Jehovah's name has been removed from the original texts of the Bible almost 7,000 times and replaced w/ LORD. That can lead to much confusion, i.e. Psalm 110:1. What does that mean? and who removed the name and why?

See one of Jesus' arms nailed to Wisdom and Justice and the other nailed to Mercy and Grace?

Now see Jesus looking up having to satisfy God and God looking down on Jesus hanging on the cross. God having to satisfy Wisdom, Justice, Mercy and Grace looks down upon Jesus; Jesus seeking to complete redemption for man and satisfy God's just demand looks up to God. Put a V on the top of the vertical line representing God looking down on redemption being fulfilled in Jesus hanging on the cross.

Now take a pen and start at the tip of one side of the V and go around the cross bar where WJ is; connect all the way down to the bottom of the vertical line (Vertical cross bar). Go back to the top and start at the other tip of the V and go around the MG down to the bottom of the vertical line (Vertical cross bar).

The fulness of God's redemption for man - Jesus reconciling all things in Himself - reconciling us to God.

Let God have His perfect work.

Do we worship a God with some power or ALL power. Power to make the impossible possible. How can 3 be the same person? I serve the God who can make that happen. He is God, perfect, OMNIPRESENT, OMNIPOTENT, OMNISCIENT. I just believe His Word Without question or caution, for I am persuaded. The word describes us as poor, wretched, lost, deaf, dumb, blind, lowdown rotten sinners. God is all knowledgeable when we are not. We will never understand the 100% make up and all the dynamics of God. He told us to believe Him, also believe the Son. The Son clearly proclaimed Himself as God on many of occasions. Revelations 1 , "THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST" He reveals His self. "I AM THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA," that proclamation alone is clear enough for me! My friends, don't die and burn in the Lake of Fire FOREVER over foolishness. Believe the Word of God. He cannot lie.

SEALS, TRUMPETS, AND VIALS

The Seals are for revelation:
The Seals are written in REV.6/ Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, they are all written in order. The Seals are knowledge and wisdom sealed in your forehead (mind) to know what will happen when the Trumpets sound and the Vials are poured out. Such is revealed unto a select people (the bachiyr / yesharim/ Elect) John 15:16/ Matthew 22:14/ Mark 13:20. These elect are no "better" than any others yet they have stood firm with YHVH and have been zealous Instruments of God since the foundations of the World (age). Ephesians 1:4/ (suggest "Earth Ages" study)
When it comes to Matt Mark Luke and John we get some details and we get some generalizations. Those that the seals are revealed to are given Great responsibility and its vital they answer that calling. If not their punishment would be more harsh than anyone.. (Note they take not credit for the Works of the holy Spirit done through them/ The Levites weren’t given a territory/ and what good is ministry if there is no need or interest in it? There is one body and many members with a common goal) The seals are speaking to these people directly and it would be worded differently if otherwise. Like many of the descriptions with in Matt. Mark and Luke mix into one another as far as describing the trumps and vials. Example Matt. 24:7-8 covers descriptions of both 3rd and 4th seals.

(The name Saddam is a Arabic and means confronter.) Some want to point at the U.S. as babylon. Overall Babel means confusion and Babylon can mean Office of confusion. Which in a general sense is the enemy force that will be at play during this generation. If one is pointing at one thing or area they see as Babylon (example the catholic church) and take their eyes off the big picture they maybe pointing one way while confusion surrounds them.

4th Trump Rev. 8:12-13 Deadly wound. Deception comes abroad quickly. the light not shone not for a third part. This could be for the smoke of the abyss yet it symbolizes the confusion and deception that has taken root.It over shadows the light. This is to be likened to the sign of the true christ coming of how he becomes The light which dominates even the sun and moon.

Notice: A locust eat greenery yet these are told not to touch it. These are not physical locusts. These rebels spirits (angels) are like unto a scorpions because a scorpion has no stomach. They sting their prey with toxic fluid and their prey becomes their stomach! Much like unclean spirits seek to do to those who allow them to. Once the enemy injects that poison it leaves you to struggle with digesting it. Are you armed with the Word of God? Eph.6/ These spirits begin to break down individuals and take control of the world system (moral fibers) and set up the Deadly Wound. Also compare Revelation 12:4 to a scorpion (its tail being its weapon).

2nd Vial Rev. 16:3 (Rev.17:15) Speaking spiritually. People of the world are given over to their own vices.* 2 Thess.8:12, Rev.11:6

3rd Vial Rev. 16:4-7 tHis apostasy and rebellion steams from even the fibers of society. Heads of government, religion, education, media......all spiritually dead. It will be self justified as hard times. God's wrath growing and just, cause he has sent us prophets that were killed and his Word which was cast out, gift of Grace which these people wont claim. (Matt.23:31-36/ generation- gennēma/ offspring , pedigree, generation)

4th Vial Rev. 16:8-9 (Rev.11:5)New plague not like unto those of Egypt / The Two Witnesses are taking a stand. Again they arrive a short time before the appearance of the Anti and there is a conflict between them and all those of the world and enemy. The 2 Witnesses come with Harsh warning. Meant to be taken seriously.(Zec.4)men are scorched with TRUTH. Instead of taking account for their failures (repentance) they blaspheme The Almighty and the truth.

5th Vial Rev. 16:10-11 (Rev.2:12-13) Late in the game.Great darkness and pain. the people start looking for a way out but not in God. They are being overwhelmed in that which they have embraced (rebellion)

other views of translation I find not to be a precise- Mountain of Megiddo, valley of Megiddo, and so forth just point to a near by area with the name Megiddo rather than the scriptures of the roles that one will play like standing in the holy place (mount zion). Note the valley of blood is the nearest low spot to that! and we are told Christ will come from the east and first touch down on the mount of olives. Jade's comment on 5/01/2012 brings an anomaly into my mind which has since I was a tiny boy, confounded me entirely. The "trinity" (Father, Son and Holy spirit/ghost) are impossibly one, in my mind. For while Jesus was on the stake, and died, the Father was above. While Jesus was in the womb, the Father certainly was not. And during creation, Jesus was God's first creation - and he sat at his right hand and heard his Father eventually say "Let us create man in our own image". The plural is way more than implied.

I understand that God, the Father (YAWEH, Jehova) is "from everlasting to everlasting" and he created all that followed. I understand that his son Jesus about oncompleted a mission on earth - and endured the test of temptation from Satan in the wilderness for 40 days. Jesus had as much choice as anyone else to side with Satan and become powerful beyond dreams on Earth - but like Satan, would have fallen from his Father's grace.

So please, could the pool of enlightened souls out there clear up this anomaly?

Anytime I read about Job, I remember my late Uncle popularly known as Uncle Sam. My Uncle’s question was, do you think this Job story is true? And the answer I always gave him is, because the Bible is saying it, it is true. Uncles Sam main worry was, how can one exist on this earth without transgression ( Job 1:1) even as the Psalms 51: 1, made it known to us that it was through sin did our mother conceive us.
But what we need to note in this Psalms 51: 1, was prayer being offered to God by David, but Job 1:1 clearly indicates God testifying about Job being perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil . this tell us we can live on this earth without sinning against God and mankind, if we do what the Bible ask us to do, and do not what the Bible ask us not to do. We have the Holy Spirit to help us and with our determination, we can live a perfect life on this earth.

My wife suffers from debnilitating back pain She worked as an emergency room nurse where she received the injury 20 yeqars ago. She has been unable to find relief. I have prayed that her pain would lessen or go away to no avail. Should I call upon the elders of the church for help?

The way of Salvaion and to escape the destruction of this world system is found in Acts 2:37,38. The message delivered on the day of Pentecost is still the way in 2012. Have you obeyed? If not make haste. Don't let the doctrines of man deceive you; for there is no other name given than that of Jesus Christ. The Name whereby you must be saved not father,son, and HOLY GHOST. Jesus is the family name. He came in His Father's Name which is the excellent Name He received by inheritance. All honor to His Name.

Why isn't Christ God? He was created with God's seed and Christ said I and my Father are one. Seems like that would make him God. The Bible says there are three that bear record in Heaven the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost and these three are one. There are three that bear record on earth, the water, the spirit, and the Blood and these three agree in one. There are not three Persons. If you are married and you have a child then you are a father. If you are male you were born a son. You were also born with a spirit. God breathed Spirit of life into Adam. God said he is the God of Israel and there is none else beside him. I hope some some of you don't chock on all this meat. Most of you are probably still on milk. These are things Satan has hidden from people for years. Jesus is the God from heaven.He is the only body God has. It is a glorified body. God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself.

It seems difficult ot believe that Jesus would rather a woman not preach than to save a person's soul through receiving the word of salvation from that woman. Also, it is because God gave us a brain that the Bible is open to interpretation. This is both a blessing and a curse, don't you think?

Although the Holy Trinity is not occupying my mind I see it as a most powerful force in the universe, but interpretations I hear almost every day... I do not know, almost not worth listening.
There is a part, I am free to say, that is not complete. It is about worshipping Jesus or even Mary. I think you are only partly right.

St. John’s First Epistle ὁ θεός [“the God”] so often certainly means the Father that it must be understood of the Father throughout the Epistle.” Also, the French Protestant Bible du Centenaire concedes in a footnote that the Greek allows for a non-Trinitarian translation. Incidentally, it not be forgotten that, probably in the fourth century C.E., an overzealous Trinitarian Latin scribe added to 1  John 5:7 the words “the Father, the Word and the holy spirit; and these three are one.” This addition, known technically as the “Johannine Comma,” was protected by the Vatican until

as early as the sixth century. This dishonest insertion shows the lengths to which Trinitarians will
go in their efforts to prove their doctrine

God’s Name and the Trinity
Something that makes God very real to Jehovah’s Witnesses is their knowledge and regular use of his personal name, Jehovah. ( Psalm 83:18) When a member of one of Christendom’s churches reads in his Bible the anonymous expression “the name of the Lord,” it means little or nothing to him. Similarly, when he prays “hallowed be thy name,” the chances are that he does not know what name he is praying about. Jehovah’s Witnesses know their God, they know his name and, like the psalmist and Jesus himself, they love their heavenly Father’s name.— Psalm 5:11, 12; John 12:28; 17:6, 26.
Since God’s personal name appears literally thousands of times in the original-language Bible, why has it been expunged from many of Christendom’s Bible translations, and why is it never used by the hundreds of millions of Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant “Christians”? Could the dogma of the Trinity have anything to do with this most extraordinary religious fact?
Interestingly, the Catholic Jerusalem Bible renders Deuteronomy 6:4: “Listen, Israel: Yahweh our God is the one Yahweh.” And a footnote, after giving another possible translation, states: “But it is more likely that we have here a declaration of monotheistic faith.” This, then, is the one God of whom Jesus, speaking as a Jew, stated: “We worship what we know.” ( John 4:22) And this Catholic Bible admits that the name of that one God is Yahweh, or Jehovah. Now, according to Trinitarian theology, Yahweh, or Jehovah, is the name of the God of the Hebrew patriarchs and the Jews, the God whom Jesus came to reveal as “the Father,” or “God the Father.” It follows that for Trinitarians the divine name Yahweh, or Jehovah, designates only one of the supposed “Three Persons” of the “Godhead.” The “Second Person” has a name (Jesus), but the “Third Person” is the anonymous “Holy Spirit.” Christendom’s churches cannot logically use a name for God that does not designate the entire “Godhead.” So their members are condemned to worship a mysterious triune God that has no name.Yet, instinctively, many Catholics feel the need to worship someone they can know and name. I wonder what "shake the heavens" means. I think of high winds, tornadoes, dust storms, stars falling (comets). What do others think?

I don't know about quiting calling the devil a liar but rather quit disputing with the devil in terms of the sinful worldly nature of the human condition. In other words don't try to understand and dispute the devil through reason in pursuit of some ulterior motive, as oppossed to godly reason and godly motivation. (vs 4 and 10). How do you do that? Keep steadfast with the way of christ. How do you do that? verse 19 and 20 and 21 describe how you must not remain "sensual" or rather distant from yourself (aka selfless) and that you must pray *in* not *to* the holy ghost. What does that mean? well for me that means detaching yourself and allowing god to manifest from within so you embody christ (sort of like what happens when you die and if you "accept" christ in you're life he magically steps in front of you're tainted being full of sins.) Others might interpret this in light of praying *to* christ and *accepting* christ meaning you think of him often and actively keep him close by. However there clarifying this closeness as being close with the bible rather than from *within*. Do you see my point? He's discussing the potential faults that naturally come with the nature of the bible and it's flexible interpretive quality. He's saying mere scripture isn't were all the authority is coming from you have to let the scripture of the bible or christ from within in order to truly dispute the devil from a godly position. check out vs 24. This is a big question. How do you communicate with god and how do you act through god? What is motivating you? Is being simply conversant with the scripture enough? What does it mean to be conversant with the scripture keeping in mind it's flexible interpretive nature? If those who wrote the scripture are said to embody the holy ghost then how are mere sinners supposed to interpret such transcended speech? Where does the authority lie? I propose through a transcended lens, one that has at least glimpsed and experienced the holy ghost not merely been conversant with scripture through the lens of the sinful "sensual" mind. "prayer in the holy ghost".

God calls all people everywhere to repent. The story of Joseph, similar to the story of Job, different situations. Both men were wealthy with earthly things and they loved the Lord. They both lost the earthly things, but still loved and trusted the Lord. In the end, both were rewarded. Their stories prepare us to be steadfast in our faith and to put our trust in the Lord, not to turn our backs on Him. For it is merely an act of satan, to test our faith in our God, trying to win us over during our times of turmoil. We praise God when things go well. But will we do the same when times are hard? Even if we believe that we did not bring our situations upon ourselves, through our thoughts, our deeds and our words.

If we recall, he confirms his absolute title in the 1st chapter of Rev did he not declare that he was the 1st and the last? Did not he declare himself as the Almighty? Did not IS 9:6 declare him as this son that would be given this child that would be born and that he would be called what? THE MIGHTY GOD, THE PRINCE OF PEACE! Their is no dought in my mind that he is who he declares himself to be. who he declares himself to be. Non other than the first and the last none other than the almighty!!!

We should love one another, and not be like Cain who was of the wicked one. He slew his brother, and wherefore did he slay his brother? Because his works were evil, and his brother's were righteous.
This is the commandment, that we believe on his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another as the commandment says.
God loves us with an ever lasting love, and commended his love for us in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us. So let us not love in word only, but in deed. Praise God we love him because he first loved us. He has called us friends, and no greater love than this that he laid down his life for his friends.

God does not contradict himself. Man contradicts God and it appears in history many times.

In 1 John 5:7
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

In "heaven" but there are three
there that bear record.

8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

In earth, there are three that "bear witness".

Does man wish to contradict this witness and record?

In John chapter 6

We must get in agreement with God and not the other way around. There is plenty of examples in
the Old Testament of what happens to man when he
believes he knows better than GOD.

Does Thomas exclamation at John 20:28 prove that Jesus is truly God? Thomas answered him,'My Lord and my God! There is no objection to reffering to Jesus as "God,"if this is what Thomas had in mind. Such would be in harmony with Jesus own quotation from the Psalms in which powerful men, judges, were addressed as "gods."( John 10:34,35,RS; Ps 82:1-6) Of course, Christ occupies a position far higher than such men. Because of the uniqueness of his position in relation to Jehovah, at John 1:1(NW)Jesus is referred as the only-begotten god. Isaiah 9:6(RS) also prophetically descibes Jesus as "Mighty God," but not as the Almighty God. All of this is in harmony with Jesus' being described as " a god," or "divine at John 1:1. The context help us to draw the right conclusion from this. Shortly before Jesus' death, Thomas had herd Jesus' prayer in which he addressed his father as "the only true God."(John17:3) After Jesus' resurrection Jesus had sent a message to his apostles, including Thomas, in which he had said: "I am ascending...to my God and your God." ( John 20:17,RS) After recording what Thomas said when he actually saw and touched the resurrected Christ, the apostle John stated: These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name."( John 20:31,RS) So, if anyone has concluded from Thomas'exclamation that Jesus is himself "the only true God" or that Jesus is a Trinitarian "God the Son" he needs to look again at what Jesus himself said (vs.17) and at the conclusion that is clearly stated by the apostle John (vs.31).

To Timothy Wayne George: Of course we see God at work here in Genesis, but we do not see a trinity because there is only God. Never once in scripture does God claim to be anything but God and God alone. Isaiah 44.6 .....I am the first, and I am the last, and beside me there is no God. If there were a trinity God would have said beside us there is no God. Since God cannot lie he said beside me there is no God. Isaiah 44.8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are my witnesses. Is there a God there beside me? yea there is no God; I know not any. Would God say he is the only one and lie if there were a trinity?

God is not confused. He said; Genesis 1.27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;....we, man are one. If God were a trinity and he created man in his image; then we would also be a trinity, otherwise we would not be in the image of God!

Does John 1:1 prove that Jesus is God

John 1:1,RS:" In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God[also KJ,JB,Dy,Kx,NAB]" NE reads "what God was,the Word was." Mo says" the logos was divine." AT and Sd tell us "the Word was divine."The interlinear rendering of ED is a god was the word."NW reads the Word was a god";NTIV uses the same wording.
What is it that these translators are seeing in the Greek text that moves some of them to refrain from saying "the Word was God"? The definite artical(the)appears before the first occurrence of theos'(God) but not before the second. The articular (when the artical appears) construction of the noun point to an identity, a personality, wheras a singular anarthrous (with out the artical) predicate noun before the verb (as the sentence is constructed in Greek) point to a quality about someone. So the text is not saying that the Word (Jesus)was the same as the God with whom he was but, rather,that the word was godlike,divine,a god. What did the Johm mean when he wrote John 1:1? Did he mean that Jesus is himslf god or perhaps that Jesus is one God with the Father? In the same chapter, verse 18, John wrote: "No one["no man ,"KJ,Dy]has ever seen God; the only son ["the only begotten god NW],Who is in the bosom of the Father,he has made known."(RS) Had any human seen Jesus Christ,the Son? Of course! So, then ,was John saying that Jesus was God? Obviously not. Towards the end of his Gospel,John summarized matters, saying: "These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ[not God] the Son of God."- John 20:31.RS.

This verse shows us how important it is to know the people we are surrounded by. Are they for us or against us? Joshua was sure who he was serving, are we? Don't be afraid to stand for The Lord. Verse 13

Can you say as Paul could say I was not disobedient to the vision? King Agrippa said almost thou has persuaded me to be a christian. How many people will be persuaded to become Christians when we too will obey the voice of God to come out of darkness to light; from the power of Satan to God. Jesus is risen, and has given us the Holy Spirit to testify to the power of Jesus Christ. I pray that we will be bold in our testimony, and that many will turn to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul said that we are counted as sheep for the slaughter, but let us trust in God who raises the dead. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, so let us be a witness for him every day. So let us be ready to hear the voice from heaven to "come up hither."

Does the revelation in v.13; mean at the second advent, or, is it applicable now as well as then? I believe both! Paul prayed in Ephesians,1:17, for the Church to receive a ''revelation in the knowledge of Him!''
