Hello The Undertaker I do not know why God created the Earth. I have not found a scripture to this secret. However, he created man to till the ground in the Garden of Eden. Genesis 2 5 "And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.

I just want to know, Why did God create the earth in the first place, And why did he create man ? Does anyone know these answers? Just asking.

I say God Almighty, being the Spirit, in the beginning made the Universe, and the World in it, and he did it alone, no one beside him, nor before him. Through the Word he let it come into existence, and the plan for the first Adam was laid out.

When I see Genesis chapter 1, it authomatically brings me back to where we begin or the place of origin.

Hello Ibrahim Leadley As I have stated in response to your post under Genesis 4. I have taught more on this website than foundation for salvation. However, some of the meat that I have stated has not been posted. I do not sugar coat the word of God for anyone. I am willing to talk about anything. However, I do not think that the authors of this website will allow a lot of things to be stated, especially strong meat.

Ibrahim Leadley don 't believe everything you hear from traditional teachers. They preach milk which being saved is good but that 's all they know so they preach it over and over and most people on this Bible have been saved every time you have walked in a church that 's what they preach but we are here for meat and not spoiled meat of traditions of men claiming they are going to create their own salvation by flying away call it rapture or chickens melting like soup following the ignorance of them that teach it and if you don 't stand with God and put your gospel armor on that 's what happens to them that think they will fly. The vile one comes in peace as Daniel tells us and Revelation tells us that instead of Christ or antichrist comes looking like the lamb with power but speaks as the dragon cause God wants us to know it is the dragon. So why fly away from someone peacefully acting like CHRIST. Did in deep in Ezekiel 13 and you will see God hates Devine dreamers who cover His out reached arms of salvation by teaching His children that they can fly to save their souls. Just stay in this Bible and discern the truth with prayer and as far as traditions of men and there teachings of pulling verses away from the subject, object and article and tossing them into a made up idea mixing their own opinion with it that isn 't what Father God intended it to be well don 't think to much on what they say.

Part 2 of 2 If I can say it like this Noah preached it s going to rain. John the Baptist was a preacher crying in the wilderness and baptizing people unto repentance and preaching believe on him that should come after me. Moses had one main message to Pharaoh from God, let my people go. I have one main message follow Acts 2 38. This is what it takes to be saved. Get saved, stay saved because the tribulation is coming and you do not want to be here for that.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Part 1 of 2 Hello Ibrahim Leadley In reality I have talked about different subjects throughout this website. I think I have posted on about 42 different pages. Another reason why I am repeating myself is because some people are asking me or further discussing the same subject. However, regardless it is still very important that people understand that we are truly living in the last days and that they need to be saved. In reality the Bible is only telling the sinner to get saved, because when you look at it if a person stops fornicating and still is not saved according to Acts 2 38 when the rapture takes place they are still lost and is not going up in the rapture.

Hello Ibrahim Leadley Are you asking me for permission to point out something that I have stated? You are free to say what you want within the guidelines of this website I think. If it seems redundant to you then so be it. It is very important that people get saved. This was the reason for Jesus Christ coming to seek and to save that which was lost, Luke 19 10 "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost ". In the end, I am human and subject to error but when it comes to certain things, especially foundation for salvation I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I am right quoting the Word of God.

Hello evangelist Chatauna Robinson. I detect a little fundamentalist dogma in your identical comments! Dively inspired they may have been, but human they most certainly were, with all that it entails! They made mistakes. Ask me where....
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello Word In addition to my other two comments, which I really hope they allow to post, I will let the following scripture speak for itself Revelation 21 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea . Amen
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello Word I know that some people are scared to even think about God destroying this heaven and this earth with fervent heat, 2 Peter 3 10 and 12, because they cannot imagine it. However, just like when Noah was preaching it is going to rain. No one believed him either. It had never rained upon the earth. Genesis 2 5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground . So therefore, people did not believe because they had never seen it. This is what is happening today. People do not want to believe that God will destroy what he has created and start anew. However, no matter how much a person does not want to believe this still does not stop it from happening. It did not stop the rain in Noah s days. This is why it is very important to follow Acts 2 38 before it is too late.

Hello Word As I have informed you before, I do not teach traditions of men. I teach the word of God. If I taught traditions of men then I would be teaching the incorrect baptism, but I teach the correct baptism according to the Book of Acts. Jesus said it, Peter clarified it on the day of Pentecost, and the Apostles carried it out. Everything I have stated I have substantiated it with scripture. It is true the Bible is the living Word of God, therefore I will never know everything because each time you read it God reveals a little more. However, what I have spoken is the truth. If people do not believe no more than Acts 2 38 then I have done my job as a servant of God. I want to see people saved, truly saved. Time is coming to an end, and a lot of people will be lost if we do not teach them what it takes to be saved.
  • Word on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Evangelist Chatauna Robinson you believe what the traditions of men have told you and we will dig deeper into the truth of the word because you because you just can 't see that this earth will never come to a full end because God loves earth. He created it and it will never come to a full end.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello John Serem and Word Please believe what Jesus Christ stated, Matthew 24 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Mark13 31 Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away. Luke 21 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away . He stated this before John had his vision on the Isle of Patmos when he wrote Revelation 21 1. The word shall means it is going to take place.
  • Word on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
John Serem I just want to tell you that it is ages and eons of time. First earth age was turned into a wilderness but not to a full. Earth was created beautiful in Isaiah 45 vs 18 and in Jeremiah 4 vs 22 to 27 was turned to without form and void as spoken in Genesis 1 vs 2. The heaven and this earth will never be destroyed it is just eons and ages of time and what happens during those times. Only melt down is rudiments of wickedness and preachers who teach traditions of men and not the truth of the scriptures. They mislead God 's children and that is a serious sin.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Hello John Serem Are you stating that the same heaven that is spoken of here in Genesis is the same that is spoken of in Revelation? The heaven that is spoken of in Genesis will be destroyed by God with fire. Then a new heaven and a new Earth will come, Revelation 21 1 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea. "
  • John Serem on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Genesis basicaly shows us the real picture of heaven and warns us against the major mistakes that seems to be minor in the eyes of a common christians.......and that is the same heaven that we are told in the book of Revelation.....the last book of the BIBLE reflects the first book in the BIBLE.....GOD is the "alpha " and "omega ", "the first " and "the last "

Hello Ibrahim Leadley I believe God being Omnipotent is powerful enough to have guided those men to have written what he wanted in the scriptures. 2 Timothy 3 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Those men were guided by God to write what they wrote. The Old Testament was written by people whom the spirit of the Lord was upon. The New Testament was written by men who were filled with the Holy Ghost. They had respect for God.

Surely the Bible is the work of human writers. Dating from the Bronze age to the time of Christ. Inspiration may have been divine, but the pen was assuredly guided by human hand.
  • Enoch Nyamedi on Genesis 1:1 - 10 years ago
Our God is a loving God who would not create us His precious children into the earth without form void and full of darkness. So it is obviously true that He had to put in place the necessities of human life before creating Adam and Eve to survive on the earth. So we can see that Satan 's real intention was and is to make life so void, formless, and full of darkness so that man definitely looses sight of his Creator. Thanks be to God that through Christ the incorruptible and indestructible Gift the gap caused by Satan has been bridged. We thank God for the continual supervision of His people by the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Hello Paul Porter I would not change a thing in the Bible. Let me tell you why. A very long time age I studied where the Bible comes from and what I actually saw with my own eyes is that there is very little change from the original, to the Great Bible, to the King James Version in translation. What I mean by this is that the meaning of the scripture is still intact. The message has not been tampered with. These new versions, a lot of them distort the Bible, the meaning of the scripture, and the context. Now if someone wanted to change the wording then just change the words like thy to you perhaps something like that, but to change a lot of words to construct sentences in our language unless God gives inspiration to that person, will alter the meaning of the text. There is an old saying, if it ain t broke don t fix it . Why tamper with the word of God. See we have forgotten the scripture where it says the Holy Ghost will teach you all things and bring all things back to your remembrance whatsoever God has said to us, John 14 26. I rely on the Holy Ghost for teaching, revelation, and understanding.

Hello Tom T Each day in which something was created God ended with and the evening and the morning was the . He either had Moses write it was the first, second, third, etc. day. The Heaven and the Earth that is spoken of in verse one is the Heaven and the Earth you see now. Because in verses 9 and 10 he gathered the waters under the heaven and then he placed the Earth there also. Then in Chapter 2 verse 1 leads you to believe that there is more than just one heaven. Instead of saying heaven and earth the scripture states that there are heavens and the earth. Naturally we see the heaven which is above us. Then there is what some people call the heaven or universe or galaxy whatever further above the heaven. I know that according to scripture there are at least three heavens. 2 Corinthians 12 2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, whether in the body, I cannot tell or whether out of the body, I cannot tell God knoweth such an one caught up to the third heaven. Exactly how many heavens there are I do not know but I do believe that there is more than one Isaiah 42 5 states Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein Then there is a heaven in which we do not see that is where God, the angels and other beings and creatures reside, Revelation Chapter 4.

I have read the Bible several times and of course it was basically of it 's time and displays the level of knowledge posessed by the authors and editors. Genesis 1 is quite beautiful as a composition if you don 't take the words literally it means much more. Obviously it is written from a Judao Christian perspective so has to reinforce that kind of dogma. It 's a little outdated now perhaps someone shoul upgrade the current Bible into 21st century language so the faithful can understand just what they are being asked to believe, Peace to all.

Genesis 1 1...Is taken from the old King James Other Bibles written after the old King James use the word Heavens In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And they get that word from verses 6,7 8, where God calls the firmament heaven and that would be the first heaven where the birds fly. Verses 14 through 17 God creates the second heaven and places the sun, moon, and stars in it And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth. That would be the second heaven So here we go... In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Verse 1 of Genesis is the whole of God 's creation In verse 2 and following is God 's explanation of His creation and what took place in the six days of creation. You will note in verse 1 that God created the heaven Singular and the earth. This heaven that God created I believe is the heaven where God and the angles reside the heaven we cannot see. The bible talks about there being three heavens one is where the birds fly the second heaven is where the sun, moon, and stars are. And the third heaven is everywhere, as though nothing else existed This is where God is. God is omnipresent. He is everywhere at once. God is the alpha and the omega The beginning and the end The I am that I am. Please respond to this

Hello Gabriel I would like to add to my comment that I posted which I hope will come out today or tomorrow. God is going to burn this heaven and this earth up with a fervent heat. 2 Peter 3 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Matthew 13 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire so shall it be in the end of this world. Then Revelation 21 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea. In the very end, God is not going to redo this heaven and this Earth. He is going to burn up this heaven and this Earth and put a new one in their place. So whether or not we send people to Federal prison or just give them fines for abuse God is still going to destroy everything in the end.
