I got this yesterday from a stranger. He alone is worthy of ALL Praise and All Power and GlORY belong to our God Creator of Heaven and Earth. Our God is a refuge and a mighty fortress great deliverer and Saviour. I love you Jesus. Thank you AbbA daddy.
My Pastor in church made us to pray using the same scripture. Later on I was confronted by some social issues then I remembered the verse that God will fight for me all I need is to stay calm. Its really working in my life.
I realize the faithfulness of God, to fight for his children. Verse 14, this show how God trust his children in everything situation because He want to reveal himself through our faith. Children of God lets know God is there for us only believe.
Leaders think in a different way. Every great leader like Moses operates from the angle of being a follower first. Moses, unlike the children of Israel already understood the idea that God wants us to neutralize fear with courage by acting out our faith.
Be still, For I am with you, always! He knows us completely, even the count of every hair on our heads. Just trust in the Lord and have faith. He is with you! Praise his name, Amen!

Part 1 of 2: Hello I. Prince: Watches of night: The Jews, like the Greeks and Romans, divided the night into military watches instead of hours, each watch representing the period for which sentinels or pickets remained on duty. The proper Jewish reckoning recognized only three such watches, entitled the first or "beginning of the watches, " Lamentations 2: 19 the middle watch, Judges 7: 9 and the morning watch. Exodus 14: 24 1 Samuel 11: 11 These would last respectively from sunset to 10 P.M. from 10 P.M. to 2 A.M. and from 2 A.M. to sunrise. After the establishment of the Roman supremacy, the number of watches was increased to four, which were described either according to their numerical order, as in the case of the "fourth watch, " Matthew 13: 25 or by the terms "even, " "midnight, " "cock-crowing " and "morning. " Mark 13: 35. These terminated respectively at 9 P.M., midnight, 3 A.M. and 6 A.M. Smith Dictionary .
And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward Here we see the Lord reminding Moses of the promise covenant He had Made with Him when he was assigned the task of leading the children of israel to the promised land. Exodus 3 12 And God said, "I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain. The Lord instructs Moses to go forward as whatever cries that he might have wanted to bring to the Face of the Lord were overwritten by the promise made earlier that " I will be with you " , some of the things we keep petitioning the Lord for , have already been granted. Its time to trust the Lord and move over to dry ground because God is not a man that he should lie. Everything the word promises over your life shall come to pass. Trust in the Lord .
SILAS AKOWUAH-ACHEAMPONG on Exodus 14:20 - 10 years ago
a God of possibilities, there is nothing too hard for the Lord, no situation too difficult for him to overturn afterall, Hes the creator of the world, and we are His creation the Father above is the story teller He chooses to edit the story at will. we are told the antagonist would be vanquished at the end..... mortal man in whom have you built you trust? the Story teller or the antagonist?
As faithful Abraham hoped against hope. We all are comfortable with where we sit, like visiting a sick person on their bed of affliction. Or trying to comfort a family in a hospice situation. We are not the object of suffering in either case so we are filled with advice. Moses however was bearing all the weight of the day, not to mention in the heat of the day. Moses Makes an attempt to consult God! He 'd always consulted him when he despaired or was confronted or confused about what would be best thing to do. But unknowingly to Moses, despite God 's response to his cry for help and his desire was for what perhaps would have been a different answer, God nonetheless did answer Moses with the necessary word of assurance he needed in his hour of difficulty. Moses had not read that God 's ways were pass finding out as maybe we have. So he did the spiritually prudent thing. the same as we all would do. Go to God with the problem as he always did in the past! Surly God will know what 's best, he always does. As it is with us,so it was with Moses, God indeed answered him that day, perfectly with a plan that could not fail. It was perfect because the mouth of the Lord had spoken it. So as we continue going to him for answers let us not despair nor be dismayed because the Lord our God is with us...Remember the command from God is always Forward, not backward Be blessed.
If belivers would learn to trust the Lord all our problems and difficulties would be over. It not our might or power but where God leads. Where God leads he would always provide.
I like this because if I didn 't believe that god will fight ur battles for u,u should now he 's letting us know that our battles are won if we trust in him to handle it cause he 's a good god just trust in him ur battle is already won it 's not urs to fight
