Hello James Did you mean to say Mark 8 24? It states the following And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. However, this is not Jesus Christ talking this is the blind man that Jesus just healed. Mark is giving the account of what happened. If you read Verse 23 after Jesus spit on the blind man 's eyes and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. Then the blind man answered in Verse 24 that he saw men as trees walking.

Jesus is god in flesh. Why callest thou me good? There is only one good, God. Either Jesus is bad and not God or he 's good and he is God. The same said, I am the Good shepherd, the good shepherd lays his life down for his sheep. As Satan tempts him he says thou salt not tempt the lord they God. God came in flesh, was seen of angels, preached unto the gentiles, justified in spirit, received up into glory. A child shall be given a son shall be born and the government will be on his shoulder, they shall call him wonderful, councillor, mighty God, the everlasting father, the prince of peace. 30pieces of silver a good price I was valued at. Its all through scripture. But only King James version the message is lost in newer translations. Deliberately I might add. I pray God opens all your eyes in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
  • Bill on Matthew 24:36 - 10 years ago
Jesus wants us to be like servants who are eagerly awaiting their Lord s return, ready to open the door immediately when He knocks. He will reward His faithful ones, but the unfaithful will be punished accordingly. Some have wondered if the reference to Christ s coming like a thief in the night could be referring to the second coming rather than the rapture. If so, then Christ s judgment in the Luke 12 parable would seem more akin to the sheep and goats verdict in Matt. 25 31 46 rather than the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Yehoshua aka Yeshua aka Jesus is God. He and the Father are one. If you have seen Him, you have seen the Father. Hear oh Y 'Israel, Yehovah thy God is One. His ways are not our ways, and we only have a minimal comprehension of who He is. Yet, there is One God, and Yehoshua is He, and He was, somehow, His own Father. Shalom.

Amanda your comment on lizard. No lizard or snake it is the usage of the word snake as a shrewd cunning crafty deceiver and liar to corrupt and it is his method of operation also Satan has many names and when you see them your supposed to keep track of them so you see the total of evil deceitfulness in his ways of operating. God speaks of men as trees in scripture and in the garden we have the Tree of Life which is Christ and at the end the Tree of Life in Revelation and as you read the scriptures you notice God speaks of men as trees as we are the cedar trees of Lebanon. In Ezekiel 31 vs 8 to 10 it tells how all the trees looked up to Satan as a tree in the garden of Eden and they all envied him and then his pride and ego brought him down. Wood trees don 't envy or feel pride so we know it 's men being spoken of. So it 's Satan that old serpent who is the tree of knowledge of good and evil that beguiled Eve. Beguile is wholly seduced her.

Leviticus 19 15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. John 7 24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello Word I did read what you posted. Let us look at 2 Peter 3 5 thru 7, these scriptures are not talking about an aged Earth where we were all living with God. Verse 5 is referring to the creation in Genesis. Verse 6 is talking about the flood. Verse 7 is talking about this heaven and this earth will remain in place until the fire of judgment comes which is talked about in Verse 10. Word, if you are not under a Holy Ghost filled person that has followed Acts 2 38 then you should find one. I also think you should stop reading all of those other books and focus on the Bible and ask God to really open up your understanding. Also, I particularly do not like Strong s version or interpretations, especially if it is giving you this misinterpretation of the scripture.
  • Iwelu Noble on Isaiah 14:12 - 10 years ago
I think Satan is referred to as lucifar. He was incharge of earth and every thing on earth was under his control. He thought within his heart that he can take control of heaven since every thing on earth obeys him. So he took his warriors to war with God but they were defeated. With this he and his co hurt were cast out or became out cast in the world. His warriors angels became demons of today. Note that they were destroyed before the creation of Adam and Eve, this is why God created Adam and Eve to replenish the world that was ruled by Satan and destroyed.
  • James on Acts 2 - 10 years ago
No I haven 't because that doesn 't apply to me for the church age. 1 Tim 5 8 says if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel. 2 Cor 12 14 tells us that the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children. See it 's ok to save money now. But Peter had no possessions in Acts 3 6 he had sold all. If you are going to follow Acts 2 38 you have to follow the rest of it. Thank the Lord we have the Pauline revelation that applies to us today. All the Bible is for you but all of it is not TO you doctrinally or you will make the Bible contradict.

Part 2 of 3 No, Jesus did not lie to the thief. When Jesus walked this Earth he was in the dispensation of the Law, Romans 10 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. Therefore, the thief was under the law not under Grace. He did not have to speak in tongues.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 3 - 10 years ago
Part 2 of 3 No, Jesus did not lie to the thief. When Jesus walked this Earth he was in the dispensation of the Law. The Grace Dispensation did not happen until after the Holy Ghost fell on the day of Pentecost. The thief did not have to speak in tongues as the spirit of God give utterance because there was no outpouring of the Holy Ghost during this time because Jesus had not ascended into heaven yet. However, now that we are up under the grace age, you must have it like Acts 2 38 says.

Heresy grows stronger with each passing day...Just a few days ago it was announced on the evening news that Pope Francis has declared that it 's highly possible that mankind evolved from apes and that the earth was formed from some type of Big Bang!. So there goes the Book of Genesis! Clearly , these are truly the last days. Guard your faith .

  • Min. Patricia D. Butcher on Matthew 7 - 10 years ago
many people want to continue living their lives their own way and do not realize the error of their ways, because they are not obeying or implementing the laws of God in their lives. In my opinion we should always try to do our best but this verse exemplifies that our best has to be approved by God, not just by ourselves alone. Therefore we must study God 's Word in order to show ourselves approved. The four things I 've found most important in my life to building a strong relationship with God are Prayer, Praise, Fasting and Studying His word, not necessarily in this order to me these things are major requirements to reach a higher level of understanding in God. Let me end my comment with scripture from Rev. 3 20, "If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person and they with me ". Thank you
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Revelation 14 - 10 years ago
Hello Schu I would humbly like to correct you. A person need to do more than just believe in their heart that Jesus Christ is their personal savior. See even the devils believe and tremble, James 2 19 Thou believest that there is one God thou doest well the devils also believe, and tremble . Faith without works is dead, James 2 verses 17, 20, 26. A person can believe and have faith but if they do not follow up with the work then the scripture states that their faith is dead. A person has to follow Acts 2 38 in order to be saved. If a person does not then when the rapture takes place that person will not go up. If I can sum it up like this, the Holy Ghost is the power that everyone needs to be transformed and take flight.

  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
I submitted this 9 days ago, so I am resubmitting it because it did not come out. Hello James Richard Guy The word enigma means a person or thing that is mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to understand. If I can say it like this, the creation is not difficult to understand, especially if you have followed Acts 2 38. All you have to do is believe that God did what he has allowed to be written in his word. All you have to do is believe that God did what said because God said it. When a person is filled with the true Holy Ghost with the evidence in speaking in tongues as the spirit give utterance the scriptures say that he will teach you all things and bring all things back to your remembrance, John 14 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. God set people, individuals in the church, those who have followed Acts 2 38 to teach you the truth through the power of the Holy Ghost. In the end, John 17 17 Sanctify them through thy truth thy word is truth. This scripture did not say that part of the word was truth. This scripture does not say that of the word is truth. This scripture states that thy word is truth meaning the whole Bible not just part.

I know that people use the tree for Christmas, however that holiday is from the Pagans and GOD warned us not to do what the heathen and the pagan was doing. Besides December 25th is not JESUS birthday. It was too cold in Bethlehem in December for the sheep to be in the fields. Therefore, the shepherds brought them in in the month of October before the cold set in and they left them inside un the beginning of the spring. JESUS also never commanded us to celebrate His birthday at all. So JESUS is NOT the reason for the season. It 's all pagan and Constantine was a motivating factor in the holiday and doing a study of this Emperor people can learn a lot about just what he did come up with, and he was himself a Pagan. Christmas is a man made holiday and now it 's all about and commercialism. They start putting out the merchandise in October and it 's still there until January when they offer it on sale for up to 75 off. When you know the truth then the truth will set you free. Christmas is tradition and nothing more.
