These are those who were "SENT" to preach the gospel, "How beautiful are the feet of "THEM" that PREACH the GOSPEL of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!" ( Romans 10:15). Jesus Christ was SENT because HE preached the gospel ( Mark 1:15). Apostles and Disciples were SENT because they were ordained by our Lord Jesus Christ to preach the gospel to "EVERY CREATURE" ( Mark 16:15). Before I Lord Jesus Christ were taken up to heaven HE ordained "ALL NATIONS" to OBSERVE ALL THINGS HE COMMANDED ( Matthew 28:19-20). THEREFORE, The "SPIRIT OF THE LORD" SENT JESUS CHRIST TO PREACH THE GOSPEL ( Luke 4:18) and then JESUS CHRIST SENT APOSTLES AND DISCIPLES, AND ALL NATIONS TO PREACH THE GOSPEL. SO, If you heard the gospel from WHOEVER that BAPTIZED you in the NAME of the FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY GHOST, then you MUST OBSERVE ALL THINGS whatsoever Jesus commanded, and that INCLUDES preaching the gospel to EVERY CREATURE in ALL NATIONS. Then, you are SENT.
My respond to Delories's Genesis Chapter 2 comment on 9/08/2013, 7:51am: In Matthew 3:7 and Mark 1:11 God said that Jesus is His beloved Son. In Isaiah 14:12 the one fallen from heaven was Lucifer, son of the morning. In Job 1:6 it's written that the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them. But it's not written there that Satan is among God's son. Now in Romans 8:14 it says, "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God". Therefore, God need not a wife and have sex like human beings to make children. In fact in Matthew 3:9 Jesus says, "And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham". So for God to create His own children is by spirit and not by flesh.
First- Jesus was Baptized--Immersed. Second--God opened the Heavens. Third-God sent the Holy Spirit descending upon Jesus in the same manner as a Dove would. Jesus was fulfilling all righteousness by letting John Baptize Him. God verbally sanctioned this act Verbally so other viewers would know this was his plan for those who believed on Him in the future. Two thousand years later is still happening today. Thank GOD for his SON. Thanks
I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I would like to congratulate you for the good job you are doin making sure that the gospel reaches to evry corner in the world. I would like to know more about Jesus God bless
@Tyrone, Moses's Law, was describes as God's Law to Moses, would be the 10 Commandments. In this day and age, there is no fear of singing the praises of God's healing prayers. In fact, just think if all you got, was what you thanked God for each day?
There is no mistranslation in the KJB...it has been perfectly and accurately perserved...
Because there are so many men in the Bible named Simon...This particular Simon was the the title of "the Leper" to distinguish him from the other Simons, and to remind us that he was healed in Mark 1:40 and is now able to fellowship and have people over at his house...he probabley moved from Galilee (if he was a resident there, or could have only visited to be healed) to Bethany
The problem is, each gospel that mentions this says all. Peter tells them in Acts 2 repent and be baptized everyone of you for the remission of sins, this salvation that is being required is a national salvation for Israel, that would have facilitated the immediate step into the tribulation period, and finally Jesus the Messiahs return to Israel as king. See Mark 1:5, and Acts 2:38, We cannot pass over Matthew 10:23; But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. vs 22 sets post ascension period.
Thank God for Jesus because the new things from him, his power cast out demons and obey him unclean spirits and fulfill prothycie from Isaiah 61:1-4 he declare in Luke 4:18 that the gospel for all mankind his mercies endure fore ever
Tips about reading book of Mark:
1. The writer (Mark) portrays Jesus as a servant;
2. No servant ever has a genealogy;
3. When reading the gospels, anything before the cross is still officially under the law;
4. This is the same John Mark that retreated earlier on Paul's first missionary journey ( Acts 13:13);
5. Paul and Barnabas spilt up over John Mark in Acts 15:36-41 6, then Paul ask for John Mark, for he now is profitable unto Paul in II Timothy 4:11.
What is the lesson we can learn from this!
The disciples responded to His call, and followed Him giving away their gains (jobs).He gave them the best job ever, Guiding people to the Kingdom of God by proclaiming the Gospel. The Gospel cleansed, freed, and humbled me to be His true disciple. What a powerful truth and power manifested in mark chapter one. Glory to be HIM forever and ever.
I was trying to understand Jesus being with the wild beasts. It lets me to know that He had power over them. As Christians we should not be afraid of any type or form that the devil comes at us in.
It’s so amazing to see how much power and authority Christ Jesus has, and even more wonderful to realize that He has given us the some power even beyond, to everyone of us who accepts his invitation as His disciples did, isn’t this winsome?.
I Thank GOD for sending me my LORD JESUS CHRIST. When I got baptized by the HOLY GHOST through JESUS CHRIST, I knew that he would make things all right. I believe in him in all my heart and soul that no matter what comes my way he will always be there for me.When I read the word of GOD more and more,I can see my self and how the LORD see me. He loves me for me.
In the book mark chapter1 teaches me that God anwsers only those who come to him in firth. Just as the man who was unclean he asked the Lord God(JESUS) to clean him
lets come to him with humble life so that we may recieve his grace and love worth finding in JESUS name only the name above all names what a miracle is knowing our God.

In Isaiah 2:10-22 we read of the day of the Lord of hosts in which the Lord Will arise to shake terribly the earth. In chapter 24:5-6 Isaiah of says (of this day) the earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned and a few are left. Jeremiah says: a noise shall come even to the ends of the earth: for the Lord hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh: he will give them that are wicked to the sword ( Jeremiah 25:27-38 ). The nations shall drink the cup of the wrath of the almighty God. God had promised Abraham a blessing to all the nations through his seed, that is Christ. He was given for a covenant of the people,for a light of the Gentiles. Before the desolation of Jerusalem Paul had these words to say to the Gentiles: and if some of the branches broken off and thou being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them partakers of the root and the fatness of the olive tree: boast not against the branches, but if thou boast, thou bearest not the root but the root thee. Thou wilt say the branches were broken that I may be grafted in. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standeth by faith. Be not highminded but fear: for if God spared not the natural branches take heed lest he spare not thee.--- for if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted in their own olive tree ( Romans 11:17-26)? The beginning of the gospel was foreran by Malachi 3 messenger ( Mark 1: 1- 3); Jesus pointed in Mathew 11: 10: for this is he, of Whom it is written, Behold I will send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare the way before me. He was the forerunner of the first coming and he went before him in the the Spirit and power of Elijah, and many of the children of Israel he turned to the Lord their God ( Luke1:17) .He, Christ is the author and the finisher of our faith. He promised in Revelation 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he declared to his servants the prophets. We read in the scripture, concerning the second coming: and at midnight there was a cry made, behold the bridegroom cometh (25:5) there is the messenger that is to forerun the second coming, the supper time messenger( Luke 14:17, Revelation 19:9). The forerunner of the second coming will have the spirit of Elijah just as the first forerunner. He will have a world wide ministry because the curse of Isaiah 24:6 will follow after the days of his ministry. The Gentiles (church) will be Judged just as Jerusalem was destroyed by General Titus. The Malachi 3 messenger with the spirit of Elijah ministered the other side of the the atonement before death burial and ressurection. The messenger of Malachi 4 with the spirit of Elijah minister this side of the atonement before the rapture of the church
This invitation recieved by eleven and rejected by one over 3000 years ago, is now a cry out to all of mankind, "Come, follow Me."
It is written, "What good is it for man to gain the whole world, and lose his soul."
This indeed is a certantie....JESUS IS COMING BACK TO GATHER UP THOSE WHO TOOK HIS INVITE.

In response to Elisha's comment. (1) Join a christian local church, preferraby apostolic. (2) Inquire about any sessions or training provided for studying and understanding the bible. (3) purchase a study guide Bible. (4) the internet is a great source to use. God bless you.

How Jesus endured all devil's temptations in the desert. By knowledge and only by knowledge. Gospels are wonderful, one just have to read them carefully.GOD BLESS YOU
Christ was subject to temptation immediately after his baptism; a reminder that our own baptism into Christ includes a baptism into HIS temptations. It is true that we will always have our trials; but, take heart when the wild beasts haunt you or Satan artfully draws you into sin. Take heart, because as a Christian you know that Jesus endured all temptations, without sin, and became our Savior at the cross, where he carried our sins and received the punishment that was reserved for us. In other words, believe the Good News (Gospel) and take heart: in Christ, your sins are forgiven.
