babylon was responsible for the BLOOD of PROPHETS, keep this in mind.

Revelation 16:6 - For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. I do not see Rome here since when did the Lord send prophets to Rome?

Jerusalem killed the prophets, not Rome, and since babylon killed the prophets = Jerusalem

I was leading the OM Team in Karachi in 1988-90 staying in a flat with my team off Shahrah-e-Faisal Rd, Nursery. Though we weren't aware of the Naveed-e-Noor ministry at that time; you might have served elsewhere. You may know of our dear (young) Pakistani brother, Shahid Waris, as he was there in Karachi serving with other teams over the years: he was well known amongst the Churches there though I had lost contact with him soon after we left. We were able by the Lord's mercies to do some good work over that time, but that resulted in us being expelled out of the country - so the ministry was cut short.

However Jesus said some things to consider

The faith in the words of Christ apply to all that believe,both jew and gentile,rich and poor, bond and free. The gate is the entering into the kingdom of God. This kingdom is promised to those that watch, lets not take for granted the signs of the times, that Jesus Christ may come when we least expect Him! He may send his angels when we least , his word abides in those who look for Him.Let the word into your soul and have free course, like yeast in flour. It will grow. Plant that smallest seed in your heart.You will become fractal to everyone you love. To him that hath shall be given! This is the revelation of the Jesus that died for us! This all because of HIM!

JESUS SAID - Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

In him we live,move and have our being. Anything outside of this, is sin. Because of sin it is impossible to please him. The bible teaches that we are a new creatures when we trust in Him, that is Christ crucifiction. The blood shed on us! The holy blood ,the ultimate sacrifice! Repent - Luke 13:3 and Luke 13:5. Repent is mentioned 46 times in the KJV Bible. All occurrences is mentioned 112 times in the KJV Bible. Repent, repent, repentance, repented, repentest, repenteth, repenting.

Alex I am with Karl on this. We should strive for perfection ROM 6:12 Let not sin reign in your mortal bodies. Strive to enter in at the strait gate Luke 13:24 . Christians should be a reflection of Christ and be Christ like.

In Luke 13:34, our Lord speaks of the hen that gathers her chicks under her wings. It's for their protection. In Psalm 91:4, GOD is saying that he will protect you. All of Psalm 91 tells of all the ways that he will keep you from all harm.

verse 30, And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. Note: on this day Jesus mind remains on the Saving-Process GOD is about to establish through The-Blood-of-Jesus, thereby we, unsaved humans, can enter The-Kingdom-of-GOD.

verse 20-21, a 2nd time Jesus explain The Kingdom of GOD. This time Jesus compare The Kingdom of GOD with Leaven. Both the TKOG and Leaven are miraculous powerful products. Leaven in meal turns it into a new product when baked, a much desirable bread. The TKOG once inside an un-saved person, grants us SALVATION, which is much desired by GOD. Note: Jesus mind is on TKOG.

verse 18-19 so small 2-3 grains of sand is the size of 1-mustard seed, never-the-less when Blessed by GOD this tiny seed grows into a great tree a tree so great it provide a place of rest and protection for all that seek-out these. Note: Jesus mind is on The Kingdom of God or Salvation.

verse 15-16, Jesus brings much, much, clarity to the people, us, concerning The Sabbath, one of the Ten-Commandment.

verse 1-5 above we learn Jesus remained focused on establishing SALVATION for you and I John 3:16-21 also explains SALVATION.

Dear Servant, look up all the verses on assurance of salvation and maybe you will be convinced that you can know that you are saved, NOW! That's the life worth living that Jesus paid for. The bonus is that we also have obtained eternal life in him also. GB

Verse 24~We must put forth the earnest effort to stay on the straight and narrow path in life.

JESUS SAID IT CANNOT BE THAT A PROPHET PERISH OUTSIDE OF JERUSALEM. ELIJAH PRAYED THEY HAVE KILLED YOUR PROPHETS AND THEY SEEK MY LIFE, REV 18 IN HER WAS FOUND THE BLOOD OF THE PROPHETS AND THE SAINTS THAT WERE SLAIN ON THE EARTH. THEY TRIED TO STONE JESUS SEVERAL TIMES ON( SOLOMONS PORCH ) ONCE AND PAUL AND STEPHEN AND MANY MORE. AS JESUS SAID IT CANNOT BE THAT A PROPHET PERISH OUT OF JERUSALEM.
