In Chapter 2 verse four-six Is a poss for the earthHowever ver 6 does clearly state that he made sure that he was still present there..Then God took dirt from the earth and made a man..Planning another Garden on Earth with him present in it with this man..Having things around him Trees Tree of Life and treat knowledge of good and evil From here his word in full Spreading on the earth in full And partying into for riverheads representing the four angels that will reap and so when Christ gets the word in revalations.. Having full testimony: and witnessed before God?.. The Lord commands the man not to touch the tree of knowledge of good and evil And give Adam a woman To make way for life threw christ..

it's interesting that God said that man needed a help meet and that He used a part of Adam to make women.the revelation of this is that a help meet is not just a mate but one to compliment or make complete.Thus the women was never meant to be inferior to the man but to to connect with what she was already apart of.When a women recognizes this ,she will never feel inferior or intimidated by her husband

Genesis 1 is a beautiful scripture about the creation and just how awesome God is. There appear to be two creation stories: Genesis 1 and Genesis 2. Genesis 1 speaks of both male and female being created in the image of God. Since God is spirit then the first male and female created are spirit. Genesis 2 says man was formed from the dust of the ground and God breathed into his nostrils and he became living. Then God performed the first surgery, putting man under, and opening his side and taking a rib and creating Eve, which I think there is something to be learned here for the medical community. That's a whole different topic. But Genesis 2 appears to be the second creation because Genesis 2:4 says these are the generations (plural) of the heavens and earth when they were created and made. Finally, in Genesis 1 everything was not only good but very good. It's not until the physical man was created in Genesis 2 that they were told this is good and that is bad. But I think the both Genesis stories teach us where we originated spiritually and physically and all the way in revelations it tells of another creation where those who survive Genesis 2 will become like Genesis 1 again where all things will be very good.

Well, I was hoping to see notes on Genesis 2 v7 by Matthew Henry just like we saw for Genesis 1 v26. Judging from all these comments on Genesis 2 v7 I'm even MORE confused! I keep praying the GOD will bless me with knowledge, understanding, and wisdom...true wisdom can only come from GOD. I will confess that these 2 verses weigh very heavy on my heart.

verse 27 and 28 of genesis ch.1 says that god created male and female to go forth and multiply upon the earth. what connection does this have to genesis ch.2 verses 7and8. here he made a garden east of eden. is this man different than the male and female created in genesis ch.1?

Its just amazing that God created the earth and we need to thank him everyday for our life..Genesis is so interesting, can you imagine or picture the earth in the beginning?? Just so thankful...

I am going to talk about tha said biblical verse. in my understanding the verse doen't say a man must abandon his parents, but it says must'cleave' to her wife. but in todays generation it apear as if the verse says a man must forget completely about his parents regardless of the situation his parents are in. for example,some man grown up in a family where the father has long passed away and left mother with other children to take care off. But because of misinterpretation of this verse you will find a man forgetting about his siblings and instead helping her spouses family.consequently the inlaws develop a deap hatred to her doughter in law. therefore i urge you man of God to interprete this verse clearly when uniting us with Holy matrimony.

The man and his wife were naked, and were not ashamed. Adam and Eve were not ashamed, because sin had not entered the world yet. Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed holy. Husband and wife are to enjoy the holiness of marriage, and not allow barriers of lust to come in. They must enjoy one another, and the beauty of marriage. Do not call unclean what God has called clean. Let the freedom of love unite your hearts into oneness and holiness in marriage. In Christ we are a new creation, and justified by the blood of Jesus, as if we never sinned. So shame should not be apart of the marriage experience. Pure joy and holiness will unite the two to become one just as God has planned it. Therefore enjoy your companionship, and do not allow the temptation of the world to put out that romantic fire that God alone has reserved for marriage.

Yes, God did designed and created the human body as the crowning touch of his personal creation, to worship in beautiness of holiness. God made everything GOOD before sin entered the garden. After the simple act of disobedient Adam and Eve LOST the godliness and felt shame and sewed fig leaves to cover themselves. That's when pure life was LOST or when Adam and Eve died as God told them what would happen if you touch the tree of knowledge of good and evil. NO, the devil is not trying to outlawed the appreciation of God's creation, he is trying to degrade God's creation by using the women. Men in general need to return back to God your first love, because Adam was joined to God before he ever knew Eve, and Eve knew God before she ever met Adam, This is the crowning touch of creation by repenting from your wicked ways while blood is still running warm in your veins. Thank God he has reserved women like me that refuse to let men take advantage of them in the name of love. God is Love.

Look what it said from every TREE you eat. He did not say of everything that grows on vines or shurbs such as Pot, Cocaine, Herion, Opium, Halusingens and/or any other mind altering trees such as things like coffee, tobacco, grapes, ect...By right you can do those things because God is giving you the same choice he gave Adam. You too will face that same curse and that is as you said "mind altering" which is why God will have to destroy you and anybody else that will not conform to the Creator.
