Both in the Old Testament where it is a continual theme and in the New we are admonished to care for 'strangers'. Australia should be very careful how they treat desperate people who come here on boats fleeing persecution in their countries. Australia is shutting themselves off from blessing by allowing these terrible policies against 'boat people'. It also refers to hospitality; we should all care for those who live amongst us that are 'strangers' and in need

Sir I'm sorry you can't read 4th grade English. " I THE LORD HAVE DECEIVED THAT PROPHET,"( Ezekiel 14:9). I agreed you made a good point. If you will read ( I doubt it) let these Scriptures (KJB) flip your wig, and pray about this about 10 years. ( 2 Sam 24:1) And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah. ( 1 Chr 21:1) Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel. Now you know the Bible doesn't contradict. ( Job 1:12) And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in THY POWER; now look at ( Job 2:3) "and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou MOVEDST ME against him, to destroy him without cause." You want a hint to the answer? The LORD's axe is sharpened on the Devil's grindstone ~Havner.

Michael is holding Satan until God tells Michael to kick him out of heaven and then there is silence in heaven, they are in Peace, but woe to us on earth for the anti-christ is here. There is no peace without the Prince of Peace our Lord Christ Jesus but Satan brings a false peace that the whole world will chase after while he performs his supernatual acts playing a role as a false god as anti-christ

@"Jake" Instead of repeating something someone told you why not look for yourself. Read Revelations chapter 19. Revelations 19:11-14 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.Revelations 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

The majesty of it all. How far are culture has regressed by wanting to destroy a Titan Translation such as this! Even atheists use the King James to read for they even realize this!
Finally, let all remember that Latin was on the cross with the Hebrew and Greek, to show that Latin Manuscripts would shape the preservation of God's word defend the Textus Receptus with all your heart when approached with the corrupt Alexandrian and Codex Siniaticus Peddlers

I beleive that we write our own book and our book of our deeds is cross referenced judged with the works and deeds that are wholesome and good...Those absent fathers, abusers and wife beaters will have to stand before a higher judge not with a fabricated tale but with their actual deeds before them...

I've often heard the differences ascribed to a "scribble error" but when I repeat the two texts with my own hand I find the differences quite marked...I think there's more to the story than that. A "scribble" error can produce one or two letters being wrong or perhaps in the wrong order, but I have a hard time believing that the difference between "poiontes tas entolas" and "pluvontes tas stolas" is a scribble error resulting in correctly spelled phrases with different meanings...that's a pretty big leap in logic

Temple service within you own body, fulfillment of the temple service on Mt Zion where the priest garment connoted righteousness amid the lamps and showbread in the temple, connoting the seven Spirits of God and the hidden manna, the spiritual flesh of His passover sacrifice.

( Gal 5:4) Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. (VS 12) I would they were even cut off which trouble you. The sabbath was a sign to Israel (Ez 20:12) Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a SIGN between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them. ( 1 Cor 1:22) "For the Jews require a SIGN," The Sabbath is left out of the N.T. ( Rom 13:8-9) Did you read the verses? We are Gentiles and ( Acts 21:25) says, "As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing," check the context (verse 24). Also if you are keeping the sabbath, do you start your car on sunday (your spark plug starts a fire) or do you cook food? ( Exodus 35:2) "whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death." Please read and then trust Christ alone to save you ( 1 Cor 15:1-4) will do the job. Amen.

to know my God like Moses did . . . writing the first five books of the Bible though he wasn't there and to be lost in conversation with my God to discuss seeing Him face to face such that God said I will put you in a rock so when I go past you'll see me hinder parts. WOW!That's bliss.

Drink waters from thine own cistern. Marriage is honorable in all and the bed holy, but adulterers and fornicators will be judged. Husbands love your wives and always be content with her love. Never listen to a strange woman or be attracted by her beauty. God has given you the wife of your youth and always be ravished by her love.

I need to remember events will occur as need be to fulfill His Word before the end comes and God is in charge no matter how the situation(s) 'feel' to me. Feeling secure isn't necessarily what it is. Only a relationship with our Lord gives us security, whether we feel it or not, if we allow Him to be in charge and we pray and obey and act as selfless spiritual believers instead of carnal feel-good believers. Who will be strong at the end and not be part of the great apostacy? Let us drink from His rivers.
  • Fred burckhartt on Genesis 6 - 11 years ago
benai hai Elohim is never used for man, only angels or fallen angels. 2 peter 2:4, jude 6-8. These Sons of God did something terribly wrong or they would not be in Tartarus. There is nothing in the Bible about Tartarus and the sins of Seth. When we talk about the supernatural, rationality is not an argument. Satan tried to destroy the genealogy and bloodline of Jesus, through this diabolical act of depravity.
