What a great chapter to learn how great God we have. Glory to God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ and peace to all living saints who are very much guided by the Holy Spirit of God.

    Galatians 1:12

For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

    Be saved! 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

Revelation 15:3-4 I love singing this song.

And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

    Revelation 18:4

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

    1 Timothy 5:15

For some are already turned aside after Satan.

You seem to be a bit obsessed with sodomy , there are very many other sins , the older you get the more you recognise them . Some are very subtle , cold heartedness , selfishness , cruelty , aggression , jealousy , vengefulness , manipulations , it's a long list . We are all sinners , maybe not sodomites but still sinners . Turning your eyes away from someone who needs your help . That's a bad one I think . We are all guilty of something pretty much everyday . If we think we aren't we are fooling ourselves , we can't fool God .

    Deu 32: 29-33

29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?

31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:

33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.

Who are these enemies of God? In America they are politicians, judges, educators, scientists, medical professionals, businessmen, and so forth. They do not know the Lord and they do not do good. Christians live in a world that is mostly hostile to God and Christians. Notice especially the reference to Sodomites, who are very popular in modern times among the wicked all around us.

    Verse 39

See now that I am he , and there is no god with me : I kill and I make alive ; I wound , and I heal : neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand .

A word from the Lord to Moses

    On DEUT. 32:36

The Word of God is God ( John 1:1) and is not of any private interpretation ( 2 Peter 1:20).

The word 'Repent' in different forms (repent, repentance, repented, repentest, repenteth, repenting, repentings) is mentioned 110 times in the KJV, and means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. The word 'repent' used in the New Testament was translated from the Greek word "metanoeo", and means to change, transform, to think differently or reconsider.

It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9) and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( Matthew 7:7; John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), as mankind follows after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Rev. 12:9).

It is only by revelation of God that people will come to know the true Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1), and only then will you be able to overcome the spirit of this world ( 1 John 5:4; Rev. 3:21) and learn what 'True Repentance' means, and how this whole world has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9). It should also be remembered that it is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

LUKE 15:10. LIKEWISE, I SAY UNTO YOU, THERE IS JOY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ANGELS OF GOD OVER ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH.

Jeffrey, sometimes Israel is referred to as Jeshurun. Apparently, used affectionately with poetic connotation. (see also references to this name in Deut 33:5, 26; Isa 44:2).

The message in the passage you referred to, is that God has cared for His children, Israel, right from their beginning, feeding them the best of the earth had to offer. But they committed spiritual adultery & turned aside from the Lord, & so they are thus described in v15 (that they became lazy & insensitive to the things of God & turned to the gods of the nations).

Who did Jeshurun kick? Did Jeshurun kick Him out?

Moses was told by God to speak to the rock and water would come out. He hit the rock with his rod instead of obeying God. Water still came out of the rock but it was Moses sin in that he would not go over into the promise land but only see it and die.

Moreover the LORD thy God will send the hornet among them, until they that are left, and hide themselves from thee, be destroyed.
  • Ann - In Reply on Deuteronomy 32 - 5 years ago
Numbers 20:11 Moses struck the rock twice, that is a symbol of Christ being crucified on the cross twice. Not good, for that reason Moses didn't go into the promise land.

Thank you for your reply Miekl, I will go back the read the book of Numbers. GOD Bless you.
  • Melki - In Reply on Deuteronomy 32 - 5 years ago
Read Numbers 20. Moses' lack of faith in the words Yahuah told was the sin he did. He was commanded by Yahuah to hit the rock with staff but Moses did not believe that water can be able to gush out of a rock. That was his si which prohibited him from getting to the promised land.

What do I think of DEUTERRONOMY, first of all, The word of GOD ALMIGHTY, of what would to the Israel people if they do not do GOD'S Commandment, that GOD Gave to Moses to give to the people of Israel, and what would happen to them if they worship other gods. and that Moses did not go to the promest land for he disobey GOD. how ever. I am not sure I understand were did Moses disobey our LORD GOD

Verse 5~Many blame God for the suffering that takes place on this earth, but this verse shows that it is the fault of imperfect mankind because Jehovah God is perfect and holy and can have nothing to do with the wickedness we see on earth today.
  • BSP on Deuteronomy 32 - 7 years ago
Verse 4: Jehovah God is perfect in all that he does. Even though we may not understand some of his ways, we must remember that we are imperfect and we can not fully grasp everything.

To understand this better, just read the whole book of Deuteronomy and then re-read the chapter of the verse you're having difficulty with. Also don't allegorize and please don't say: "well this is what it means to me." It means something specifically!
Read it. Put it in context. Who is speaking? Who is being spoken to?
    Don't be lazy.

Vs 5 kenites that are in this song is speaking of the people Satan won over in the first earth age and they followed him. Rev12 vs 4 he stole and cast them to earth Matt. 13.36-44. This is the song that the overcomers will be singing when the true Christ returns. But The kenite tares will be whoring with their false messiah their rock because their spot is not our spot and their rock is not ours.

Why would the Lord avenge the blood of His servants? Aren't we as believers, His servants? Or is this a taking payment the cross Christ for us because or blood is cursed with man's sin? Help me understand this.

verse 4 teaches me that God is the rock of my salvation, and without the rock We dear not live and everything we need in live we have to depend. It teaches how pure and perfect the rock so let us stay closer to God and be ready waiting until he comes, praise God!

Acording to the bible, all the children of men had fell to vanity,so GOD,had chosen a people and thought them his way,to be an example to the other nations around them and to set order in the earth.but, they obeyed not,and served vanity like all the other nations round about them.So the nations we think that GOD would haved never call,he has made known his way unto them, and so the serve him with their hearts and not their lips.So the original people of GOD is indeed jelous because of this move of GOD.they serve him with their lips and not with their hearts.

According to the number of children of isreal sounds like some one is trying to hide something.I agree the versions that says according to the number ofcherubs or guardian angel in courts of heaven.
  • BSP on Deuteronomy 32:47 - 10 years ago
Many people today don 't put stock in the Bible, but as this verse shows Jehovah 's words are of value. His words are of so high value that they can mean the difference between life and death as this scripture shows. So if we truly value our lives we want to seriously pay attention to Jehovah 's words that he has given us in his word the Bible and that he continues to give through his organization today because they can mean the difference between life and death.
  • Dr Felix Ebo on Deuteronomy 32:12 - 10 years ago
The Lord alone leads, provides and protects successfully if and when there is a total adherence of faith in Christ Jesus. The leading of the Lord is a function of our faith in Him. The quantum of dependence is a variable of the leading of the Lord because they had no other god.

I was wondering if 32:13 was talking of Isreal (Jews) discovering pure oil on the one rock and black oil on the flint rock. And if it was going to be discovered in this day right before the Lord comes back. Just inquisitive.....
