Amen. It is sad and regrettable that men have done damage to the faith of many people and have successfully overthrown the faith of millions though corrupt and distorted translation of the bible based upon apocryphal MSS. Some relevant examples are: St. John 7:53-8:11 1 John 5:7 St. Mark, and in St. Luke 2:33 which calls Joseph the father of Jesus in the NASB, and other translations.

Your problem is your too late when all power is returned back to the Father from the Son. I am dealing with the now, when the Son has power via God his Father in the now. The bible is not just a carnal book that you can read and say that is it. You have to read. Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

John 3:35 "The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. 36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 5:20 " For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel."

That is the end, we are dealing with the "now" not the "then." Today now, Jesus the Son of God is in charge. Not waiting for the then when all power is given up by the Son and passed back to the Father. Looks like you have it all backwards. Jesus received power via God after the cross. Matthew 28 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth

That is untill the end Andrew- 1Cor15:24-28 Then Cometh the End when He shall have delivered up the Kingdom to God even The Father when He shall have put down All Rule All Authority and Power For He must Reign till He hath put all enemies under His feet The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death For He hath put all things under His feet But when He saith all things are put under Him- Contine.

Your trying to understand God according to your carnality when Romans 1:23 changing the glory of God into corruptible man when it was his Son who came in the likeness of sinful flesh Romans 8:3. Without Jesus Christ the Son of God and his words in you, all you have is a mirage for a God. 1stJohn 5:9-15. When you have the Son if God you have life. When you don't have the Son no life period.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply on Mark 13 - 4 years ago
Romans 1:3-4 tells me in has been declared and settled in heaven that Jesus is the Son if God. Your way too late and way too out of context to place another perverted gospel called the trinity. That all started from the Roman Catholic church by using out of context scriptures. Bug deal you believe in one God so does the devil James 2:19. Only difference is devils tremble while man just pervets

God and his Word are two seperate things as he was not carnal like you and I. He used words to create things. Jesus said in Luke 8:11 the word is a seed. God the Father of Jesus spoke words and Mary got pregnant. God created things in the beginning by speaking words. The world was created by speaking words. Jesus spoke words which are spirit and life John 6:63. Jesus never spike his own words.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply on Mark 13 - 4 years ago
John 1:1 is talking about the Word. God and his Word are two seperate things in the bible. When you break John 1:1 down the word And is used. John1:2 would contradict verse 1 it is not God that was with God it was his Word. We do not hold God in our hands we hold his words. Jesus was a messenger from God his Father. God created things by using words. He is not carnal by using two hands.

Genesis 1:26 God was talking to somebody as the words "us and our" and NOT "me or I" is used.Basic 101 English God the Father wasn't talking to Lucifer in Genesis 1:26, he was talking to his Son Jesus. Jesus was always around in the old testament in Daniel 3:25 for example. No man can see God at anytime. John 3:16 God sent his Son Jesus and not himself as hd was not Superman to come In the flesh.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply on Mark 13 - 4 years ago
Looks like you got it all backwards , Col 2:9. In him another person NOT IN GOD DWELLETH THE GODHEAD. Jesus told us he is the head as the Father gave all things unto the Son in John 5:19-20. Jesus said in John 15:26 Jesus will send unto man from God his Father the comforter. Three things in action that Paul picked up on. Jesus the Son of God is now the head of all things. Basic English 101.

I take this biblical scripture warning very seriously. Most things prophesied are occurring in this present day and time. Now is the time for people everywhere to take heed and seek salvation. I pray for everyone, including myself.

Evangelist Andrew as known The Trinity are called The Godhead in Scripture Col2:9 Act17: 24-30 Rom1:20 both mean 3in One Spirit FirstJn5:7 Jn1:1-5 Gen1:26 The Godhead or Trinity are Confirmed as God's Truth in both the Old and NewTesterment in the KJV and in some other Translations but not in all the Cult ones they have deleted and added to His Truth, they need Heart Repentance or...Rev22:18-19.

No such thing as trinity in the bible as Jesus was a weakling without the spirit of God his Father in him John 5:19. The bible makes it clear theh are three seperate things that are of one accord. Stephen in Acts 7 proved this. Acts 7:55 But he, being full of the 1 Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw 2 the glory of God, and 3 Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Hi DWL, there are 3 in The Godhead or Trinity as we call Them today 1Jn5:7- Jn1-Gen1: 26. They are One in Spirit but not in the flesh. The time of Jesus Return was not known on earth than even by Him but after Pentecost Christians who are not in Darkness like Unblievers etc, will know when Jesus returns1Th5 He said look for the Signs and we can see most happening now but there is more Prothesied.
  • Freedom in Life - In Reply on Mark 13 - 4 years ago
Scripture DWL can be confusing and so can what others say. I asked for God's Wisdom which none of us were Born with, we all lack it James1:5-8 some ask but doubt they have received, others think they know it all and don't ask but Jesus tells us to Ask Seek and Knock, we ask for Spiritual things not Wordly God Knows our Needs we don't have to beg and His Work done in His way never lacks His Supply.

There are three seperate entities that are in agreement with each other. Jesus even told people in John 5:19 he was a weakling without the spirit of God his Father in him. What Christanity is following is a mythological Jesus another Jesus and not the Son of God Jesus Christ thd Son of the Father in truth and love. 2nd John 1:3. God was not Superman to come in the flesh he sent his Son John 3:16.

verse 32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. --- If the son don't know just the father there must be two of them.

Kim, Can you direct me to a scripture that says we cannot lose our salvation? Judas lost his. Before his betrayal he was a disciple of Christ. Surely he thought his salvation was secure. Mark 13:13, Matthew 24:13, Rev 3:5, Ecc 12:13, Rev 22:14 There is no assurance of salvation. We believe and we live a certain way because of it. If one truly believes fear of the Lord should keep you from sin.

This has nothing to do with the present day, but clearly refers to the coming period of seven years which is called the Tribulation. Mat 24v29: "The Tribulation" is very specific with more details along with ch25. Is necessary to distinguish between the coming of the Lord to the air for His saints 1Cor15v51-54 1Thes4v13-18 , and the Lord coming to the earth with His saints 2Thes1v6-10 Rev19

Verse 1-37 above is sounding the alarm (as it relates to all events of the 'time' mention above); so during that 'time' those saved by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB must be prepared (our hearts and minds) as all those events mention above take place. Ye though I walk through the valley of shadow of death I will fear no evil because THE LORD GOD IS MY SHEPARD through the BLOOD of JESUS.

"No man knows the DAY or HOUR" that's not to say we shouldn't watch and know the time and season of His return. Jesus warns us to watch and tells us what to watch for. The words Day and Hour bring it right down to the very day and very hour....No man know that day or hour. But, we should study and be able to determine the SEASON of His return. HE commands us to Watch and not Sleep.

Mark 13:28 Jesus give us another great example to watch / observe, which is a fig tree; a fig tree always let all know when summer is near... and in V:29 Jesus reinforce V:28 by saying "So ye in like manner, when ye shall SEE these things (verses 5-27 above) come to pass, KNOW that it is nigh, even at the doors. ...WOW,WOW,WOW, nothing but the Blood of Jesus can save us from hell.

"And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven." All the rage of the wicked at the Lord and His Saints in the earth will come to the point of no more restraint; then shall Jesus come to save us!

BSP; Just like Jesus told Pilate; "For this cause came I into the world; to bear witness of the truth;" so all we who are of the truth must likewise continue His ministry of bearing witness of the truth; whether it be to smaller and more humble circles or being brought before the Counsels and Rulers like Jesus was. In our patient endurance of faith love and obedience to the truth we will be saved.

Verse 13~Jesus forewarned his disciples that they would be hated as he was hated. He points out that if they endure they will gain salvation.
