God told Abraham to sacrifice his son and just before he did, God provided a ram for Isaac, and on that day the 14th of Nisan God provided Himself another Lamb, His only begotten Son sacrificed for us. Jesus also carried the wood for his sacrifice. Jesus fulfilled all the sacrifices, not just down to the day, but to the very hour itself.
In John 12:1-16 this is 6 days before Passover and Jesus rides into Jerusalem the next day which would be the 10th, the day the lambs are taken up five days before Passover day which is called today Palm Sunday.

Passover day is a preparation day for the seven-day feast of Unleavened Bread not part of the seven-day feast.
The lambs were killed on the 14th in the evening, the time when the sun starts to go down, any time after noon and before the sun sets. The Passover is eaten the night of the 15th the first day of the seven-day feast which is a holy convocation/Sabbath Exodus 12:8 the same night they went out of Egypt not on Passover day.
The Lord's Supper and the crucifixion were on Passover day the fifth day from when Jesus rode into Jerusalem which would make that the 5th day of the week we call Thursday.

You requested prayer and might not expect or want a reply but would like to share a couple verses that come to mind.
If I were to summarize what I read it's you assume God should fix your obstacles in life and since He hasn't yet, maybe He doesn't exist, is that close?
If so, I would first ask where this believe originates from. If we use the Bible as our source for who God is and how He operates, I don't get the sense that He would do what you're expecting. Even Jesus didn't get what He wanted- remember when He cried out on the cross?

How hard are you currently praying for help, how hard are you seeking God, how much are you reading in His Word? Could you seek input from people in person, like a church minister, or video chat online?
God made Jesus Lord, Acts 2:36, made is thee Greek word ginomai that means to come into being, to happen, to become. This was foreordained before the foundation of the world and this Lamb was slain before the foundation of the world, 1 Peter 1:19-20Revelation 13:8, foreordained the Greek word proginosko means to know beforehand to appoint or decree beforehand.

These Scriptures are clear without our wisdom or knowledge do not agree with the doctrine of the Trinity. Why is it so hard to accept that God in His omniscience had control of the writing, copying and translation of His word from the beginning to be sure we have the finished KJB today being the only infallible truth, the ONLY one written by the Holy Ghost? "if you use them, you trust them to be accurate, even if what they say is different from what God's translation says," All scripture is God breathed" This is circular reasoning. If you use them they must be right and they are right because you use them so they must all be God breathed. "God breathed" is not referring to the 200+ English translations out there. The changes made may be insignificant to you but not to God. A very profound WARNING. God had His hand in the copying and translating of His Word from the very beginning, to be sure it remained pure, to the time of the finished KJB which He always intended for modern man to have. The authors were directed by the Holy Spirit totally. God's omniscience does this. Rev. 13:8 the KJB talks about an angle, in the NIV the word angle was changed to EAGLE. There are so, so many more of these examples and they do matter to our understanding of what God's true word teaches us. As believers we must be able to trust the "Inspired Word of God" to the fullest. Reading the TRUE word of God can lead to the salvation of a soul but reading false doctrine certainly won't. Mark 11:26 KJV: But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Mark 11:26 NIV: The verse is omitted completely. I will comment though, that within Mark 11:25, the same meaning is expressed, i.e. if one does not forgive, neither will God forgive.
More relevant though, again is the footnote in the NIV: "This verse is not found in the earliest and best manuscripts of the NT, probably having been inserted from MT 6:15"; which IS included in the NIV. This means it's quite possible, or highly probable that the KJV copyists added it to coincide with Matthew.
But it is obvious that the NIV translators had no malice or corrupt motives with this passage, as you are suggesting.
Next; Mark 15:28 KJV: And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors.
Mark 15:28 NIV: This verse is also omitted.
NIV footnote: "The earlier and more reliable Greek manuscripts do not have this verse. It was probably added from LK 22:37 (quoting Isa 53:12). Mark does not include many OT quotations."
The NIV copyists appear to put forth great effort as to why they chose to delete this verse, and in the text note they say that, "some manuscripts; v28 And the scripture was fulfilled which says, " He was counted with the lawless ones" ( Isaiah 53:12)."
I do not want anyone to have the impression that I'm attempting to prove the KJV translations are incorrect. On the contrary, my original intent was to respond to you questioning some passages in the modern Bible versions. With genuine respect, you may consider choosing to look into the footnotes and text notes of some of these versions. It appears; after looking at the KJV and another translation that Peter was simply to be used by God as a vessel to reach the Gentiles. There were individuals such as the Centurion at the crucifixion ( Mark 15:39) who truly believed; this would also be the case for the Samaritan woman at the well earlier (half Jew and half Gentile) in John 4; the Roman Centurion whose faith was great according to Christ when his daughter was healed in Luke 7:9; where Christ stated that He had hadn't seen such faith in all Israel.
We also; of course see individuals such as Nebuchadnezzar who was converted in charge of Babylon; a pagan nation as well as individuals assimilated in such as the mixed multitude in Exodus; Ruth and Rahab; and likely Naaman the Syrian not to mention for a time the population of Nineveh; at least in momentary repentance.
There was a time earlier when Jesus instructed the Disciples to only preach to the lost sheep of Israel ( Matt. 10:5-6). However; in the case of the woman praying for her daughter; the only other individual Jesus stated had great faith and also a Gentile went though a discourse in Matthew 15:26-27 and then her prayers were answered. This appears on the surface to be cruel; but Jesus was drawing her out; and this allowed His glory to be put on display and signifies to us for all time perseverance.
Acts 18:6 shows a similar pattern with Paul after he had more than worn out his welcome in preaching Christ in their midst. Now; Israel will have to wait until the Lord's return for all of the cities of Israel to be reached ( Matt. 10:23). Thus; until the "fullness of the Gentiles come in" ( Romans 11:25) Israel is blind in part.
These things are according to God's pattern; and eventually will fulfill verses such as Isaiah 56:7 when in God's Holy mount; there will be a place for prayer for all nations. Mark 11:17 shows how the Jews themselves failed in understanding their own destiny by making a marketplace in the Temple as a mockery.

Psalm 38. In Job 2:7-8 we see a similar situation as to David's disease with the physical effects and the disdain of others as to his state. (see verse 11 in this Psalm comparted with Job 30:10).
The first seven verses describe physical affliction which could have been caused by David's sin (such as venereal disease which was discussed in an earlier Psalm). Once we get past verse 7; we see much in the description of the alientation and sufferings of Christ; except for the mention of verse 18 and David's sin and iniquity. Christ did have to suffer to deliver us from wrath by being the sin-bearer and hence again there is a dual representation here of David's life and the prophetic future of Christ. Jesus; of course asked why the Father had foresaken him in Mark 15:34. This can tie into Psalm 22 as well as verse 21 of this Psalm.
We see other indications such as verse 17 on Christ being the "man of sorrows" ( Isaiah 53:3); and his being silent as a sheep before it's shearers (v. 13 and 14 compared with further on in Isaiah 53:7). This; of course would reflect his inquisition for a time before Pilate ( John 19:8-11).
These passages show us that there are often several types of Psalms in one as well as multiple present and future applications. Prophecy in Messianic themes can be intertwined with impreccatory Psalms; for instance. The general idea of the meek inheriting the earth show us how a king (David and or Christ) can be exalted through a serving capacity; and indeed those who are bearing fruit and growing in faith are promised to be kings and priests someday (See Rev. 1:6).

Hello Josephine. All we have on John's exile is what we read in Revelation 1:9: "I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ."
So, it seems that for his strong Christian witness & preaching that he suffered exile. According to the Church historian, Eusebius, John was pastoring the Church at Ephesus. During the reign of Roman Emperor Domitian (AD 81-96), Christians were heavily persecuted & the Apostle John was banished to Patmos to live out his life there & die. It was noted that undesirables in the Roman Empire were often sent to Patmos to work the mines. John remained here for eighteen months, after which the next emperor, Nerva, released all exiles. Tradition holds that John then returned to the believers at Ephesus, but died soon afterwards at the turn of the century.
One evangelist gives some details that the other doesn't. So it seems in the beginning they both mocked Jesus. But as time passed by, one of them was moved by Jesus' behavior on the cross and changed his mind. God's provision allowed for four gospels to be written, so that one complements the others and we have the full story..GBU

If Passover was on Thursday, how is to be explained John 18:28
"Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover." So according to John Jews had not eaten the Passover yet. In Mark 15:46 we are given a significant information "And he (Joseph of Arimathaea) bought fine linen (after Jesus died on the cross), and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre." If that day was Passover how Joseph was able to BUY that fine linen. Passover was holiday, no work to be done, no selling /no buying. So the Passover was to start that evening.
What day was that? John 19:31 gives us an answer.

So we come to a question mark. The first 3 Evangelists say that Jesus had eaten the Passover with His disciples on Thursday evening. John (who writes his gospel last of all and as historians say when he was very very old, that is many decades after the first 3 gospels were around) disagrees. He places Passover one day later. So which one is right? John is right, he had no reason to correct the others if he didn't consider that he should do. So it seems that Jesus had the passover meal with His disciples a day earlier because He knew that He couldn't have it on the right day. So Passover and Sabbath coincided that year.
Two versions two witnesses only say what they heard one heard one thing other hear something else . Only say what they hear that's why some differences in Gospels . The lambs were killed on the 14th in the evening, the time when the sun starts to go down, any time after noon and before the sun sets. The Passover is eaten the night of the 15th the first day of the seven-day feast which is a holy convocation/Sabbath Exodus 12:8 the same night they went out of Egypt not on Passover day.
The Lord's Supper and the crucifixion were on Passover day the fifth day from when Jesus rode into Jerusalem which would make that the 5th day of the week we call Thursday.

You requested prayer and might not expect or want a reply but would like to share a couple verses that come to mind.
If I were to summarize what I read it's you assume God should fix your obstacles in life and since He hasn't yet, maybe He doesn't exist, is that close?
If so, I would first ask where this believe originates from. If we use the Bible as our source for who God is and how He operates, I don't get the sense that He would do what you're expecting. Even Jesus didn't get what He wanted- remember when He cried out on the cross?

Now let's consider the #1 Christian evangelist: Paul. He faced misery and extreme hardship.

But he says he's found the secret of contentment and it has nothing to do with our circumstances! How is this possible? What is the secret? Philippians 4:10-13
1 Peter 4:12-13 - this says don't be surprised when you're facing huge trials like you're facing right now. Life is a test with almost non-stop trials, in my opinion.
How hard are you currently praying for help, how hard are you seeking God, how much are you reading in His Word? Could you seek input from people in person, like a church minister, or video chat online?

God made Jesus Lord, Acts 2:36, made is thee Greek word ginomai that means to come into being, to happen, to become. Just a couple of examples.
Rev. 13: 8 KJB "And I beheld, and heard an ANGEL (my emphasis) flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!"
NIV "As I watched, I heard an EAGLE that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: "Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!"
Mark 15: 28 NIV omits this verse which speaks of a prophecy of the Messiah being fulfilled by Jesus. This dilutes the deity of Christ.
Luke 4:8 KJB "And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve."
NIV Jesus answered, 'It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.' " Again, dilutes the deity of Christ and His power to rebuke satan.

Ok, I'll comment on the two passages from Mark.
Mark 11:26 KJV: But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Mark 11:26 NIV: The verse is omitted completely. I will comment though, that within Mark 11:25, the same meaning is expressed, i.e. if one does not forgive, neither will God forgive.
More relevant though, again is the footnote in the NIV: "This verse is not found in the earliest and best manuscripts of the NT, probably having been inserted from MT 6:15"; which IS included in the NIV. This means it's quite possible, or highly probable that the KJV copyists added it to coincide with Matthew.
But it is obvious that the NIV translators had no malice or corrupt motives with this passage, as you are suggesting.
Next; Mark 15:28 KJV: And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, And he was numbered with the transgressors.
Mark 15:28 NIV: This verse is also omitted.
NIV footnote: "The earlier and more reliable Greek manuscripts do not have this verse. It was probably added from LK 22:37 (quoting Isa 53:12). Mark does not include many OT quotations."
The NIV copyists appear to put forth great effort as to why they chose to delete this verse, and in the text note they say that, "some manuscripts; v28 And the scripture was fulfilled which says, " He was counted with the lawless ones" ( Isaiah 53:12)."
I do not want anyone to have the impression that I'm attempting to prove the KJV translations are incorrect. On the contrary, my original intent was to respond to you questioning some passages in the modern Bible versions. With genuine respect, you may consider choosing to look into the footnotes and text notes of some of these versions. I wish I had time to reply to the numerous passages you've brought to the attention to those on this site. Perhaps now you may want to do so on your own.
I have never seen a modern version that says "yet". Try "Bible Hub" to see the differences in all Bibles.
I honestly don't think a "footnote" in a corrupt bible is going to be your best option for the Truth.

We also; of course see individuals such as Nebuchadnezzar who was converted in charge of Babylon; a pagan nation as well as individuals assimilated in such as the mixed multitude in Exodus; Ruth and Rahab; and likely Naaman the Syrian not to mention for a time the population of Nineveh; at least in momentary repentance.
There was a time earlier when Jesus instructed the Disciples to only preach to the lost sheep of Israel ( Matt. 10:5-6). However; in the case of the woman praying for her daughter; the only other individual Jesus stated had great faith and also a Gentile went though a discourse in Matthew 15:26-27 and then her prayers were answered. This appears on the surface to be cruel; but Jesus was drawing her out; and this allowed His glory to be put on display and signifies to us for all time perseverance.
Acts 18:6 shows a similar pattern with Paul after he had more than worn out his welcome in preaching Christ in their midst. Now; Israel will have to wait until the Lord's return for all of the cities of Israel to be reached ( Matt. 10:23). Thus; until the "fullness of the Gentiles come in" ( Romans 11:25) Israel is blind in part.
These things are according to God's pattern; and eventually will fulfill verses such as Isaiah 56:7 when in God's Holy mount; there will be a place for prayer for all nations. Mark 11:17 shows how the Jews themselves failed in understanding their own destiny by making a marketplace in the Temple as a mockery.

The 15th of Abib/Nisan is the first day of the 7-day Unleavened Bread Feast, first day and the last day are Sabbath days, it starts at sundown and is when they ate the Passover and after midnight they left Egypt. Numbers 33:1-3 Deuteronomy 16:1-8
From the Last Supper to the burial, Matt. 26:17-75 Matt. 27:1-61 Mark 14:12-72 Mark 15:1-47 Luke 22:1-71 Luke 23:1-56 John 13:1-38 through John 19:1-42.
This day started at sunset. On this day we have Jesus and his disciples going into the guest chamber, they ate a meal, Jesus initiated the New Covenant, they sang songs, Jesus washed their feet, and they were there for hours. They went to Gethsemane where Jesus prayed, Judas came with the priests and a band of men and officers,
They took Jesus to Annias and Caiaphas and was judged. Then early that morning they took Him to Pilate and Herod and back and they said crucify Him. They nailed Jesus to the cross the 3rd hour, 9 AM, Jesus died at the 9th hour, 3 PM, and was put in the tomb, all this in one day, before the sunset, the 14th of Abib/Nisan Passover day.
In Luke 22:14-16 Jesus told them He was not going to eat this Passover with them. In John 18:28 they would not go in the hall, they would be defiled because they have not eaten the Passover, and later that day they had to catch the blood and put it on the altar.
The Passover meal was eaten after sunset and before midnight, the 15th of Abib/Nisan, Jesus was in the tomb.
Jesus was the Passover Lamb and the First and the Last. He was nailed to the cross at the same time the first Tamid Lamb was sacrificed, all the sin sacrifices were put on top and He died at the same time the last Tamid Lamb was sacrificed and put on top.

The first seven verses describe physical affliction which could have been caused by David's sin (such as venereal disease which was discussed in an earlier Psalm). Once we get past verse 7; we see much in the description of the alientation and sufferings of Christ; except for the mention of verse 18 and David's sin and iniquity. Christ did have to suffer to deliver us from wrath by being the sin-bearer and hence again there is a dual representation here of David's life and the prophetic future of Christ. Jesus; of course asked why the Father had foresaken him in Mark 15:34. This can tie into Psalm 22 as well as verse 21 of this Psalm.
We see other indications such as verse 17 on Christ being the "man of sorrows" ( Isaiah 53:3); and his being silent as a sheep before it's shearers (v. 13 and 14 compared with further on in Isaiah 53:7). This; of course would reflect his inquisition for a time before Pilate ( John 19:8-11).
These passages show us that there are often several types of Psalms in one as well as multiple present and future applications. Prophecy in Messianic themes can be intertwined with impreccatory Psalms; for instance. The general idea of the meek inheriting the earth show us how a king (David and or Christ) can be exalted through a serving capacity; and indeed those who are bearing fruit and growing in faith are promised to be kings and priests someday (See Rev. 1:6).

So, it seems that for his strong Christian witness & preaching that he suffered exile. According to the Church historian, Eusebius, John was pastoring the Church at Ephesus. During the reign of Roman Emperor Domitian (AD 81-96), Christians were heavily persecuted & the Apostle John was banished to Patmos to live out his life there & die. It was noted that undesirables in the Roman Empire were often sent to Patmos to work the mines. John remained here for eighteen months, after which the next emperor, Nerva, released all exiles. Tradition holds that John then returned to the believers at Ephesus, but died soon afterwards at the turn of the century.
One evangelist gives some details that the other doesn't. So it seems in the beginning they both mocked Jesus. But as time passed by, one of them was moved by Jesus' behavior on the cross and changed his mind. God's provision allowed for four gospels to be written, so that one complements the others and we have the full story..GBU

In that specific year Passover was on the last day of the Jewish week, that is on a Sabbath day. Now about the different time, 6th hour of the day, I don't know to be honest and I couldn't find or read any reasonable answer.

If Passover was on Thursday, how is to be explained John 18:28
"Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover." So according to John Jews had not eaten the Passover yet. In Mark 15:46 we are given a significant information "And he (Joseph of Arimathaea) bought fine linen (after Jesus died on the cross), and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre." If that day was Passover how Joseph was able to BUY that fine linen. Passover was holiday, no work to be done, no selling /no buying. So the Passover was to start that evening.
What day was that? John 19:31 gives us an answer.
"The Jews therefore, because it was the PREPARATION, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away." It says it was the preparation day, the day beFore sabbath, that is Friday
Also see Mark 15:42 "And now when the even was come, because it was the preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath" In Greek Friday is still called Preparation Day ("Paraskevi hemera")
So we come to a question mark. The first 3 Evangelists say that Jesus had eaten the Passover with His disciples on Thursday evening. John (who writes his gospel last of all and as historians say when he was very very old, that is many decades after the first 3 gospels were around) disagrees. He places Passover one day later. So which one is right? John is right, he had no reason to correct the others if he didn't consider that he should do. So it seems that Jesus had the passover meal with His disciples a day earlier because He knew that He couldn't have it on the right day. So Passover and Sabbath coincided that year.

Theses two scriptures seem to be pointing out a different picture. One verse states
both of the two crucified with CHRIST reviled him.
The other verse states one mocked him and the other called HIM LORD.
