    "For that which I do I allow not:for what I would,that do I not;but what I hate,that do I."Paul was not spared from sinning while saved in this world."If we say that we have no sin,we deceive ourselves,and the truth is not in us.""If we say that we have not sinned,we make him a liar,and his word is not in us."Paul was a sinner with God's word in him.Grace is complete,a gift from God to the saved.

    2 Timothy 3:12 "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution." Cain murdered his brother because he was wicked and rejected the faith in Christ our Redeemer and Saviour, and because his brother Abel was a Believer and righteous. Jesus' entire discourse at the Last Supper was about what would be our purpose and calling and what we must expect to encounter in the world.

    It would be nice to have a "Pause Button" that remains visible on the screen when you scroll down to follow the reading. That way one would not lose their place. Laus Deo!

    The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;

    2 To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding;

    3 To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;

    4 To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.

    5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:

    Yes it's God's anger and the gathéring place is Jerusalem where there won't be one stone upon another it will be flatten along with all those who worshiped the false messiah at the 7th trump. And then we'll see the True Christ return and all will be changed into spiritual bodies and I better say that one more time for the rapture pilots, All changed at the 7th trump and we gather back to the Lord.

    Preventest,as it is used in this and other scriptures,means to go before.The story,the unfolding of events,the scriptures reveal to us that believe that God wins and his enemies lose."despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?"Rom2:4 While there is time,believe on the Lord Jesus and be saved.

    Our observance of the Lord's supper, is a type of Jesus' and the disciples' observance of the feast of the Passover. Jesus was the sacrificial Lamb of God, and the wine and the bread are symbolically, our way of eating that Lamb. Both men and women are to partake.

    Both Joel and Peter said that in these last days, quoting Joel, "...my handmaidens...shall prophesy". Acts 2: 17-18... Joel 2:28-29

    Long about 1985 I met an old Christian lady about 93 in a rest home.Her son told her a story from World War 2 about when he and several others were flying out around Hawaii and got lost and ran out of fuel and began to descend.The son began to pray Psalm 91 and a bright white light filled the plane and they miraculously made it back.One of the 5 or so people on that aircraft was Richard Nixon

  • A disciple on Isaiah 48 - 8 years ago
    We could fill up books on the subject of what is true conversion and of walking in truth, and yet it appears that there will always be those who simply WILL NOT receive sound words or understand their meaning; but all their thoughts are to resist the Holy Spirit. True Believers seek to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. Doing what Jesus commands us to do is not flesh seeking God's glory!

    Dear Mr. Stienburg.
    I honestly don't mind dissenting views, in fact, I love discussion. Especially spirited discussion, but I must ask you, why do you argue for an unprovable position amongst those with whom you disagree? Are you bored? Do you have a smidgen of faith you are ashamed of? You knew that you would be disagreed with when posting, so why did you?
