the knowledge of tree of good and evil is the condition of making one wise in the condition of the world it hss been the regenerated sin of man.thinking that we have the anwers of life problem on earth...the answer of of every day problems has been given by God.

Indeed, God did create Adam and Eve to be immortal, and at the moment they ate the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, they became mortal--began at that moment to die--and also were at that moment separated from God for the first time. Until then, they were in unity with God. Mortality was the greatest gift God could give to His fallen creatures, for without it, salvation would be impossible, for how could Christ die in our place if we couldn't die? In addition, without the gift of mortality, all the evil men who ever lived would be living still today, growing in evil. It is for these reasons that they were cast out of the garden. If they had stayed, and eaten of the tree of life, they would live forever in their sins. So God set an angel to guard the way to the tree of life, so that no man might eat of it until His plan of redemption was complete. See Genesis 3:22 and Rev. 22:14.

Cain was full of Evil, deciet, greed, etc. etc. now a murderer, satan is the father of all Evil, Spiritually speaking he was the father of cain for cain was evil. Not physical, put it this way, God is our Father, but did he have sex with your mother, no there fore it is only spiritual.

in th beginning of chapter 4 it says that adam knew his wife and she bore "him" a child and his name is cain not a son by satan and no where does it say satan bore a child

This chapter reminds me of my weaknesses as a human being created by the Father. It reminds me of the truth that God is powerful than any living and non-living creatures, that I am always His follower and He as my God. This reminds me of my imperfections and that being imperfect I sometimes easily get tempted of unkindly things. But God is powerful and divine; why did he NOT make us perfect like Him too? Why did he have to create the Fruit of the Tree? I have always faith in God, and I know that as long as I read the Bible I will NOT get lost and He will always give me the answers.

thans for your comments. my pastor says Eve had sex with satan and then with Adam. he is suporting this statment with words from the bible " cain was the son of satan" "he was the firs born of devil" "after eating they were naked" what fruit could make one naked? If not having sex. kindly assist with comments to this so tha i can change my pastor interpretation of the word of Gog.

Bravo Debora, indeed the bible does not tell us what the fruit indeed was and we can ponder but to assert any kind of fruit we think it to be is paramount to changing the bible to our liking and no longer Gods word

Both Adam and Eve died imidietly, spiritually not having the close relationship with God , and then physically later on, even though both were created to live forever as perfect humans, on earth.

Gensis Chapter 3:22 The reason nothing happened when Eve ate, is because God holds the Man accountable for the actions of the Wife or his families disobedience.

I'm interested to know how the serpent's structure was before this punishment?

Adam and Eve DID die, because of eating of the fruit, just not immediately. If they continued to eat from the tree of life they would have lived forever, as part of God's design, but they disobeyed, were kicked out of the garden then later died because of that disobedience.

I would like to know where people get that Eve took a bite out of an "apple" Clearly it just says that she ate from a forbidden fruit tree. It seem more likely to me that she ate from a fig tree. Given the fact that both Adam and Eve made garments from fig leaves to cover their "nakendness".

Genesis chapter 3:22 to me means because Adam ate of the fruit of good and evil he is know imperfect and then if he eat of he fruit of life he will then live forever in an imperfect life... and God could not send his son Jesus Christ to save us because we would be living forever in a sinful life..therefore I believe he had to cast Adam out of the as well as Eve is to give mankind a second chance of an everlasting life.. I also believe that Eve could have been the only one to eat of the fruit of Knowledge and Adam could have said no..We would have been living in paradise.. because God told Adam not to eat of the tree...Eve ate of the tree first and the what? nothing happened? we did'nt fall till Adam ate of the tree.. since man sinned Man had to come to save man God in a form of man Jesus Christ...Amen...

Genesis 3:15. A question I ask and most theologians skip over or refuse to address is who was the seed or offspring of the serpent? If GOD put enmity (great hatred) between the serpent’s seed and the woman’s seed, then surely GOD would not have put enmity between Adams first born and Eve. Cain had to have been the product of a union between Eve and serpent. See 1 John 3:12.
I believe this was Lucifer’s first attempt to kill Jesus by polluting the blood line of the first born with satanic DNA. No where is Scripture is Cain or Abel named as a sons of Adam.
