Thank you to all for their replies to my recent questions. Very thoughtful and helpful. Posting on line is very new to me and i respect all for their varied opinions. I tend to search out truth by searching out everything that seems to interfere with it, thus whatever is left is truth. I liken it to searching for gold; when I remove all the stuff in the gold pan ( a tedious process), what remains is hopefully what I want: the gold (truth). I mention this because it may appear as though I'm attempting to disprove something in the Scriptures. Not necessarily so though. Being exposed to the Bible and Christianity all my life, I desire for all of it to make sense.

With that being said and out of the way, what does the Bible and believers mean when they refer to God, Jesus, and H.S. as being in us? If literally taken, it sounds like "in our bodies". I think most would reply, "In our heart", though I don't think it is meant our physical heart. Is it? Or is it our whole body? I'm asking myself (please excuse me), who or what would want to dwell there; it is somewhat disgusting and somewhat foul smelling in there. I'm almost sure there's a simple answer to this that I can accept as truth. Any help would be appreciated. Peace to all.

Some teach that Jesus suffered in Hell and that He died spiritually I think taken from EWKenyon's teachings. I cannot believe this and do not see it in the scriptures!

Sometimes I unload on the devil too. He tried to take my life at age 36. I had a vision and in it, I saw Jesus! He was sitting on a pure white horse, looking straight into my eyes. We have been mistakenly taught that fallen angels are demons and posess people. Show me in the Bible where an angel did that. Angel are three demensional beings who can shape shift into almost anything. Heaven is a real solid place or Elijah and Enoch are walking on clouds. A demon is the soul of a dead giant. Hell was prepared for fallen angels who are chained in one section and humans are given a TEMPORARY indestructible body and tortured in flames. The story of Lazarus and the rich man is literally TRUE. The souls of the dead giants are as the Bible calls them the Raphaim and it says they will live again during the Tribulation.

A jew has to be a descendant of Abraham who was a descendant of Shem. Blacks (I am black) and whites who are not descendants of Abraham cannot be Jews. Estimated 80% of the Jews in Israel and around the world by their own admission are not descendants off Abraham and are called Askenazi jews. I have many Jewish friends who will readily admit they are not descendants of Abraham. Why is this so hard for Christians to accept.

Hi just listened to Billy Graham for 6 minutes it's on YouTube it's called spiritual warfare that's what it says it's really good you got to listen to it it's about double minded blind mine it's really good I like listening to him I thought I just share it he's one that I listen to pretty well and the reason why is because he talks a lot about the devil and that's good he was never afraid he didn't sugar coated he just told you how it was you also should watch that last video I think I heard his daughter released it but it's a good one talks about the cross I just wanted to share got my spirit filled take care of my brothers and sisters

Roman Catholics use the KJV bible and Roman Catholics are not a cult. Some of you may not believe that Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ, was venerated by Jesus but she was and should be venerated. Many people do and they are not all RC's. This a strange place where people call themselves Christians,yet call other Christian Religions cults. Theyre are religious cults but most of them have sprung to life in the last 100 to 200 hundred years. 1914 comes to mind, but I am a Christian and I am a Roman Catholic, so I will not call other religions names, nor their followers. You who do have to search your soul to see if your feelings are generated by unfounded hate, misinformation, or some other emotion/understanding. God loves everyone and you should copy him. Where is the scripture pertaining to saving or storing up your money

I have a question about demonic oppression and if I am actually oppressed. I wake in the night every hour or every two hours every night. I have nightmares that I am being attacked and assaulted sexually by people who turn out to be like demons in the nightmare and our trying to rape me or hurt me and one even posed as a christian for a minute until I realized she wasnt and I was fighting for my life and my child was in the nightmare as well and we were fighting these things and I was directing her. I sometimes have thoughts telling me I am God or Satan and the thoughts are so strong I questions whether it is me really causing me to think this. I sometimes have thought I was possessed but I dont have loss of control over my body or have any significant changes in personality or my voice or anything. I have noticed Ive been a little depressed like being tired alot just after being up not even 6 or 7 hours I need a nap. I feel sometimes like in the book of Job where he questioned whether he was good or evil. Over the past 3.5 years I have gained freedom from irratic addictive behaviors and have been in a program all this time. I also am pursing my masters degree in theology and study the Bible alot. After having the nightmare last night I woke scared but in my sleep it was so real I thought it was. When I woke I told the Lord I was ready to come home if he was ready for me. Im not suicidal but scared and desire to be under his wings safe in heaven. Sometimes the mental oppression is so bad I cant hardly stand it. I have been through alot in my life and it came a long way by the Grace of God to get me here. Last when I woke from nightmare last night I wanted to read the bible and all the sudden my vision changed to like a blurry covering over my eyes and I thought it was possible something else was in the room with me. That is when I woke and turned the light on and studied the Bible for three hours. Do you think I am demonic oppressed?

Unfortunately that goes in contradiction to what we are told in the scriptures, and I wish it wasn't such a commonly unknown truth which is not just mentioned once in some obscure text, but it is written and confirmed in the Books in the New Testament which us Christians are required to know if we are to be a profitable servant. This is idea of Christ being unable to force his will upon someone is some kind of false gospel of an invented God which is not found in the Scriptures.

Then you have the first chapters of Ephesians which says that the Father has CHOSEN US before the foundation of the world. To say that we are in control of whether we except God or are saved is to once again undermine the gift of eternal life which is why we are saved by grace, not a decision we made. It's really a scary thing that professing Christians can be so ignorant of the very things that make the Gospel so profound and perfect and undeniably of God. Also, you have expressed a love for a God who is not found in the Scriptures, and I strongly advise you to go back to the beginning and rediscover the faith you professs and find out where you stand concerning the Gospel after studying it again in its entirety. Most churches profess the same false gospel you have which I think is where you have been ensnared by.

I truly don't say these things to be hard or mean but I am just wanting to be able to possibly help you find the truth of God's character and the beauty of the Gospel is how undeserving we are and how powerless we are to do anything without permission from God to receive something or truly anything apart from the strong arms of our almighty Savior.
