My view on john chapter 3 is jesus is trying let us the true way of getting heaven 3:3 Apart from that there is no other way Groly be to God

Colossians 1:22,23. The stipulation is IF YOU CONTINUE IN THE FAITH then will you be presented Holy, unblameable, unreproveable in his sight. Even John 3:16 says "should not perish " free will is the determining factor here. God does not turn us into robots apon conversion, we still choose to continue in the faith or not.

Whatever opinions any of us may have about the "word " we must always bare in mind that the "word " is full pregnant with meaning and we should know that what you think it means could be right and what others think could be right too. The main thing is that we don 't dispute and be divided among ourselves as we seek guidance and understanding in the "word ". The "word " is like fertile rain from heaven that falls upon a fertile ground receptive mind . May Almighty God help each of us in understanding and doing His Word.

I always go back to this verse.. John 3:16 . For God So Loved..this World... He Gave, I stop and ponder that in my heart and my soul. God Gave!! His Only Begotten Son That WHOSOEVER believes in HIM should not perish but will have EVERLASTING LIFE. Then in Verse 2 Spirit of God moved on the Earth, Light had to be there in Him "God " there is no darkness. He is light God said let there be light... So, times are in His Hands, only God know what exactly God is referring to "Generation ". For us we need only to know that "God " who is "THE " Creator made everything for His Son Jesus that through Him the entire world might be saved. John 3:16. Amen

That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit . In order to go to heaven a person has to follow Acts 2: 38. This is the only way to be born again. The promise is to everyone. It did not stop back in the Biblical days. There was an outpouring on Azusa Street. There is still an outpouring today. God is filling people with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the spirit of God gives utterance. People need to be saved. The tribulation is coming and it is going to be worse than it is now.

Answer 2. Tongues is one of the least gifts a christian can have 1 Cor 12:30. I wouldn 't forbid you to speak a language, Spanish for example, that you had never learned to get the gospel out but todays tongues do not edify 1 Cor 14:4. They are edifying themselves. With no interpreter, and more than three at a time vs 27, and not by course, and the women are not keeping silent vs 34. Water isn 't mentioned anywhere in Galatians. This baptism is the Spirit baptism of 1 Cor 12:13 because it puts the believer vs 26 INTO CHRIST. Acts 2:38 was never preached by Paul and he was not sent to water baptize 1 Cor 1:17. No water is mentioned anywhere near John 3:5. Born of water is obviously a reference to the first birtth, the physical birth, just as it is in Genesis 1:20, Isa 48:1, and Proverbs 5:16-18. That is why Jesus says that born of water is born of the flesh in verse 6. Acts 2:39 refers to Jews see Dan 9:7 for the far off reference. Paul wasn 't even saved at this time to write Eph 2:13 and Peter knew nothing of the Church age yet Eph 3:3. Please check the passages.

John 3 16 is one of the best Bible verses in my opinion

There 's no words we can say, for what GOD has done for us NONE! there is no way of knowing how much pain and agony our Heavenly Father went thru watching his SON being put to death by the same hands of the people he 's wanting to save. It 's beyond comprehension. GOD is still working in inc omprehensible ways, wanting to bring all of humanity to repent, and turn to him. Have you ever wondered why the holy City that comes down out of Heaven to Earth is so large 1500 miles East, West, North, and South and in Height, because it probably holds a Mansion, for everyone who has ever lived! but we know from GOD 's word, the Vast majority of mankind will not see it.

No one can basically say how we get born again but we know we are. No one can tell the source of the wind too but we know it comes from somewhere and it exists! Indescribable but Undeniable...dat about sums it up!

Born again 509 Strong 's born from above. We were with God and we were born in flesh of the water of our mothers womb then when we excepted Christ we are with the Spirit. Just get baptized and any Christian can do that and then study Gods word. You don 't need any church to belong to God just this Book and He will except you if you love Him and obey His words. Watch the IF 's, if you do this or if you do that and keep track of the subject, object, and article and time spoken of and who is talking. It ' an easy read if you keep mans mouth and traditions out of your mind you will understand the Book.

I believe the "water " to be water baptism. I also believe the "Spirit " to be the Holy Ghost. We are buried with sin, down in the water , and we are risen with Christ coming out of the water . It is synonymous with Christ 's death, burial, resurrection. Then we must be filled with the Holy Ghost! That 's the ticket to heaven! I 've got mine!!!

I think that it actually states you must reborn as in reincarnation Jesus did not lie so I beleave there is proof all over the bible that speaks of reincarnation because with God all things are possible !!

In the end, the only conformation of being blown upon by the spirit of the most high God is a constant submissive lifestyle towards Him, recognising you 're but trees before Him, dead, without use and importance. Readers need to pay attention to the word "should " in this verse. It indicates that there is a condition that must be met in believing. With believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, there must be fruit to show one 's faith. Works of faith are your obedience to His word. The obedient works will produce spiritual fruit. Those who truly believe, will produce fruit. Those who do not produce fruit will be cut off.
