    Paul taught repentance also 2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

    Jesus Revelation 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works;

    or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place,

    except thou repent.

    Rev 2:16 - Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

    Rev 2:21 - And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

    Rev 3:19 - As many as I [Jesus] love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

    Very important doctrine

    Where in the Gospel which Paul, the Apostle to the (us) gentiles, administered is repentance required

    The Gospel which Christ administered to Israel required repentance but the Apostle Paul preached salvation through faith in this present dispensation

    O Lord the depth of your love continues to amaze me. Help me to love as You have loved me. Thank you Holy Spirit as you love me as I search the fullness of the Fathers love. For there is none like You O Lord. I desire to Praise you more than I have. May the Joy of Your salvation renew my Praise O Holy Name most Precious! Jesus you are all I need. Nothing touches me like you love. Rejoice in the Lord, I say Rejoice O my soul.

    Ann you are exactly correct. The love of God is a gift given. His gift to us was his son Jesus who left heavans glory to come down to earth. Who lived a sinless life was crucified and on the third day arose from the grave and is sitting on the right hand of God. He offers forgiveness to everyone who will accept his gift. Repentance toward God for our sins and acceptance of what Christ did for us

    David asked 10months ago, "What thought, action or intellectual pursuit can pass knowledge?" in relation to seeking a deeper level of love Vs19 The answer is: experiencing Gods love which is so deep and complete it surpasses humans understanding or knowledge of love until it is experienced. It is a gift of God. Not attainable through mans wisdom or through learning but through God giving.

    Paul was an example to the early Christians. He didn't want individuals to be discouraged by his persecution, but encouraged by his ability to continue despite pressure. This encourages me to continue to live my life as a Christian, despite the challenges that come with upholding the Bible standards. Just like Paul, we all can keep our Christian personality in a God-less world.

    Ref v 19: apparently, the Apostle is encouraging us to seek a depth of love which has escaped us thus far, for he used the thought that this love "passes knowledge". What thought, action, or intellectual pursuit can "pass knowledge"??? Knowledge is required in the pursuit of understanding. My prayer is that we can pursue and acquire that deep, "perfected" love, as mentione in 1 John 3-4 chapters.

    "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think" I believe that this comment here sets the premise for who god is. Someone who is able to do and go above and beyond and well beyond that to be exact for stuff that we ask or think. That shows genuine love just as parents today try and go above and beyond for their kids to make sure they are happy and safe. "according to the power that worketh in us" I believe this part of the verse means that when we give him the praise for going above and beyond for us that we get a bit of that and we can carry that amongst us which separates true god-fearing Christians versus those who claim to Christian but act the opposite. In total I would say this verse simply knows that god is going 1000000x harder then anyone can ever go for you, but on top of that give him thanks and praise and he will share more with you.

    Being grounded in love is so very powerful to all believers in Christ Jesus. No matter what we do and what we say, let it be rooted and planted in God’s ❤️ love not worldly love, not mans kind of love, but the most highest Form of love, Agape Love. The Love that is kind and tender hearted and forgiving and most of all, long suffering. The way God saved us just in the nick of time

    Ephesians 3-20, I believe that knowing that we have the power with in us that when we ask God for something no matter what it is and He do it for us, then as a born again believer with the holy spirit dwelling in us that we should not call it a miracle, it should be expected. That is what God has put into my spirit. Ask Him and trust Him and expect it.

    Ephesians 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. Acts 9:15 15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel. Jesus is my God who chosen Paul to teach us Gentiles in this Church age of Grace. We must read.

    That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: as a Gentile, I was lost and knew nothing of Jesus Christ, but now, Jesus had chosen Paul to minister to Gentile and share the gospel of the Grace of God. Glory be to God for his only begotten Son for the blood that was shed on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead . Amen
