As for the eternal new heaven and earth it seems verses indicate there still will be nations although some seem to merge with promises from the Millennium. However; Revelation 21:24 says: And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. So it is clear that there will be nations still in some geographic sense; although no more sea and the heavenly Jerusalem will clearly be the dominant vista wherever you roam on this new planet.
Jesus stated from the O.T. that the Temple was supposed to be a place of prayer for all nations ( Mark 11:17). This surely will be fulfilled in the future!
There are nations that are said not to know God. Isaiah 55:5 shows that they will wake up at the end of the Tribulation as well as return captives (see Isaiah 49:22-25). They also shall bow down as kings and queens to worship God ( Isaiah 49:23) and take care of children. These are wonderful promises to show even from the wicked Tribulation some even in royalty will be saved! We see an interesting prophecy in Ezekiel 39:2 that a sixth part of the Gog army will remain; I would deem it likely many of these people will repent; although a remnant it will probably be a fairly substantial number of those remaining at the end of the Tribulation (also we don't see those in that invasion who appear to have the mark or fight God). This and other verses show various campaigns which lead up to Armageddon; and perhaps linger on until Christ and His returning saints establish control to rule and reign.
It seems pretty apparent that with all nations against Israel ( Zech. 12:3) in the end so that mainly they will be reprobate with the dead being as dung on the earth ( Jeremiah 25:33). This is a sobering thought; thankfully in Israel 1/3 make it through the fire but 2/3 die ( Zech. 13:9). Some say this is harsh but compared to the stats from the whole world it isn't
I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand. Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.
These verses seem similar to Revelation 11:1-2 but in this case the city itself is being measured; not just the Temple.
Verses 3-5 state: And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,
And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
This wall of fire seems to indicate conditions during the Millennium; but there are also some parallels to the conditions before the battle of Gog and Magog as Ezekiel 38:11 states "And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates..." Some question if this is one event or also is indicative of the event at the END of the Millennium in Revelation 20 (or perhaps both).
Verse 6 through 8 state: Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
This parallels verses such as Isaiah 49:12 "Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim." Starting in verse 9 of that chapter we see captives being released; again likely an event after the Tribulation.
Tribulation: Purposes of the Seal Judgments as related to Israel's history.
The sword; famine and pestilence seen in judgments 2-4 in Revelation 6 fit in with a pattern set by God to judge Israel since most of their history was in a rebellious state despite being called to be an example to the nations ( Isaiah 49:6) and set apart ( Jeremiah 2:2-3). The pattern of sword; famine and pestilence can therefore be seen in Jeremiah 14:11-12 as well as other passages in the same book; and it found in Ezekiel 14:21; Deuteronomy 32:24; and other passages. Interestingly enough; Deuteronomy 4:30 mentions tribulation AND the last days; opening the door for repentance on man's part for God to turn back on some of these judgments (perhaps for individuals sealed by God or physically protected at that time and/or during the Trumpet judgments).
Therefore; this time before the Book is opened there appears to be room for repentance; although nothing said for the unregenerate where one quarter die at that time ( Rev. 6:8). It would appear since Hades is in Revelation 6:8 that everyone killed in this manner were unregenerate. The only question is if these are concentrated in a quarter of the earth or it involves one fouth of the world in general. We should also be soberly reminded here that many will not even physically survive to the point when the Beast is empowered and implements the mark ( Rev. 11:7) apparently after the martyrdom of the 2 Prophets and subsequent Resurrection at the 6th Trumpet ( Rev. 11:14).
The Antichrist at this time will rise to power ( Revelation 6:1-2) and begin to subdue and conquer nations. Daniel 8:9 shows how this "little horn" gains power; no doubt through superior intellect and intrigue ( Daniel 11:21). Nations no doubt are pitted so that they will through internal strife be conformed to the 10 nations ruled under the Beast after their sovereignty is destroyed.
I will delve into the fifth and sixth seal in my next sequel.
I know this has been discussed before and we have different understandings, but just have a couple of thoughts to consider, I will not go over all this prophecy just the first of 9:27.
If I am correct, it is thought the 69th week ended when Jesus' ride into Jerusalem fulfilling Zech. 9:9. Dan. 9:26 says 69 weeks unto the Messiah, should we look over the 3.5 years from when Jesus was baptized and anointed with the Holy Spirit? Look at the multitude that met Him when He rode in, they knew who He was, He came for the lost sheep of Israel.
The antichrist will make a covenant with Israel. We go to Dan. 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: So here we have the last week/7 years and he is said to be the antichrist.
"He shall confirm the covenant with many", could he in this verse fit Jesus? Psalms 105:8-11Isaiah 42:6Isaiah 49:8Isaiah 49:6Romans 15:8Galatians 3:17Hebrews 13:20 I could list many more. The word confirm does not mean make, it shows us the covenant already existed. Confirm means to strengthen, to be stronger.
God made a covenant with Abraham and Abraham said God would provide Himself a Lamb, Genesis 22:7-8, was Jesus this Lamb, Isaiah 53:7John 1:29Revelation 5:6. This covenant is with many, Zechariah 2:11Isaiah 53:11Matthew 20:28Matthew 26:28Romans 5:15,19. Jesus was sent to confirm the promise/covenant made unto Abraham, Romans 15:8. Could Jesus be this he?
"In the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease" Sacrifice and Oblation, the first word is talking about the daily sacrifices, the Tamid, the morning and evening lamb the same time Jesus was on the cross 9 AM the first to 3 PM the last. Then the second word refers to all of the other offerings presented to the Lord.
Do you think the sacrifice and oblation was designed by God to completely cease upon the finished work of Jesus on the cross? Hebrews 9.
The LORD is my ROCK in HIM I will hide, for HE is my shelter in the time of storm. I have nothing to fear or regret when I place all things into my LORD'S hands. For my KING the LORD JESUS CHRIST will make all things right and just and I will praise and worship HIM.
To truly praise and glorify HIM, I must therefore go forward as a soldier of the LORD to plant the seed, to water by helping to nurture disciples and baptizing them; giving to further the work, and having a disciplined and deeply rooted prayer life in HIS word. I will endeavor to study and meditate in HIS word to know the will of my SAVIOR GOD and going out to do the work that I am ordained to do.
Although, I fall woefully short in my desire to exalt my LORD; I press on for the sake of the high calling of my Savior KING. 2 Peter 3:9; Matthew 28: 18-20; 2 Chronicles 7: 14, 15; 1 Timothy 2:1-4; Psalms 126:6; Romans 10:9-12; Galatians 5:16
GOD to shine HIS face on all who trust in HIS Word and gloriously bless the works of your hands done in CHRIST Name.
S. Spencer there is an element of truth in what you are saying.....There is another Israel coming but they are spirits as Jesus said that which is born of the spirit is spirit which is the H.G. the Israel of God.... Isaiah 49:10... and Rev.7:16.....Both say they will not hunger nor thirst ever. ....Nor will the sun or any heat lite on them......How cd this be possible simply b/c they are Spirits.....Thats y Jesus is saying that which is BORN of the spirit is spirit which is the H.G. the children of Promise....The Israel of God.... I will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven thus spirits the H.G. I WILL POUR OUT OF MY SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH.... The good seed is the living word which is spirit and life thus the fruit the wheat has to be spirit which are the Children of Promise the H.G. That Child of Promise.....But we cannot be carnal minded or we will miss this great truth....There is an Israel of God on the Horizon but they are spirits...They are Our new hearts and new spirits....Whosoever receiveth one such child in my name receiveth me....Thats y Jesus said the Kingdom cometh not with observation.....Simply b/c they are Spirits the H.G. that is gonna be as the stars of heaven....An Israel of God....Remember 3 rd person Jacob's name was changed to Israel just prophetic that the Heavenly 3 rd person the H.G. IS the ISRAEL OF GOD....That is gonna be born in us sinners....That hear his words his good seeds.....Thats y he has to know us....The New Jerualem is heaveny meaning in the spiritual realm....But its gonna be right here on this earth....Rev.11:15 The kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ and he shall reign forever and ever....ok leme go....The manchild which is the H.G. the spirit of truth is gonna reprove this world of Sin and Righteousness and Judgement.....
Romans 9:6-8 "..For not all are not Israel, that are of Israel." Calling out the ethnic Jews as being "uncitizened" so to speak as being genetically of Israel. Paul say, NO they are not all Israel. 2 Cor. 1:20 says "....For all the promises of God find their Yes in Him..." The promises to Abraham are fulfilled in Jesus and Jesus alone fulfills all of the promises of God. God always had His Son in view when making these promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. These were not promises only made to Abraham, but re-promised to Isaac, and to Jacob, and then centuries later to the nation of Israel. So if Jesus is the true and absolute Seed of In Abraham, Isaac AND Jacob (Israel).
In Isaiah 49:1-7 the servant of the Lord (Messiah) is called "Israel" in whom God will be glorified. Also in this passage this servant is called God will give His servant (Messiah) as a "light to the Gentiles" Here God plainly speaks of the Messiah as Israel. Verse 2 says that God has made His servant's mouth like a sharp sword. This passage refers to God's servant as Israel, a light to the Gentiles, having a mouth like a sharp sword, the Holy One, Redeemer, who will be despised, who the NATION aborrheth.
In Luke 2:28-32 Simeon prophesies about Jesus when His parents brought Him to the temple. In his prophesying Simeon refers to Isaiah 49:6 as Jesus being the light to the Gentiles. This citation by Luke shows that the "servant, Israel" spoken of in Isaiah 49:1-7 is referring to Jesus. (See also Jn 1:5-11; 8:12.
So, the ethnic Israelites were a type or shadow pointing to the true Israel, Jesus who fulfilled all the requirements of the Law as a jew. God said several times from heaven, that He was well pleased with Jesus, His Son.
When we speak of end times events we do need to not weave a narrative that is not stated in the NT Scriptures, as the OT Covenant was ended in Jesus' advent and the New Covenant in Jesus (as Jacob was a nation of one when called by God as Israel....cont.
There are others who have come up with the theory I am proposing as to Israel becoming more prosperous in particular. One thing is for sure; for the Ezekiel 38 war to commence; Israel is to be a land of "unwalled villages" and feel they are "dwelling securely in their land". For THAT to occur; there needs to be some sort of elimination of the surrounding threat. We at least need to reach a time when a Covenent is confirmed ( Dan. 9:27) which seems likely to be the current Abraham accords once there are finally many nations involved or something similar that Antichrist confirms some day soon. It would seem this war could be the 2nd seal event or thereabouts; but it certainly could be earlier.
The timing of the Ezekiel 38 war also is questionable. Again; the land dwelling securely could be the first half of the Tribulation.
The problem is the seven year cleanup effort; it seems this is earlier and or part of a wider campaign before Armageddon. It has been argued the seven years means it "fits into" the seven year Tribulation. Clearly though that WON'T happen then as at the Midpoint the Beast rises up; kills the two prophets then we have the escape run to the mountains as stated in ( Matt. 24:16).
This will be no time to employ people to go around picking up bones; clearly. The other possibility is that war ALSO is BEFORE the Tribulation begins. The most likely answer from what i can understand is that it roughly corresponds with Armageddon but it is a separate campaign. These nations are NOT mentioned in Armageddon and may not have the Mark of the Beast. Further bolstering that theory is that one sixth are said to survive; those who fight God and have the mark are doomed for destruction.
These could be in my opinion some of the kings mentioned in Isaiah 49:23 who return the captives.
At any event; we are certainly close with the Dubai one world religion center being opened sometime this year; and overall apostasy.
Psalm 76. Here we are reminded of God's victory over His enemies and His purpose to save the "meek of the earth" (v. 9). Jesus Himself stated that "the meek shall inherit the earth." ( Matt. 5:5). This would no doubt include the saints who were raptured and the souls of those martyred in the Tribulation as well as the few that survive in hiding.
Verses 1 and 2 indicate God being known in Israel. This and it being ..." dwelling place" show a future implication here once they realize who their Messiah is and He returns to rule from Jerusalem in the Millennium.
Verses 3 through 6 remind us of the Exodus with the weapons and animals of warfare mentioned; and the sinking in the Red Sea putting "chariot and horse..." into a "..dead sleep."
When we continue on to verses 7 through 12 seem to indicate a world wide end times fulfillment. We see the "earth" fearing and still and once again verse 9 shows saving the meek; but we notice it says ALL the meek of the earth.
Verse 10 reminds us of verses such as Isaiah 49:23; as well as Isaiah 24:22 where we see a restraint followed eventually by final judgment. Verse 11 reminds us of the verse in Zechariah 14:8. There are certain foolish vows that are not to be taken but God expects men to do this as part of worship so in that case serving God is important (see Jonah 1:16).
The last verse sort of reinforces the idea of God ruling with an iron rod and the earlier theme of verse 10 ( Rev. 19:15; Psalm 2:7-9).
A relationship with Jesus is ALL we need No matter what you believe or who you are. For He said "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world & loose his soul?" Mark 8:36. More helpful verses..
John 3:11-21, 5:24, 10:28, Isaiah 49:15&16, 53:10, Luke 18:14 & 17 and so many more yet I have studying to do. God bless & be with each & everyone of you.

Alex1939...Hiya Greg Avina...I will try to answer this question...About John 16:13...He will not speak of himself...Simply b/c he is an infant that has to be born in us...And Infants cannot speak for a while...As Jesus said that which is born of the spirit is spirit which is the H.G. the Child of Promise...But he is just an infant that cannot speak for a season... Rev 12:5...She brought forth a man child that is gonna rule all nations...This Child is gonna be born in us via the seed of the sower the words of this new Covenant ...This woman is the world...Whosoever receiveth one such child in my name receiveth ME...Gal.4:1 Now i say unto that the HEIR, as long he is a Child differs nothing from a servant tho he be LORD OF ALL...He is the H.G...Imanuel the Child of Promise the gift of God...God with us...But he has to be BORN in us...Remember Jesus had to be born in MARY...But Jesus refers to himself as the son of man...Mankind is gona birth a baby Christ...which is the H.G. an infant that cannot speak for a while.
..... Isaiah 49:23...Kings shall be your nursing fathers and Queens shall be your nursing mothers...Kings and Queens are just symbolic language for men and women that have birth this man Child the H.G the New Birth...The spirit of truth that is gonna rule all nations has to be born in us...The Kingdom does not come till the woman gives BIRTH to the manchild that spirit of truth that is gonna reprove this whole world of sin and judgement and righteousness ....But in time this anointing will teach you all things...K
Anonymous Alex N....Hiya Bplumley...Gbu...But that Crown is just symbolic of the Kingdom....An incorruptible kingdom....That New Covenant is gonna make us kings and Priests....Thus there has to be a heavenly birth via Jesus seed ...As Isaiah is saying Kings shall be your nursing fathers and their Queens are gonna be your nursing mothers Isaiah 49:23...Thus there is a child an infant in our future....Unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child you will in no wise enter there in...But these things are hid from the wise and prudent and revealed unto Babes and sucklings ...Which is the H.G. that Children of Promise....The Kingdom
.....Thats y the spirit of truth cannot speak of him self for a season....He has to be born in us via the seed of Jesus thus he is just an spiritual infant...And infants cannot speak for a while...But this Child is the real heir and he is lord of all but is under governors and tutors for a season...Till the time appointed of the father...Gal.4:1 kjv....Remember Jeremiah said he cd not speak for i am just a child etc...ok lemme go
Before we take a decision about everything in our life we have to ask God first to advice us. He will find a way to bring His message to us. We have to wait until He answers back (and we have to be sure that He answered). We don't do a move unless He tells us to do so. All that obviously for serious reasons. We don't do our move hoping that that is God's will. It may be not. What makes us think it is? In the Book of Acts Paul and Silas went to Macedonia because the Spirit directed them towards there. If they went somewhere else they would have preached the gospel in vain. Sometimes a thing that seems to us to be the best thing to do, is not actually. When Lot chose the place near Sodome and Gomorrah because there was a lot of grass and water for his sheep, he couldn't have known that God was going to destroy those places in the future. At the time it seemed the best move, but it wasn't. We see the present but God sees the future.
Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, COUNSELLOR,The mighty God,The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
And now what? What do I do if I have done a mistake? Then I must know that God can find a way to fix it. But we have to wait and trust in the Lord (and have our ears open). He will eventually lead us to light again.
Isaiah 58:12 "And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in."
So what we do now is:
Isaiah 62:7 "And GIVE HIM NO REST, TILL HE ... establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.(or anything else)"
Stay strong in the Lord. He will do the best for you.
Isaiah 49:15-16 "Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee"
We are reminded of James once again in regard to the tongue and how dangerous it can be. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways ( James 1:8
There are also prophetic overtones once again; such as the character of the Antichrist in Dan. 11:32. We also see in the first verse that godly and faithful man fails and ceases. That reminds us of what happens when the restrainer is removed in 2 Thess. 2:6. Verse 4 seems to show a world thinking that they are without leadership (small lord). The verse about silver tried in a furnace of earth; purified seven times reminds us of the seven year Tribulation as well as the concept in Leviticus 26:18 for God's people.
Verse 7 shows preservation from this (possibly the last) generation. That could indicate a deliverance FROM the wicked; or THROUGH the Tribulation when the wicked reach their apex.
God knows how to preserve His children as we see the concept in 2 Peter 2:9 (also translated dtemptations) also it is clearer in Romans 1:16-17 where we are kept from the "wrath to come." Verse 5 reminds us that as Christ said "the poor will always be among you." ( Matt. 26:11). It appears that children will be restored according to Isaiah 49:25 as well as literal releasing of prisoners in Isaiah 51:14; although other verses can be applied to Christ freeing us from the prison of sin such as Isaiah 61:1-2 quoted by Christ.
These verses could have been penned by David with some of his own personal situation on his mind at least; but these broad promises certainly go beyond just being applied to David's situation as the Spirit inspired these passages in Psalms as in all scipture.
There is a sort of universal theme in this Psalm about asking where God is; as can be applied to David's life but more likely referring to times of exile. It also has overtones with the end times.
The verse about not being moved (v. 6) along with the statement "I shall never be in adversity" surely reminds us of Revelation 18:7; as well as with Jeremiah 5:12 and the false prophets.
Verse 11 reminds us as well of other passages when man reasons that God won't see what is going on (see Isaiah 49:14). Finally; verse 15 is also related to the Antichrist; as see in Zechariah 11:17 on the foolish shepherd along with; of course Revelation 13:3.
Verse 16 to 18 shows how wicked are removed; he meek inherit the earth; and God remembers the fatherless and oppressed (v. 18). Verse 12 to 14 further illustrate how God does provide for the needs of the poor and fatherless. (see Matthew 5:5).
All the concern about the poor being hunted down in verses 6 through 11 may be a reflection of David's humble beginnings and sufferings early on; that allowed compassion in his heart.
These scriptures; of course also are words the Spirit of God is speaking through David and is an encouragement to us and the glorious future for His people.
Love your testimony Sandhiya so encouraging. Ive put you on my prayer list and will agree in prayer Matt 18:19 for your seed sown, Titus 3:18. We may ask *FATHER* for any of the seven Spirits before the Throne WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING, COUNSEL, KNOWLEDGE, MIGHT, FEAR OF THE *LORD*, SPIRIT OF THE *LORD*.and experience great grace, even if already Holy *GHOST* filled Jude 20 Saint, tho feeling are not so important, like in Ephesians 2:6 decreed, just believing, hearing and doers, as you would know. SHALOM in *JESUS* precious Name Amen. See you in GLORY with our seed to welcome us or we welcome them. Isaiah 49:24,25. Malachi 4:3 I have experience the catching away by gifted 3x Visions and treasure them for sure as you can imagine, they were given me after a disciplining time.
5 Children and many Grandies so greatly treasure > Isaiah 49:24-25 24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, Or the captives of the righteous be delivered? 25 But thus says the Lord: "Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, And the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, And I will save your children. Hallelu *YAH* indeed so gloriously FAITHFUL. Psalm 19:12 been a shield too when a little unsure at all of anything said or omitted.Shalom again Saint.
Therefore; there is no more holding back judgment (See Jeremiah 15:1 for example). The "plumbline" is drawn ( Amos 7:7-9).
There is a distinct time frame where God says "enough" and Christ is set free with the righteous angels to procure judgment.
We see in the following chapters that in fact He uses Satan by giving him what he always wanted; control over the entire world.
Geographically; he doesn't gain all the territory; but surely with technology and his minions can enforce his mark worldwide through the 10 nations or regional confederacy that rule with him for "one hour". ( Rev. 17:12). It is an interesting sidenote; which I pointed out before about some who fight in the Ezekiel 38 war AGAINST Antichrist. Since one sixth survive it is possible that they did NOT recieve the mark of the Beast and have a chance at surviving into othe Millenium. In Isaiah 49:23 we see kings and queens being "nursing fathers" and mothers as it were (part of that obviously symbolic). In Jeremiah 31:16-17 we see further confirmation of this. This isn't the main point of the passage; but it shows how God may use captivity and even kidnapping to ultimately preserve the lives of children into the Millennium; the alternative being killed in Israel by Antichrist.
We need to see several larger themes here. God is using all this so that FINALLY as Christ is returning the nation will repent; and that in weeping. (see Zechariah 12:12). It seems hard to believe that the nations get it in regard to Christ and God in the sixth seal; and Israel remains blind that long. Romans 11:25 sheds some light on this; in regard to the "fullness of the Gentiles" which could be indicative of the Church Age ending; complete with the Rapture/Resurrections discussed previously.
Altogether; He uses Satan's own planning to draw men to the snare and trap of Armageddon where things come to a swift conclusion. No more delay can occur or no flesh would live ( Matt. 24:22

Hi Gail. Just as a quick background first: Isaiah chapters 49 to 57 are chapters which speak of the coming salvation through God's Servant-Messiah. As much as we see that Israel is spoken of, the intent of the message therein, is to show that it would only be through Israel that their Messiah would be revealed. We know that Israel as a nation always failed God in many ways, but God had not forsaken her, for through her would the Salvation of Israel & the World come. Many Jews (though not all) have recognized that the Messiah is spoken of here in Isaiah, particularly when you get to Isaiah 52:13 to Isaiah 53:1-12, but when the Messiah did come to them, they failed to recognize Him & killed Him. But death could not hold Him: His apostles would be spiritually energized to take the Good News to the world, especially the latterly converted Saul, that the World may have a chance to hear & receive God's Plan for forgiveness & redemption.
So when the Apostle Paul refers to Isaiah 49:8, he understood the general principle in Isaiah that the Messiah God would be willing to hear their cries for help - that His Mercy would come to Israel, as well to the Gentiles. And though Israel couldn't perceive who this Messiah would be, it was God Himself (the Redeemer of Israel: v7) through His Son, that would bring about a full salvation for all. So Paul could say, "that God was in Christ (the Messiah God), reconciling the world unto himself..."( 2 Corinthians 5:19) and begging the Corinthian believers that "ye receive not the grace of God in vain"; since Isaiah himself prophesied that God's day of salvation had now come & you Corinthians were blessed to receive it ( 2 Corinthians 6:1,2). Therefore, they should accept Paul's work on their behalf & to refuse sin, not allowing it into their lives & the Church, knowing, "the terror of the Lord" against all doers of evil ( 2 Corinthians 5:11; 2 Corinthians 6:14-18).
And said unto me,.... Both in the everlasting council, and when he made a covenant with him in eternity; when he found him and anointed him, and laid help on him; and also when he brought him, his first begotten, into the world, at his incarnation:
thou art my servant; of his choosing, appointing, calling, sending, bringing forth, and supporting; so he was as Mediator, especially in his estate of humiliation, when he appeared in the form of a servant, and came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and give his life a ransom for many; thereby to obtain redemption, which was the great work and service he was appointed to; which he readily undertook, and willingly and cheerfully engaged in, and diligently and faithfully performed; to whom justly belong the characters of an obedient, diligent, prudent, and faithful servant; in answering which he showed his regard to his Father's will, his love to his people, and his great humility and condescension:
O Israel; a name of Christ, and which properly belongs to him, being the antitype of Jacob or Israel; the Head and representative of the whole Israel of God; who was of Israel according to the flesh, and an Israelite indeed in a spiritual sense, and was only sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Israel is a name of the church, often given to it in this prophecy; Christ and his church, by virtue of the union between them, have the same names; as she is sometimes called by his names, Christ, and the Lord our righteousness, so he is here called by her name Israel, 1 Corinthians 12:12
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
Isaiah 66:5
Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
Isaiah 54:4
Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
Isaiah 49:23
And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
Ezra 8:22
For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him.
Ezekiel 32:30
There be the princes of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, which are gone down with the slain; with their terror they are ashamed of their might; and they lie uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword, and bear their shame with them that go down to the pit.
Ezekiel 43:11
And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, shew them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof: and write it in their sight, that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
This passage is a clear reference to the Millennium period. Children are said to be born in verse 20; and taken LITERALLY sons and daughters will be brought from captivity and kings and queens will take care of them (clearly the men won't do nursing so that is symbolic in verse 23.)
This theme actually starts in verse 17 and all the captive are to be returned according to verse 25; no doubt including all prisoners as other verses indicate. These; no doubt will be the ones to give PHYSICAL offspring so that clearly there is a period before this earth is destroyed completely by fire for the fullness of offspring and the land to occur. The dealings with the wicked in verse 25 and 26 show the period of time AFTER Armageddon; and in fact is the way Christ will deal with rebellion in the 1000 year reign; with swift judgment.
The beginning section deals with the prisoners being released (verse 9); and general themes that the Messiah will prophetically fulfill in that time. The reaching out to the Gentiles in verse 6; along with the rest of the text shows a double fulfillment; both in the initial ministry of Christ bringing them to salvation (primarily later on in the Book of Acts as the church is established); but also of course the absolute rule over the earth when nations through force will bow down and give reverence due. Verse 10 shows a parallel passage with the 144, 000 who are in heaven after their suffering during the Tribulation and verse 11 shows the real PHYSICAL changes on the topography of the earth. There will also be routes to surrounding nations as seen in verse 11 and elsewhere; where Egypt and Assyria are mentioned.
May I answer with humility my understanding. The scripture covering the creation of Adam in Genesis 2 is not the same creation of mankind on day six. Looking at Hebrew words, 'asah translated made, denoting something produced, as a work. Hebrew word bara', translated created, with the same implication as to work in all of Genesis 1, that God rested from on the seventh day.
There is a different word used in Genesis 2 for Adam, yatsar, formed meaning to fashion or form for a purpose. This is the same word found in Isaiah 43:21 proclaiming Israel to be 'the people I formed, (yatsar) for Myself', the purpose, to be a light to the nations, Isaiah 49:6. Before the resurrection, only the house of Israel had a covenant with God. John 4:22, Adam's purpose was the bloodline to the Last Adam Jesus.
We see the word ha-'adamah (the ground) now with the creation of Adam in Genesis 2:7, was not the Hebrew word 'erets meaning earth, land, countries, used in Genesis 1. The Hebrew word -eh (field) means field, land, agriculture, which brings in Genesis 2:5 the plants of the field was not in the earth as of yet because there was not a man to till it, husbandry, Adam.
The word translated till is the Hebrew word avad only translate here as till but the meaning is to work and serve, translated 141 times serve, and 7 times worship. What we serve and work at, we worship. Our walk is to till, same as a garden, we plow the field, we plant the seeds, we water, and God brings forth the harvest.
I thank the Lord for reminding me who I was before I trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Saviour. I praise His love for the lost and His desire for all to be saved.
My prayer is for our nation and our leaders, may they find the wisdom of the Lord through His salvation. Lord bless our nation as we go through this pandemic and shortage of goods and supplies. Teach us to love and give you thanks for answered prayers. February 5, 2022

Psalms 105:8-11 Isaiah 42:6 Isaiah 49:8 Isaiah 49:6 Romans 15:8 Galatians 3:17 Hebrews 13:20 I could list many more. The word confirm does not mean make, it shows us the covenant already existed. Confirm means to strengthen, to be stronger.
God made a covenant with Abraham and Abraham said God would provide Himself a Lamb, Genesis 22:7-8, was Jesus this Lamb, Isaiah 53:7 John 1:29 Revelation 5:6. This covenant is with many, Zechariah 2:11 Isaiah 53:11 Matthew 20:28 Matthew 26:28 Romans 5:15,19.
Hebrews 9.
God bless,

19:15; Psalm 2:7-9).

..... Isaiah 49:23...Kings shall be your nursing fathers and Queens shall be your nursing mothers...Kings and Queens are just symbolic language for men and women that have birth this man Child the H.G the New Birth...The spirit of truth that is gonna rule all nations has to be born in us...The Kingdom does not come till the woman gives BIRTH to the manchild that spirit of truth that is gonna reprove this whole world of sin and judgement and righteousness ....But in time this anointing will teach you all things...K
.....Thats y the spirit of truth cannot speak of him self for a season....He has to be born in us via the seed of Jesus thus he is just an spiritual infant...And infants cannot speak for a while...But this Child is the real heir and he is lord of all but is under governors and tutors for a season...Till the time appointed of the father...Gal.4:1 kjv....Remember Jeremiah said he cd not speak for i am just a child etc...ok lemme go
Before we take a decision about everything in our life we have to ask God first to advice us.
GBU

Have a blessed weekend.
Therefore, they should accept Paul's work on their behalf & to refuse sin, not allowing it into their lives & the Church, knowing, "the terror of the Lord" against all doers of evil ( 2 Corinthians 5:11; 2 Corinthians 6:14-18).
thou art my servant; of his choosing, appointing, calling, sending, bringing forth, and supporting; so he was as Mediator, especially in his estate of humiliation, when he appeared in the form of a servant, and came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and give his life a ransom for many; thereby to obtain redemption, which was the great work and service he was appointed to; which he readily undertook, and willingly and cheerfully engaged in, and diligently and faithfully performed; to whom justly belong the characters of an obedient, diligent, prudent, and faithful servant; in answering which he showed his regard to his Father's will, his love to his people, and his great humility and condescension:

Israel is a name of the church, often given to it in this prophecy; Christ and his church, by virtue of the union between them, have the same names; as she is sometimes called by his names, Christ, and the Lord our righteousness, so he is here called by her name Israel, 1 Corinthians 12:12

You will get the Bible explanation without church doctrines.
Other possible Scriptures to consider: Isaiah 49:16; Proverbs 3:5,6.
