Those who understand the scripture and interpret dem to others who are also willing to believe and be saved as seen in the bible where joseph interpreted the king dream. Such have some qualities dat differenciate them from the others.

Of note is that this theme speaks also in Isaiah 52:7; a Messianic theme is apparent. My personal blessing in this verse is the renewal of joy when I am reminded, by word or deed, of the Good News of my salvation through Yeshua, our Redeemer, and Redeemer of Israel.

Reference on Matthew 4:24-25 is Isaiah 52:13. Then I read verses Is 52:13-15 and I was astonished. This prophecy is full of truth. It does not lost nothing of its significance for about 26 centuries. How is it possible. I must quote it:
13 Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for [that] which had not been told them shall they see; and [that] which they had not heard shall they consider.

they sold their themselves into captivity,,, and they were to be redeemed with money ,,,,Christ was the great redeemer ,,,Christ did this on his own freewill ,,,,he was not obligated to redeem us ,,,He went to the cross alone ,,,,
