Its always good to learn the times,The king never knew that,It was too late and Esther needed the kings ears,She had no other way to express her self only by refusing to attend the kings party. The great lesson here mostly for the married lot is that let keep communication on the highest level for us to get the best results at all times.AMEN.
Queen Vashti was only standing up to the king for the sake of modesty! She should be applauded for her heroic action!!Vashti is an excellent example of Biblical femininity!
For me the Book of Esther represents the awesome power of God moving for His chosen people. Seeing God place who he wanted, where he wanted at the time necessary to defeat those that sought to destroy his promise. Again God uses man who was created great too defeat satan who was created greater to show who is the greatest. To God be the glory. The one who holds life and death in His hand.
ESTHER WAS ABOVE ALL THE WOMEN SHE OBTAINED GRACE AND FAVOUR IN IS SIGHT MORE THAN ALL THE OTHER THEN HE SET THE ROYAL CROWN UPON HER HEAD SHE WORK FOR IT AND SHE GET IT IF YOU WORK FOR PENNY YOU WILL GET THAT PENNY GOD BLESS
As much as it is true that the King had much power and his order had to be followed, can we really say that the Queen was wrong in refusing to honor the order of the king considering the circumstances under which it was given? What would you have done and why?
It doesn't really matter to me which chapter out of Ester that it is. I love the whole book of Ester, because if the book of Ester doesn't give you confidence or courage enough to stand up then I really and truely don't know what will.
if they have had been at the same party will this have happened?
Eve was deceit when alone so married people where
