“Faith is the essence of that believed in and the evidence of that not seen, and is distinguished from the illusory through grace.” What is hoped for and what is believed through the clarity of divine grace must be distinguished just as what we want and what we need can be.

The substance in this verse means the net value of christianity. For without faith no one please God.

as the Word says, "Without faith it is impossible to please God."

The one who has promised is faithful. He only wants us to take Him at His word for His word is sure to come to pass.

I believe that we can only have faith in God if we know Him because how can we trust/believe/have confidence in anyone and we don't know them? the key to having faith is building a personal relationship with God and getting to know Him through the Bible/the Holy Spirit/the five fold ministry/your own personal experiences with Him.

..By faith, God will always be with us. He measured us through faith we had on Him..

Matthew 21:12-13..."My Father's house shall be called a house of prayer". Think of it. Makes me feel guilty for not having done much for the Lord's house.Little wonder then people struggle so much with little or nothing to show for it.God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him... Hebrew: 11:6 Faith is the main ingredient to please God.

We should understand that our hopes will probably not be realized in this lifetime, but we can be assured that through faith, our hopes will be realized eternally.

Abel's sacrifice was blood, while Cain sacrifice was without blood. And the bible said,'he obtained witness that he was righteous'. It is blood that maketh atonement for our soul. In Leviticus 17:11 so Cain's offering was not of spoilt things as some people say,but was without blood and that sacrifice could not atone for his sins, and therefore God did not his sacrifice.

All these died but faith is still alive!

Gideon was not ready to disobey God in making the ephod but was too zealous for God which he showed by mere fanaticism in making the ephod. He preassumed on his own to do a work which he thought was for God but sadly enough, God ever told him to do that so it eventually became a snare unto Isreal, he and his household. The major wrong Gideon did was that he refused to sharply rebuke the Isrealites when they went idolising the ephod he made. But a critical study of Judges 8:33,34 suggests that he restored Isreal and himself back to God. It was after his death that Isreal went back to idolatory again. Hebrews 11:32,33 also suggests that Gideon made it to heaven.

Substance here is assurance that its already done. While hope is the conviction that what you asked of its yours.

whatever path God has you on he has the power to get you through it.

This chapter teaches us that whatever that is impossible for us to do, with God it's possible so if we put our trust in Him nothing can stand against us for He is the God who works in ways we can not see.

The evidence of your miracle is the substance of the unseen. If you don't see the manifestation now...The SHADDAI Is about to show up in your life. Receive your miracle in Jesus name. God is not a man. He is the Almigthy GOD THE SHADDAI.... In heaven there is not poverty or sickness.... bring heaven to NOW and walk in the supernatural power of JESUS..... EXPECT YOUR MIRACLE IN JESUS NAME!

In time like these we all need some thing better and this life.And so we all lift our eyes towards that Beautiful Country where there will be no more pain. And Christ Himself will welcome us into that glourious city AMEN

this book is so inspirational and motivating. it reminds me of some present men with reckless faith (God's Generals) is another book to boost faith level. faith can really make you do wonders.

This Faith in the book of Hebrews 11 Chapter. is so Powerful. It help us to know that even if we don't see GOD, we must have strong enough Faith to know that he is real. and when we believe that God is real it please God.

Hebrews 11: 6 generally consolidates the essence in trusting in the promises of God and also seeks to correct the erroneous impressions about HIS existence. It's simple: people of God must have two things in order to see the glory of God: 1. That God is there 2. That God is faithful. Amen!

my believe is that Abel's faith in God were much stronger than cain's,because Able give his sacrifice from his heart.where cain didn't.Abel give back what the Lord bless him with his first.
