we need to study words in the Word. and know the history of the time. First if you study the words, it is referring to war garments, something prepared, i.e. any apparatus as an implement, utensil, dress, vessel or weapon :--armour -bearer , artillery, bag, carriage, furnish, and males in armies of the heathen around them, would put a dress womans robe, over their armor to sneak attack enemy, it was a disguise to get in close to attack. And this is part of the law of moses which was nailed to the cross according to Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross there are various 'laws ' in the bible, the law of moses is gone, it was a civil code for that nation alone, and ceremonial laws which were done away with at the cross, their are health laws that we are not 'under the law ' but we should follow for our own health sake, and the moral law, the 10 commandments which are eternal. SO where in the NT is this issue addressed ? and even in this Deut 22 it is not what everyone thinks.

The verse is very plain and blunt, it first says, "Beware lest any man..., " it is always mankind that we are to beware of, but why? The Bible says the heart is deceitfully wicked above all things. The heart of man is full of vile imaginations, which will try to justify anything it can as long as it can. This verse also says, "spoil, " and again why? If you have a box of apples, would you keep a spoiled apple among the good ones? Of course not, so why then should the child of GOD have company among the false philosophies of this world? If a Christian is not rooted in the word of GOD, then the good fruit won 't recognize the bad fruit. But let us notice the end conclusion of the matter which discredits all the idealogies before it. "And not after Christ, " if anything in this world by any man 's words does not lean after or go towards Christ our Savior then we must beware and cast out those things from among us. Amen! Lest we be spoiled like the bad fruit, being mixed together.

What a great God we serve,that even the principalities and powers are all beneath his shoes.

Worshipping GOD in spirit and in truth begins with being true to ourselves and seeking wisdom as we fear GOD.

There is no lack in Christ nothing is missing He is completely God. He said you see me you see the father. Also for every believer who has Christ they have all that they need to represent and re-present Christ to the world.

The word of God that is given by God ,which is Jesus is to bring redemption to our mortal body if we allow the Holy Spirit to quicken us with that work.Being firmly rooted not carried away by the worldly pattern and distractions .Then will full redemption be made manifest.Worshiping God in Spirit and in truth not wilfully as the Spirit do not work in mans will but the will of God Almighty.

We are complete in him meaning...by redeemption we are spiritual jesus, by redeemption we carry all that christ carries, john 14:12 john 17:18. John 20:21 and hebrew.2:11..

Jesus himself is the word of God we must only follow and obey his words and believe that He is the Son of the Living God. God will bless our understanding when we seek the kingdom of God first into our lives. All things that we need will be added. In relation to verse 14 many people say the Old testament legalism and Torah was nailed to the cross and therefore not relative anymore. This verse points out that I had a debt written in my own handwriting against me because of my sin. This is the document that was nailed to the cross for me by my Savior. Therefore paying or redeeming me from a debt I could not pay. One must realize that the Father keeps books! Thank you Yeshua - Jesus is Salvation.

I think verse 20 means that if you are in Christ, and not of the world, you don 't have to follow man 's ordinances or doctrines if they don 't line up with God 's.

Lursha, you can do nothing unless God allows it. There is no power in the human body that is not autonomic. You do not have to concentrate to make your blood circulate throughout your body, or focus so your brain will control all bodily needs. When it comes right down to it without God you would not only cease, but disintegrate.God is so essential to life that all things continue by Him, even you. Colossians 2:17 "And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist ". Even Satan who deceives mankind on a daily basis has his life because of God. You don 't want to make a bad choice like him or you will spend eternity in the lake of fire with him. Give God a chance to show you the truth and receive His son Jesus as your savior and you will understand what I am talking about. You questioned what happens after death, well you can only turn your eternal destiny around by asking Jesus to save you. John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him I am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me ". If you continue as you are, you will end up in the lake of fire with Satan and everybody else that chose to ignore God. Mike, personally I believe it is good to worship God everyday of the week however, God set aside the seventh day as His day of rest. Genesis 2:3 - And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Exodus 20:8 - Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

I want to know if Sunday Worship is good or not, is it bad to worship on Sunday?. Thank you

Col. chap 2 verse 9-10 Christ alone is the true head of men and angels. Therefore He is the only one worthy of our praises and in Him we find fulfillment. He is the fullness of divinity and God in the flesh To Him all the glory and honor.

Colossians 2:9 declaring that Jesus Christ said that for in Him dwelleth ALL THE FULLNESS OF GOD BODILY. God is Spirit John 4:24 No Bones, No flesh, No Body, No Blood, meaning INVISIBLE . He is 100 God and 100 Man. 1 Timothy 3:16 God was manifest in the flesh in the body of Christ the human body, with bones, with blood , with flesh meaning VISIBLE. The entire Bible is about the grace of God and love brought down to man. The Great Commission of Christ still stands today, so people deciding to follow Christ must first believe in all He is about and what He can do for them. Some followers of Christ believe you are saved before baptism some after. Baptism is still required today. After baptism, a believer is added to the church, kingdom. A Bible believing christian doesn 't have to follow a teacher who doesn 't know for sure where she is going after she dies as far as I can kick this building I 'm sitting in 1 John 5:13. In the Chruch age we have a KNOW SO salvation and are sealed by the Holy Spirit. According to Colossians 2:11-12 there is an operation of God made without hands and the word of God Heb 4:12 cuts your soul away from your flesh and the sins of the flesh can 't touch the soul. You soul is SAVED but your body isn 't until you get your new one Rom 8:23. The christian can lose their testimony, and many other things, but salvation is not one of them. Now if those who want to believe in works and tongues and baptism to be saved a time is coming where they will have to endure till the end, Matthew 24:13, if they want to try it.

The word of God is Jesus and Jesus is the word as is stated in John1 1 3 . we must go according to the word of God, when we walk in the word we walk in Christ Jesus.

I received Christ Jesus my Lord by faith I am required to continue to walk in faith with my Lord God !!! Simply said !!

This particular verse is talking about the followers of Jesus Christ, that is,His faithful servants. To walk in Him is to Love, Holy, give generously, forgive, fear God, etc.
