Verse 1-3 let's us know, Melchizedek is the Eternal, immortal priest of the father in Heaven, a Spirit who like the father is without beginning of days nor end of life, and today in Heaven, Jesus is a Priest after the order of Melchizedek. Melchizedek appeared in human form to Abraham, and this should come as no surprise for Hebrews 13:2 tells us, "do not forget to entertain STRANGERS...
The LORD is faithful. When He promises to never forsake you He remains true to His word. I am so blessed to have run into a challenging time in life and have the Holy Spirit give life to the word and to see it being fulfilled. Bless the LORD oh my soul. In Jesus's name. Amen.
We should not base all our hope here on earth..... If in this world we have no hope of Christ then we are of all men most miserable. Heaven is our home, don't forget. Grace be with all that call upon the name of God out of a pure heart.
There is so much turmoil in my life I have no idea what to believe or not. I 've lost everyone I love including both parents and now my spouse is dying from ALS. Her family, instead of helping care for her, spends their time telling me that I 'm being cruel and abusive and that I 'm "f "ing things up and they hate me. I 'm afraid to pray for help because when I prayed to God to save my parents he still took them. I 've never been so lonely in my life and the only things that keep me going is that there are other people who have things a lot worse then me, and I really have no other choice but live another day.
Hi Rosie keep reading the word of God and meditate them day and night God will help you to understand his words. For the verses 20-21 Jesus is the resurrection of life even if we die we still have life. He is risen and brought to life as this is the promise of our Heavenly Father because of his perfect obedience. Jesus have redeemed us on the cross and made victorious from his precious blood that shed for us. Thanks to Jesus for everything he have done into our life. He is the only Jehovah and a good Shephered to his sheeps he continued protecting his sheeps and is ready to lay down his life for us. Rest all your problems in life to Jesus for his burden is light. just relax and keep your faith i him. Psalm 23 . Delight yourself unto God first and all your things that you need will be added. Love God and obey his commandments until rapture, By obeying God 's words all things that you do will prosper. To defeat the enemy is to do good and keep praising and thanking God for everything. Jesus loves you and he will never fails you only believe in him right now, you will recieved a miracle in your life in Jesus name.
As I have been brought up into adulthood through this verse, now its time for me to turn up to my heavenly father and say to him " I shall never leave thee nor forsake thee "....and I look down to my children to repeat the same verse to them!
Reading verse 2 taught me how to pray to God about his guardian angels. God put angels around us for our protection and comfort. We need to believe and stay focused on God at all times trust in God.
Is it true that in Koine Greek that when two negatives are side by side as in Heb 13:5-6 that the impact doubles and doubles again in v. 6 so that a believer is secure in Christ to the power of five. So I was taught. dk
I beleive this scripture is saying that no matter what troubles you have or how "lonely " you think you are, if you believe in the word of God, this svripture is saying He will never leave you and that you will be strong eventually. Also it can mean that as you grow up, you may make different choices and like Jesus will never change. He will always be the same then he was the day he was born. He will always be the same for you and will never turn his back on you.
I feel that God does test us and to do so He uses His angels. I think that there are many Angels here on Earth and that God has but them here to assist us help us . help us grow in Christ and when its time to good home I think they guide us and maybe even take us.
Jesus loves us unconditionally, we must continue praising and thanking God as this is our lips the fruit of his blessings. What a wonderful Savior, and what amazing love Jesus has for us. Jesus loves you
ROM 2-31...Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest:...The whole of the reformation collapsed over this one key point the 7th day Sabbath, they got everything else right but that. Just like in todays world, the protestant church has it mostly right, except for that one key point, the 7th day Sabbath, I am not obsesses with this day, but I feel that it is a "grey " area. Even though I am convinced of it, the New Testament is filled with scriptures expounding the seriousness of being Obedient to GOD by keeping the Commandments, therefore it is for us to keep the 4th Commandment the 7th day, Holy to GOD, aside from all the rules that was nailed to HIS cross .. and to continue on with the truth of the scriptures in Malachi 3:6--I am the LORD, I change not. or Hebrews 13:8--Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and for ever. SO, what you are saying, GOD does change, and HE is a liar, according to your beliefs. I JOHN 2:4 HE THAT SAITH, I KNOW HIM, AND KEEPETH NOT HIS COMMMANDMENTS, IS A LIAR, AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN HIM.... I do not go, belong, am affiliated, or have been indoctrinated into any church, just for the record! I know their are others like me, but its a small following:... MATT 7:14-Becuase strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Like I said Years ago, break out of the fog of delusion, repent, and worship GOD in truth. GOD IS IN COMMAND, PRAISE HIM, AMEN!!
this scripture talks abt offerin sacrifice to God that is to say praise is a sacrifice and a form of service to God .there is not a particular season of praising God. the bible says at all times
HEBREWS 13:5 COMMENT 1 25 2015 1: It is pertain into our Christian life that we must walk with faith unto our Lord Jesus. For God said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. As it was written into the BOOK OF: Gen. 28:15 Deut.31:6,8 Josh.1:5 Ps.37:25 Isa.41:10,17. Thank you Lord for your guidliness unto us. A-men.
Let us not be hearers of the Word only, but doers also and so fulfil the mandate of Christ as we remember the words of Jesus to Mary and John on the cross as He was dying.
Sam, God does give all that we need! Himself! His Son! What more is needed? Yes, I suppose we all have earthly "needs, " but those are more of just "wants. " We can survive a fiery furnace or a den of lions or living on the streets with nothing but the presence of the almighty! Hebrews 13:5 - "...For He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. " Do not be discouraged brother! :-

Hello James: I would like to clarify one more thing. The bottom line to understanding the word of God is through his spirit. He can open up a persons understanding any time he wants. In the end it is still the Holy Ghost Gods spirit that is the teacher.
He was the lamb of God our sacrifice. 2Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. God did raise him from the dead through the blood of the eternal covenant. When Jesus died on the cross our sins were paid for. He cried out My God My God why have thy forsaken me and then he died. His blood shead that day God accepted it as full payment for our sins that was placed upon him and raised him from the dead through his blood that was shed.

Hello James: If you look into the Webster dictionary there are a lot of words that have multiple meanings. You have to read the content of the sentence and look at the sentence structure to know what is being stated. Then above all you have to have the Holy Ghost or a person who has the Holy Ghost help with the understanding of the word of God because it is the Holy Ghost that does the teaching and opens up your understanding, John 14: 26. The King James Version is a wonderful book. I would not change one thing. In regarding verse 16, this means to communicate to talk, if you read the scripture right before it then you will get the understanding.
The word communicate literally means to share and participate in. Think about other words that start the same way. Communion, community, common union, to have a sharing in. A participation. When the king James was translated they some of the same words we use today had quite a different meaning back then.

I submitted this I believe on the 2nd I will submit it again Hello Jerome The God of peace is Jesus Christ God manifested in the flesh, 1 Timothy 3 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. His name is Jesus Christ. His son name is Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost name is Jesus Christ. Jesus stated in John 5 43 I am come in my Father s name, and ye receive me not if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John 10 30 I and my Father are one. John 14 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. In the end, salvation comes in the name of Jesus Christ, Acts 4 12.

Hello Blessed 1 John 4 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come and even now already is it in the world. This is why it is very important that people know that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh it is a mystery, but it is true, 1 Timothy 3 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory . Jesus Christ came in the flesh and was received up into glory before the Holy Ghost fell on the day of Pentecost. John 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Verse 3 All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. Verse 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. Verse 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.
For verse 2,God tests his word in our lives to love on another as he did to us. One who acts rudely towards a mad person stranger will have failed the test and he should ask God to help him do good the next time.
