GOD allowed me to see what is written because of my faith but I cannot share perspective without being hit by opinions. The flood of Noah did not last 40 days and 40 nights people over almost a year and a Half.

I have translated various portions of the Bible, including Genesis from the Hebrew, and found that the many translations of it in print are far from accurate. The beginning of Genesis is not about the creation of the universe, it is about you, and how you can rise above the mortal condition. In this way a person has a choice, they can live and die upon the earth repeatedly or begin walking the Path to heaven. The Path is compassion for all the living, and heaven is a reward for service to heaven upon the earth. Having a belief in such a place will not do it, you must work at it. In response to a recent comment, the Divine Absolute is known by many names Brahma, the Universal, the Eternal, the Supreme Spirit pervading the universe and so on. Everything created has an end, and you can look around and easily discover that to be true. It can take a short time or a long time, but it will be the same. Everything is a manifestation of the Creator, however, Brahma is Uncreated, Unborn, and without beginning or end.

I don 't claim to fully understand God is 3 in one person 's BUT I do believe it.....I believe no task is beyond His limits.....how could or can we ever totally understand who or what he is....for He is beyond all measure....He is God and I am thankful that He is my Lord and Savour and when you have a personal relationship with Jesus "YOU KNOW IT " and unless you are a believer you will never understand that....and that is one of the ways you know Jesus is the way the truth and the life.....it 's so personal....Glory to God in the Highest and saying that....you to can have what I have ...just ask the question "God are you real?, and if you are I want to know....trust he will start working with and in you in a way that will bring you to Salvation....and when you look back after becoming a believer you will be astonished the road he will take you on to draw you to himself....nothing more or nothing less than "Amazing Grace " thank you Lord for excepting me a mere sinner and what you did on that Cross to cover My sins....all those years ago...Blessed be thy Name....

I believe the earthly realm was there from the beginning and God was going to decorate and beautify it for mankind habitation though it was covered by large bodies of water The main problem I see is DARKNESS that covered the face of the deep The book of revelations tells us about the war that happened between Michael the archangel and Lucifer and how Lucifer was defeated and cast down into the earth Since earth was covered with waters Lucifer had no where to go so he is the one referred to as darkness upon the face of the deep he could not go anywhere it was water everywhere So when God time to create came he had to deal FIRST with the devil darkness with his own word and he said let there be light so the devil was not a factor as far as God is concerned God created everything in the devils presence and the devil did nothing

I love GOD and Genesis 1 it is really easy to teach new people Plus gets them really pumped about learning more

Genesis 1 is one of the exciting and famous chapters that is well read by people from all historical times It always reminds us of where we come from and how the universal creation came to be It is imperative that we read this chapter and meditate or ponder it in our hearts to understand its deep implications I m an old earth creationist because I believe that scientific evidence of what we know about the origin of the universe perfectly corresponds with the chronology of Genesis 1 account What s even more remarkable is the fact the author whom God used wasn t even educated about the scientific facts of nature but nevertheless this only shows how powerful the God of the bible is and how truthful His Word is Praise Him people
