The evening and the morning were the first day. The evening and the morning were the second day. The evening and the morning were the third day. The evening and the morning were the fourth day. The evening and the morning were the fifth day. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, IT WAS very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. NOW ARE THE DAYS OF HOLY SABBATH:

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus unto them saying I am the light of the world he that followth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Genesis 1:3 John 1:4 You have the light in your life you will always over come any situations in your life amen.

God is awesome. Satan is an offense to Jesus Christ. Satan came to kill, steal and destroy.God made every thing very Good. Only God is good.It is good to fear God but Satan, you should only resist him.

Atlus--Satan was created a cherub to cover the mercy seat. He wanted to sit on the mercy seat. Eze 28:2,12,13,14, 15,17, created perfect and beautiful-likeness of God vs 18-I will turn you to ashes from within, only one to be condemned to the lake of fire, vs 19. No equal to God--God created him. He can do about every thing God can do, so all who don't know, will think he is God. Hope this helps

Good overcomes evil. Psalms 118:1 O give thanks unto the LORD for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever. Give your life to Jesus Christ and serve him. Micah6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? Satan s time is short. Revelation 12:12
  • Pastor Cameron Swain - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
Dear Atlus, Satan did not always exist. He is a created being Ezekiel 28:15 was created as a cherub and when he fell he became a dragon Revelation 12:9 . Because he was created, he is technically limited, though so powerful that you wouldn't think so. He is referred to as the god of this world in II Corinthians 4:4, as well as the prince of the power of the air Ephesians 2:2 .
  • Atlus on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
What about Satan or Lucifer??? Did he just always exist as opposite but Gods Equal???

TJ--note Gen 1:1--"the heaven and earth" in singular . This was the creation and the 1st earth age. Gen 1:2 shows plural heavens and earth . To BECOME void, the creation was complete but when Satan tried to take over God destroyed all and then restored it 2nd earth age to include human flesh to be born from above. born again . The 3rd. age will be eternity.
  • TJ - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
How exactly did you come to that conclusion?... I don't follow
  • Jill on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
Between Genisis 1: 1 and 1:2 God created the heavens and earth is verse 1 and it became void verse 2. Indicating the time when Saten was cast down to earth and all the heavens were shaken There was a vast amount of time between verse 1 and 2. .

Watch Lester Sumrall on youtube, Don't quit 1996. He explains what God told him about the spirit of a man.
  • Sally - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
The mind is for obeying God. When you're a born again Christian you have to renew your mind with the word of God. It was your spirit that was quickened when you believed the word of God. Faith comes from God's word. You have to develop your spirit by the word of God. Learn to walk by your spirit man,it's in the Bible. There are good teachers on YouTube like Kenneth E Hagin, Lester Sumrall.

The Holy Spirit does Ken, start with Genesis 1:1 and read the Word of God that profoundly states the origin and development of Creation. He masterfully made, created, and literally spoke things into existence. He is the TRUE cosmology of Creation. His name is Jesus, after reading Genesis read the Book of John. There you will see the Creator and His Creation. Hope this helps.....God Bless you

In deed God made it so great. It is a far thought from the human imagination if we think of understanding God- how was it the world before God created things we can see, where did God come from, and, what man can think of? God is wonderful.

The dinosaurs fit within the gap between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2. which may have lasted for billions of years. Satan was already here then as he is now. People seem to argue evolution vs creation because they don't understand that there is another option that the Bible actually backs up if one cares to look for it . The Earth is much older than the 6 to 10,000 years since the Earth's restoration...

God made light so we can see , if every thing was dark we couldn't see anything we would be stumbling around. God made many lights,Sun,stars, moon. What happens in the dark come to the light. God is almighty he made everything. He also made herbs to eat and smoke. But one thing I do know ,God is a jealous God. And if God made man in his own image he must be a man. There is but one God, almighty.

Psalms 119:105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Genesis 1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so God doesn t want us in the dark, spiritually physically, or mentally. King James 2000 Bible Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: God wants light and darkness separated

Today as the sun rises, with the clouds shining from the brightness of a new day raising. Do you everThank your Heavenly Father you awoke to see such a beautiful sight. Do you stop and see who needs you? No..is the answer. For in the morning you seem to forget who brought it to you. Your thoughts turn toward the World's way of Me.Me. STOP....LOOK UP TOWARD THE STARTING OF THE DAY. PRAISE HIM!
  • Albert - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
When God said, "let there be light", he was referring to daylight. That's why it says, he divided the light from darkness. And verses 14, 15, 16, explains what the lights were created for. What was the purpose for them. It doesn't say, he created more lights. So it could also mean that the sun was created in verse three, but the purpose of it is further explained I the latter verses.

I am a christian but I do research on twitter as an Analytical Researcher, and I have just did a tweet that sum up all of my all of my research on the mind and I think that it would be of interest for other christians to see it particularly if you teach christianity and particularly as a man in theory as the head of the family.
  • PETER - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
I agree completely as you do not need the opinions of other and just reading your Bible is enough as you can take the Bible by faith and just do that. So I agree complete with what you said however we can also still take it by faith and discuss and wonder about it with out questioning it. I you question it then I think it is losing that faith. Your comment of course is great as it is.
  • PETER - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
That may have not beeen why he created the mind howevr because i think it says somewhere man was a little lower god knew adam would sin so god could have created the mind so that we would have free choice maybe so as men can become angels. then he made christ the way christian become angels and other religion that believe in 1 god their way to become angels.

Issak, Gen 1:3,4,5 God said let there be light-Day Night no night lighting . In Gen 1:14, 15, 16,17, 18, He CREATED all the lights.
  • Ronald Arnce - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
all light opposes darkness and how can you say light is singular. A light may be singular but the illumination it produces is not
  • Sally on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
Genesis 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day
  • PETER on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
In theory, all gods would be perfect. So there can be only one God and He could only manifest Himself by creating the mind of man.
  • Anita J Caldwell - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
Your so correct...we must not loose our focus and promises of God...His Grace sustains me too! I continue to pray for humanity in my neighborhood and around the world...the wonderful teachings of Rev,. Billy Graham...stating things only will change in the world when "man mind is renewed and changed," and we all know how that comes about! God bless everyone on this site...speak out.
