all.

    1. Verses 1 to 6 provide us with a testimony of how some people find themselves too comfortable and too wealthy and too busy that they do not see why they should worship God.
Although many opportunities present themselves to them to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour, they feel uncomfortable and embarassed in their social circles to accept Jesus Christ in their lives.

    2. Later on in life when they find themselves in trouble or in a crisis they try to turn to Jesus Christ but they fail to connect to him because of their sinful and selfish intentions. No matter how hard they try the spirit of sin flowing in their blood blocks them from receiving Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

    3.Verse 7 is quite interesting.Listen carefully.
The watchmen are people who saveguard the interests of earthly sinful beings. These are 'worldly people'.The self righteous. Those who are wise in their own eyes and are more concerned with worldly affairs than worshipping God and living in righteousness.

    Note: Song of Solomon 3:3.
At first the watchmen see a sinner looking for Jesus Christ and they tell the sinner they have never seen him.
The sinner finds Jesus Christ just soon afterwards and they do not have the power to stop the sinner from accepting Jesus Christ. One thing to note here is that the 'watchmen will never and cannot lead you to Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

Now, listen very carefully, when the saved person backslides then all hell breaks loose.
The 'watchmen' readily embrace the backslider and encourages him/her to sink deeper into sin than before. If you were into drugs before the 'watchmen' buy you more and more drugs and even introduce you to harder ones.If you were into fornication they encourage you even more. They encourage you to sleep around and to marry more wives for sexual pleasure. If you were into alcohol they invite you to more and more parties. This is how the 'watchmen' kill you both physically and spiritually.
This happens because you would have taken away God's protection.Just like if you throw away your umbrella in rain you surely get wet.So my dear ones, this verse is much more loaded than your precious time will allow me to elucidate.

Just imagine the progical son in Luke 15:11-32 deciding to leave his father for the second time.

4.Verses 8 and 9 talk of the daughters of Jerusalem.Who are the daughters of Jerusalem? These are people who persue and seek worldly power, wealth, influence, fame and personal pleaure. They are spiritually bankrupt and they lack righteousness. They detruct people from worshipping God.They detract people from following Jesus Christ, the Messiah. They enslave people through fornication, sex, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling, entertainment, divination, witchcraft, fortunetelling, magic, false, religion, politics, cults, sorcery, astrology, observing times, formenting wars for business, spreading of deadly diseases for money, fake researches, misinformation, you name it.

In verse 9 these daughters of Jerusalem ask those who backslide what is so special about your Beloved, there are so many women out there.

This happens when someone tells you there is nothing special about Jesus Christ, the Messiah.Someone will tell you there are many prophets or many religions out there so why do you have to seek only Jesus Christ, the Messiah?

5.Verses 10 to 16 gives an explanation of why the Word of God, Jesus Christ, the Messiah is far much superior than any other doctrine or prophet ever sent from God.These verses show us that there is none on earth like Jesus Christ, the Messiah and people can and will only get salvation through accepting Jesus Christ as the Messiah and as their Saviour.

    6. My humble question to my Moslem brothers and sisters all over the world.

If Song of Solomon 5:16 refers to prophet Muhammad (pbuh) do you then take the Holy Bible as the true word of God?
Do we cherry pick verses in the Bible for our convenience?
    You have two choices.
1.Either you accept the Bible as the word of God and follow what it says.or
2.You disregard the Bible totally and do not quote any verse in the Bible to support your religion.Because in your eyes the Bible is not authentic.

Glory be to God All Mighty. The Creator of the heavens and earth. The God of Abraham. The God of Israel. The One and Only. The Alpha and the Omega.
The Creator of everything that was, that is, and that will ever be.

Peace and Love and Mercy of God be upon us.

    1. My Beloved or my love in this chapter refers to Jesus Christ, the Messiah.Jesus Christ, the Messiah is the Word of God. Rev. 19:13

2.The Word of God is presently thriving in a very harsh enviroment of sin.Verses 2 and 3.

3.Those who turn to Jesus Christ, the Messiah receive God All Mighty's total protection and mercy and forgiveness. Verses 3 to 6.

4.The Word of God spreads in mysterious ways and no obstacle can hinder the spreading of the Word of God. Verses 7 to 9.

5.Verses 10 to 13 is a call to all believers to now actively take part in bringing people closer to God because conditions have now been created for a faster propagation of the Word of God.
How? The blood of Jesus Christ has now cleared all the obstacles which made it diffucult for humankind to see the LIGHT and the TRUTH.
*Remember King Solomon was blessed with Devine Wisdom. This song wass actually a prophesy of the coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah and the future of humankind.

6.Verse 11 requires further comment. This tells us the worst is now over.We have now crossed the river Jordan. There is no more going back to Egypt (past life of sin and suffering)We are now hearding to Canaan (Kingdom of God) through the blood of the lamb, Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

    7. Verse 14 is a call upon the Holy Spirit to lead us into the path of LIGHT and TRUTH.Oh my dove, refers to the Holy Spirit.Remember the baptism of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

8.Verse 15 is a call upon the Holy Spirit to frustrate the evil plans of the cabal, the dark forces of this world. These evil forces lead people astray through false religion, outright wickedness and other forms of mind programming.
They bring a lot of suffering in the world through wars, deliberate spread of diseases, greed and promotion of moral decadence.

9.Verses 16 and 17 are calling us to hold steadfast to the Word of God.The Word of God will endure until all the evil forces have been subdued and after that humankind shall receive SALVATION.

10.To understand the Bible we need to pray first so that God All Mighty might have mercy and reveal the Truth to us.

11.This book of Solomon has nothing to do with romantic love.Sorry to say this.It is a mystery which requires God's guidance.

This chapter teaches us that we should have a very close relationship with the Word of God.
Where is the Word of God?
Jesus Christ, the Messiah is the Word of God.
Only through cultivating a close and 'intimate' relationship with Jesus Christ, the Messiah can we receive salvation.
