"And the evening and the morning were the sixth day."

Here we shall consider the significance of the number Six. God blessed His creation and also placed him in charge, "Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet" (Ps.8:6). His blessings are irrevocable. Thus the Spirit explains the word of God and his holiness to which we shall mention his faith in particular. If anyone should deny it he makes God a liar. "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." (1 John 2:4) Faith without works is dead and Jesus gave a direct answer to what one means by works of God. It is to believe in the Son who whom he sent. The son of perdition is tagged by number 666, indicating he is damned. For this reason the Spirit gives us a clue. Satan has found a body as in the case of the serpent in the fall of man, and the beast and the false prophet are embodiment of it. In the vision of St John, "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet./ For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world,"(Re.16:13-14) Number 6 is a tag for the body spirit and soul.

Coming back to the everlasting covenant between God and Man we read in the Ch.2 thus." And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it:"(Ge.2:3). This seventh 'day' is the culmination, the point their covenant comes in effect. What remains a day decreed for the Son. (Ps.2:7)

For this reason we have the word of God, "And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good." When God and Man have both found the articles we considered hitherto as good who shall contradict it? (1 Pe.1:19). We have been purchased by the blood of the Lamb. The slain Lamb in the divine Will is same as Jesus Christ is same yesterday, today and forever.

About the current END of the time, at July 7, 2020 I opened a tpic in the site of baptistboard, as follow:

Topic: NATION shall rise against NATION ... G7 will be DISSOLVED?

Discussion in 'Other Christian Denominations' started by Oseas3, Jul 7, 2020.

The END of the World is at door, but is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

G7, and G20, and EU, and UNO, among others Entities, will be DISSOLVED henceforward. Day after day, the happenings of the World will run in this way.

The heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word were kept in store, reserved unto fire against THIS DAY OF JUDGMENT and perdition of ungodly men.

Seeing then that all these things shall be DISSOLVED, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the Day of God - this Lord's Day - , wherein the heavens being on FIRE - it is not material fire - shall be DISSOLVED, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless the God's people, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, BE DILIGENT that you may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

1John 2:v.28 - And now, little children, abide in Him; that, when He shall appear, all may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

In Christ JESUS, KING of kings and LORD of lords

    Your fellow in Christ

    Hi Frankie,

Thank you for your response, your words of encouragement mean a lot to me, as well all the relevant scripture regarding worshiping God in Spirit and Truth, and overcoming sin. I agree with all, and if we our honest with ourselves and take the time to evaluate our true walk with Christ we should be conforming to the scripture you mentioned such as 2 Corinthians 5:17 and 1 John 1:5-6 and if born again should have a mind like Christ 1 Corinthians 2:16

Scripture tells us we can have a mind like Christ! Not conformed to this world, but have renewed minds, and prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2 Sinning is not acceptable to God, and for Christians to maintain the steady drum beat that they can't stop sinning is unbelievable per all of the scripture telling us that we are required STOP sinning, even including Jesus telling us that with Faith nothing is impossible for us! Matt 17:20

We are supposed to be as HOLY as Jesus and walk like him.Through the Spirit of God we CAN stop sinning. He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 1 John 2:6 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. Matthew 12:50 The Bible emphasises several times that we are supposed to be holy:Ye shall be holy: for I theLordyour God am holy. Leviticus 19:2

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Matt 5:48 Frankie, I think we can both agree that being perfect is without sin. But the multitude of worldly Christains say they can't ever be perfect and will always be sinners in this life - so they are saying Jesus/God is lying in Matt 5:48 and they are not accepting this Truth!

Even Jesus Christ the son of God HIMSELF had to put up with this mingled condition even within his own band of disciples!

Judas Iscariot the thief and betrayer of Jesus Christ.

1 John 2:19 (KJV) 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

1Jn 2:19 These false teachers were professing Christians who once associated with the apostles. However, in heart they were not really one with true believers, and they showed this by going out from the fellowship. If they had been of us, they would have continued with us. Here we learn that true faith always has the quality of permanence. If a man has really been born again, he will go on for the Lord. It does not mean that we are saved by enduring to the end, but rather that those who endure to the end are really saved. The false teachers went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.

According to the GOD's Word, what needs to happen first?Exactly what is written in Revelation 18:1-5,i.e.the Judgment of the Great Whore,as follows:

1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried (will cry) mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

The Antichrist was born and rose up from the own Church.Yes, the birthplace or the cradle of Antichrist, was the own Church, unfortunately. 1John 2:19- They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us:but they went out,

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and GOD hath remembered her iniquities.

Just after the fall of Babylon the marriage of the Lamb will be celebrated, yes, the marriage of the Lamb comes and the wife of the Lamb will make herself ready, the Bride will make herself ready for this wonderful event,Hallelujah! And to her was granted that she be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white:for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

AFTER THE JUDGMENT OF BABYLON- Revelation 19:1-10

1-I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying,Alleluia; Salvation, and Glory, and Honour, and Power, unto the Lord our GOD:

2 For true and righteous are His Judgments: for He hath Judged the Great Whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of His servants at her hand.

    Ze.8:21-23 (2 of 2)

    "In Those Days"

Zion on which the house of the God of Jacob is founded refers to the latter temple in heaven. The law,- and the word of the Lord, consequently is what drives the temple program and is going on in heaven. So when Jesus said, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up./Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?/But he spake of the temple of his body." ( John 2:19-21).

Thus there is no temple in the conventional sense and Jerusalem is synonymous with other cities judged by God. (Re.11:8).. For this reason the vision of the solid Golden Candlestick in Ze.4 is very crucial. Every believer who abides in Christ must show fruits. He is being fed from the fullness of the seven spirits and he has also two witnesses: his spirit and soul attesting what is his calling. He is priest as well as king unto God in the Son.

Lastly the symbol of mountain spoken by Isaiah is in the context of the Son who isthe rock cut not with hands in the vision interpreted by Daniel. The saints redeemed from the earth are part of the rock and when the apostate church is smashed along with world government nothing of it shall remain. Only the saints shall be left behind to inherit the kingdom of light. It is of the latter days, 'in those days' the earth is under new management: the kingdom of dear Son. What these two passages refer is the Millennium Reign of the latter days.

from your answer, you used the words "should lead a life of obedience" this is in character of today's Christianity

would you agree that those who reject the Grace of God appearance in them, not believing that it is He who is speaking to them in their hearts, the conviction of sin & of righteousness are deluded in their false hopes of salvation? Though they may zealously profess themselve born again Christians, contrary to Truth Rom 6 1John 3:9, who continuing in unbelief & sin for life, not believing that all things are possible with God. including a state of sinlessness, which includes becoming a partaker of His divine nature having escape the corruption of this world through lust, "a past tense" statement, reaching a state of Grace perfection were love is perfected in them according to

    1John 2:5-6 1John 5:18 Rom 8:29

For we know that God is the same yesterday & today & forever meaning

His Word Isa 55:11 which is the Word of Faith that Paul preached. Rom 10:11

In Holy Spirit commanded exhortation in 1Cor 15:34

If one believes to never expects to reach a state of perfection of the Divine Nature in this life, than its stands to Scripture & sound reasoning that, that person have not receive the true knowledge of God, but a form of godliness without the power, an image without the Spirit & the Life of the Son of God, for the nature of true saving faith purifies the heart, which faith is held in a pure conscience by which

The Blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin, redeem from all iniquity, & implants the divine nature were one sins no more.

    Hi Jim,

I agree with you on some very excellent points. In particular you stated: "it is also an active response from the heart of a person who truly desires to accept Christ as Savior"

It's all about us being Active! Many "modern day christians" will disagree and say they have to do nothing, it's all on Christ. It's simple, if we don't respond to Christ and take action that he commands- we don't get our salvation!

There are many actions we are required to take after we accept Jesus as our saviour, like

Picking up our cross, thats a daily action.

Repenting from sin, a daily action.

Turning our backs on the world, a daily action.

Showing love and serving our fellow man, a daily action.

    Praying is a daily action.

Following God's/Jesus Commandments, a daily action.

I could go on, but it's easy to see that if we accept Christ as our saviour and we have the Holy Spirit we will be very busy serving Him.

On the other hand, if we say we are saved and living worldly lives, we are only fooling ourselves. 1John 2:15

    Parenthesis

While speaking of the unpardonable sin against the Holy Ghost it is as though coming from Trinity. (Matt.12:31-32). 'Therefore I say unto you' in v.31 is from the Son and the following verse is from the Father. This coming from the Holy Ghost would go against his own narrative mode. In the Gospel of John Jesus speaking about the Holy Ghost speaks thus," Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.( John 16:13). 'He shall not speak of himself'. For this reason it is implied that the Trinity is witnessing the unpardonable sin is accounted on anyone who disregards the warning.

There is a time lapse, which is not because God is slow in hearing the prayers of a saint. The Holy Ghost the third office organizes the will of God according to the Word so the timing is perfect. In Daniel's case the angel of his Presence had to attend what changes in the light of his request. "The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia," (Dan.10:13-ESV).This mode of parenthesis ought to inform the length breadth and depth of Power and Wisdom of God.

The intent of the word wide web also throws light on the Law. "The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple."(Ps.19:7) Jesus obeyed the will of his Father and it was not only in big events like his death and resurrection but in obedience to the word. Marriage at Cana has this" "Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come."( John 2:4), and this, "Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready." ( John 7:6). "And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified."( John 12:23)

    OSAS: Proper respect for leadership.

In my last post I ended with a discussion of the legalism of the Pharisees; as well as those that have what I call "sloppy Agape" or attempt to gloss over sin and use grace and forgiveness of all past; present and future sins as their excuse. In both of these cases at least for those who remain in a church fellowship we see an idolization of the Pastor most often who no doubt is contributing to one or the other error mentioned here. A true believer would move on if there is heresy coming from one of their own (see Acts 20:30). Justifying self righteousness is aided; of course when someone is financially well to do and credits the church leadership that promises "sowing a seed" will add to prosperity for all (whether or not they are giving a large sum themselves). The opposite of this are those widows and old ladies who are fleeced to their last dollar mesmerized by a Pastor who promises health and happiness with obedience and warns against not doing this despite what common sense would otherwise show.

This first paragraph assumes corrupt leadership. Another sign of our faith is respecting elders and pastors who ARE feeding the flock and tending the sheep properly. (see 1 Timothy 5:17). Disrespect of such authority often mainfests in impatience if a sermon runs 5 minutes late; frustration when genuine financial needs are brought up; lack of participation and interest in prayer and doing service projects in the church and for the comunity; etc. Beyond this; the admonitions of 1 John about loving the brethren are ignored (see 1 John 4:20). Such parishioners will sometimes leave; and we shouldn't strive to force them to stay.

There are others attempting to spread false doctrines which were of course never part of the true flock (see 1 John 2:19). They may leave but if not need to be dealt with lest they be a cancer that affects the whole flock (see warning in Galatians 5:9).

    Study of Re.12:1-14 (4 of 4)

The warning of Jesus to seven churches include these false brethren. For example this v. "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:"(Re.3:17) He already knows who are his and who are not. For those incorrigible we have this warning,"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time./ They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us."(1 John 2:18-19)

    Re.12:6-14

    Into The Wilderness

"And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, "

Here the Spirit uses the fall of man as the springboard to her redemption, which is indicated with the place where she is nourished for a time. Earthly ministry of Jesus is established there so when St Paul speaks of strong meat it is to gospel he is referring. "And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ."(1 Co.3:10)

The place prepared for her as God warned Eve is the ground from which man was taken and her conception shall be accompanied with sorrow. It is cursed because of their disobedience. "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children;"(Ge.3:16) Even so God has made provisions for them so Isaiah's quote 'Glorify ye God in the fires' (Is.24:15) is very relevant for us. Is the wilderness experience terrible if God is in control over you? ""Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her."(Ho.2:14) What we see in our times is the folly of man without God.

    (To Be continued)

OSAS and the family of God and how we are saved to be part of the Body of Christ as well as individually

Revelation 19:14 states: "and the armies in heaven, clothed in [b]fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses".

Revelation 2:26-27 says 26 "And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father."

Perhaps a reminder of the exhortation of 1 John 2:10 is needed at this point. "He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him." The next verse states the opposite state of a soul who hates his brother; that is being in darkness. We are adopted sons and daughters ( Ephesians 1:5 and many other verses) and part of something vastly bigger than ourselves. If we are saved we are no longer our own ( 1 Cor. 6:19) and bought with a price. Therefore our commission and omission of transgressions affects not only us but others in our midst as well; particularly true in regard to the body of Christ. Salvation itself; therefore in order to be genuine begins to give the true convert a sense of being "seated in heavenly places" ( Eph. 2:6). That verse shows how we are in that state together as well in the Body of Christ not just as individuals.

What matters to those who the Godhead dwells ( John 14:23) is the Lord's concerns. Note that keeping God's Word is a part of the verse indicating those who are truly possessed by the Holy Ghost. God gets all the glory and does all the work; but we are responsible to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Phillipians 2:12) demonstrating our inner heart through our outer actions and works. The persevering is part of God's work of sanctification; but of course we need to be demonstrating good works predestined for us to do from the foundation of the world ( Ephesians 2:10).

    Third Day (2 of 3)

As a mode of narrating the Salvation Plan of God we have the eternal word of God served as a pattern as God showed Moses in the wilderness. In v.2 the Spirit informs us that the earth was without form, and void. Its key however is to be spiritually discerned. It is thus the Spirit has associated the passage already cited in Ps.139:15-16. The Spirit consistently follows a pattern where the body of the earth is set on the standard of the Son to which several passages owe affinity. So when Jesus says, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. "( John 2:19) there exists an inner logic that cannot be denied. This key is freely given by the Father of lights with whom there is no variableness ."And by him all things consist. This wisdom from heaven is Person specific. (1 Co.1:30)

In Mathematics, a pattern is a repeated arrangement of numbers, shapes, colours and so on. This pattern can be related to any type of event like throw of a dice or object but for which Game theory and Chaos theory would not exist. If the set of numbers are related to each other in a specific rule, then the rule or manner is called a pattern. It is thus the deity of Jesus has been worked into the narrative so nation of Israel and of the Gentiles do not exist but in the Son.Sometimes, patterns are also known as a sequence. (As a result of supernovae, heavier elements are expelled helter-skelter, breakdown of which are however in sequence. It is this we need look at seven days each shall create its own sequence but has a bearing on the Son.

    Friends,

In Peter stating "no prophecy of the Scripture", then explains what he's referring to in the next verse, "but holy men of God spake as they were " MOVED by the HOLY GHOST "

He's speaking of the Holy Spirit voice speaking in our hearts, 2Cor 4:6, which "Treasure we have in these earthen vessels", that Peter refers to 2Peter 1:19 "a light that shines in a dark place" 1John 2:27 it's the sure Word of prophecy This is how they received the faith that we are earnestly to contend for Jude 1:3 believing that it is He speaking to us, "the Word of Faith" that's near us even in our hearts & in our mouth, that Paul preached. Rom 10:17 the Living Word, Christ, not the letter, but His Spirit.

For the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy Rev 19:10 by which the Scriptures were received & written , 2 Tim 3:16

It's the Spirit of Grace appearance, refer to in John 1:9, that Peter is referring to as the sure Word, for He will speak the same meaning of the Scriptures to all, which He inspired. John 16:13

For all that would submit to Him, He will bring into the unity of the Faith of the Son of God as it was in the beginning

    Acts 4:32

This present "thread" is an witness against all of you of His lack of inspiration among you,

Given forth for no other reason, but to awaken you to the reality of your condition, that you may recover from her cup.

    The value of human life.

Recently; I was given a survey by a pro life organization which asked me about various issues. I stated that all lives; whether born children; elderly or those in the womb should be valued. We clearly live in a suicidal culture where anything of value has been cheapened; and the value of a traditional marriage seems to have been removed as a serious concept. We face challenges from those who would terminate the life of the elderly with "assisted suicide" not just for unbearable pain but for those with various psychological issues. We see unborn life to be considered "parasites" by those in the trending values of society. No doubt the cheap thrills of drugs and the trivialization of the value of life through violent anime has blurred reality from fiction and allowed youth to have less restraint on taking another life to justify their "manifesto" or just in robbing someone of a few dollars.

In the scripture; we know that God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked ( Ezekiel 18:23). He judges according to His standards. Deutoronomy 30:19 encourages us to choose life and that benefits our descendants as well (loosely translated). It also gives a choice for cursings or blessings. Joshua 24:15 states to choose who you will serve and later in the verse states "as for me and my house we will serve the Lord."

More homes need this as their standard. Children clearly need care to a certain age; but there are times when unacceptable behavior and disrespect for authority may force the issue and they need to be removed until repentant. The fear of the Lord needs to be something along with respect that obviously is missing in many homes today. Proper firmness is needed and we need to show as parents that if we love God we obey His commandments. ( John 15:10; 1 John 2:3). Proper love means discipline; we cannot follow permissiveness as Proverbs 13:24 states; there are verses that say the soul is saved ( Prov. 19:18) with discipline.

Jude 1:3,4 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the COMMON SALVATION, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should EARNESTLY CONTEND FOR THE FAITH which was ONCE DELIVERED ONTO THE SAINTS. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the GRACE of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Eph 2:1-10 And you hath HE QUICKENED, who were DEAD IN TRESPASSES AND SINS; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were DEAD IN SINS, hath QUICKENED US together with Christ, (by GRACE ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his GRACE in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by GRACE are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT OF GOD: NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast. For we are HIS WORKMANSHIP, created in Christ Jesus UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath BEFORE ORDAINED that we should WALK IN THEM.

Gal 2:16 Knowing that a man is NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW, but by the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be JUSTIFIED BY THE FAITH OF CHRIST, and not by the WORKS OF THE LAW: for by the WORKS OF THE LAW shall NO FLESH BE JUSTIFIED.

2 Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE:---

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do KNOW that we KNOW HIM, if we KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS.

    Alpha and Omega (2of 2)

Thus Law of the Spirit is contrary to the Law of Sin.(Ro.7:22-25). From whence did this knowledge come to St Paul? "For I delight in the law of God after the inward man."

Is it not by courtesy of God breathing into man who is representative of whole mankind? By one man sin entered into the world and by the same token by one man's obedience, any man through faith may claim eternal life. "That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord."(Ro.5:21) This same correspondence existing between man with the Son of man is linked to the Father Son relationship. It is thus grace that came by Jesus Christ places us upon the bedrock of truth. 'Thy word is truth'. It is thus we say, "He that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also." (1 John 2:23) This is validated in heaven." For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."( 1 John 5:7)

That God may be all in all has its beginning from the truth written in our inward parts. For this reason the wandering of the Israelites in the wilderness is a kangaroo event of our lives as pilgrims and sojourners towards the city that has foundations and whose maker and builder is God.

In the penultimate chapter of the Book of the Revelations what is the earth and heaven? Is it not all new since the saints redeemed from the earth are part of the city of God and their POV has changed? So what do they from the world of the Spirit say: "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; "(Re.21:1).The next verse is from John in the world of the body, "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband."(v.2) Accordingly what we read in latter half of this chapter is bird's eye view of John from the world of the Spirit. (Re.21:24)

    To all

One of the most if not the greatest warnings from JESUS for exactly these current days is Matthew 25:6: -> 6 And at midnight(isn't it a NEW TURN turn of GOD's Day, 2Peter 3:8?) there was a cry made; Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him.

Are you really going although your lamp is trimming? By the way, the beginning of sorrows is already running- Matthew 24:3-8.

The bridegroom will came very soon and the door will be shut, therefore, those which are ready will go in with Him to the marriage- Revelation 19:7-9 , take a look. The door will be shut for ever.

By the way, all GOD's people must remember Acts 1:11 - Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same JESUS, which is taken up from you into heaven(into the 3rd heaven), shall so COME IN LIKE MANNER as ye have seen Him go into heaven(3rd heaven, that is the next world- Luke 20:35-36. Take a look). JESUS was on Mount called Olivet in the day when He was taken up, right? It was around year 33AD and now shall COME in like manner, right? after two Days, right? Hosea 6:2-3 and John 2:19-Take a look- , and the SAME CLOUD that received Him will again be there in His return, understand? For better understand, compare with Matt.17:5 and Isaiah 4:5.

What does the Word of GOD say? The Word is GOD, self-executing, understand? The Word says: Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. Dan.12:v.12 - Yeah, day 1335, the Ineffable, Wonderful, Indescribable, Unspeakable day, the day 1.335. Hallelujaaah!!! It means: 45 days after the period of 1290 days. Get ready you all as JESUS WARNED: Matt. 25: 6-13.

May our Lord GOD bless and keep us, and give us His protection, now, and for ever.

    Amen

    Psalm 1:4 the chaff

"And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper./The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away".(vv.3-4)

Ungodly are those who have not the Son. (1 John 2:23). We see several examples in the history of Israel where they made light of the commandments of God. "Be ye holy for I am holy."

How did the sons of Aaron serve God?

"And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not./ And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord./Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the Lord spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace."(Le.10:1-3)

When God presented his Son to the world it was not as a teacher but as the Savior of the world. ( John 3:16) "And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him." (He. 1:6). Without giving glory to God and his Word we pride of belonging as citizens of nations. How nations flounder under their own conceit? "Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit. Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the LORD. (Je.2:11-13)

It pleased God the Father that in Jesus Christ should all fullness dwell. (Col.1:18) So our witnessing can only work with the true Light where he is the Way.

The chaff is what will-worship wants to achieve as against God and his glory above all.

The scripture below is truth, and it convicts all those that believe as you.

1 John 2: "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Matthew 19:17 "And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments."

Revelation 22:14"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

Jesus spoke to apostle John in this verse above in Revelation 22:14 approximately 60 years after His death on the cross, and about 18 years after apostle Pauls death. Jesus knew what Paul preached, and he preached the same gospel as Christ! Paul did not cancel any of God's commandments, he and all of the apostles followed them during their lives. Do you really believe you are favored over and above Christ and His apostles, they followed the Commandments but now you and others today feel you don't have to. Really.

Lastly, I do not believe we can continue this discussion as your beliefs conflict with the scripture, and your popular modern day take on salvation 2Tim 4:3 is only deceiving to those that are not living in God's Spirit. 1 John 3:24 God's Salvation is not a buffet to pick and choose what scripture that you believe, and what scripture you will ignore!

I pray that God's Spirit will eventually convict you, and some others here, to actually pick up your cross and follow Christ, which will result in obedience, and a desire to follow Gods Commandments, and turn away from this sinful and deceived world. Matt 16:24

Are the "commandments" you are referring to the Old Testament laws, especially the Ten Commandments, or are they commands or charges given by Christ?

The book of Galatians addressed this legalism, and one might conclude that Paul defeated the teachers of legalism so effectively that the issue would never trouble the church again. History and experience prove otherwise! Legalism has become so important a part of Christendom that most people believe that it actually belongs.

Let's examine them one at a time. In regards to 1 John 2:4

Those who understand "knowing" in reference to salvation insist that assurance of salvation comes by obeying either the Old Testament laws or the commands of Christ in the New Testament. Those of the Reformed covenant persuasion generally see commandments as referring to the Ten Commandments, which they believe are still binding on believers as a rule of life. Interestingly, the word translated commandments is not the Greek nomos, which John reserves for the Mosaic Law. It is rather entole, meaning order, command, or change. Dispensationalists, on the other hand, do not believe the Law of Moses is binding upon believers today as a rule of life, as the way by which God deals with His people ( 2Co 3:7-11; Heb 7:11-14).*[For a full discussion of the contrasts between covenantism and dispensationalism, see Renald E. Showers, There Really Is a Difference (Bellmawr, NJ "Twenty-First Century Biblical Commentary". Marion, IA: Laridian, Inc., 2021.

All Scripture including all of Paul's letters to the churches are inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit and Jesus do not contradict each other. Paul wrote in Colossians 2:16 (KJV) Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Hence why majority of Christians do not believe the Law of Moses is binding upon believers today as a rule of life, as the way by which God deals with His people ( 2Co 3:7-11; Heb 7:11-14).

To believe as you do you would have to be very deceived to completely ignore tons of bible scripture regarding God's commandments.

1 John 2:4 "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him

Matthew 5:19 "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

1 John 3:24 "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us."

Jesus knows who really loves Him. John 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Jesus kept His Father Commandments, and if we are REAL Christ Followers, we will pick up our cross and follow Christ including doing what He did - and follow God's Commandments.

Lastly, here is Jesus telling us that we need to follow God's Commandments is we wish to have eternal life. Revelation 22:14"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

So, you are basically telling others on this site to ignore Jesus and God, and much of the bible scripture!

    Hi Dgjot

    Praise GOD

What does the Word of GOD say for this current time, the seventh and last Day, the Lord's Day, or seventh and last millennium? The Word is GOD, self-executable, understand?

    Romans 6:2-3

2 Do ye not know that the saints shall Judge the WORLD? and if the WORLD shall be Judged by you(we), are ye(we) unworthy to Judge the smallest matters?

3 Know ye not that we shall Judge angels (ANGELS of the Churches: Revelation 2:2; and 2:9; and 2:14-17; and 2:20; and 3:1-3; and 3:7-8; and 3:14-18)? How much more things that pertain to this life?

    Daniel 7:22

22 ... and Judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the Kingdom.

    Revelation 11:15-18

15 ... The kingdoms OF THIS WORLD are become the Kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

18 And the nations were (WILL BE) angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

    Get ready

1 Peter 4:17 - 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

John 2:28 - And now, little children, abide in Him; that, when He shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

    Hi David,

I don't think you've been reading/comprehending what I've been writing. My main point is that many christians today are deceived into thinking they do not have to follow God's/Jesus Commandments. They will tell you straight out that they don't have to. There is so much scripture supporting the need to adhere to these commands, and I've listed many verses previously.

1John 2:4 A Born Again Christian will in fact adhere and consciously follow God's Commandments. Why? Not because they are doing it on their own, it is because God's Holy Spirit is working in them to do it. So David, It is not works when you are following God's Spirit and adhering to the commands in the scriptures. Doing good works is the result of the Holy Spirit. 1John 3:24 Convincing each of us to pick up our cross, and turn away from this world is God working a miracle in us. As Christian's we should be sharing this with each other, and encouraging each other to obey God, keep His Commandments, and strive daily to overcome sin! Instead, I hear a lot of Christian's telling each other that they will never stop sinning, while at the same time continuing to live their worldly lifestyles.

The scripture always shines a bright light on the truth! Regarding God's Commandments there are so many verses outlining the need for us to embrace and become obedient, and this is just one of many powerful verses regarding the Commandments and in-fact: could be the greatest regarding keeping the Commandments and achieving salvation: Revelation 22:14"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

In summary, the above verse tells us Jesus will personally be at the entrance to the Kingdom/Everlasting Life, and "He tells us directly" to have the right to the tree of life, and enter through the gates into the city, ONLY those that do His Commandments!

    Jesus shines the light!

    Hi Tdianne,

There are many deceived people, and false teachers out there saying you don't have to follow God's Commandment's.

John 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Those that do not keep God's Commandments do not love Jesus/God.

1 John 3:24 "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us."

Here the scripture tells us plainly the if someone say they know God but don't keep the commandments are a liar.

1 John 2:4 "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Lastly, Jesus tells us in the scripture below: those that do not keep the commandments - do not have right to the tree of life, and can not enter in though the gates of the city - Eternal Life!

Revelation 22:14"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

There is much more scripture regarding keeping Gods Commandments throughout the bible. Do not take anyones word regarding your salvation. Please read the scriptures and pray to God for His truth. God reveals all truth in scriptures like above regarding following His commandments and all things related to receiving your salvation.

Yes it is the 4th Commandment.

Regarding the Sabbath scripturally, this is directly from God.

Exodus 20:8-11 "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy." Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

God want's us to rest one day a week. He also wants us to give others a day of rest. Look how crazy this non-stop world goes 24/7/365 days a year. This Sabbath Day is for man, it is a gift to us!

1 John 2:4 "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him

    Hi Carleton,

Thank you, brother, I know I differ in this fervently held belief from most, and not believing it is offensive to many. I just would like to share just a little of my understanding of where I am on this, I know many will disagree.

We cannot deny the divinity of Christ, He came forth from the Father. Do I believe Jesus was created? NO. Do I believe the Son of God began at Bethlehem, at His birth? NO. If we look at Micah 5:2 at the prophecy of His birth Micah says He will come forth, the Hebrew word yatsa means to go or come out.

"Whose goings forth have been from old, from everlasting." The Hebrew word for everlasting is olam means long duration, antiquity, futurity, and days of eternity.

Jesus came forth and was the Son of God before creation as we see He is the beginning of creation all came through Him and for Him, Rev. 3:14 Colossians 1:16. Jesus is the only begotten Son of God who came forth from the Father, (came out of) not created. Does Jesus confirm this, John, 7:29 John 8:42 John 16:27 John 17:8?

My understanding is Jesus is the literal Son of God, truly begotten of the Father. Jesus came out from God, His true Son, of the same matter, and divinity as the Father with divine inheritance, John 5:26 John 6:57 Heb. 1:4, not a title as a part of God. God truly gave His true only begotten Son John 3:16.

As the Gospel of Jesus tells us, all who believeth that Jesus is truly the only begotten Son of God. My understanding is if I do not believe Jesus is truly the Son of God I deny Him. That brings in 1 John 2:22 if I say Jesus is God, I deny that there is a Father and a Son.

Just a little and thank you again for your caring reply, you do not have to reply I just wanted to tell just a little.

    God bless,

    RLW
