Mathew 12 37 "...by thy words thou salt be justified and by thy words thou shalt be condemned... " Likewise, see James 3:13 "Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? Let him shew out of a good conversation... " and Luke 6:45 "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that wich is good...for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. " Also Pro. 10:10 "...With the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. " See Pro. 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue... " and James 3:10 "Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. " My understanding of all these is that a curse is more than just a 4-letter word. It can be an act that invokes harm to another or it can be an act of profanity, i.e. implying content of religious things th4ru speech or action. I encourage readers with prayer for understanding first to re-read what the world calls "The Lord 's Prayer " in this regard, referencing this prayer with Heb. 2:14-15 and Col. 1:13

Marie Vs. 49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, "Behold, my mother and my brethren! " He calls the disciples "mother ", too, to throw aside the traditional family ties of those who do not follow him. He is stating that His "real " family are those who serve him wholeheartedly. As the Son of God he 's not actually related to any of them. His mother and two of his brothers are in the upper room after his crucifixion, so eventually they do come to believe, but at this moment, we are led to believe that they are only bystanders.

Cindy You 're correct. Jesus is God manifested in flesh and his soul is the Holy Ghost. He 's 100 human and 100 divine. This scripture means that if you accept and believe that Jesus performed miracles, but you attribute His power to Satan, that 's unforgivable. A person with that mindset stomps on His entire mission, as if he died on the cross in punishment for being a fake instead of allowing forgiveness of our sins. Jesus lived a sinless life and paid the ultimate price to grant His children eternal life. By factoring Satan anywhere into that equation, a person forfeits this blessing for damnation. Uwem No, there is nothing in the bible that refers to purgatory or forgiveness of sins after life. 1 Thess 4 13 18 says that after death we "sleep ". Then, at the appointed time, Christ will descend from Heaven with a shout and gather the dead first, and the living next. We 're encouraged to make our calling and election sure before death.

The tongue is like a gate what ever goes out of it can as well come back. Truly our words locate Us . Through altered words the character of a man can be evident.A positive person will always be positive in words,so is a negative person. Words are reflective of the character of the speaker, therefore, it 's gabage in, gabage out. To be full of grace in words is to fill the heart and our meditation with the right words. One would learn to be full of right words when the words of God gets hold of you. When you become mindful of what the Word of God would have to say concerning a situation, you will find it a present option to speak thus. God 's words embedded in our heart, and consciously chosen by us consistently, will over time mark us and our personality will also over time be seasoned by it. You become what you consistently Say! ....... Keep your utterance full of positive words even when you feel otherwise.

Jesus was telling us to stop believing that we can fulfil all righteousnesst by adhering to the law. But what we need is mercy of God. Therefore, Any man who breaks the law does so because they have no strenght of there own to fulfil. So, all you need is God 's Mercy. It is not sacrifice to your sin but mercy of God. Ask for it now and you recieve it.

His humility, a stark naked contrast to His ministry of dunamis power. His humbleness is not evident in most man of power. This is a teaching,if not a revelation about how we must conduct ourselves, especially those who know that every little thing we can do and not is God Himself. In this manner, we give all the glory to God without accepting and or stealing accolades, honour and praises for ourselves. l 've known someone who was never selfish . whenever reminded about how beautiful, smart, articulate and efficient in the office, home or in public they were, she would retort with "l owe it to God who enables me " Such was the Lord, whom we ought to replicate every step He took, His personality and His divine character.

I would like to believe that Our Lord was revealing to the keepers of Law the entirety of the Sabbath that it was, as all God 's Law rooted in love. And so the legality of law can only be nullified by doing work what is Godly.Since Law could not make anyone righteous before God, Christ was here to fulfill that particular lack, so that we could be made right with God

Re Minister Vern - Yeah after much thought on my part I've come to yhe concluslion that it is Fri Sat Sun that is being spoken of and not 72 hours.
It was your comments which opened my eyes to this viz - part of a day is counted as a day.
Destroy this temple and I will raise it up in 3 days - should therefore be translated as - on the THIRD DAY.

Karl Marx, once wrote that, the goal of the Communists was to quote,. “enter into men’s minds and cast God down from his throne.”

Matthew 12:31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

In reply to Dave, if you can show me where the Father or the Messiah just do something at random then it might not make any difference to when the resurrection happened. Look at all the prophecies concerning the flood, or Israel going into captivity, or concerning the birth, or the return of the Messiah. I don't believe they just took place at any random point in time, but fall at specific points in time as appointed by the Father or the Son.
Vern, I believe we should go back to the foundation of the statement which is found in Jonah 1:17.
Can someone answer me this, why is it when you celebrate your birthday, anniversary, or a holiday like Christmas, one year its on a Mon. then the next year it will be on a Tues. and continue to change year after year. Why doesn't Easter do the same thing? Shouldn't the same logic apply?

re pat & dennis Does it really matter which days it happened on? Does that change your beliefs in the resurrection, I would hope not. But the calendar we use today is not the same as the ones used in the time Jesus was in the flesh, the only thing that matters is do you believe with all you heart that it happened, I do, and because he did these things I will live with him in glory for eternity, and so will any one else who truely believes

Re Dennis - Thank you for the information. I can see that you have put a lot of time and thought into this. I know that it is hard for you to hear this, and it is hard for me to tell you - but unfortunately the truth is, I am still left wondering about this matter.
