My King James Version of the Bible does not contain the book of Ecclesiacticus. Could you explain this?

I saw a twitter post using Ecclesiacticus 2:1. While I agree with the statement the verse makes, still it is not in the King James Version, mine or any other KJV I've ever read.

    - Worshipping and praising our great and mighty God -

    Psalm 66:4

"All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah."

It is so important that worship and praise (especially with a ministry) exalts God and only God. What do I mean? The modern worship I've seen in my life often hosts pop bands in the church and the worship and focus always magnifies the musician...or the music director...or the name on the ministry. It's almost never about Christ Jesus, Holy Ghost, God the Father (the Godhead). We hear that in beautiful well known old hymns like "Holy, Holy, Holy." I'm younger in age than most but was raised on the great hymns and gospel music from 75 + years ago.

    Psalm 150

"Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD."

We have to really appreciate the importance of worship in praise. What great way to honor God than to sing everything from your soul to Him. I've never felt called to any other part of ministry but to worship. I'll leave the preaching to someone better qualified with that calling.

Does someone have a favorite gospel song or hymn that you always go to when you need to praise at any given time?

Dear all of you in Jesus Christ, and other interested parties. May you all be saved as one :)

I came across a few words last night but did not note who wrote them unfortunately. Just to prove it to myself and others who may not yet see this. Do i have to get a little personal.

Jumped out of bed last night with the worst leg cramp i've ever had. All the way from the hip down to the foot. The leg was completely twisted and the foot protruded to the left. And the back of the thigh exploded so badly that i thought now the knee goes in two. It lasted for 10-15 minutes, i was speechless and began to cry from the pain this caused.

Finally i cried out: - Jesus all we have comes from You! Thank You Jesus.

Remember that we are spiritual beings no longer in our own body. Galatians 2:20 Jesus Is there all things belong to Him, who will have the honor forever.

Then in the morning i open the Bible and look in Acts 19:11-20 It reminded me of the words yesterday. Everything that happens, whether it is evil or good, is to the Glory of God. He lets no one get anything they should have said/done/ if He dont want us to have a good time, we dont get it! He teaches us that we are toddlers sometimes. We become answer guilty, and maybe we get confused for a while because we want it to be the way we think. That is:

The Lord always has the last word. The sooner we realize and admit it, the better we will get. So when we experience trials as in this case, because it happened when i understood that everything is from the Lord. My home flew through my head tonight, in that sense too. Troubles me night and day. Just like the cramps that come daily if i am not careful to save myself. I disagree with my self and want it the way i want. Therefore, this does not escape me, because I must admit that the Lord has and will always have the last word! Matthew 6:34 Does it not? Its solved now. Thank you for your attention, stay blessed in Jesus' name.

Regarding the hebrew word H8580 Tinshemeth or Tanshamath in Leviticus ch 11v 18 as rendered as being "swan" and then rendered again in verse 30 as "mole". This is actually not confusing but simply an incorrect translation. The reason it was incorrectly translated is unsure but the many scholars that have agreed it to be incorrect, confusing or some that even use words like probable, perhaps or maybe the unclean bird. This will leave enough doubt for one to except that when in doubt one should leave it out. That in itself is confusion. One should study and show oneself approved to rightly divide the word.

The Most High Almighty is not a God of confusion. On the other hand man in his carnal state can confuse simple logic and commonsense. There has been reference that Charles Darwin is involved in the evolution theory of lizards evoluting into birds in the early 1860s.

So why was tanshamath injected in verse 18 as being swan then verse 30 as mole when there are two separate categories, flying fowl and creeping things. also, why didnt it say in verse 18 ... swan and after its kind which would then include the duck and geese as they are from the anatidae family. Interesting too is that "owl" is used in verse 17 running into verse 18...In my opinion the barn-owl fits the description of tanshamath in verse 18 as a greater possibility.

Barn owl is the most likely and the Ibis bird is the second other likely bird but definitively not the swan.

Why would swan be chosen? One theory is that the royal family made laws to protect the swan for their own banquet comsumption. I found this on the Royal Family site.

The Crown has held the right to claim ownership of all unmarked mute swans swimming in open waters throughout the country from as far back as the twelfth century. Historically, valuable rights of ownership were subsequently granted by the monarch to many people and organisations as swans were a prized food, served at banquets and feasts.

I have been struggling with the questions, why are we to fear God? I praise the Lord with everything and I Don't understand, is it a fear of what God might do and is it a fear that the bad people need to be afraid of God because they know they have done evil things against God and against Jesus Christ.

Thank you for helping me with this question. I don't know if I should be afraid and have this fear of the Lord that awls I can seem to do anymore is praise his name and try to live as wholly as possible interview blessed by God. Thank you again, Jill

"Certain disciples had been chosen , Christ showed Himself by many infallible proofs. Being seen of them forty days, speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of heaven."

You too, have been chosen !

and will receive the promises of God the Father.

The first question we all want answered, is when God will fix things!

Fix the things that are broken! Restoring goodness, love, mercy on earth!

    Returning to rule the world?

    The Lords answer!

It is not for you to know the times or the seasons!

    Then He says this!

"You shall receive power, after the Holy Ghost has come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto Me in all the land!"

God has given us the same power that is in Him!

    This is monumental!

What He is saying in all essence, is we, through faith in the shed blood of Christ have the same power to do the very things we want from Him, too change the world!!!!

The same power in the Holy Ghost is what will change the world in and through us ! When you come to this reality then you will have come to the salvation that has been provided from and through His Son! Go teaching all things in His name!

    Repent and be Baptized

I hear for so I keep!

I speak for my ghost,he who was.

    He who is!

    he who he will be!

To hear the words of or king!

To inturpit them as our own path

    Is not to follow one

    Is to have a choice.

    His path is a circle!

    Your path is a direction

    With beginning and end!

    For you to see

    There is light!

    For you who can't.

    There is dark.

At my previous church adultery was tolerated by the pastor and it was blatant. The entire congregation was whispering about it but was afraid to address it because it was the pastors brother. I was told not to pay attention to him but listen to the pastor. My reply was how can I listen to him when he is not teaching the Bible. What am I missing ?

In the 1000 year reign here on earth, I was wondering where we will be living or staying when we are resting? Will we be like the apostles going about with Jesus without a dwelling place before the end of the 1000 year reign? I know that Jesus will take care of us at all times, I have no doubt of that, because He has always provided for me and my family here on earth. I know that the Temple of God will come down after the 1000 year reign. Will our mansions still be there when we are reigning forever with Jesus. It may not be in the Bible and I am not really worried about it, because God will have given me a glorious body when Jesus calls me up to be with Him forever. I'm mostly just curious?

Thank you for your answer to my question, May the Lord bless you today and always.

Do Not take away or add to the word of god. If the bible says ( Baptize ) it means Baptize. BIBLE VERSES ABOUT WATER BAPTISM Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be ( baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,) and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 1 Peter 3:21 Mark 16:16 Acts 22:16 and this scripture explains this very clearly! John 3:5 "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee,( Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. ) Romans 6:4 - Therefore we are ( buried with him by baptism into death:) that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Galatians 3:27 Acts 10:48 Matthew 28:19 Acts 10:48 Matthew 3:16 Acts 8:36-39 ( And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain ( water:) and the eunuch said, See, here is ( water;) what doth hinder me to be baptized? Gods word says Baptize it means baptize ( there is no scripture that NULLIFYS WATER BAPTISM ) Further more ( Revelation 22:19

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. God has a plan for salvation and we have no right to change it by our interpretation of the word 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: These are not my word, they are scripture By Which we as CHRISTIANS must live by. I submit this in the love of Jesus and the hope of seeing his will, that NO MAN SHOULD PARRISH !
