The Scriptures about the Godhead. Sometimes called "Let Us..." in some passages. These scriptures are evidence of all 3 persons of the Godhead speaking to each other.

    Read these verses.

    Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7

    Isaiah 6:8

    Romans 1:20 *

    Colossians 2:9

    Acts 17:27-30

    1 John 5:7

    John 10:30

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and GODHEAD so that they are without excuse:"

    Genesis 1:1

    The Father purposes

The Word (Jesus) speaks. ( John 1:1)

The Spirit (Holy Spirit) executes the spoken word. Action.

    All working together.

    Matthew 1:23

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God WITH US. [Jesus]

Archaeologists have remains that cabin date back to the dinosaur era. They were not human. It's possible you might find more info in the Apocrypha. I haven't rad all of it, but I noticed 'giants'.

They were not in the 8 people on board of the Ark.

Maybe someone else will comment as far as Apocrypha findings. There's a LINK on the red page we first come into this website, that will take you to the Apocryphal books.

All people came through Adam and Eve. God used one of Adams ribs to make Eve. Read of this through Genesis 1:26 through to Genesis 2:20-25

Moses wrote it this way; for reasons. He wrote the first 5 Books of Genesis. During the Exodus too. He was trying to handle this all by himself, but came to a point when he appointed people to assist him with the care and problems of the exodus people, on the way to the Promised Land.

Have you ever been writing something important and people interrupt you with: the battery in my car is dead. I need help? That's what was happening to Moses.

So there are 2 places for you to read about man and woman's creation. Read those 2 scripture references. :)

    And__teach it to other people.

The story of how Cain came to be killed is fascinating. You might have to look at those Geneologies in the Scriptures. Sometimes the Geneological Charts on Google is helpful.

Remember that Jesus's Bloodline was moving through Seth's BLoodline."

God spoke something to Moses, as you've noticed. He didn't write it down completely until later

Knowing this will help you understand all those scriptures that seem to skip forward, and something else is added later

Has anybody been yanking on your sleeve to drop what you're doing to help them? That's what happened to Moses.
  • GiGi - In Reply - 2 years ago
    Dear Christa,

Most Christians throughout the centuries have thought that Cain married a sister, niece, or close relative. others think that Genesis 1:26-27 indicates that God created humankind and then created Adam and Eve as a special creation in Genesis 2. At this point in history, we really do not know. If science investigations can find better concrete evidence of either viewpoint, then perhaps we will know more.

Knowing for sure about this does not affect my salvation as the lineage of Adam and Eve are the only ones (Noah and family) who survived the flood and all people alive today are descended from Noah and his wife, his sons and daughter in laws. Jesus, the promised Seed in Genesis 3:15 descended from Adam and Ever through Noah, Shem, Heber, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Judah.

In genesis 1;27 the bible states God made mankind and instructed them to multiply. In Genesis chapter 2 he created Adam and Eve. There were humans before Adam and Eve?

    Mister David,

Yes, the Gentiles have been grafted into same Tree of Life. But, buying land, or any other material things of this earth, should be a moot point, and of no concern, based on how I read the scripture.

    Colossians 3:1-2

"If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God."

"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth."

As I read the scriptures, a Christian (Christ Follower) should not be concerning themselves anyway, with accumulating land/material things here on this earth, but should rather be concentrating and working toward storing up our treasures in heaven.

    God Bless.
  • Chris - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 2 years ago
Hi Mister David. Your Ephesians reference indeed shows that Jewish & Gentile believers are joint heirs to the Kingdom of God (by Jesus' Blood the middle wall of partition has been broken between us, verses 13, 14).

And as far as I can gather, even these 'believers in Christ', as also foreigners, are able to buy land in Israel. Though tax implications are different between the Jew & the foreigner. Can you cite where you learned that this is not so?
  • Mister David on Genesis 1 - 2 years ago
    Numbers 15:29

Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

    Leviticus 24:22

Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God.

    Numbers 15:16

One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.

    Ephesians 2:19-20

    19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

    20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

Do these Scriptures make up airs to the kingdom of God along with the "Jewish" people?

Why then can't a Christian buy land in Jerusalem without converting?

    Hello Sebastian;

The air that is our immediate atmosphere was created by God at some point during the Genesis account. Our air is made of

matter. Oxygen is made of atoms and molecules, Nitrogen is made up of atoms and molecules, Hydrogen is made up the same

way, as is all elements of matter in our atmosphere, on the earth, in all creatures, water, land, within the earth, and in space

outside of our atmosphere. Not just planets, stars, suns, galaxies, etc. but what is contained in what seems like "empty spaces"

in the universe. These spaces contain chemical elements, radio waves, magnetic fields, gravitational pulls, space dust, water

molecules, light waves, and a myriad of things I do not know about, but scientists may know. There most likely is an almost

infinite number of things that exist that we cannot see nor detect in the universe. These all are created and designed by God

when He created the heavens and the earth. Even any "vacuum" space was created by Him even if it does not contain any

matter because it occupies a space in the universe which was not in existence before creation.

    Hope this helps.

I'm thinking that when God was working on the 3rd Day in Genesis. It was before He made any creatures or man.

    Genesis 1:13-18

He was working on space, planets, firmament, day, night.

    Hi Logan,

A question for you: Is it true (according to what you wrote as your name) that you are an active porn addict?

The reason why I ask is that it is very important that your sin sickness be dealt with, for that is a more desperate illness than even stage 4 cancer! Cancer can kill our bodies, it's true; but it cannot send us to a devil''s hell.

Sin is a wicked disease, a cancer, that eats up our eternal souls!

Jesus said we must be born again! Believe the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus, that He came into the world to save sinners!

Run to him now, and throw yourself on His mercy!

We don't dare pray for healing for your body, lest you go out and use your healed body to continue sinning with it! You must repent, and yield your whole body not to unrighteousness, but unto righteousness now!

Once the sin issue is settled, leave your life in God's good hands. He will do right by you, for He can do nothing wrong!

Grace in abundance to you, Logan!

Brother adam: do not be offended.

i am not denying the divinity of christ.

the problem is you, and others, believe one scripture but then don't believe another scripture.

you believe: john 10:30 the father and i are one. divinity

you don't believe: john 17:21 that you and christ become one. divinity

you quote these scriptures, but you don't believe them

you don't believe: philippians 2:6 let this mind be in you, christ in the form of god thought it not robbery to be equal to god. divinity

you don't believe:: genesis 1:26 you were made in the image of god. divinity

you don't believe: 2 corinthians 5:19 to wit, that god was in christ (a body, a man)(and yes this make christ divine, reconciling the world to himself .......all will be divinity

you don't believe: matthew 28:19 ...baptising them in the father, son, and holy ghost.... this baptism make you: one with them, now there is no longer three, a trinity.

you don't believe: 1 corinthians 15:28 .....and god will be all in all. everyone divinity; not three.

your right we as brothers are to come together and rightly divide the word of god: truth vs falsehoods.

to repent has more to do with teachings than sins of the flesh.

as we come to truth, we repent, of our beliefs hundreds of times, of the falsehoods that have invaded the true gospel.

    it's war: flesh vs divinity.

    god bless you!

The Bible literally refers to God as Godhead, so the few who are uncomfortable with that term can simply use the word Godhead instead. There's a mountain of scriptures showing the dynamic and divinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. We're here to defend Jesus Christ and anyone trying to discredit or smear His divinity. We should all pray for wisdom, understanding and truth as we read the scriptures so that we are not mislead by the enemy and buy into things that merely fulfill our itching ears.

Hi Sebastian. The Genesis account doesn't give us detail about the creation of 'air" (or, you might be referring to oxygen & the many chemical elements that make up our atmosphere). Maybe detailing it, was considered unimportant, as the creation of living things by God would have meant that the 'air' they breathed in would have contained all the elements needed for their existence. But it could be argued whether there was oxygen on the planet before the creation of living things.
  • Sebastianabekaa on Genesis 1 - 2 years ago
when God was calling for things to come he did not call for Air but we have abundant of it, where was the air then ?
