Ezekiel 38:9 and Ezekiel 38:16 showcases God's attack Israel (in the latter years).

The prophet states that 2 lands (house of Israel, and house of Judah) are covered like a cloud, coming from 1 land (Russia)

Ezekiel 21:18-20 talks about the exact same thing: Judah and Ammonites are attacked and taken from 1 land, Babylon.

I deduct that America and Israel will be attacked and taken by Russia, at the day of the Lord.

Russia is making it's move. We will be at continual war until the falling away ( 2 Thessalonians 2:3).

Da. Nyet, Russia is not specifically mentioned in the OT, nor the NT. We do have some countries mentioned (as in Ezekiel 38:2) that are not countries that we can easily recognize today.

However, GiGi has shared recently a good understanding of some of those names mentioned in Ezekiel & what they are likely to be called today. So, I share her comments here for you:

"Gog and Magog are people who migrated northward to the far north of Israel, which would be Russia. Ezekiel 38:1-7 This is what's happening here:

vs 1-3 God despises Gog (Russia) for various reasons, like selling his birthright to Jacob.

vs 4 God will keep Gog down, contained, put hooks in his jaws, until the end of days, when God brings Gog forth against Israel.

vs 17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?

vs 5-6 Iran, Ethiopia, Libya and more invading from all sides at the day of the Lord.

vs 7 Russia will protect its allies at all costs.

Ezekiel 38:9 is the first land covered by a cloud (US) vs 8 "is gathered out of many people", and

Ezekiel 38:16 is the other land covered by a cloud (Israel) vs 15 "all of them riding horses".

Daniel 12:1 is talking about the day of the Lord, the 6th trumpet strike, the fall of Babylon, the abomination of desolation, the great tribulation. The world will turn into a curse.

Ezekiel 38 talks of two clouds to cover the land. Ezekiel 21:19-20 talks about attacking 2 nations from one land. These two lands represent America and Israel, both houses of Israel, Gods people.

Ezekiel 21 has several depictions of Israel, "my people" vs 12 as being the subject of the slaughter.

The attack is against America, Israel and every nation allied with America. Isaiah 24:20 states the earth will be hit so hard that it will be knocked of its axis, the sun and moon will refuse to shine 1/3rd the day as a result.

Who will stop Russia besides nobody, Rev 13:3; they have God on their side. Isaiah 13:1-6, they come from a far country, "even the Lord with them". Joel 2:11, the Lord uttered His voice before "His army". God is preparing the sixth trumpet army (Russia) to annihilate the fifth trumpet army (US) to dust, Revelation 9.

Nothing like reading about it in real time, just as the little horn Daniel 7:8 starts to make his move.

I believe the Lord hardened Pharoahs heart bringing out what was in him. In Acts 7:18. Stephen states "Till ANOTHER king arose, which knew not Joseph." I've heard the word another being used here suggests a different type in the Greek. There is 2 words used for "another" in the Greek. One is when you want another of the same and the other is one of a different kind. the second is used here. This Pharoah might have been an Assyrian.

Isaiah 52:4. For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the ASSYRIAN oppressed them without cause.

God Magnified his Great name YHWH in Egypt and all the World feard the God of Israel as he will do again in the latter days.

Ezekiel 38:22-23. And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Daniel 8:7 pops up, and God says "I will bring thee forth, and all thine army...." No more holding them back. This is happening right now, before us.

Don't forget that no matter what, anti-christ receives 42 months of absolute power. Christ had 42 months, anti-christ gets 42 months.



Ezekiel 38:1-17 is within the 6th trumpet time frame, and vs 18-23 speak of the 7th trumpet. Ezekiel 39 is a continuation. Revelation is choppy, many sections read backwards in time. ( Revelation 6:14) has to happen before ( Revelation 6:12) because vs 12 describes the "iconic" day of the Lord smoke.

Keep your mind on Christ, and good things will happen. Till tomorrow.

When you first read Revelation, it may seem mixed-up, and hard to understand. We must understand it is not a chronological record of events from start to finish or it will be impossible to grasp. It's not linear, it's broken up with visions nested within visions and there are different accounts of the same events.

Like in these chapters, chapter 6, chapter 11, and chapter 16, in these chapters they are describing the same events that occur immediately after the Tribulation. These correspond with Matthew 24:29 and Ezekiel 38:18-32, this is after the tribulation, which starts when Satan is cast out of heaven and down to earth Revelation 12 and gives his power, seat, and authority to the beast that arises out of the bottomless pit.

This is just a small example, but may it help in the study of Revelation and there are not seven years but three and one-half years. Many are looking for an antichrist but there are four, Satan, the beast that arises out of the bottomless pit, the false prophet, and the harlot city Babylon. All will play a part in the times coming. After the battle of Armageddon, the kingdom will be set up with the camp of the saints in the beloved city, and Jesus will be there.

Prophesy happens once or twice, maybe even 3 times, Israel will be invaded (again) by Gog, and taken ( Ezekiel 38:1-17). And when Israel is taken, where is her protection against captivity? One must be able to decipher events between the 5th-6th & 7th trumpets to know the end-times. Questions like "who is the beast and who is Babylon" ( Revelation 18)? Who is the king of the north ( Daniel 11:40), and who is the king of the south? Who are Jacob and who are Esau representing (nations) in the book of Obadiah; when did the two boys ever fight? No, it's a future battle. The thing is, all 3 depictions are describing the same thing, the same battle, the sixth trumpet day of the Lord. The same thing happens with the sealed saints, and people think "new characters" have been added to the narrative.

For me, Mystery Babylon is America, and Babylon proper are the allies within the crooked system, while the beast is Russia. After the USSR fell, the little horn popped up in 1991 as the new Russian Federation ( Daniel 7:8). There is much more to it, but that's for your curiosity to search out.

I noticed you posted Mark 13:24 Please allow me to show you where that scripture fits in. It describes the sixth trumpet, day of the Lord strike. Mark 13:24 kicks off the day of the Lord with smoke. Compare it with these other scriptures describing the same event: Revelation 6:12, Joel 2:1-11, and we see 2 lands (America/Israel) are militarily covered like a cloud: Ezekiel 38:9, Ezekiel 38:16

Everything ties in and quite a bit of it reads backwards in time.

Then Ezekiel 38:18-23 shows what God does to 'magnify & sanctify Himself before many nations' (v23), & that is, to overwhelm Gog (the nations from the North & elsewhere who come against God's people). Israel are indeed a "backsliding people", but God is about to show the world that Israel is still to be preserved & that one day (maybe after they see God's dealing with them) they will finally return to Him & ultimately to the Messiah ( Ezekiel 39:21-29; Zechariah 12:9-11).

God uses anti-christ to remove His backsliding people (modern day Israel), and anti-christ has power over all strongholds for 42 months. Ezekiel 38:1-17 represents anti-christ attacking both houses of Israel, beginning his half of the week. Ezekiel 38:18-23 & Ezekiel 39 represent God's intervention against anti-christ's rule. If satan didn't have his 42 months, prophesy wouldn't be fulfilled

Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39 is about the protection & restoration of Israel. And this God does is such manner (i.e. bringing down the countries against Israel), so that both Israel & her enemies will know that it is the Lord Who has done this ( Ezekiel 38:16; Ezekiel 39:28). We are not told when all this will happen - no doubt when Anti-Christ is in power & both he & those with him (the enemy nations) come against Israel. But God will have the final say in their destruction in the Valley of Megiddo & the preservation of Israel. God can indeed use anything or anyone He chooses to bring about His purposes. And we know that all His Works are done in righteousness & true justice. No nation in that day can argue to the contrary.

Do you understand the last three trumpets are for this generation, and that each nation fulfills the vision according to the prophets? Ezekiel 38:4 sees (Russia), who was always held back for various reasons, is being brought forth as the beast army to defeat His people, Babylon (US/allies). God's people become a run down Sodom and Gomorrah, military might which the beast was hired to destroy. Afterwards, God destroys the beast (of which He bragged about). Rev 18:4 or Sarmat. God performs the end-time order His way, it's His narrative. Man is a tool in His hand for that very purpose, regardless of how ill perceived that concept may be. It is similar to 'love of country', and the refusal to see the tidings for blindness of national pride. These people defend their leaders' corruption, and root for a country that God has pegged for destruction. They follow their own hearts, not knowing that they are the new Nazi's. They are too deceived, or a slave to what someone else believes.

Brother S Spencer, New Jerusalem is not a Literal city, but a city whose houses are men, Son's of God, just like Christ. ( Hebrews 3:6) As all things were given to him by the Father, we are given all things by Christ, POWER to rule the nations. AS Moses was made a god over Pharaoh ( Exodus 7:1) the ELECT are going to be made gods over the nations, and the nations want be able to STAY THEIR HANDS.

In Ezekiel 38 this is describing the second resurrection.

In Revelation when John is describing the city (new Jerusalem) the talks about the walls of the city.

In out parts of prophecy it says our walls are salvation.

In Ezekiel 38:11 When Gog comes against the elect, it says UNWALLED villages.

How is it possible that Jesus returns before anti-christ completes his 42 months of rule, between the 6th & 7th trumpets? Unless you are talking about 6th trumpet Jesus, who 'comes like a thief' to install the abomination of desolation on the whole house of Israel, you are mistaken. God comes with anti-christ's army ( Ezekiel 38:4) to destroy Babylon and put the world in great tribulation.

The Jesus you are looking for is the 7th trumpet Jesus, standing on the hill with His 144 thousand saints. There is a literal Beast & Babylon established in our time, they are two kings, and you should know who they are before one spoils the other. You will know them by their fruit. You haven't thought Revelation out in modern day terms, symbolism throws you off. The beast attacks 3 of 10 nations gathered unto him, nations dis-loyal thatsurround Israel. He subdues and spoils them by ground warfare (like Judah), not by annihilating them to dust like the house of Israel (Isaiah:13). God is mad because this violence has destroyed earth, knocked it off its axis ( Isaiah 24: 18) the sun, moon are ashamed. anti-christseeks a "Greater Israel Project" of his own, with limited time.

Get ready for what? Repeating scripture without added insight is fruitless, I can't logically follow your vision. The 3 evil spirits are what lures the feuding armies together. You're telling me things I do not subscribe to, or it's backed up with scripture that I assign another meaning to.

Follow this pattern: Esau, Red, Edom, Russia, king of the north, beast. Obadiah 1:10 For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever. It is Esau (Russia) coming forth to conquer Jacob (whole house of Israel). Throughout history, Russia has been held back from the spotlight, made poor with a small people. Anything new can take some time to sink in, that is unless you are in doubt, and a teacher explains it in a way that instantly satisfies your heart. That's the best way to acquire wisdom, naturally.

You haven't noticed who's who, which lends credence that you don't know the prophets, or what they saw, or what they're saying. Your prophetic scope is limited, nothing more than Biblical malpractice, especially when I correct most every post you create with hard facts. It's as if you don't realize the catastrophe inching our way, like the prophets wrote hyperbole.

Ezekiel 38:1-17 and Revelation 17/18 are analogous with each other, they describe the same event from a different angle. There's more matching verses: "the day of the Lord": Is 13, Is 17, Is 21:1-9, Is 24, Is 47, Ez 21:1-24, Ez 38:1-17, Jeremiah 50/51, Joel 2:1-11, Rev 17 & Luke 21:20-24 (Israel's fall). Do you see that all the prophets discuss the SAME EVENT, the fall of Babylon? The beast, Russia/China+ will mortally attack America the whore to smithereens. The battle is over in under 1 hour.

Let's say America survives the sixth trumpet abomination of desolation, that means when Christ returns at the seventh trumpet, He will destroy US, Russia and China. Do you see how dumb that scenario is? Babylon must fall at the sixth trumpet.

There is only 1 beast and 1 Babylon, and you don't know them. How can you know the order that is unfolding to be so void. The knowledge is obviously hidden from you. You can't even see Russia and China getting tough with threats. Russia's arsenal makes Putin bold.

Who they are, the beast and Babylon, through their descriptions. Who are these 2 powerful nations? I know you have a difficult time with it, but America is a treacherous dealer. If you are going to deny my work, you need to answer up. If you don't know who they are, or can't say who they are, then you have no business refuting my claim.
