Discuss Jeremiah 1 Page 4

Thank you for your perspective on my ponderings. Being a child in the Spiritual world I have so many things to learn and absorb. This is a path I treasure walking each and every day.

God lives outside of time. Flip over a bowl on a flat surface and you will see it. Genesis 1:1 the first thing the triune Godhead (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) did was to CREATE time. "In Beginning" God sees everything. He gives us free will. Were not robots. Bad things happen to us. He's not going to subvert choices, we or others make concerning us. He's given us his living Word to guide us. Adam & Eve chose to eat that fruit fully knowing they were not to. We are all vulnerable to bad choices unless we decide to live the known will of God toward us. "To give us an expected end". God is a loving Father. Earth is not our forever home. Follow Jesus. Ask anyone who has trusted Him.

In Jeremiah chap. 1 it mentions the name Jaalzani Who was this?

How did God know me before I was in the womb? Was I in Heaven or of this Earth?

His word is life

Regarding Exodus 4:11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
also, Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
Also, the man born blind John 9:3 "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.
Is God responsible for babies being born deaf, dumb, blind? or with other disabilities? I am also thinking about John the Baptist who had the Holy Spirit in the womb and already being chosen, etc. etc.

Again, the day, hour, arrived and GOD carry out HIS WILL because....verse 16 And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshiped the works of their own hands....This chapter shows us GOD calling Jeremiah to deliver the message of GOD to those that forsaken GOD. GOD knows the battle or people, Jeremiah will confront so GOD assures Jeremiah through verse 19... 19 And they shall fight against thee but they shall not prevail against thee for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee..... 2020 is a repeat of that day and with GOD STRENGTH standing alone in our daily battle shall be the norm.

God chose, called and ordained him before he was born to prohesy to the nation. God wouldnt have called and chosen him if he knew he couldn't accomplish it. The enemy loves to use fear on us to keep us from walking in God's will. Its one of his greatest weapons. You will fear fear but fight through it. God is with us and will empower us to do great things.

Hey Matt, scripture has alot to say about abortion. Simple answer, it's murder and an atrocious sin. Please read these passages. Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 139:13-16, Job 10:8-12, 31:15, Isaiah 44:2, Psalm 127:2, Deuteronomy 27:25 30:19, Exodus 20:13. Scripture is clear that God has formed and made us all, and knows us in our mothers womb. So to kill that undelivered child is abomination in Gods eyes

Jeremiah was GOD fore telling of Judha downfall as well as the others around them for not being obeiant to GOD ,s commandments He was the first person GOD gave instruction to tell others beside the Jewish of their on destruction

I Jeremiah confirms all my convictions,I have fallen in my 69years many times but l have seen and experienced salvation by the HAnD of God and the Arch Angels proven to me I am not alone,we are not alone.In Christ Jesus Amen.

To God be the Glory! He told me through other prophets as well as a visitation from God that he knew me before he placed me in my mothers womb.I feel so blessed..but not worthy.Thank you all for your Godly comments.

God knows his children even before they were born he knew everything about them , once your chosen by God no one can stop your blessing

God had called many but has chosen some even before natural birth into this world. God already had saw into your future and knew your heart was to love and you never knew the anointing God had place on your life because of rejection etc and GOD knew you would say what HE SAID and take no GLORY . You would be an instrument used only by GOD wholeheartedly withholding nothing.

Our life is a warfare,satan and his followers is fighting every believer but they shall not succeed because God has said so in verse 19

If in the calling of Jeremiah, we all see our own calling in Christ; it is because of the Divine Calling of the LORD's Anointed the Saviour, the great Antitype of all Prophets and Saints. The things told to Jeremiah, we can and should apply to ourselves; for why else were they written? And they have all their fulfillment in the Lord Jesus Christ! As we study these words, pray them in and believe!

Verse 5: God has an interest in each individual even before they are born.

Insight777; Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 26 for starters, tells us quite clearly that defiance and disobedience and indifference incurs God's wrath, especially toward those to whom the most has been entrusted! God is willing to forgive us and save us when we repent and change our ways, for Jesus' sake who loved us and died in our place. But to the defiant and unrepentant wicked no salvation!

Jer.1:9"Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth" Looks like God speaking through Jeremiah to me. It is the Lord God that plots against Judah. You really should stop putting Satan in God's place in verse by using words: Lord man, "god" to describe Satan.

Insight777; 1) Jeremiah was one of the last Prophets to be sent to speak to Judah and Jerusalem, before the carry away of Babylon, and the commencement of the Times of the Gentiles. 2) Jeremiah was of the family of the priests, not Benjamin, and not Judah; our Lord came through the house of Judah. 3) Read the 2nd Psalm; it is God who will set up His King upon the throne of Israel and the world.

Jeremiah is a prophet of the future but Jesus said beware of Benjaminite wolves. Is the Lord God speaking through Jeremiah, the Father of Jesus? No. The true God does not plot the destruction of Judah. This Lord man "god" calls for the death of all Jews in order to rule Jerusalem and the world.

"And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices." From the coast of Israel the Angel's back is to the north: ( Jeremiah 1:14) "Out of the north an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land." The Chronicle.

The message for this lost and dying world is to preach and teach about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and how He saves!
