This would be speculation since the Bible does not dwell on the subject. We must accept by faith what God has placed in His word. It is a good question, but I will not speculate unless there is something in the scriptures I have overlooked.

I believe Eve had numerous children. I do not believe there were any relations between her and her sons but her sons and daughters must have done so. Since scripture as it is written gives us no understanding of anything else.

I notice scripture tells us in Ex6 v20 that Amram, Moses father, took as his wife, his fathers sister. So Moses father married his aunty, which is forbidden in later scripture.
Clearly then, incest was not a problem in the beginning to populate the world but I believe sin made it a problem later. Marriage now starts at first cousin, however in some societies this is frowned on

Do you think Eve's sons had relations with her since it doesn't mention any other women or did God create other women and just doesn't say it?

    King James Bible
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
If we love we fulfill the law.

    King James Bible
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

In the King James Version of the Bible the text reads: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or. the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil
People go to hell because they can not fulfill the law but Jesus fulfilled it for us so if we believe in him we are saved by faith in him and by confessing him and being a doer of his word.

Yeah, that wasn't very smart on Adam and Eve's part. They had everything- absolute paradise, unlimited anything/everything except for 1 rule. And... they broke it.

Curious how or why did the mist stated in Genesis 2:6 happen without God's control on it?

What does it mean that God created man in Genesis 1:27 and then again in Genesis 2:7?

Now that their ashamed they are no longer in the spirit. Job put on the garment of praise. God clothes us with the garment of salvation. They were no longer communicating with God spiritually because they heard him and hid. In the spirit it's by faith we know God is there we don't have to hear him coming with our natural ears.

God made mankind from the beginning. We were all spirit just like our Father and creator, waiting our turn to go thru the birth canal. By going thru the birth canal, we put on flash over our spirit being. Heaven is are home and when we die on earth, the flash stay on earth. Then we go back home heaven to be with our Father in heaven, Amen

Stanjett, -day-a period of time- Gen 1:5 day with a specified period of time-first day, further clarified-the evening and morning specified the beginning and ending of the first day, also by the specified time of seven days-hence each day 24 hours. God's creation took 6 days the 7th he rested. Gen 1:11,12,13-the 3rd day-if it was 2000 years between the 3rd and 5th day all grass would be dead.
  • Stanjett on Genesis 2 - 5 years ago
One day is to God as a thousand years. So from the beginning until the start of this chapter, the earth is 7,000 years old.

Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. They lost their authority.

Genesis 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made Man was made on the sixth day. If your born again then you rest in the Lord Jesus.

Combing what I learned so far, everything begins in the spirit realm first. The physical realm second. The body is in the spirit. The first death is of spirit and the second death is physical. Death is separation from God. Chastisement is to preserve life while punishment is death.

Jerry: As Adam stated, angels can appear as human but are not flesh and blood. Man is made from the dust of the ground Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground. Hebrews 2:16 He took not on him the nature of angels, but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Hebrews 1:7 And of the angels he saith, who maketh his angels spirits? Hebrews 1:14. Read Hebrews chapters 1 and 2.

Johan:Judas killed himself committed suicide one of the 10 commandments 6 says Thou shalt not kill..That means even yourself, God created us and who are we to decide when we should die? A person does not go to heaven or hell when they die, but go back to dust which is what God made man from Genesis 2:7 Jesus Crucifixion made provision for eternal life but didn't guarantee it,we must be obedient

Gen. 2:19 provides a distinct description of a defined gift of Adam. That is, the substantive sense of the universe. Whatever Adam names something becomes the name of that thing. When God created the heaven and the earth, the Earth was void. It was until Adam that some sense of perceptive reality that may be viewed with some sense of organization, structure, and relatedness was realized.

Jehovah, the Lord and Jesus is the same being. It is easy to research starting at John 1:1-3. If there is a God or Lord credited with creating, it is the son and not the father. John 1:10 Now lets go to Genesis 2:4. This is the first verse in the bible that the word Lord was used. According to the bible, the Father and Son share the titles Lord and God. Jesus went by the name Jehovah in the OT

God did write the Bible through his messengers Namely Moses. Gen.Ex. Lev. Its our complete guide to life as we were meant to live it for him. It is written for us so that we may except Him through His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus drank the cup of The Wrath of God for you and me its as simple as believing that God sent His son to die for our sins and raised him from the Grave in Victory!

Read Leviticus 18:22 All those who practice LGBT are an ABOMINATION in the sight of Yahuwah and they shall not inherit the kingdom of Yahuwah unless they repent and start keeping the laws, statutes, and commandments.

Thank you. I never knew the actual names although I had heard of Abel and Cain and they were of course creations also and we are all descendants and hopefully we will continue to be and exist on earth until the end of time, so I take it that we are all related all over the world. The only things that make us different is climate, conditions and time maybe Thank You for your reply

Did we have free will before eating of the tree of knowledge of good and evil?
