The point of the last paragraph of my post is about the things which will happen now in this seventh and last Day, or seventh and last millennium, the Lord's Day, even in this current time, even now, and from now on, as is written in John 5:43-47, combined with Revelation (Apocalypse)13:11 (manifestation of a false lamb, a false messiah in Israel (probably this year or next? 2Thessalonians 2:9-12 - strong delusion), and both Beasts (Catholicism-the Papacy - the RCC plus the esoteric and kabbalistic Judaism) both will make a deal to establish a satanic and religious kingdom(the feet and 10 toes of the Nebuchadnezzar's statue- Daniel 2:44-45 combined with Revelation 13:2, according to the LITERAL fulfillment of the Word of GOD, the Word is GOD, self-executing,

    Revelation 13:2 KJV

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his Power, and his Seat, and great Authority, and there will be a WAR. WAR between GOD x SATAN- Revelation 13:3 and 13:14 combined with Revelation 12.

    Get ready

Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth. Isaiah 21:6

Hello friend. I am in agreement with what Adam has just shared with you: that the mention of Mohd or even an allusion to him is nowhere found in this verse, or indeed anywhere in the Bible.

You appear to be someone who is interested in what the Bible has to say to us, even considering the rich heritage that both the descendants of Isaac & Ishmael share from the olden days. In your consideration of this prophetical Book of Isaiah, we need to remember that this book & indeed all the Bible Books are written in an historical & chronological manner. Unlike the Qur'an, where the writings are purportedly made from isolated revelations received over a period of time, the Books of the Bible were written by men moved by God's Spirit ( 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21), but were given in a systematic historical way. So when we take a verse or portion of the Bible to teach or defend a belief, then we must look at the whole - or else, our understanding will be skewed & we will be led into error.

Since you're looking at the prophecies in Isaiah, if you would care to begin at Isaiah 13:1 right through to Isaiah 23:18, and you will notice a series of denunciations by God against particular lands/nations. Through his prophet Isaiah, God denounces Babylon, Philistia, Moab, Damascus, Ethopia, Egypt, Babylon (again), Edom, Arabia (the part you're referring to), Jerusalem, & Tyre. So when you refer to Isaiah 21:13, the specific passage is from Isaiah 21:13-17, where God's Judgement is found in verse 16, that "within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail". Even though Kedar was a powerful Arabian tribe, the reference here are to all connected to her. All these suffered judgement under God's Hand.

But at the appointed time, God sent forth His Son Jesus, the One Who came to receive our judgement & punishment upon Himself (for our sins). Without Him we would all be condemned, but those who believed on Him would receive forgiveness ( John 1:11,12).

Hello, I don't see any verse mentioning muhammed. Isaiah 21:13 mentions Arabia but I think it's a stretch to say that has anything to do with this person. I think some are eager and motivated to draw a connection to him and are trying to find any possible connection instead of simply reading the Bible and trying to understand its normal meaning.

The Bible is clear that no one can be saved and enter heaven without Jesus Christ.

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12 KJV

Yes. America is mystery Babylon of Revelation 17, and allies operate the Babylon system. America has become the antithesis of God's church, that sits on 7 continents. Israel has become perverted, the daughter of Babylon. Babylon is defeated by the beast, and the beast continues on 42 months.

The battle is referred to in 4 Biblical scenarios:

    1) the king of the north vs the king of the south, Daniel 11:40

    2) Esau vs Jacob, Obadiah 1

    3) the beast vs Babylon, Revelation 17

    4) the 6th trumpet beast army defeats the 5th trumpet US army to dust, Revelation 9

Then, there are scriptures that describe the cataclysmic attack on Babylon's two lands, two houses: Revelation 17 (set up), Joel 2:1-11 (missile description), Isaiah 13, Isaiah 21:1-9, Isaiah 47, Ezekiel 21:1-24, Ezekiel 38:1-17, Jeremiah 50, Jeremiah 51, Revelation 18, Luke 21:20-24 (Israel's fall in same hour Joel 3:1) and Isaiah 24 (aftermath).

Ezekiel 21:12 confirms that the attack is upon God's people. It will be 539 BC all over, again.

    Alex,

Daniel 12:1 is talking about the day of the Lord, the 6th trumpet strike, the fall of Babylon, the abomination of desolation, the great tribulation. The world will turn into a curse.

Ezekiel 38 talks of two clouds to cover the land. Ezekiel 21:19-20 talks about attacking 2 nations from one land. These two lands represent America and Israel, both houses of Israel, Gods people.

Ezekiel 21 has several depictions of Israel, "my people" vs 12 as being the subject of the slaughter.

The attack is against America, Israel and every nation allied with America. Isaiah 24:20 states the earth will be hit so hard that it will be knocked of its axis, the sun and moon will refuse to shine 1/3rd the day as a result.

Who will stop Russia besides nobody, Rev 13:3; they have God on their side. Isaiah 13:1-6, they come from a far country, "even the Lord with them". Joel 2:11, the Lord uttered His voice before "His army". God is preparing the sixth trumpet army (Russia) to annihilate the fifth trumpet army (US) to dust, Revelation 9.

Nothing like reading about it in real time, just as the little horn Daniel 7:8 starts to make his move.

    Day of the Lord: Isaiah 13, Isaiah 21:1-9, Isaiah 24, Isaiah 47, Ezekiel 21:1-24, Ezekiel 38:1-17, Jeremiah 50 & 51, Joel 2:1-11, Revelation 18 & Luke 21:20-24 (Israel's fall in same hour).

Obadiah 1:10 For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.

This is the 1st time we hear claim of violence against Esau. In real life, the last time Esau and Jacob saw each was on the trail, and Jacob feared Esau would kill him for stealing the birthright, ( Genesis 33). Any previous mention of Gog/the beast anti-christ were glowing. God used Esau's "sanctified" beast army to defeat Jacob (Babylon); anti-christ's army are described as "even them that rejoice in my highness". Gog/beast are Christian's from a (frozen) desert ( Isaiah 21:1). The times God brags about His "northern army" are many.

He calls anti-christ's army, "His army", His "sanctified ones" and "His camp".

( Isaiah 13: 3-6) I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.

4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.

5 They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.

6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.

( Joel 2:11) And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

What did Esau do to change God's mind into HATING him? Esau did God's will and destroyed Babylon, so what happened beyond that? What violence does anti-christ do to infuriate God?

    Misheal,

You have a misunderstanding of what "the day of the Lord" is. It is not a joyous occasion, but the opposite. It is a one hour long battle, at the sixth trumpet, second woe. War. It is judgment day for the people of earth, leaders, bringing forth great tribulation. Read what really happens that day: Isaiah 13, Isaiah 21:1-9, Isaiah 24, Isaiah 47, Ezekiel 21:1-24, Ezekiel 38:1-17, Jeremiah 50/51, Joel 2:1-11, Revelation 17/18 & Luke 21:20-24 (Israel's fall).

Please tell me you understand what that term means.

    Part 1 continued:

( Ezekiel 21:12) Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people,...smite therefore upon thy thigh. "smite therefore upon thy thigh" is reference to Jacob wrestling an angel for the birthright he obtained from a hungry Esau, for a bowl of lentil soup. Wrestling the angel permanently injured Jacob's thigh ( Genesis 32:24-25). Seen as our "Jacob's time of trouble"; the great tribulation.

God made both Gog and Esau "small" and "despised "( Obadiah 1:2) Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.

( Daniel 11:23) And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.

( Matthew 24:21-22) For then shall be great tribulation....

( 2 Thessalonians 2:3) The falling away is the abomination of desolation.

    ( Mark 13:14) ( Matthew 24:15)

    ( 2 Peter 3:10) (Mathew 3:11)

    ( Amos 5:18) ( Amos 5:20)

    ( Daniel 11:31)

    ( Revelation 17:16-17)

    ( Daniel 9:27)

    ( Jeremiah 51:53)

( Revelation 18) vs 20 ...for in one hour is she made desolate.

( Revelation 18:9-10) ...for in one hour is thy judgment come. ( Ezekiel 18:26)

    ( Daniel 12:6-7)

Israel (house) is notably attacked [from the south to the north]:

( Ezekiel 21:2-4) And say to the land of Israel (northern kingdom),...therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh [from the south to the north].

( Ezekiel 20:46-47) ....Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree:...and all faces [from the south to the north] shall be burned therein.

( Isaiah 21:1) ....As whirlwinds in [the south pass through]; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land (Gog's land)

    ( Job 37:9)

( Isaiah 24) "Day of the Lord" aftermath.

( Revelation 9:18) By these three was the third part of men killed...

    Ron,

I agree when satan's kicked out of heaven and that initiates the 6th trumpet, 2nd woe, day of the Lord. For reference, here are a few describing the same event from different angles: Isaiah 13, Isaiah 21:1-9, Isaiah 24, Isaiah 47, Ezekiel 21:1-24, Ezekiel 38:1-17, Joel 2:1-11, 2 Thessalonians 2:3, Revelation 18. This battle is over in an hour.

Daniel 9:27 I see what you are saying about the language, the dualism. At this point, I need to examine other evidence surrounding this verse, compared to other scriptures to better pin point what is going on.

Right off the bat, it is well known that the day of the Lord sees Jesus coming like a thief with His northern army to lay the land desolate. God states that anti-Christ's army is His army, Joel 2: 10-11

Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north: Ezekiel 21:1-7 "MY sword will go out of HIS sheath".

Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty, Isaiah 13: 6 This characteristic of the strike is synonymous with the man of sin, spoiler at noonday, anti-Christs.

God furbishes a sword and places it in the slayers (anti-Christ's) hand, Ezekiel 21:9-12 Russia has God-like weaponry, God has blessed Russia's scientists. Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty, Ezekiel 21:12

The 70 weeks is a classic Bible mystery. I will study it again. The way I explained it to you makes sense to me considering the 6th trumpet lasts 42 months. I have no strong convictions towards it, and would evolve my mind if I was presented a sound concept. As it stands, it is a side bar to my love of the Lord and His prophets.

I will be around to reprove.
  • Darren Croft - In Reply on Judges 7 - 3 years ago
Study the 6th trumpet, day of the Lord. Study the prophets in context, and their words like you are playing a game of concentration, and match them up. The prophets saw it, possibly even were transported through time to witness it 1st hand. They were "bowed down" and "dismayed at the seeing of it" ( Isaiah 21:3). The prophets saw the whole house of Israel destroyed, and power given to the spoiler at noonday, anti-christ ( Jer 15:8) to do his will 42 months.

Three incantations describe the greatest one sided battle ever:

    1) Obadiah: Esau (Russia+) obliterates Jacob (US/Israel) to reclaim his stolen birthright.

    2) The king of the north (Russia+) easily defeats the king of the south (US/Israel) ( Dan 11:40).

    3) The beast (Russia+) desolates Babylon (US/Israel), takes its allies. When the UK sees the smoke of America burning from afar, they will clothe themselves in trembling as everyone goes dark ( Ezekiel 26:18).

    The Beast = Russia:

-"More stout than his fellows". Russia has 11 time zones ( Dan 7:20).

-He is the 8th and is of the 7. Russia was the 8th G8 member and is of the G7 ( Rev 17:20)

-In 1991 the USSR suffered a "deadly wound", which has been healed into the Russian Federation that the people will marvel at ( Rev 13:3).

-Even though God has always held back Esau (Russia), he will now bring Esau forth with his northern army to destroy Jacob (US/NATO/Israel) (Ez 38:4).

-Obadiah states Esau (Russia) annihilated Jacob (US/Israel) then engaged in destruction beyond Babylon with an "evil thought" (Ez 38:10), by taking 3 allies from his own camp.

-Esau pounds Jacob so badly that the earth is knocked off its axis and wobbles back and forth like a drunkard (Is 24:20).

-The last time Esau and Jacob met up was on the trail, Gen 33. Jacob was afraid Esau would kill him for stealing his birthright, but instead they exchanged gifts and parted ways.

-Esau will make Jacob lean this time around (Is 24:1-16).

It's a showdown between the two boys.

@Ruhul this is the KJV if your version is different doesn't mean this one has changed.Maybe you are reading a version that has been changed instead. I have my Bible from the 80s here by me and it says the same as this one does. I can bet my other Bible says this also and it is a lot older. KJV is the best version. Can't understand why people feel the need to change Gods words.

GOD; who is the creator of the heavens and earth has spoken / declared it (at this point in time); Why has HE spoken / declared it? Because of the sins / sinful people that will not 'rightly adhere' to GOD's words, especially when they create their own gods / idols from silver, gold, money, whoring for 'this' and 'that'. So sinful people / nations boldly force their CREATOR to release HIS wrath.
