    Brother in Christ

The FALSE MESSIAH will soon manifest himself in Israel, as JESUS prophetically announced, saying: John 5:43 - 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if ANOTHER (a false messiah, an IMPOSTOR, a liar) shall come in his OWN name, him ye (the Jews, and even many Pastors, Bishop, among others believers, will be deceived) will receive.

    And Paul Apostle said: 2 Thessalonians 2: 3-4 and 9 -

9 - Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

    3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

    Get ready

May our Lord GOD bless and keep us, and give us His protection

    Amen

"By the Upper Pool" 2 Ki.18:17-18

"And the king of Assyria sent Tartan and Rabsaris and Rabshakeh from Lachish to king Hezekiah with a great host against Jerusalem. And they went up and came to Jerusalem. And when they were come up, they came and stood by the conduit of the upper pool, which is in the highway of the fuller's field./And when they had called to the king, there came out to them Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, which was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and Joah the son of Asaph the recorder."

Here we have two groups of men of equal status representing their masters. There is friction and there is talk of war. The Spirit has set their meeting by the conduit of the upper pool which means that all that water is going some place. We shall see where it comes from. Pool, fountain, well or water hole all have one thing in common,- water. It is the sign of God's blessing which was sent from heaven along with the creation of Adam, sent as a river coming down and in four heads which watered the Garden of Eden. This has been all the while flowing beneath the feet of these warring parties.

This helps us place the current events in the Middle East, in Ukraine or in USA in context of the water of life, river pure water of life which signifies time.

to the standpoint from the Son. Here also we have a pool. The name is Bethesda. ( John 5:1-30). The angel who comes in certain season gives the diseased a chance to get cured. But the palsy finds no help for 38 years. Jesus heals him because the word has gone forth before the worlds began. The promise is."He sent his word healed them, and delivered from all destructions."(Ps.107:20) The presence of God works even now. This helps us to have good grasp of abiding in Christ. "In thee is the fountain of life." History of nations in course of time makes us non-persons even as Antiochus IV is insignificant. The world is full of such nobodies making big noise. What are in 50 years? Big zero. But in Christ we shall live!

    "Forever and ever"

"None shall pass through it for ever and ever.(Is.34:10)

Isaiah refers to the day of vengeance and God shall recompense the heirs for all their loss and suffering. "For it is the day of the Lord's vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion."(34:8). Israel of course comes up for reckoning. While consigning the Jerusalem of old to perpetual desolation the Spirit gives us two sets of time and it is signified by the term, forever and ever.Let us examine this verse, "from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.". The forever is in the conventional sense as indicated by the will of the Father. It refers to his Son in whom it pleased the Father that his fullness should dwell. 'And ever refers to the Son in his own right. In practice we have this verse to support it, "My Father worketh hitherto, and I work" ( John 5:17) So it refers to an unshakeable kingdom, " But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever."(Dan.7:18)

The beast whose authority is derived from the dragon is set in terms of Jesus Jesus. By Law of gradation 42 months sets one against the other. So the little horn declares war against his co-heirs, "Beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;/ Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom"(Dan.7:21-22)

In Re.19 we have the battle where the beast and the false prophet are take. In the next chapter we read of thousand year reign "and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." The story does not end there. This explains the distinction between season and time. "As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time."(Dan.7:12)

Lets look to the Spirit which inspired the Holy Scriptures for our understanding of them. 1Cor 2:13

1John 2:1,2 He calls them little children, because they're still sinning, then commands them to sin not & if they do in the progresses work of sanctification of the Spirit unto obedience & sprinkling of the Blood/Life of Jesus in their conformity to Christ, they have an Advocate with the Father. He then leads the children ever so gently 1John 2:3-6 distinguishing how to know if we know Him, who is True & its by those who "Keep His commandments" & those who do not is a liar & to those who do Keep His commandments, in them verily is the love of God perfected in them, "to walk even as He walk" that would be without sin!

1John 3:2,3 does this not say all that has this hope, we will be like Him, pure as He is pure

1John 3:4,5 how can we be in Him & continue to sin in the least, in Whom there is no darkness at all

1John 5:18 What does this implies, except that they don't sin.

Rom 6:1,2,6, it speaks expressively the intent of God's heart. Holy Spirit seals it by repeats in twice

Rom 6:12-15 if one sins in the least, the devil is still a prince & has dominion over him.

    Jesse,

Adam was created in God image & likeness, sinless, this we all acknowledge

When he sinned, he became a degenerative plant & God cast him out of His Presence. Look at what appears to be just a small thing in our human thoughts, "partaking of the forbidden fruit". "disobedience to God's commandment" Which has brought all the misery that humanity has experience since then to this day.

    If one is born again & is a new creature in Christ Hebrews 10:10,28,29 sanctified once & for all,{past tense}

Col 1:22 & then sin, would that not plunges us back into the condition of Adam's' transgression?

In the Spirit of these Scriptures,

I tell you that he that is born again does not sin & he that is born again does not practice sin means the same thing.

a answer on Rom 8:9 will be forth coming.

    Brother Dan:

I am not confused by 1 John 5:7, but you have to included 1 John 5:8 to come to truth.

There are three that bear record in heaven and three that bear record on earth, that makes SIX that are ONE.

The three that bear record in heaven is GOD: God is the Father, God is the Word and God is the Holy Ghost, they are just different references to GOD, they are ONE.

The three that bear record on earth is CHRIST: Christ the Spirit, Christ the water, and Christ the blood, they are just different references to CHRIST, they are ONE.

God bears record in heaven, Christ bears record on earth, TWO not THREE, otherwise it is SIX that are ONE.

    God BLESS YOU!

    God BLESS YOU!

    Jordyn,

I'm not sure why you are so confused regarding 1 John 5:7.

1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

The verse states (3) three bear record in heaven. Not 2, and Not 4.. but 3. Easy to understand.

God loves the meek, the humble, the poor and the trodden down. He wants these simple people to read and understand His message because they will inherent the Kingdom.

I will leave you with this verse my friend. Titus 1:15 "Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled."

    SoloScript,

True, I have not found the word trinity in the Bible, and it is a man made word to explain the (3) that bear witness in heaven.

The bible tells us the following:

    Genesis 1:26

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."

In the above verse it says: "And God said, Let US make in our own image,

Who is God referring to when He says US? God could have said I will make, but instead He said "Let US make"

I believe that we find the answer to who the US is, in this verse:

1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

There are three that bear record in heaven!

    The word Trinity meaning:

-the Christian Godhead as one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

-a group of three people or things

People refer to: trinity, triune, etc.

There are (3) entities in heaven, God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Amen

    Dear Richard & Gigi

As I read both of your post & waited

Here is what I received, John 5:44

    Gigi

In the love of God, I came to you from the learning you have of the letter, hoping that by this lowly means it would speak to your heart of these teaching you have spoken of that are contrary to Scriptures. Whether it has reach you or not, will thoroughly remain to be seen. Godly sorrow of repentance is what God is looking for here, which in His longsuffering love is mercifully offering to you. You spoke out publicly, it would have been appropriate to publicly confess & denounce this evil, but you choose to say, "I'm not led to reply" covering yourself & not with God's Spirit

Friend, there's a spirit leading you, but its not Holy, & your teaching is a witness to it.

    Richard

By your statement; " we are eventually going to be sinless but we are being sanctified now while on earth"

It appears your confirming this unfounded scriptural belief of continuing in sin as a way of life unto death. Where do you read of this type of sanctification of the Spirit unto obedience in the Scripture?

If I'm wrong please correct me, but if not, you strengthening yourself, her & others in unbelief & joining with her in this heresy

John 5:44 you're preferring & honoring one another, than the Truth of God's words, dishonoring God, His sacrifice & the life of Christ. Who's life says 1Pet 4:1 read the context of this Scripture for His people G3973

A primary verb ("pause"); to stop (transitively or intransitively), i.e. Restrain, quit, desist, come to an end -- cease, leave, refrain. is no longer stirred by its incitements and seductions,

    Finally & to all

In all that God has so graciously reveal on this subject in past conversations, I had hope that though you may not be as of now a believer in holiness of heart in this life, one would consider these truths & at least cease to be a advocator of this heresy.

for it is one thing to not believe & quiet another to be a teacher of it.

    hi bro Dan

1John 1:3 John was speaking on the other side of the baptizmal of the Christ, he knew in power of being dead unto sin,

& the power of the resurrection of Christ within Him, joining Him to Christ & the Father John 17:21-24 in a consummate intimate fellowship which he explains to His children "that your joy maybe full, which they had & are experiencing in a measure; as they continue in the working out of their salvation, steadfast & confident unto the end.

We ourselve experience an increase in joy of this fellowship as He takes away our sin, & we don't return to them. His Presence increases in our lives, receving more of His Spirit by the hearing & obedience of Faith, which gives & increases us in what John say later "an understanding" 1John 5:20 & a part of this understanding is Philippians 4:13 which we have received.

Could non-believers read this epistles & become believers, of course; Mark 9:23 This is the heart of God Isa 49:6 Acts 13:47

    in love & truth

    Grace be to you

    Hi Ronald,

You took notice for a reason, all glory to God and His Holy Spirit. Christians have a bad addiction to sin! Just like any other addiction, if we don't acknowledge it and get help, we won't change, we will live in this condition until we die. If we remain a sinner, we will die as a sinner, and we will go to hell as promised in the scriptures.

In scripture below, Jesus promises the invalid that he previously healed that he should "sin no more" or something worse will happen to him!

John 5:14 "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."

If those who continue to tell themselves and others that we can't stop sinning, it's just like going up to that invalid that Jesus warned to "sin no more" now we would be telling him: hey we are all sinners, and none of us can ever really stop sinning. You would be stating the exact opposite of what Jesus/God just told the invalid not to do! Do you think God would approve of you telling the invalid that they can't stop sinning?

If we are saying we can't stop sinning, and telling others that they can't stop sinning, we should ask ourselves: Where is this belief/mindset that we can never stop sinning coming from? We know it isn't coming from God. 1John 3:8

I've learned the hard way it's best to not be in conflict with God or His Spirit. If he really loves us, if we sin - He can make us suffer in ways that can get our attention! If he doesn't see we are sincere about sin, a he can take our life, and soul, and put us in hell. I fear God, as we all should, and I offer this to you to help you. Better to say it's hard to stop sinning, but not impossible. God tells us all things are possible if you have faith as a mustard seed Matt 17:20 With God nothing is impossible for us!

Yes, as JESUS revealed,"when unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places seeking rest". The dry places where the unclean spirit walks are the men made by the dust in the belly of the Serpent( John 8:44-45), and are without the Spirit of GOD, without the Spirit of Christ, as was Israel, the clay, the dry land. The unclean spirit finds none among them which were born again from GOD and really remain in the body of Christ. 1John 5:18-19->18 We know that whosoever is born of GOD sinneth not; but he that is begotten of GOD keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. 19 And we know that we are of GOD, and the WHOLE WORLD lieth in wickedness.(Because they live in the belly of the Serpent, and only within them the unclean spirit finds rest.)

The unclean spirit saith: I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished./ Then goeth the unclean spirit, and taketh with himself (7) seven other spirits more wicked than himself,

    1Peter 5:8-9

8 Be sober,be vigilant;because your adversary the Devil(the old Serpent),as a roaring lion,WALKETH about, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

Job 1:6-There was a Day when the sons of GOD came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan(the Old Serpent)came also among them.(By the way,we are entering the Day of the Lord, the last millennium)

    Reevelation 11:15-18

15 - The kingdoms OF THIS WORLD are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

    ...

The battle is against three unclean spirits like frogs: Revelation 16:13-15

13 I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 They are the spirits of devils, working miracles...

    15 Behold, I come as a thief. ...

TKL said he "knows the reference "Holy Ghost" did not exist in the OT" .

1John 5:7-There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit(who is not a ghost as is written in English language, but a Person):and these three are One.

Actually the Holy Spirit as a person is very similar to the Son of man,my Lord JESUS,but he has no light of his own as JESUS has,he has not message of his own,as JESUS had and has,and he as a person is very unknown because he has no genealogy as JESUS has,he has a written name,it is quite true, but his name is unknown,no man knows the name of the person of the Holy Spirit, despite being written, and being he SIMILAR to the Son of man-JESUS.In other words,BY ANALOGY,JESUS is the Sun,the Sun of Righteousness,JESUS is the Greater Light, the Greater Luminary, but the person of the Holy Spirit has no light of his own,he is the Lesser Luminary,as the moon is in the Solar system, the moon has not his own light, its light is from the Sun,is the reflection of Solar light.

That said, the light that the person of the Holy Spirit reflects is not from Himself,no,it is not, absolutely not,in fact he reflects the Light that he receives from JESUS,as the moon receives the Light from the Sun. I say this by the Word of the Father,by the Word of my GOD, the Father, as JESUS said: John 16:12-15 &15:26

12 I still have much to say to you, but you cannot bear it now.

13But when that Spirit of truth comes,he will guide you into all truth, for HE WILL NOT SPEAK OF HIMSELF,but he will speak whatever he hears and he will declare to you what is to come

14He will glorify me,for he will receive what is mine and declare it to you.

15All that the Father has is mine;therefore he told you that (HE)WILL RECEIVE WHAT IS MINE and will declare it to you.

The Person of the Holy Spirit is not a"Ghost" as is written in English language, the Person of the Holy Spirit is one of the three DISTINCTS Persons in GOD the Father,in the Word, the Word is GOD.

    Sister Jema:

Most believe what man says not what God says.

    God's words are always fulfilled.

John 5:43 I (the man, Jesus Christ) come in my Father's NAME and ye receive me (the spirit of truth) not: if another MAN come is his OWN NAME, him ye will receive.

You know them by their fruits.

Not their appearance, the words from their lips.

Isaiah 57:19 ..... I CREATE the FRUIT of the LIPS ..... ONLY when one is BAPTISED into the NAME of Jesus ...... does ones lips speak the same words as OUR LORD, the overseer of out lips.

Psalms 17:4 Concerning the works of men, by the words of THY LIPS (that that may be ONE as WE ARE ONE John 17:22) I have keep me from the paths of the destroyer.

Psalms 12:4 Who hath said.... our lips are our own......

    God Bless YOU!

    Ge.2:2 God's Rest

"And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it."

Firstly the Spirit repeats more or less the same words to indicate the Father Son relationship.

Let us examine another verse which is indeed the opposite. "My Father worketh hitherto, and I work" ( John 5:17) He spoke as the Word become flesh thereby tying heaven and the earth in the Word component. Christ the same (He.13:8) in terms of the Word (Is.55:11) . It shall never return to him in void.

Thus after his Ascension we have this verse from the writer to the Hebrews,"And upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins,"(He.1:3). As the brightness of His glory the word is out there corralling all the heirs of promise till they enter into the rest of God. "For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his./ Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief."(He.4:11).

When his Son ascended on high it was in accordance with the eternal covenant. And "when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high," it was also as the word had spoken,"The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool./The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies."(Ps.110:1-2). The same relationship and the same covenant and the works of the Son go on till all 'thine enemies' are destroyed, it is the Son working out of Zion. This is the seventh day that the Father sanctified.

"So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."(Is.55:11-NKJV). The Spirit repeats in order to emphasize the Word, the voice and the sign shall prevail from eternity to eternity.

To meditate: Matt.5:14 New Jerusalem as a city descending from heaven.

    One Eighty,

I'm sorry but the scriptures DO NOT agree with you.

John 5:14 "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."

Jesus warns that if we continue sinning only worse things will happen!

    Proverbs 1:7

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction."

    Matthew 10:28

"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

    Proverbs 14:2

"He that walketh in his uprightness feareth the LORD: but he that is perverse in his ways despiseth him."

    Job 28:28

"And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding."

God is FEAR and LOVE! If we are wise we will love Him and fear Him!

    1 Corinthians 15:v.45-46

45 ...The first man Adam was made a living soul;the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural;and afterward that which is spiritual.

Well, since the beginning the Word-i.e. GOD-had planned to make man in His image, but how once He is Spirit?GOD sent JESUS about 4000 years after Adam, the first earthly man.And JESUS said:My Father works hitherto, and I work- John 5:17.Notice that when JESUS said this, still very recently He was in the bosom of the Word- John 1:18-,but now He already was in person working together with the Word, i.e.GOD tghe Father, and it at the age 30 or so,then He revealed that His Father was still working, although it was the beginning of the fifth Day. But Jesus knew what He was talking about, so He said: I and my Father are One.

The Word-i.e. GOD-is Spirit. How could man see an image of the Spirit? What is its image of the Spirit? It would be impossible to describe, unless it be created materially, physically, its own image. This explains why Israel always was tempted by the Devil to create an image of GOD for to worship it, and they made even a golden calf.

According to the Word, first He needed to create an image from He Himself and that's what God did, and thus JESUS was born in the turn of the fourth to the fifth Day or in the turn of fourth to the fifth millennium. GOD sent JESUS, for"He loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. GOD sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world;but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned:but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the NAME of the only begotten Son of GOD, JESUS.And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil"- John 3:v.16 to 19.

    Zechariah 11.

We also see Lebanon and the wicked in Israel described; likely part of the 2/3 perishing in chapter 13. (verses 1-4). The forest could symbolically represent people; also of course there will be literal burnings of one third of the trees in the Trumpet judgments. Verses 5 and 6 of course could be speaking of the Diaspora and mass starvation during the Roman invasion and massacre of AD 70. The king mentioned in verse 6 could be the final Antichrist. Verses 9-10 show destruction coming to the land; and Verse 11 shows how the poor understand about the covenant being broken. This would imply the new covenant under Christ perhaps with shades of Isaiah 61:1 with the Good News to the poor. Symbolic terms are used here for the old covenant (Beauty and bands). Of course we also see the prophetic 30 pieces of silver which is sarcastically mentioned as what was considered Christ's worth. The field of a potter was determined for "blood money" once Judas repented of what he did (which was to avoid consequences not to seek forgiveness from God Himself), He hung himself; and later his bowels fell out. (verse 12-13; Acts 1:18). We must keep in mind that later verses describe God dealing with Israel then judging the nations that attacked them at the end of the Book of Zechariah.

Clearly the final Antichrist is mentioned here as well as the injury to his right arm and eye. (verses 15-17). This is the "worthless shepherd" and reminds us of verses in John 5:43 of another coming in his own name who they will worship.

    Purging our lives

2 Timothy 2:21 shows that we can clean ourselves so that we are not just vessels of clay but can be vessels of honor. Jesus tells us that he purges branches to produce more fruit ( John 15:2). We thus face that the lost are nothing but dead branches or profane vessels but we can through sanctification work towards purification and honor. We can perhaps see this also with the parable of the sower where some have the thorns of worldly cares snuff them out. ( Mark 4:18-19). A truly saved individual will pass the test of the trials which God places to test His own (see 1 Peter 1:7).

To succeed we need to be hidden in Christ ( Colossians 3:3) and truly be dead in Christ. Our old nature is impossible to put to death otherwise and will forever try to resurrect itself. God has put eternity into the hearts of men ( Ecclesiastes 3:11); yet that verse shows we cannot see to understand God who is basically beyond time and ourselves. Perhaps self preservation is a reflection that we are an eternal soul; thankfully God has the upper hand for those He has called and predestined will make it to glorification; and that for eternity ( Romans 8:30).

The concept of redemption or Kinsman redeemer is seen with the story of Ruth. Christ redeemed us from among men through His atoning sacrifice ( Galatians 3:13). He purchased us with His blood. He has removed our sins as far as the east is from the west ( Psalm 103:12 also read verses 13 to 14). We have passed from death to life ( John 5:24). His Spirit bears witness with our spirit as to our salvation ( Romans 8:16).

These and many other promises are things to meditate on and give comfort. We can only undestand such things if we are spiritually discerned; however and one of His children. ( 1 Cor. 2:14-15). Let us test ourselves to see if we are in the faith therefore ( 2 Cor. 13:5-6).

Paul Apostle in his wisdom, wrote :1 Corintians 2:7-10

7 But we speak the wisdom of GOD in a mystery, even the HIDDEN wisdom, which GOD ordained before the world unto our glory:

8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which GOD hath prepared for them that love Him.

10 But GOD hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of GOD. Greetings in Christ JESUS, "Bennymkje"

"In the beginning God created the heaven(s) and the earth." Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of GOD(the Word is GOD, self-executing), so that things which are seen WERE NOT MADE of things which do appear.

In the beginning-in JESUS- GOD the Father created the 1st,2nd,and 3rd heavens(this is the next to be established- Luke 20:35-36, combined with 2Corinthians 12:1-4, and Revelation 11:15-18), and the heaven of the heavens. By the way, "the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same Word are kept in store, reserved unto FIRE against the Day of Judgment (this Day arrived, that is the seventh and last Day, or seventh and last millennium) and perdition of ungodly men. NOTE: The heavens which will be burned from now on is the 1st and 2nd heavens, the 3rd will be established, and "unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath"- Matthew 25:29.

Furthermore, GOD revealed the creation to Moses around 2.500 years after Adam or 1500 years BC. JESUS, the Greater Light- Genesis 1:16- came in the fourth Day, around 4.000 years after Adam. John 5:17 - JESUS said: My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. According Chistian calendar from JESUS until the present time passed more around 2.000 years, so we are living in the beginning of first century of the seventh and last millennium or seventh and last Day, the LORD's Day. Therefore, GOD RESTS DOWN FROM HIS WORKS FROM NOW ON.

"In the beginning-IN JESUS- GOD -the Father - created the heaven(s) and the earth - earth here is Israel, still in the embryo, and not the planet Earth where GOD sits Himself - Isaiah 40- ,for Israel as a nation was created around 2500 years after Adam.

    John 1:3-5

The light shineth in darkness;and the darkness comprehended it not. All things were made by JESUS; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.

    Hello "Jim Miller"

    Greetings in Christ JESUS

Yes, "Excellent exegesis (of) Brother Giannis, yet terriffying subject matter" , but there are more also very terrifying things said by our Lord Jesus Christ for happening in this current time, simultaneously and sequencially after this current period of sorrows that is running, as follow:

    Matthew 24:9-15

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that SHALL ENDURE unto the END, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then SHALL THE END come.

    15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) --->2Thes. 2:3-4 -> 3 Let no man deceive you by any means:for that Day (referring to this current Day, the seventh and last Day) shall not come,except there come a falling away first,and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth (will opose)and exalt(eth) himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth (shall sit- John 5:43-47) in the temple of God(JERUSALEM, spiritually called Sodom and Egypt- Revelation 11:8), shewing himself that he is God. Furthermore we will see not so far from this present time, the son of perdition shall give to the Vicarivs Filii Dei

his Power, and his Seat(in Jerusalem), and great Authority- Revelation 13:2.

And there was (there will be) given unto him (unto the Beast of sea)a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Let's be ready, the days will be shortened

from your answer, you used the words "should lead a life of obedience" this is in character of today's Christianity

would you agree that those who reject the Grace of God appearance in them, not believing that it is He who is speaking to them in their hearts, the conviction of sin & of righteousness are deluded in their false hopes of salvation? Though they may zealously profess themselve born again Christians, contrary to Truth Rom 6 1John 3:9, who continuing in unbelief & sin for life, not believing that all things are possible with God. including a state of sinlessness, which includes becoming a partaker of His divine nature having escape the corruption of this world through lust, "a past tense" statement, reaching a state of Grace perfection were love is perfected in them according to

    1John 2:5-6 1John 5:18 Rom 8:29

For we know that God is the same yesterday & today & forever meaning

His Word Isa 55:11 which is the Word of Faith that Paul preached. Rom 10:11

In Holy Spirit commanded exhortation in 1Cor 15:34

If one believes to never expects to reach a state of perfection of the Divine Nature in this life, than its stands to Scripture & sound reasoning that, that person have not receive the true knowledge of God, but a form of godliness without the power, an image without the Spirit & the Life of the Son of God, for the nature of true saving faith purifies the heart, which faith is held in a pure conscience by which

The Blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin, redeem from all iniquity, & implants the divine nature were one sins no more.

    Heb 10:1,2,26

I believe one of mankind greatest sins is not being as we were created, Gen 1:27 & I believe God sent His Son to making this possible again, even to a higher state Rom 8:17 Gal 3:29

    Greetings Brother giannis,

When I made that statement I was speaking in a general sense. I see what you mean, but to be honest I don't think either of us will know for sure how the "mechanics" of how that may work. We can only go by what Scripture states or reveals to us. You might be correct for those who sin and didn't repent before they died unexpectedly.. We just don't have an exact explanation or example or parable for us to enlight us further to a situation such as that. So I'm afraid we have to assume a bit. Kinda brings to mind something I read from Spurgeon about the "sin that leads to death" found in 1 John 5:16-17 some things we just don't know?Refer to his "illustration" below:

5:16-17 "There is sin that leads to death.... All unrighteousness is sin." Perhaps someone thinks he has committed this unpardonable sin and is at this moment grieving over it. If so, it is clear that he cannot have committed the "sin that leads to death," or else he could not grieve over it. Whoever repents of sin and trusts in Jesus Christ is freely and fully forgiven; therefore, he has clearly not committed a sin that will not be forgiven. There is much in this passage to make us prayerful and watchful, but there is nothing here to make a troubled heart feel anything like despair.

    ILLUSTRATION 5:16

An owner of a country estate may put up a sign that reads, "Danger: Beware of traps and spring guns." No one would think of going to the front door of the mansion and saying, "Would you please tell me where the traps and spring guns are set?" If we asked that question, the answer would be, "The purpose of this warning is not to tell you where they are, for you have no business to trespass there at all." So "all unrighteousness is sin," and we are warned to keep clear of it. "There is sin that leads to death," but we are not told what that sin is on purpose that we may, by the grace of God, keep clear of sin altogether.

Law of Gradation (2 of 2)

"The Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son" ( John 5:22). Till such time all martyrs from Abel onwards by Law of Gradation are graded as evidence; similarly children of disobedience are catalogued as testimonies against them

Similar catalogue we see in the seven days in the creation account. Each day has duration in the day decreed for the Son. The world as a field produce good as well as the tares as the Parable of Jesus teaches us.

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death (Re.21:6).

"And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;/And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance./And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age./But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. (Ge.15:13-16)

    Jesse,you said:

"A true believer,(one who has been born of Gods Spirit)will never hear the words"depart from me,I never knew you."

What you said is confimed by the Word of GOD through our Lord JESUS Christ, saying:"All that the Father(the Word)giveth me shall come to me;and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out"- John 6:37.

The Word is GOD, so the Word in our heart is literally GOD in our heart-Hallelujah!Great is our GOD.GOD is our life, the life that He gives unto the true believers through JESUS( 1John 5:10 explains literally who has and has not the life),true believers BELIEVED in the testimony that GOD gave of His Son.

    1 John 5:19-20 :

19 And we know that we are of GOD, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

20 And we know that the Son of GOD is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is true, and we are in Him that is true, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Matthew 11:27 - All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him.

    John 17:6-11

6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy Word.

7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.

8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, KEEP through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be One, as we are. AMEN.AMEN. AMEN. Praise GOD.

    Conclusions (for now) on OSAS

I have always stated that in the end; God has a certain number of people that enter hell; and a set number in heaven and since God is fair and an impartial judge ( Romans 2:11) that no one will be able to prove Him wrong; or even want to question the final verdict. The wicked will be speechless and the righteous rejoice forever. This settles any issues with OSAS or Predestination for that matter; and even free will. There are those who hate the light and love darkness ( John 3:19-21).

There are as I mentioned before HUNDREDS of verses that on the surface may appear to render the OSAS concept void; but when we consider the context; the concluding meanings of the text and other factors more often than not it appears to support this idea. Again the scriptures that indate there is no longer any condemnation ( Romans 8:1) for believers; we have "passed from death to life ( John 5:24); will never die ( John 11:25) and a plethora of other supporting texts shows eternal security for a TRUE believer in Christ.

My emphasis was on the FRUIT of one's life rather than just what is verbalized. One's heart determines their course of action; the righteous is contrasted with the wicked shown in passages such as Mark 7:20-23. Christ for the wicked is a means to an end; whether it be financial security (such as for those who buy into the prosperity gospel or are out to borrow money and fleece those who are called to follow passages such as Luke 6:30.) Christ for the righteous on the other hand is God in the flesh and we are compelled through the Spirit and a new heart to serve with love and obedience (See John 14:15 and read rest of the chapter for further context). Again; loving our enemies and dying for them isn't something natural man will do (see Romans 5:7-9). If we understand the indebtedness we have to Christ and not just a band aid for our sin behavior but a death sentence to our SIN NATURE through the new life in Christ we are saved.

Read with a Child's mind and faith. Take the Word literally until it is not possible, knowing that with GOD nothing is impossible. With a figurative statement, apply it to a literal situation. A person's faith will be key and will determine what is literal or figurative. Does it literally mean 'pluck my eye out?' Well if that's what it takes I would say yes. But just quit the sin business and keep both those good eyes. Looking up definitions/Origin into English) Looking in Oxford Dictionary, use discernment when looking up words online. Words are ranked on most common usage. Read the Bible from their perspective. More words and definitions have been added since 1611.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. (Literal, or you stuck here)

1 John 5:7 For there are Three (Literal: 1,2,3) that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these Three are one (Figurative to Literal: They are God, One in Unity or One in agreeance, There at the Beginning, etc)

    End of introduction to OSAS

Once saved always saved is kind of like the word "Rapture"; the verses about being sealed with the Spirit until the Day of Redemption ( Eph. 4:30) basically indicate that once HIS work is completed we cannot "undo" it. We have passed from "death to life" ( John 5:24) if we truly believe; and 1 John 3:14 shows the same author indicating EVIDENCE through loving one another (specifically the brethren) that we are saved; as well as showing that if WE DON'T we are liars and the truth is not in us ( 1 John 4:20).

My first point is that there is always evidence of the Hope that is within us if it truly exists ( 1 Peter 3:15). The second point goes with it that we preach the truth; any other Gospel is "anathema" ( Gal. 1:8-9). Interestingly; 1 Corinthians 16:22 2 verses before the end of the book state that if any man does NOT love the Lord Jesus Christ let him be "anathema". These two verses domenstate we need truth and love; one doesn't work independently of the other.

I will make a general statement for my third point. The more knowledge we have; the more responsibility we have. Hence; there is greater punishment for those who walk away from the truth and go back to the world than those who never knew it in the first place ( 1 Peter 2:20-21). We only need to look at Lucifer himself to see how pride brought his judgment without mercy; since he was a Cheribum that led worship of music in heaven itself for an unknown time; created perfect in all his ways before that time ( Ezekiel 28:15).

The fourth point is related to the third; that much head knowledge apart from the inner man being renewed daily ( 2 Cor. 4:16) is at best a fruitless venture; at worst again leads to greater damnation without accompanying faith. Such a man often obsesses on one doctrine and ignores the integrity of all scripture; or worse can justify a sin by not being a Berean and "rightly dividing the Word" ( 2 Tim. 2:15) despite what all their church friends may say.

The Word is GOD, GOD the Father, two thousand years ago the Word -GOD- was made flesh, and the NAME He chose for He Himself was JESUS( John 1:18).

Hebrews 1:2-3:- 2 In these last days (last two days) GOD has spoken unto us by His Son,whom He hath appointed heir of all things,by whom also He made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of His Glory, and the EXPRESS IMAGE OF GOD's PERSON -the Word-...He sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

1 John 5:7 - There are THREE that (TESTIFY)bear record in heaven, the Father(the Person of GOD the Father-the Word),the Word (GOD Son-the Word made flesh-JESUS),and the Holy Spirit-the Paraclete, the Confort- John 16:12-15 combined with Jn 15:26 (who is not a ghost as is written in English language, but a Person, actually the Ancient of Days- Daniel 7:22, and the God of the earth- Revelation 11:4):these three are One.

By the way, Judgment was(will be) given to the saints of the most High;the time came that the saints possessed(will posses)the kingdom-Dan.7:22-(in LITERAL fulfillment of Rev.11:15to18.Take a look.)

Unfortunatelly, Your thinking is from a human perspective,a stumblingblock, not from GOD's perspective.Who is of the earth is earthly, and speaks of the earth- John 3:31-who is from above is above all.

JESUS said:He that believeth on me,as the Scriptures-the Bible- hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water- Jn 7:38.And more:Search the Scriptures(the Bible);for in them ye think ye have Eternal Life:and they are they which testify of me- Jn 5:39.

JESUS said to the Devil:Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the MOUTH of GOD-Mat.4:4. By the way,GOD who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,Hath in these last days(last two Days or two millenia)spoken unto us by His Son,whom He has appointed heir of all things,by whom also he made the worlds-Heb.1:1-3

    Be careful or get ready

    The Word is GOD,self-executing

    You wrote to Jimbob:

    "the holy bible is only a book;

"the TRUE Word of God is The Holy Spirit not a book of paper and ink"

"God(The Holy Spirit)makes things make sense rather than a book".

Your thinking is from a human perspective,a stumblingblock, not from GOD's perspective.Who is of the earth is earthly, and speaks of the earth- John 3:31-who is from above is above all,so if you really belived in the Holy Scriptures, you would never say or write what you said above, belittling or underestimating the Book of the Lord,in fact a library of 66 books, called Bible, where you can read even the content that GOD Himself wrote with his finger, understand?

JESUS said:He that believeth on me,as the Scriptures-the Bible- hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water- John 7:38. And more:Search the Scriptures(the Bible);for in them ye think ye have Eternal Life:and they are they which testify of me- John 5:39.JESUS also says unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book(of the Bible),If any man shall add unto these things,GOD shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:if any shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy,GOD shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book(of the Bible)

JESUS said to the Devil:Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the MOUTH of GOD-Mat.4:4.By the way,GOD who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son,whom He has appointed heir of all things,by whom also he made the worlds;Who being the brightness of His glory, and the EXPRESS IMAGE OF GOD's PERSON,and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high- Hebrews 1:1-3

Be careful or then get ready, the Word is GOD,self-executable, OK?
