Hello, haven't heard from you for a while. Hope everything is going well with you. I have been thinking of you.
When we are called to heaven our mission is to praise and worship God. Is there other worlds that need to understand the purpose of their existence?
"34And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Christians will go through the great tribulation but we must be careful to escape the great apostasy and the decadence which will come upon the earth and not be snared by it, so that we are considered worthy to stand before Jesus when He returns AFTER the great tribulation.
So, the escape mentioned in v36 is not an escape from the great tribulation. It is a caution to escape the sin and depravity which will ensnare those who dwell on the earth.
Thank you for posting this. Thanks for explaining some of these things. This will help me to read my Bible more. I can always pull out my phone no matter where I am
God Bless you Tyler.
Thanks,
Saryor Davies
