    Part 1 a

The Jews were started with Abraham.

    Genesis 17:9

And God said untoAbraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

    God called Jacob Israel.

    Genesis 32:28

And he said, Thy name shall be called no moreJacob, butIsrael: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

The twelve tribes of Israel started with Jacob's twelve sons when they became a nation in Egypt . In Genesis 49, Jacob blesses his sons, who become the fathers of the 12 tribes. The sons are Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Zebulun, Issachar, Dan, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Joseph, and Benjamin.

    Genesis 49:28

All these are thetwelvetribesof Israel: and this is it that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

A true Jew is from within ( spiritual).

    Romans 2:29

But he is aJew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Jesus Christ took the seed of Abraham in the flesh.

    Hebrews 2:16

For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed ofAbraham.

Because of Abraham faith, he became a Jew inwardly.

    Hebrews 11:17

By faithAbraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

    Romans 4:16

Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith ofAbraham; who is the father of us all,

    What is a Gentile ? ?

A Gentile is definitely not called a unsaved person. A Gentile is a none physical Jew living on this planet earth. According to God in Heaven, we have the Jews and we have the rest of the people that are Gentiles living on this earth. Jews are part of the Twelve Tribes of Israel .

    Genesis 49:28

All these are thetwelvetribes of Israel: and this is it that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

The Gentiles never had the Law in the Old Testament.

    Romans 2:14

For when theGentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:

Because the Gentiles did not believe in God in the Old Testament, they were called blasphemy.

    Romans 2:24

For the name of God is blasphemed among theGentiles through you, as it is written.

The Gentiles had there own righteousness.

    Romans 9:30

What shall we say then? That theGentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

Jesus Christ called the Gentiles dogs.

    Matthew 15:27

And she said, Truth, Lord: yet thedogseat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.

Because the fall of Israel, the Gentiles are blessed with the gospel of grace.

    Romans 11:11

I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto theGentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

The Gentiles now has the gospel.

    Romans 15:16

That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to theGentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of theGentilesmight be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.

Ray, in Christ Jesus 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

I am a Gentiles saved by grace.

    2/3-RESTRAINING-2Thes.2:7-10

The sacrifice of JESUS until the current time lasted around 727000 days-THE DAILY SACRIFICE WILL BE TAKE AWAY WHEN THE JEWISH FALSE MESSIAH-THE BEAST LIKE A LAMB( Revelation 13:11-18 and John 5:43-47SIT IN HIS THRONE IN JERUSALEM- THEN THE PLACE OF THE SANCTUARY WILL BE CAST DOWN, as was prophesied by Daniel. Daniel 7:7-8 & 11.

Dan.7:7-and behold a fourth Beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly;and it had great iron teeth:it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it:and it was diverse from all the Beasts that were before it;and it had ten horns.

8-I considered the(10)horns,and,behold,there came up among them another little horn,...and,behold,in this(little)horn were eyes like the eyes of MAN,and a mouth speaking great things. Yea,he(the little horn,by his mouth)shall magnify himself(magnified as God)even to the prince of the host(it is Michael- Revelation 12:7),and by him (by the Jewish false messiah-the little horn)the daily sacrifice will be taken away, and the place of the sanctuary will be cast down.

The false lamb/messiah( John 5:43),he is also a Jew,and he is from one of the 10 tribes of Israel, maybe from the tribe of Dan as Jacob prophesied- Genesis 49:16-17. He shall rise up from the earth-from Israel-from one of the ten tribes of Israel-HE IS THE LITTLE HORN.

The false lamb- John 5:43-has two horns like a lamb. Two horns represent the two kingdoms of Israel, but he will rise up from one of the 10 tribes,as prophesied Jacob. Genesis 49:16-17.

The battle of Michael is against three unclean spirits like frogs(why frogs),that FIRST manifest by the MOUTH of the dragon, the MAN Beast like a lamb(a false lamb,a false Jewish messiah- Revelation 13:11 combined with John 5:43-47,actually the MAN of sin,son of perdition)having two horns(i.e. representing two ancient kingdoms),and this false messiah,in fact an esoteric, and kabbalistic, and spiritist messiah, knowledgeable in Torah,a FALSE prophet, and he shall oppose and exalt himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God will be enthroned in the temple of God-the Holy City, showing himself that he is God-2Thesslonians 2:3-4 and 9-12.

The battle also is against the unclean spirit of the Beast of sea having 7 heads,10 horns, and upon his 7 heads a NAME of blaspheme. The false messiah will give to the Beast of sea his Power, and his Throne, and great Authority, hen the false messiah, the dragon-Re.13:11-shall take and link the whole structure around the world(Europe,Asia,Africa,Oceania(Australia),North America, Central America and South America) of the Roman Catholic Church to his body, i.e. the 7 heads of the Beast of sea, a Gentilic Beast, which shall sit on the throne of false messiah in Jerusalem in the FIRST half of the last week, week 70th Daniel 9:24-27.So, as JESUS prophesied, Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled- Luke 21:24.

The false messiah from the tribe of Dan- Genesis 49:17-represents the 10 horns of the dragon's body. The dragon's TAIL-Re.12:4-are all false preachers of the Word of GOD- Isaiah 9:15-16.

14For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world,to gather them to the battle of this great Day of GOD Almighty, the sevenh and last Day,or seventh and last millennium.

The Role of Male leadership in the Church

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. ( Genesis 49:10)

If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. ( 1 Peter 4:11)

When taking a look at scripture; there are roles women play as Prophetess; prayer; teaching children; or the "virtuous woman" summing up Proverbs 31. When it comes to the 10 Commandments and the laws of the Lord in the Old Testament; or the rules about women remaining silent in the New Testament ( 1 Corinthians 14:34-35) it seems in regard to instruction in law continues as a man's responsibility. That would have further implications in regard to teaching established DOCTRINE related to the law; or the Gospel of Grace which expounds the full meaning of what is concealed in the Old Testament but revealed fully now.

When we try to fully grasp these concepts in human understanding; of course we fall short. An example that gives us insight is in Exodus 15:20 which shows Miriam; the older sister of Moses and Aaron as the first Prophetess in scripture. We could say in some way that Moses acted as the first Prophet in the Bible; at least in predicting what would happen to Israel in the last days in Deuteronomy 4; but Deuteronomy 18 talks about the coming Prophet like Moses who must be heeded (Christ). Technically Abraham was called a Prophet; the first example in the Bible but his predictions were toward his descendants when giving the family blessings at his death.

We see with Miriam that she foolishly spoke out about the second wife of Abraham of African descent and was struck with leprosy temporarily. Her best moment was in the role of the victory song as they crossed the Red Sea.

    Hi Preacher of Truth

You asked: How does Satan deceive this whole world? Rev.12:9

Revelation was written in the first century of Christian Era, at that time the Devil had already deceived mankind for around 4000 years, even JESUS was tempted by the Devil I suppose in Neguev, but Satan still had not 7 heads; The 7 heads was still in the embryo.

But now, in this current time of Apocalypse, around 2000 years AC, the body of the Devil will be completed with 7 heads, and 10 horns, and 7 crowns upon his 7 heads. His new name now is red Dragon-Rev.12:9-,and his TAIL drew (shall cast down)the third part of the STARS of heaven to the earth.(STARS? who are the STARS? Job 38:4&7 combined with Daniel 12:3).

When the red Dragon-Rev.13:11-gives his POWER,and his Throne in Jerusalem, and great Authority to the Beast of sea, upon which rides de great whore-the Roman Catholic Church-then the holy city will be trodden by the Gentiles- Luke 21:24 combined with Rev.11:2, and he will join Catholicism and Judaism(iron and clay- Daniel 2), then the body of Satan/the Dragon will grow exceedingly, but it will grow even more with the adhesion of evangelical churches whose angels are fallen or spiritually dead, these will form or constitute the TAIL of the Dragon, these will believe in the false messiah, the Beast that will rise from the earth(Israel, the clay, the dry land), a false lamb, a false messiah- John 5:43-47 combined from Revelation 13:11, then the Red Dragon's body will be complete with his 7 heads, 10 horns and a TAIL. By the way, the origin of the false messiah is of the 10 tribs of Israel, especifically of the trib of Dan- Genesis 49:17.

He will exercise all the power of the first Beast before him, will cause the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first Beast(of sea)whose deadly wound was healed.

And he will do great wonders,so that will make fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,and will deceive them that dwell on the earth by the means of...

    Hi Jerry.

When asked that question in Scripture it seems God answers back with one of his many names. like he does when Paul asks in Acts 9:5.

Paul asked Who art thou, Lord? "kurios" (supreme in authority that is (as noun) controller; by implication Mr . (as a respectful title): - God Lord master Sir.)

The Lord answered him simply, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

There are several names for the one and only true God.

Each of the many names of God describes a different aspect of His many-faceted character. Here are some of the better-known names of God in the Bible:

I've looked up some of those names; Here they are.

    Part 1.

EL, ELOAH [el, el-oh-ah]: God "mighty, strong, prominent" ( Nehemiah 9:17; Psalm 139:19) - etymologically, El appears to mean "power" and "might" ( Genesis 31:29). El is associated with other qualities, such as integrity ( Numbers 23:19), jealousy ( Deuteronomy 5:9), and compassion ( Nehemiah 9:31), but the root idea of "might" remains.

ELOHIM [el-oh-heem]: God "Creator, Mighty and Strong" ( Genesis 17:7; Jeremiah 31:33) - the plural form of Eloah, which accommodates the doctrine of the Trinity. From the Bible's first sentence, the superlative nature of God's power is evident as God (Elohim) speaks the world into existence ( Genesis 1:1).

EL SHADDAI [el-shah-dahy]: "God Almighty," "The Mighty One of Jacob" ( Genesis 49:24; Psalm 132:2,5) - speaks to God's ultimate power over all.

ADONAI [dna; ah-daw-nahy]: "Lord" ( Genesis 15:2; Judges 6:15) - used in place of YHWH, which was thought by the Jews to be too sacred to be uttered by sinful men. In the Old Testament, YHWH is more often used in God's dealings with His people, while Adonai is used more when He deals with the Gentiles.

    Hi Brother Carleton.

    Thanks for replying.

I'm glad to hear you're doing fine and welcome back to the site!

    We're doing fine as well.

    You stated;

These seven weeks can be WEEKS OF DAYS and we know from Bible history that the years in rebuilding the holy city were very much so troublesome times. 62 more years after these seven WEEKS OF DAYS makes 69 weeks. At the end of the 69th week the Messiah came and was cut off mid-week in the 70th week.

I have ALL the 70 weeks as weeks of years, starting and ending on a specific day.

Beginning at "FROM THE GOING FORTH OF THE COMMANDMENT to restore and to build Jerusalem.

and ending at "unto the Messiah the Prince/King when Jesus "PRESENTED HIMSELF" as king

    Full filing Zachariah 9:9

and a portion of Genesis 49:9-11.

"Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; AND UNTO HIM SHALL THE GATHERING OF THE PEOPLE BE.

BINDING HIS FOAL UNTO THE VINE, AND HIS ASS'S COLT unto the choice vine;..

Daniel 9:26 says AND AFTER THREESCORE AND TWO WEEKS SHALL MESSIAH BE CUT OFF.

( It doesn't say in the middle of the 70th week. )

Daniel 9:27 Say the prince that SHALL COME he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:

That is the beginning of the 70th week.

( the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, )

    That's yet future.

    God bless you brother.

    NUMBERS 24 CONT.

Fist, Balaam speaks about his eyes being opened. Since he was not blind, I think he is referring to a spiritual "seeing' or acquisition of knowledge of God he did not previously possess. Then he speaks of his vision. Then his words turn to Israel, speaking of the goodness of Israel's dwelling place-tabernacles, tents. I think he is speaking of Israels place of favor and blessing with God, not the physical tents. ballam speaks admirable words about Israel (vs. 5-7) prophesying that Israel will be great-exalted int the land.

Vs. 8-9 Balaam speaks of the strength given to Israel by YHWH and how Israel will defeat their enemies thoroughly. ballam proclaims: Blessed is he that blesses Israel and cursed is he that curses Israel. God had promised this to Israel in Genesis 12:3 and Genesis 49:9

Balak was furious and took Balaam to task about how he had hired Balaam to curse Israel but blessed them instead once again, this third time Balak tells Balaam to flee from him to his home. Perhaps this was a threat that he may be harmed if he does not leave Balak right away. Balak mentions how he wanted to promote Balaam to greater honor but blames YHWH for preventing it. Balaam answers that Balak's honor and treasures could not make him go against the of YHWH. Balaam say he could not do either good or bad in his mind, but only what the LORD saith, he must speak. God compelled Balaam to do this. If Balaam could have done bad he would have, but the LORD costrained his mind to only obey YHWH's command to bless Israel with the word God gives him and the power of the Holy Spirit makes him carry out God's will.

Balaam then tells Balak to listen while he advertises (announces) what Israel will do to Balak's people (Moabites) in latter days.

Then Balaam again speaks of his vision, opening of his eyes spiritually and the knowledge he acquired from the Spirit.

In vs. 17 YHWH gives a magnificent prophecy through Balaam concerning the coming of Jesus...cont..

    EXAMINING THE COVENANTS.

    Part 1.

    2 Samuel 7:8-10.

Today we see Israel in their land but there's no throne and there's definitely no peace.

HERE'S HOW JEREMIAH DESCRIBES THAT DAY.

    Jeremiah 23:5-8.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

    Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

    HERE'S ZECHARIAH.

    Zechariah 8

Zachariah 8:8 Says "And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in "TRUTH AND IN RIGHTEOUSNESS."

That's not what they can claim today.

    HERE'S ZECHARIAH.

"Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you. Zechariah 8:23.

In "that day" the nation of Israel will be a vine that bares fruit.

a starch contrast to Ezekiel 36:20 and where they stand today.

Today as a nation Israel currently rejects there King.

However in Genesis 49:1 Jacob bless his sons and give them a prophetic msg for the last days.

    I find Genesis 49:8-12 provocative.

This seems to mirror Revelation and a far future Kingdom with Christ on the throne.

Considering the description of the Covenants this earthly Kingdom hasn't happened yet.

    God bless.

    Brother Chris:

The seventh seal is the RESURRECTION.

Revelation 8:1 and when the seventh seal was opened, that was silence in heaven for half and hour

Symbolic of the 50 days from Passover to pentecost.

Many are called; FEW are chosen, Christ is the passover lamb, all will be saved from death and the grave, only the THIRD PART; have a part in the first resurrection, and never see death, and will be in the presence of God until the second resurrection, that time is the 1000 year reign, we join the other workers in the vineyard as we are called at different times of the day, the DAY OF THE LORD, now 2000 years. the 1000 are as a DAY.

    God Bless YOU!

The spirit that was poured out on that THIRD PART are the ones of the house of JUDAH

Psalms 108:8 ....Judah is my lawgiver ......

    Prayer: Part 4.

Perseverance in prayer. In light of the previous discourses; the proper attitude toward God is paramount. This is why certain charismatics or anyone else "declaring" blessings is on thin ice. God blesses who He chooses and curses as well; we can see this principle in Romans 9:18. Genesis 49:25 states how God blesses universally for those who FEAR the Lord. Clearly fear of the Lord is necessary for the beginning of understanding ( Prov. 9:10 and many other texts).

The basic thought here is that if a motivation is wrong clearly one can spend all day pounding the table whether alone or with a whole crowd and not expect results. Once we can establish that we aren't aware of wrong motives; then we still stand the chance that God is going to say "no" to the request. What is fairly certain is that He will reveal either a different answer to the prayer; or He will after some length of time answer it. One fairly clear indicator of which prayer we are asking for is whether if He delayed it 20 years if we would even want to see it happen; case in point someone who we want to marry; how will they look like or act a couple decades later? If God answered it at that time we'd better not pin our hopes on superficial things alone that pass by; but on eternal character issues. Oftentimes I have found after years of time an answer just seems to occur when we have forgotton about certain issues. We should certainly be encouraged from examples of individuals praying for family members to be saved for decades where it finally happens. We should rejoice when a dictatorship is finally overthrown after a great amount of time such as Communism in Russia; or a breakthrough such as in with abortion when it can finally see a downturn after countless millions in the US have been slaughtered.

Fact Five: We should focus prayer on our enemies at least as much as our friends. It is hard to find fault for those praying for their enemies to be saved.

Here is just a few of many.

Genesis 3:15. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and ( HER SEED;) it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise ( HIS HEEL.)

    Genesis 22:18.

    Genesis 49:10.

The Passover Lamb of God ( Exodus 12:1-28)

Leviticus teaches the way to God is by sacrifice. JESUS!

Leviticus 17:11. For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

In the book of Leviticus you see a portrait of Christ and his work on the cross. When studying it.

It does well to go back and forward to new testament and present Christ. Especially Hebrews, That picture will paint itself.

    Deuteronomy 18:15.

    Psalms 22.

All the things in Matthew 24 have been taking place since Christ, in the flesh, departed this earth and 45 days latter came the second time as the Holy Ghost.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that has been, it is that which shall be, and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

    Hi Adam

    You asked,

Why can't both verses be true?

I do believe both verses are true.

I appreciate very much your input.

    I am struggling to understand,

Are you saying we are saved by both works and grace?

I did say I do believe we are saved by both.

But as far as Bible contradictions, they do exist.

And to say Paul and James contradict would not be an issue.

The Bible contradicts itself quite often.

    It is not uncommon.

Nevertheless, it does not shake my faith in the Bible.

    For example,

Matthew records Christ came through David's son Solomon ( Matthew 1:6)

But Luke records Christ came through David's son Nathan ( Luke 3:31)

Exodus 33:20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

Exodus 33:11 And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend.

And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah. ( 2 Samuel 24:1)

And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel. ( 1 Chronicles 21:1)

Who provoked David, God or Satan?

Is Judah or Dan are a lion's whelp?

And of Dan he said, Dan is a lion's whelp: he shall leap from Bashan. ( Deuteronomy 33:22)

Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? ( Genesis 49:9)

And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people. ( Exodus 32:14)

And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent. ( 1 Samuel 15:9)

Constantine Changed the DAY of WORSHIP!

NOT GOD, AS GOD says, He Sacntified the SABBATH and IT the SABBATH was HOLY!

We are to kept all the COMMANDMENTS, if we LOVE GOD! GOD does they changing in us. When we come to Him, as the ones He

    chooses!

Jesus, commanded us to LOVE one another, but he also Reminded us of the COMMANDMENTS!

Again, His WORD is on so Many LEVELS!

We start out as babes, and we grow in HIS WORD, long as we stay in it and we talk to HIM and listen to HIM, as Abraham did!

    GOD BLESS!

    Still take in mind:

    John 1:1

    GOD does not lie!

    GENESIS 1:5;8;13;19;23;31

ALL Say, Evening and the Morning ; they were either; 1st day or 6th day.

Genesis 2:2 7th Day GOD Ended his Work and Rested from ALL his Work.

Genesis 2:3 It Says, GOD Blessed the 7th Day, and sanctified it: because he rested from all his work, in which GOD had Created and Made.

    Like I said before,

Genesis 1:5 1 Day = Evening to Morning! So, a Day ====='s Evening to Morning! No, Matter how we look at it!

A Day Starts in the Evening and Ends in the Morning. Don't Gloss over GOD'S WORD!

Today, We go from Morning to Evening, as our Day! Think on this deeply! PRAY, about it! Go to GOD in PRAYER about it!

Then you have, as you say, Evening to Evening!

Is That what GOD's WORD actually says?????

RE - Read: GENESIS 1:5 And the rest I listed above...

YET, GOD says, Evening to Morning; are 1 day!

This is repeated in Genesis, refer to above; Book Genesis, Chapter 1 and Verses 5,8,13,19,23,31,

And Genesis Chapter 2:2; is your 7th Day!

    Remember, GOD does not LIE!

There's only 1, who LIES and that's SATAN!

We are even told to test the Spirits! So, be careful!

Test your teachers, so they don't lead you in the wrong direction either!

Read the WORD, but also, LISTEN to GOD'S WORD ALOUD; BOOKS, CHAPTERS, and VERSES everyday!

    Let NO MAN DECIEVE you!

    HE WARNS US!

GOD BLESS to them who READS and HEARS GOD'S WORD now!

Because, we are told there will come a time, when we won't have either anymore!

GOD BLESS, PRAY, GIVE THANKS, PRAISE and Most of ALL GIVE GOD THE GLORY!

    Theresa,

Friday evening at sunset to Saturday evening sunset is the Holy Sabbath Day.

God gave us this day to rest, just like He rested on the last day after His creation. It is one of the 10 Commandments (#4). God tells us to remember to keep the Sabbath Day. This is the only commandment that God specifically tells us "to remember". Should we consider this special? Yes we should.

Jesus tells us the Sabbath was made for man. It is a gift from God to us. We should use this day to rest, and give thanks, help others in need, visit with friends and family, attend church services, and perform in a manner consistent with the way Jesus and the Apostles performed on the Sabbath. Jesus tells us in scripture that he is the Lord of the Sabbath. This tells us that Jesus holds the Sabbath in high esteem.

Man cannot change any commandment from God, so this is still in affect for The Church and Christ Followers today if they wish to be obedient to God.

    Hope this helps you!

Actually, it was the norm for the church in apostolic times to meet on the first day of the week for worship and taking in of the Lord's Supper.

Sunday Christian worship was codified by order of Constantine, true. But this was already a practice for Christians for three centuries.

Answer to why they use Sunday as the Sabbath is because of the Roman Emperor Constanine 1; because he issued a cival decree making Sunday a day of rest from labor. I think, the Jewish way, is Friday evening to Saturday morning, I believe.

Genesis 1:5, states evening and morning were the 1 st day.

Sunday is the 1 st day of the week and today we count Morning to Evening, think about!

Saturday - evening to morning - = Sunday - day 1; eve to morn , = Monday 2 day evening to morn Tuesday = day 3 eveing to morn Wednesday = 4th day, eveing to morn Thursday = 5th day, evening to morn Friday = 6 th Day, evening to morning Saturday = 7 th day; eveing to morning Sunday 1 st day again. I hope I understand this right. In GOD's Love and may HE Bless, Theresa A. Wood

The Bible speaks to to salvation from sins and atonement for sins which is of grace for we had a debt we could not pay. When the Bible talks of eternal salvation it speaks of works. Some of the verses...... Hebrews 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Luke 10:28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. (if he was alive was he saved?) John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. (if we don't abide in his love are we saved?) Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. Matthew 19:16,17 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. (if we haven't enter into life, are we saved?) James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? (Read this chapter carefully. We want it to say that works are a result of salvation. I understand it to say that faith without works is dead for salvation). Rahab did nothing to have the opportunity to be saved (of grace), but she had to respond properly (stay in the house) to be saved. It might be beneficial to differentiate between the works of the law (which no flesh shall be justified) and the works and teachings of Jesus. The lawgiver proceeded out of Juda, not Levi. Genesis 49:10

Thank you.... The answer you have given seems like speculation.... You state that Jesus Christ was of the blood line of Mary, and yet you defend the fact that there is no blood passed from the mother to the baby.....

In Hebrews 7:21 it states the our Lord was a Priest by "oath"... Why couldn't he be from Judah by the same: Genesis 49:10.....

    Your thoughts....

    Thanks, Phil

    Dear Surafiel,

I was bullied from middle of sixth grade through end of eight grade at the private school I attended since 1st grade. It is a sad thing to endure. I did not tell my parents of teachers, as it was not the way most people went back in those days. But I did pray about it often, and I did remember what Jesus said about loving our enemies and praying for those who persecute us. I prayed to have this attitude in me and to pray. Also, I prayed that God will help me forgive them even though they did not seek this from me. These things really helped me. I only had 3 friends that would have anything to do with me during this time. In 9th grade I went into the public schools and most of my classmates from this private school went on to private high school. So, God gave me an escape from this situation. I pray that God will provide this for you, too.

As some have suggested, I agree that you should tell your parents and teachers and the principal. I suggest that you record evidence of bullying incidences. Perhaps in a journal, screenshots of mean notes or cyber communication. If they physically hurt you, take pictures of the marks and bruises. This will help the adults I mentioned take your abuse seriously.

Keep praying and study your Bible, especially the words of Jesus in the Gospels. He is always with you and will help you. My heart goes out to you. It is so hard to rise above the mistreatment and do what is loving and right to these people while still protecting yourself. I will be praying for you.

I was bullied in school, by some students & even teachers. I know several children bullied by teachers & others in authority. I even had teachers throw chalkboard erasers & hit me in the head, multiple times, in front of entire classes. One teacher pulled me by the hair of my head down the hall to office because I asked questioned his fairness 5th grade. 4th Grade the teacher had me miss play time several days because I white skin, & different eyes & hair. "to teach class about predjudist" it made students more isolating towards me. Many more situations, I & others have suffered.

    * To tell someone in authority that has no fear of GOD, sometimes makes the problem worse!

1st know: Jesus knows better than anyone what it's like to be wrongfully bullied! Pray to The Father for help in Jesus Name: Matthew 6:5-34, John 14:13, Isaiah 53,

    1Peter 2:19-25,

2nd if you have kind, gentle, loving & understanding parents you all could prayerfully consider Homeschooling.

If you have a difficult situation at home, then pray about how to tell your Parent/Parents/Gaurdian. Even if they don't outwardly show love, they most likely care about cruel, abusive behavior towards you by others. In one case a child was moved to different school & situations were much better for that child.

3rd, Remember this time, if you're called to endure is just a few years, sometimes much shorter when you pray. GOD does amazing things, through our prayers. Luke 17:6, Matthew 17:20, James 5:17,

4th, through hardship we learn compassion, to help others who go through what we have gone through, & going through. 2Corinthians 1:3-4,

5th, I will pray for you.

6th be encouraged as I have become unafraid of people & bolder for Christ, wiser especially for things today, you too should be strengthened & be wiser throughout these things. 2Timothy 2:3, Matthew 24:13, Mark 13:13,

Hopefully these are helpful & encouraging

Tell an adult what is going on. Tell your parents, a teacher, the principle. If you go to church you can confide in a Pastor for spiritual guidance, but most importantly give it over to Jesus Christ, He loves you very much and keep reminding yourself of His promises He has in store for you. Jeremiah 29:11. Also pray for your enemies and do good to those who hate you, but use wisdom when dealing with those who bully you.
